I was blown away by the amazing service provided by our Day & Night install crew. They were so professional, very skilled, efficient, and polite. I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take. The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but George's work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc. It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in install...well...I have a whole different reason to adore this company! It was a complete pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We are very satisfied with the whole experience. Mike our representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. The installers were on time and got to work right away. They were professional and polite. They left everything as they found it nice and clean. After a week of enjoying our air conditioning an inspector came to see if we needed any adjustments to the air flow in each room. He checked all the work that was done, showed us how to work the thermostat and also made sure the heater will be ready when needed. They are friendly when you call into their office for anything. There will be two maintenance check within the year. The financing is reasonable. I highly recommend Day & Night Air Conditioning and Heating.

Andrew and Mike installed a whole house carbon water filtration system for us; from arriving first thing in the morning to assess our needs and make a proposal to completing the installation, they were done in one day! Andrew and Myke were able to accomplish this because they are professionals who are completely supported by the Day & Night organization. From the people who answer the phones to the most highly skilled field personnel; Day & Night gives their people the training, skills and resources they need to do their jobs professionally and expeditiously. I have used Day and Night exclusively for all of our HVAC needs and they are now my go to company for our plumbing needs as well.

Day&Night replaced my heat pump system back in 2014. I have utilized their A/C and plumbing services since then. They are always responsive and professional. I had my system maintenance scheduled today. Tim, the technician, was no different. He was professional and courteous. I am amazed with the service and value that I’ve received from Day& Night! I’m a very happy customer.First, I scheduled for a few days ahead of time to make arrangements at work to allow me to be home. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. Their service tech was on time and very knowledgeable.Second, not only did we take care of the reasons I called, but also set up a schedule for future maintenance and suggested upgrades. This was a tankless water heater he repaired. It’s a lot more technical and unique than a hot water heater with a tank. Michal was incredibly tenacious, never giving up until he tried everything. At the same time he continued to share with me what he had done and what he was doing next including reviewing my owners manual and calling the manufacturer. He ultimately was successful and we tested it with every scenario possible. All the while Michal was polite, and easy to work with. Day and Night is lucky to have him.

I had an 11 year old leaky rusted AC unit replaced with these guys and the process was quick and smooth the whole way. The initial tech Jaz did a thorough job in finding the issues and took the time to show and explain the photos he took of our attic. Shaun came the following morning and gave me the run down on what options were available for our home. He answered every question I had and was nice and professional. Once we agreed on an option the install techs arrived within a couple of days. Eric and Ryan spent the entire day (10-12 hrs) dismantling and taking out the old unit and replacing everything. I was impressed by their ability, knowledge, professionalism, and cleanliness. Once they left it was like nothing changed except that our house is cold again! Highly recommend Day & Night, please continue the good work!

Have been a client for about 6 years. They have installed 3 new units and done significant duct work. We need a new unit but will be using a different company. Day and Night is very overpriced. The difference in cost for exactly same unit and install was 32% lower with another major company in town. The technical competence of the service department is questionable since every time they came out I needed to place any emergency call several days later. They are excellent at selling PM policies, recommending unnecessary preventative repairs, and collecting money. Very efficient in this regard.

Was just scheduling maintenance on our AC plan. Erin was exceptional and extremely helpful. Very helpful and courteous. We been with D& N fir quite a few years. They always do a great job. Recommend them to anyone wanting super great service and professionalism plus friendliness in their work.Just has new. AC unit installed incl new Ecobee pro thermostat. Way cool. Had one minor glitch. They spent the day fixing and going over new thermostat. Great team.

