NVM installed our A/C unit in August 2013 and we can’t be more pleased with the service by several technicians since installation. Early Saturday morning I stepped into our bathroom and instantly found myself standing in water. There was a huge water balloon hanging from the ceiling dripping water onto our floor. After a brief cleaning I arranged for a large bucket to catch the water but didn’t puncture the balloon. I was upset that there was no service on the weekend but I did call NVM and left a message. After calling another service provider and paying them for no work I received a message from NVM that they would get someone there on Sunday. We stayed in a hotel on Saturday night and the tech arrived earlier than expected on Sunday. He was terrific and corrected the problem after having spent 2 1/2 hours in the attic. We were very pleased with the work and the professional way this was handled by NVM. On that day we confirmed our commitment to them.

I appreciated the promptness of scheduling my evaluation and the next day the repairs were done. With the heatwave we have now it was imperative I had an air conditioner working smoothly. It does! Thanks to Gabe and Patrick in the field and thanks to Darlene in the office , who was very helpful with all aspects of answering my questions!

Polite, professional, and experts in their field. Karrissa is the first and last one you'll talk to here in Phoenix, and she's the orchestrator from start to finish. Dylan came out to the house to look over the space to cool, temperature expectations, and discuss equipment specifications. Max, with Rod Electric came over and ran the 220v power like it was child's play. Jose and his crew followed right behind Max, and installed the system as though it were their own house. Careful, clean, and detail oriented. Everyone we spoke to and worked with, from start to finish, was professional, polite, and experts in their field. Again, thank you Lincoln Heating and Air. I have used Taps for more than five years, first with his previous company and now as the owner of his own company. His service is first-rate and his pricing is transparent and surprisingly affordable, especially based on the excellent customer service he provides.

Taps has shown up for me on short notice during the hottest months of the year, when our system went down. He comes prepared with what he needs to fix the problem and always tries hard to keep the costs down as much as possible.

Lee Collins AC replaced our HVAC system, which included bringing in a crane to lift the old equipment off the roof of a 2 story condo and lifting the new equipment onto the roof. Everything went as proposed including the timely arrival of the crane, the quality work of the staff and the final bill. Our experience with all staff - estimator, office staff and the installation crew - was outstanding at a very competitive price! The Lee Collins estimator even returned after the installation to assure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I recommend this company without hesitation!

They came in the earlier time frame, was extremely professional and courteous. Micah did an Excellent job and he's very personable.
