Best Maintenance And Installation in Phoenix AZ

Hector was the third bid I received for my block wall which included building the wall higher ( over 300’ of wall) , making repairs and doing some misc concrete work around the home we just purchased.
Hectors bid was beyond competitive. He started when he said he would and went above and beyond what his bid was. His guys were gentleman and worked very hard and were very professional. Hector and his guys are very knowledgeable and where some would’ve said there was an issue Hector and guys just took care of it and kept on going. Hector promised that he would be done by thanksgiving and he was done a week earlier. I’m happy he’s done but he was so good I almost wish I had more for him to do. I highly recommend him.

Fast and good customer service

Working with Suly and Carlos at Block Fence of Arizona was beyond pleasant and effortless. They did with for me through an insurance claim after a neighbor drive their car through my block wall. Suly remained engaged and responsive from my very first contact with them to my last. She gave very clear direction on what she would need to put together a comprehensive and detailed estimate for the insurance claim, and one the claim was approved, she got me scheduled immediately. Carlos arrived with another crew member on time and ready to work on the first day. He and his crew were very efficient and got everything completed as promised in the initial estimate. If I ever have any other block work that needs to be done, I will not hesitate to call Block Fence to work with Suly and Carlos again. Thank you both for making a stressful accident into a very pleasant experience on the repair side!

Customer Name: Lenora Skog. I spoke with someone last Tuesday morning, texted him all my information, thinking he would set up an appt. Never heard from anyone until 5:45 that evening, when I received a text that he was on his way to look at the job. I told him that wasn't going to work, I was not home and it was getting dark outside, and I was not going to do this in the dark. Wanted to know who was home to show him the work, he was busy the rest of the week. Then he said he could come the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00. Never showed up and never called again! Evidently this company really doesn't want the work. Poor customer service.

Chris is very professional, and exceeded my expectations. He built Gabion fencing, 3 rail fence and had 3 concrete pads poured. Then built structures on two pads. He arranged for subs from electrical to Cool decking to Electrostatic painting.

Chris communicated very well. His workers were respectfull and courteous.

There were no negatives to hiring Accurate Concrete and Fence.

I contacted this company through Yelp after reading all the positive reviews and now I see why. From the start, Alex was on time, courteous and professional. After the first given estimate, they offered a discount on having to do three jobs, but after figuring our budget, we realized we can only do two jobs and I asked if they could still honor the quote they offered even though we can only do two. They didn't even pause before they said okay. They just came and finished their job and it is AWESOME. They did what they said they were going to do and explained to me what they had done and even went as far to fix another gate that needed an adjustment at no cost. How great is that? Not everyone these days are that professional and keep their word. If anyone needs their gate repaired, THIS is the company to call. Thank you Alex and Mike!

They never called me back

These is by far the worst company I have ever hired. The workmanship is great. the Scheduling sucks. They never show up on time and never do what they say the are going to. If you can handle the mismanagement the work I would hope will get done sooner or later. It has now been 3 weeks for a job that should have taken 3 days. My advice, Find another company.