Wonderful experience right from initial consultation to job completion. Got HVAC unit and Water hear replacement and water softener installation. The rep Mike is very knowledgeable, provided all options to choose from. The techs are experienced and professional. They ensured the job site is cleared of all waste. Steven from Day & Night was terrific! The whole company is professional and has great communication. We have used them for years. Stephanie in the office helped me set up a time window that was convenient for me. They texted the night before to remind me and confirm my appointment for the next day. On the day of my appointment, Steven, my technician, called an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived at my home, he was professionally dressed in a clearly marked Day & Night uniform (I’d also been texted his picture before he arrived). He kept me apprised of every step of the repair and got my approval for additional repairs. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Day & Night!

I had the unfortunate experience of having multiple plumbing problems in the same week. Fortunately, I found Day & Night Plumbing and their plumbers Michael and Andy to address my issues.The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The plumbers are equally friendly, prompt and professional. Their service was high quality and on time. Over the past year, several chronic plumbing issues have troubled us.A loud water hammer was one that seemed impossible to correct. Every time we ran the hot water in the kitchen, not only was the flow extremely weak but also there was a loud hammering sound. To aggravate matters, further, our new dishwasher stopped functioning. We had several other plumbers out to try and fix the problem with no success.We were about to buy a new dishwasher when as a last ditch, we researched a bit and found Day & Night. I called, spoke to the very professional and courteous Desiree who set us up the next day with technician Michael Orlowski.I received a message confirming our appointment that evening and the following day, another message from Michael letting us know he was on his way.This young man combines everything one could wish for in a service technician. He arrived precisely on time, was courteous, listened carefully to both myself and my wife and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He explained what was wrong, quickly corrected the problem and left our kitchen immaculate. The water flows correctly, our dishwasher works again and the kitchen is blissfully quiet.We have not been this impressed with a technician in quite some time.Thank you Day & Night and thank you Michael, you are outstanding.

Look, there's a reason this place has so many excellent reviews. I got oh so many quotes to replace my AC unit and move to a heat pump. Not only was Day & Night reasonably priced, the salesperson, Brian, was incredibly pleasant and responsive to deal with. We ending up having them not just install a new 5 ton roof unit, but fix some bad ductwork. The technicians, led by Eric, arrived on time, did their work efficiently, and were also super professional. Our house is now heating and cooling MUCH more evenly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend Day & Night Air to anyone looking to manage their HVAC.

Another company left me hanging on a Friday, so I called Day & Night. They arrived on time Monday morning, communicated well with me, and installed it quickly, for my disabled tenant who had no heat, due to old furnace. I really appreciate their good customer service and professionalism.

Our entire a/c, heating unit was replaced on our roof within three hours with absolutely no disruption within my home. The individuals men who did the job were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done.

Customer service is excellent! Jason S. was not only a great salesperson, but you can tell his passion is vested in the company as his gollow through went above and beyond the initial meet and greet diagnosis. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved by the end of the installation. Eric and his colleague were very professional in their demeanor and knowledge of their work. They were also very tidy in their installation techniques leaving minimal to no debris behind after 8hrs of install. Overall, extremely happy thus far, but the true test lies within the coming months and/or with a big rain ?

Greg was prompt, professional and thorough while performing the maintenance on the heating unit. He explained his findings and provided recommendations in layman’s terms with visuals. It was encouraging to have a person deliver quality service who genuinely cared about his customer.

Had Juan Carlos come and do our scheduled A/C maintenance. He was nice and professional gave me some spots to look at to use my kayaks and for camping. He completed the work quickly and held good conversation which made the whole experience feel better.

We needed some maintenance plumbing work done at my parents’ house and Andy was a true professional. We gave him a list of everything we thought we needed done and Andy made some great recommendations. He wrote up the estimate and laid it out so we choose what to have done. I really appreciated the no pressure approach. We agreed on the work scope and Andy got right to work.Some of the connections gave him a challenge, but he smiled right through it and even talked about how much he loved his job. You just don’t hear that everydayI’ve used Day and Night Plumbing before and will not hesitate to call them again.

Day & Night did the original installation of our units right before we purchased our home. They have been servicing our units semi annual to keep all systems running properly. All of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable & professional .

