I had a wonderful experience using this paving company's services. They worked incredibly hard and were always on time. They are excellent, and I would use them again.

We hired them to fix our driveway. The level of service we received and the quality of work performed were second to none. They were courteous and prompt. Their prices were really reasonable, and they provided excellent service all around. I would absolutely recommend them.

I am quite impressed with the job quality. They did an excellent job on our concrete driveway.  They were kind and efficient in their work.

This is a company that really seems like they care about the people they serve. Getting ahold of them is easy as you can book online or call. Hours of operation (24 hrs) most days is great for urgent issues!

After researching different companies, to correct our foundation issues due to a severe slab leak, we chose AZ Foundation Solutions. Bryan Patrick was our residential consultant, and he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the steps that were going to be done and explained them thoroughly. We not only had the foundation raised, but we had a vent system installed to dry under the house, a crack stitched, and the slab raised. All the work crews including, Edgar, Barry, and Sarah, were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We are very happy with all the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The guys had a professional approach to the task. There was no cleanup on my end. Totally satisfied with their work.

Our garage floor was stained and not nice to look at Cardinal’s employees did a fantastic job of installing the new coating and it looks fantastic! I’d highly recommend them.

Tim Mavis was awesome. Did a great job of informing me of everything, going over the survey results, walking the property and looking things over, giving suggestions on how to maintain my foundation so I don't have any issues in the future, etc. Would strongly recommend Ram Jack for anyone's foundation needs.

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

Excellent company, the owner came out and explained everything in great detail. Easy to understand and very knowledgeable. The crew he sent out -Team Tempe was outstanding!! They were the most orchestrated and coordinated I have seen and importantly - on time! Took their time in doing their job and the pride in it showed. They were very accommodating to every question we asked and showed us what they were replacing and doing. Great Team should be proud they work for you!

Our family did a major backyard remodel and Valleywide Dig and Haul helped us with the demolition, grading, and site prep for the new design.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. Jose and crew did a fantastic job extending my driveway, adding a sidewalk, pool pump pad and added an umbrella pad for me. Highly recommend. Warning, adding concrete becomes addictive. Will use his professional services again
