Wow! I keep forgetting how nice it is to have really clean windows! All the colors outside look just a little more brilliant. AJ cleaned our windows and screens today and did a great job. He was prompt and professional both on the phone and in person. He also worked me in today because it was raining on my original appointment date and he wanted to make sure I had clean windows for the holidays. AJ will be my go-to window cleaner in the future. ...and hopefully I'll not put it off so long next time.

I had a fantastic experience with the air duct cleaning service I recently used. Innovative Air Cleaning Inc this air duct company is awesome!!! The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, and they took the time to explain their process to me. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived and my air quality has noticeably improved. Best customer service from the employees

Booked repairs providing model number and problem. Curtis arrived on time. He said that the job was beyond his scope (I don't know why they sent me, the gas repair guy is away) and provided details to co-worker Don. Paid $75 for service call and was told that it would be applied to repairs. Have tried to arrange for repairs. Called several times and was told that I would receive a return call - never received a return call. Spoke with someone at the company who recommended AZ Fireplace repairs. They will not refund my $75 and have decided that It's too much trouble. He hung up on me.

Our pool cleaner, Arthur, does a wonderful job taking the time to get our pool sparkling clean. The repair team, in our experience, responds in a timely manner to diagnose the problem and make the adjustments or repairs needed. The customer service reps I have spoken to are friendly and professional.The remodeling department, however, has not responded in a timely manner, which is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5.
