We were very pleased with PEP Solar agreeing to remove and replace our solar panels, so we could replace our shingled roof, as the original installer couldn't get to the job for at least 5 more months. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. It was obvious from the time they showed up that they knew their work. They were familiar with the process to disconnect the breakers and inverters prior to the work and took care to store the panels properly for re-installation. If we had any questions, they took the time to answer them without hesitation. They worked together as a team both on the removal and the install. We would recommend them highly to anyone in need of solar work.

Have had the system for about 10 months now. Overall it's running as good or better then the estimates. Price was tied with another installer but solar topps offered better panels and inverters.

Only had one issue during installation where the workers cracked a couple tiles on the roof which can happen when doing major roof work. But they had a quality inspector check everything and informed me about the broken tiles and they sent out a guy to replace them. This is nice because I have heard of other solar companies not advice that they broke some tiles. Originally they did not have the correct tiles and instead did a repair on the cracked ones while they looked for tiles that would replace them. Ended up coming out 3 times until they got a set of tiles that fit properly and they replaced them with no charge at all.

Only other issue i had was the central computer that reports system outputs not working but they also came out and replaced that no issues at all.

Overall very friendly and responsive support so far and I fully expect it will continue if I ever need to contact them again.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. Great reliable service

I have been trying to get a defective panel replace for 4 months not. Getting the run around. Sent service to review panel and nothing was done. The panel is producing about 50 kWa less then all the other panels on a consistence basis. I would not recommend them for solar.

SunHarvest Solar's whole crew was professional, courtesy and thoughtful. They were fantastic at answering our questions, and were with us from the beginning of the project and beyond. We had some issues with our demand controller (not really their problem) and they were fantastic about making sure everything got resolved and the process was as painless as possible.