I was very pleased with Day and Night. They gave great customer service and they gave me a reasonable price for my new HVAC system. Why wait until summer to replace your 25 yr. old unit.

I am a customer who previously had good experiences with Day & Night. NOT this time. I have a 4-year old heat pump on my house. I made an appointment for seasonal system maintenance. I waited months, because they were booked. When the tech finally came, at the end of the visit, he started in with the sales pitch for their VIP club (in which I have zero interest). I asked him to just email me that information. When I had time to review all the items I received by email, including my invoice, I discovered that NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE AT ALL. No cleaning, nothing. Just inspection. I waited months and paid $79 for some guy to come out and just look at my equipment, which is NOT what I scheduled for, and which is essentially worthless to me. Oh, and I got a two lists of recommended work, one over $1,000 and the other almost $1,300. They wasted my time and took my money, for which I received ZERO value. Taking my business elsewhere.UPDATE: Day & Night requested I reach out to them so they can fix it. I have not contacted them, because subsequent to their visit, I contacted another HVAC company for a seasonal service. After performing the service, their tech told me that everything looks fine, and recommended a seasonal check next spring right before I start using my A/C. I then asked him about the items recommended by Day & Night. His response was that his company (this is a quote) recommends those items only when the customer's equipment really needs them. He went on to clarify that my equipment is fairly new, everything is functioning within normal parameters, and at this time my equipment is not in need of those items.

We are extremely happy with our plumber Kyler. This is his fourth visit to our home, usually for inspections and preventative maintenance, but we needed a repair this time. Kyler is professional, punctual, and explains clearly what needs to be done and then goes over the work he did. And he has a great smile. He goes a long way to create our positive feelings toward Day & Night.

Vlad and Aaron were professional and informative. Pricing is fair and they were prompt to get out to my house to fix the issues I was having with my kitchen sink that was backing up. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Jeremy was our tech today. He has been at our place several times, mostly for maintenance of our ac and mini split. He is very friendly and respectful and we have complete trust in his work as well as Day & Night. We would never go anywhere else for our hvac or plumbing needs.

I’m trying to keep my mom and her own home and not send her to the nursing home like the rest of the family wants to the heating and air worked fine over the summer. The unit is 15 years old. I can’t afford a new unit but Nic was very kind and wonderful to come up and check and make sure my thermostat was correctly put on by me and he fix the wires. He was wonderful. He’s not sure what’s going on with my unit on top of my mom‘s house I don’t really think that any of us can afford a brand new unit so if there’s nothing you can do about the heat I know the air works. I’ll just have to keep her with me in the winter time I guess I don’t know but I love Nic and the service and you guys were great so I wanted to let you know that thank you

Day and Night replaced my 22 year old HVAC system on my house, it works great. They came out and did their and annual check up, and made sure everything was running great. I had them upgrade the air handlers purification feature, ( it helps with the allergies). Overall, very happy, and glad they are taking care of my HVAC and plumbing services with their VIP service.

Andrew & George arrived right on the hour 7am. Impressive. I’m so grateful for their skills as I am a widow & many businesses try sell products I do not need. Not you people. I have trusted you and tell others who are single that you can be trusted. Andrew & George are two fantastic young men. Give them a raise!!!

Seems like a bait and switch type company - low inspect fee to get in the door and then what?Friendly person answered the phone. I asked if they did whole house humidifiers and the receptionist said, yes. Then she told me they would have to send a tech out to give me an accurate price to install a whole house humidifier system - that would only be fair to me. When I asked what equipment/product they installed for whole house humidifiers, I was put on hold to check.... then she cam back and said they don't actually the work she had told me they did. Oops. Too much selling and not enough listening!

Overall, I am very happy with Day and Night Heating, AC and Plumbing Everyone I have dealt with has a very good positive attitude and I feel are very honest.

