I have two mesquites in my front yard, one of which lost a sizable branch in a recent storm. The larger tree towers over my house, so I wanted to thin it out ASAP to prevent any major damage to the house. An arborist, Juan was available the next day to provide an estimate, and both trees were trimmed the following day with all waste hauled away. I'm very satisfied with the result and thought the price was quite reasonable.

As a professional Firefighter I pride myself on providing great customer service everyday. That is exactly what Fabian and his company provided for me. I called and told him I had 10 Palm Trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 2 years and needed lots of trimming. He asked me to send him some pictures and he not only gave me an honest fair quote. But they were able to come out and do the job all in the same day. Our Trees look fantastic and they made sure our yard was clean and back in order before they left. I am a customer for life and am so glad I found there company !!! I will be posting my before and after pictures on his website

We hired AMS for yard clean-up and removal of several plants (not trees) for this job. They did good work and left the place spic and span. The crew was surprisingly quiet for a landscape crew as well! We had a problem with our property's online information & pictures I submitted that ended up not translating to what the job actually cost (pandemic side effect), which was frustrating as a homeowner but resolved well and expeditiously. For me, how a company solves problems speaks to its overall quality.

I truly believe a scam fronted as a landscaping business is being run here. I was charged at least twice the reasonable price for the “job” that they did. (Guys pulled up at a random time without saying a word, one immediately sat down on a rock and used his phone for hours while the other guy left to get the “supplies”) They worked until sundown and left.

They did not finish, and arrived the next week at a random date and time, did not finish the job, and did not do what was asked at all. I called Clara to speak with her about it and she said they’d send someone Monday. I did not believe her. They did not arrive of course, and it went unfinished. But you can best believe they charged us for it! ? Oh, and even took it upon themselves to charge us double than what was originally agreed upon in the contract. (the original price itself was outrageous enough) After trying to get ahold of Clara or Nathan about the billing issue now, it fell on deaf ears until my husband sent an email saying this is his last time reaching out before he goes to the credit card company. Viola! We finally get a refund for the double charge, of course, no response or apology still though. Except!… I received a text from Nathan, I took a look at it, and he was offering me a whole $25 off my bill just to leave them a 5 star google review! Wow! What value! I texted him saying “my husband would actually like to speak with you, here’s his number etc etc”. Ignored. I texted that daily for a few days as well, knowing I wouldn’t get an answer, only to entertain myself I guess.

Since this, I’ve obviously given up, and I’m writing this review in hopes of saving someone else time and money because it’s too late for me, they got me, but not for as much as they wanted at least.

Evan was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. The hong kong orchid he planted for us looks fantastic!

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

Edgar is a solid guy and when we ram into an issue he was fair and quick with a resolution we both could work with.

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

We hired Desert Garden Lawn Care to do monthly service for our property. David always reaches out a day or so in advance to let us know he's coming. They show up when they say they are going to and do a FANTASTIC job. Our yard looks so tidy and clean after!! We are so glad we found them. If you are looking for a reliable yard service, give them a call!

This company needs to get their drivers driving classes. Just had a driver in a company truck cut us off on the highway (60 by McClintock) and then, immediately afterward, we changed lanes and he would have sideswiped us trying to merge into us if we didn't swerve onto the shoulder. Ridiculous. Hope he got wherever he was going on time because he sure was in a hurry to get there.

Well if you like having them in your back yard at 6:00 am tell 7:30 am, coy don't care to wake up all its customers, this is just bad business. p.s The workers are good and the work they do is well but the one star is for waking all of us up... .update they are doing much better, thanks coy

Do not use this company. Constant and never ending screw ups, unresponsive owner, lack of care in their work. Check their yelp reviews and avoid at all costs.

Star away!! Over promises under delivers domes not show up when is scheduled or at all for weeks at a time then wants to service the account on a Sunday to fit his schedule. Charged me for $in plants that died because he did not know how program the system. Promised a refund and then blocked me. WPRST business in the landscaping world out there. Stay away
