Best Inspection ? in Phoenix AZ

While I've been happy with the timing and quality of past services Tree Pros has provided (including removal of a storm damaged tree and the planting of it's replacement...in addition to trimming, thinning, and pruning of its yard mates) I'm sad to relay that my most recent dealings with this company, and specifically one arborist, has resulted in my seeking another company to provide emergency and repeated tree care service.Normally, one bad experience wouldn't cause me to go elsewhere, as we all have bad days and unforeseen circumstance.I gave the company the benefit of doubt, when it took 2 weeks for them to send someone out to provide me with a quote for damaged branches.When the arborist (NOT MY REGULAR) arrived, we DID talk extensively about expectations...but instead of being provided a written detailed estimate, reflecting our discussion, he said he'd have to send it to me (by the next morning), as he was SO BUSY.I completely understood and agreed.I even waited a week before contacting the company for this quote, which they advised had NOT BEEN COMPLETED nor SUBMITTED...meaning they couldn't just send me a copy, but would have to contact the arborist themselves.When it finally arrived, it was missing information.I made multiple attempts to allow the company to rectify, correct the situation.As I type this review, 6 weeks have passed.Maybe it's all a BIG misunderstanding...but I cannot wait any longer.

My trees are my babies. I planted them 18 years ago and they are the cornerstone of my landscaping. I don't let just let anyone prune them. I was extremely happy with them and the end result. the photos are before and after.

I can ONLY recommend Tree Workers Of Phoenix, they called me back within few hours, came for an estimate, and did a great job. Several during the pruning Rick asked me if it was what I had in mind. I am very please with the work they have done and will recommend them to anyone who'd like to have their trees pruned correctly.

Best service at an affordable price

I had two tall palms removed from my back yard with very little room between block wall and swimming pool, one palm trimmed in front yard. To be honest, I was not pleased with the way the job was going. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two days. My pool and yard were left a mess after day one. But! It was a 120 degree day and the crew, understandably had to take extra breaks. Daniel scrambled and arranged for a crew to return Saturday to finish the job. The clean up on day two was great. There were a few issues remaining. Daniel called me and completely and generously took care of those issues immediately. His crews are truly amazing at what they do even in the extreme Arizona temperatures. His prices are competitive and fair. Extremely impressed with Daniel's honesty and willingness to get the job done right. Highly recommend Liberty Tree Service LLC for your tree service needs.

Juan had his crew out the same day. They did an amazing clean up and made our yard beautiful again! The prices were very good and I would recommend Juan and his team to anyone. We will definitely be having them back for more work.

I had an Orange Tree that was out of control. It was producing too much fruit for me to manage and the tree was overgrown so the fruit produced wasn't great.

The Hungry Tree team came out and pruned the tree way back, fertilized it and removed all the fruit including all the bad fruit that wasn't picked from previous years.

Juan Sanchez and his team were professional and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree pruning or fertilization.

I called Scottsdale tree trimmers because I needed a palm tree trimmed on my property. Great customer service. Called me when they were on the way and arrived on time. Tree was trimmed and everything was cleaned up afterwards. No complaints on my end

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

Gilbert tree trimmers did a great job removing our mature pine tree I'm leaving no evidence that it has ever been there. Reasonable price, prop service and great cleanup. they also did good work on tree trimming on others parts of our property. They came highly recommended and we'll for sure use them again

These guys came on time were very professional and did a fantastic job trimming and shaping our very large orange tree. I would highly recommend their services.

Ambassador is quick to respond and can schedule service within a short period of time. The technicians know the science of their business and keep up to date on the latest and greatest products.

ABC Scapes is contracted by our HOA for landscaping services. I have bushes totally blocking my 1st floor windows that haven’t been trimmed in months. ABC employee shows up with a hand pruner to trim a 8 X 10 bush. I sent them photos of the bush so they should have known what equipment to bring.

Employee leaves and never comes back. I have left 4 messages and can not get a return call. Terrible customer service. I wish our condos would use another landscaper.