This company was called put to service our AC heat pump on our rental. The technician was super soft-spoken and gave us information on filters. Just all around, I'd highly recommend this company for your needs.

Junior was excellent! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very clearly. With pictures and diagrams, we understood what work needed to be completed. He was very considerate of the wife’s breathing issues.

Byron came out and repaired a bad drain installation that caused sewer smells in my bathroom. He also drained the water heater, checked the water pressure and tightened a nut on my faucet. I recommend Day and Night because of Byron. His knowledge of mobile homes and his pleasant personality will have me stay a customer.

Called with a hose bib leak - had to turn water off. They came out and fixed in less than 2 hours, amazing! I use them for my air con service and this was the 1st time for plumbing!

Kyler installed a whole house water filter, a tankless water heater, a water filter for the refrigerator drinking water, a kitchen faucet and repaired leaky faucets. He probably did more that I’m forgetting but suffice it to say he was the best. Very professional, explained everything and was very patient with us. Can’t say enough about him. Very friendly with a good sense of humor. As a previous business owner I know that the most valuable assets are your employees. This business would be wise to keep Kyler. Five stars to both Day and Knight and Kyler. My wife and I completely trusted Kyler with this significant project.

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

Rickey completed our semi annual maintenance. Working with Day and Night is a pleasure from the front office to the service techs. Everyone is friendly and professional. Rickey discussed what he was going to do during service. After completion he reviewed everything he had done and provided pictures and offered suggestions to keep my HVAC running smoothly. Very disappointed with my experience so far. Had a brand new Trane unit installed a month ago. Making extremely loud noise and buzzing when running. Definitely not normal. No call no show on two separate service appointments. Called office to schedule another appointment. No call back. Received multiple text messages to schedule maintenance even though unit is brand new and maintenance isn't due for a year.

Jared was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he helpful and compassionate regarding our situation, he was professional and fast. I would recommend this company to anyone hands down.

Called because was having drain issues water wasnt going down backing up black things coming up the drains Shawn carden my tech was the best found that there was a major problem throughout my whole neighborhood of townhouses will b fixed by my hoa and not me Even better! A different company wanted to replace multiple parts estimated over $3K to repair my heater. I decided to get a second opinion and called Day and Night. The Day and Night technician had 17 years experience and was able to diagnose the issue resulting in a faulty thermostat. Quickly installed and reasonable price. Thank you!

Getting the correct part has taken most of the Week. Troy was pleasant to work with. Parts were ordered wrong. Toilet still not in use after four days.

Perfect amount of communication from initial customer service person, scheduler, and Tomas, our service tech. Also, very quick availability even though we weren't experiencing an emergency. Tomas was great, he explained what he was seeing in the moment, and was very fair in terms of pricing when he didn't find anything worth a major repair. We will definitely be using Day & Night for all of our service needs in the future.Update: Have had Day & Night out a handful of times now, and what I said after the first time ^ has been consistent every time they're here. Both Matt and Travis were a pleasure to deal with and were very informative in providing information regarding the repairs needed. They were respectful of my house and covered their shoes whenever they entered. I was disappointed that Travis didn’t have time to take me off roading or for a walk on the beach.

