We were very happy with everyone at Scott Roofing - from the estimate to final inspection!! While we didn't want to wait to get our roof done, we were willing to wait for Scott Roofing, because of their great reputation. We were fortunate to have the work done more quickly than estimated, and that was perfect. GREAT JOB!!!

I had 7 or 8 roofing contractors bid on replacing our roof. Without exception, Allstate gave me the most confidence of their professionalism and value before I made a decision on who to trust. They did not let me down. The superintendent for our project was Brad Robertson. He excelled at communicating with me, and many times went the extra mile to do extra things to make me happy. He was awesome! We had a lot of rain in the middle of our new roof installation. I was concerned about exposure and leakage. Allstate ensured me this would not be a problem, and it wasn't. The working crew was diligent in cleaning up at the end of each day.

Found this company just by Google search but thanks to how quickly and clearly they answered all my questions and worked with me to find the right solution for me, I went with them over two other companies recommended by friends. Very happy with the service, attentiveness, and friendliness of this company…not to mention that the new roof looks great!!

I highly recommend Brown Roofing! They proved themselves to be all about customer service, honesty, quality & value. I got quotes from the top roofers on Yelp, & not only was Brown Roofing's the lowest, their quotes are also price-locked which means no unhappy surprises after the work begins. They don't feel it's fair to penalize customers for inaccurate quotes, & they honored their estimate when it was found that more decking & fascia needed to be replaced. They also have the longest workmanship warranty I found—10 years. Craig, Chris and their crew were awesome—courteous, skilled & very hard-working. They showed up on time each day, got right to work & did a fantastic job. Debbie in the office was also very responsive, helpful & patient with all my questions. This was the first time I've had to replace a roof, & I was a bit nervous going in. But, it was a great experience, & I couldn't be happier with both the service Brown Roofing provided and my beautiful new roof!

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.
