We are very pleased with Bill's Pest & Termite!!!We have had both a house and a detached shop inspected and treated by them; the house about a year and a half before the shop. Gemma is the Termite Expert that came out to do both initial inspections/quotes and she is fantastic: prompt, thorough, professional and friendly, and she even found evidence of termites that we hadn't found before she got here. When she came out to do the initial inspect/quote on the detached shop, she also did a “check-up” inspection on the house just to make sure that all was still good. The young men that came out to do the treatments were also prompt, very professional, and friendly.Bill’s prices are extremely fair and reasonable and they run their business in a very efficient manner; you get the quote for treatment and the treatment scheduled right then and there before the Termite Expert leaves your place.It is easy to tell by the employees of Bills Pest & Termite, that it is a family owned business that is devoted to good service and happy customers.

Used to have scorpions on the regular because I live by a mountain but now I haven't seen one since we started using Blue Sky for over a year now.

After finding a few scorpions at our new home, Jim came out to perform an inspection and treat our home. First he was early, which was great, and he performed a very thorough inspection. He pointed out the areas that required attention and performed the pest treatment in a quick and complete manner. We will definitely keep calling Urban Desert Pest Control for our treatments. I would definitely recommend Copper State to any of my family or friends,very satisfied with his work and was very professional coming in and out my house . Yes it's a small business but he does and offers what the big guys offer for their services and do have to say his prices are reasonable. Just like the big guys the work is guaranteed was very surprised how many bugs,insects etc.. I found the next day very satisfied with the work and if I have any further pest problems I know who to call.

After buying a new house in Gilbert we decided to try another pest control service since new homes were still being built and we were scared of all of the critters that were being disturbed in our surrounding areas. We have tried many pest control companies in the past and were never truly satisfied. I do not remember how we came across Insectek Pest Solutions but decided to give them a try. I don't think we could be happier with our service. Kyle is extremely friendly and quite knowledgeable about the services he performs. He always has a smile on his face and makes sure he puts on booties before entering our home. Whenever I have to call to rescedule the service, I am treated courteously and I never feel as though I am being a burden as I have felt with other pest control companies. If you are considering Insecteck Pest Solutions, give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful it's nice to know it's safe for my kids and pets and not coming in and spraying all over.

I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done. Then I was told by a second person at this company when I called a second time they could not come out for 90 days since my home was treated which she said would be February and then she changed it to January. But the previous employee told me mid December, So unfortunately there is quite a bit of inadequacy coming from this company. Please do not use them. Take your money elsewhere.

While the service itself is quite satisfactory, we were VERY disappointed to encounter a rate increase on our service without any forewarning from Western Exterminator. Customers should be told ahead of time, either by the technician or by email, when a rate hike is coming.A second disappointment is their online bill payment system, which *requires* you to save your credit card information on their payment site.There's no opt-out. We went back and deleted our information as soon as the bill payment cleared.It's not a safe or secure practice to store credit card information on a server you aren't familiar with.

I spoke with Sean and he is definitely an expert on killing bed bugs. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me realize that I don’t have them right now but I should see a dermatologist to see what type of bites or rash is on my skin. I thought it was bed bugs because I have ptsd from a past bed bug experience 10 years ago and was grateful for his advice.

Luke H arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough job and was so respectful and professional that it was a pleasure to have him work on my home. I hope he come back regularly! The service was so thorough. I’m very excited that I signed up with them.

This company is awesome. My tech Carl came in and took care of my pesty bed bugs. He was so nice and very professional.

We have been using Eco Valley for quite awhile now for semi-monthly service for general bug spraying around the perimeter of our home. They are very good about courtesy calls before showing up and always ask if we have any concerns and address them promptly if so. Tyler and his crew are awesome and we are proud to remain customers.