I had a great experience with Day & Night from start to finish. I was referred to them by my insurance agent for regular AC maintenance prior to summer rolling around. They were so kind on the phone setting up the appointment and worked with my schedule. Zachary was my technician and he was so nice, informative and helpful. I even had additional questions after his visit and was only met with kindness when I called the main line, and a quick and helpful call back from Zachary himself. Cameron was polite, offered me options for faucet replacement, and addressed my concerns about the water pressure being too high coming into our home. He suggested we attach a pressure adjuster/monitor to our main water valve… showed me pressure readings before and after.I also appreciated how he provided costs with and without the pressure monitor and said it could be done today or at a later date. We needed a major plumbing job done after discovering our old sewer line was collapsed. We use Day and Night for our air conditioning maintenance , and were impressed with them enough to call them when we had a plumbing issue with slow running drains with some backed up water. Unfortunately it was a big problem, and a big job to repair.Donny Bailey was in charge of our project, explaining the full scope of the problem, and the work needed to be done. He explained the process, the time schedule, and the cost. It was a team effort on the part of all the workers involved from Day and Night once work began. Dillon and Cody worked very hard, always polite, professional, and pleasant, as they put in exhausting effort every day. There were others too.. I wish I could remember the names of each one to thank them individually. Everyone worked very hard to keep things going to plan, and in the end it was a big relief knowing it was finished, and a job well done.We have nothing but good things to say about Day and Night. What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. We have the Gold Service package which allows us to have our AC checked out twice a year.Whenever someone comes out they do a great, thorough job cleaning and explaining everything. Our old a/c was barely working, so I gave Day & Night Air Conditioning a call. They were able to come out the same day for a consultation. I was already sure I wanted a new system, but they did an amazing job going over all my options. We got the new trane system installed next day and couldn't be happier with the whole process and outcome. Everyone was very friendly and informative throughout, and my house is now as cold as I want it. Very highly recommend going with Day & Night. You can find cheaper options but definitely not at the same quality.

Tech Nick was fabulous and professional, front desk was extremely good and super friendly, and repairs was very fast and effective despite being temporary. Tomorrow I consult on replacing the whole unit but I'm expecting more fantastic service and timely scheduling.EDIT: replacement went great - Mike and Juan were absolute professionals, friendly and helpful, and the unit is working perfectly. I’ve had great service from start to finish with a new HVAC system but recently my unit was checked out by a tech named Zachary. This tech was the most caring and thorough tech I’ve come across in a long time. He’s a great communicator, problem solver and a man of his word. He is an all around honest, good human being. I highly recommend Day & Night, it was difficult choosing a company to purchase my unit from. I’m sure I made the right choice.

The tech, Terry, who completed the repair was outstanding. In addition to being proficient and efficient, he is very customer oriented. I will be requesting him for future HVAC service.My only complaint is with the pricing of the service (which is not, apparently, anything with which Terry has any say). The charge for labor, relative to the time and difficulty to make the repair, was way out of line in my opinion. I understand the need for the company to cover overhead and operating costs via labor charges, but the bill I had to pay seemed exorbitant for the service provided.

I was blown away (so to speak) by the Day & Night team. They answered the phone quickly on a Saturday, got someone very professional (Steve) on site the next business day, explained the differences in quoted systems, and gave me a same-week timeframe for installation.On the day-of installation, they had said 6:30 am. I figured that was the start of a window and I'd be waiting around, but Denny rang my doorbell at 6:29!They worked quickly and got done faster than I expected. They walked me through what they did, pointed out where someone would be coming back to patch a tiny spot in the drywall, and we were able to sleep in the house that night.I recommend this company very highly and they will be my first call for anything going forward.

The technician, Ivan, took the time to show me things I wouldn’t otherwise have known—such as where the a/c condensation drains into a drain under the sink in the second bathroom (black pipe) or even into a little pipe or spout in the shower ceiling (white pipe) if the sink drain gets backed up.All the more reason to make sure the sink drain doesn’t get clogged up! I had no idea what these two pipes were for—or that they were part of the a/c systemI appreciate the fact that he took the time to show me this—and explain it.His entire maintenance/service call was this informative and this professional. He was not rushed—and he didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff.He walked me through all the pictures he took of our unit. (I wasn’t allowed to climb up their 20 ‘ straight ladder—I’m sure for liability reasons.)But with the pictures (on his phone) I could see everything . I understand the system a little better now.Appreciate the time he took—and his communication with someone who is not a/c savvy.

I have used many service companies including three different services for AC repairs recently as we have had many issues. The most recent issue led us to Day and Night, and the name is perfect. Clean cut, professional, shoe protectors, polite are just the tip of their culture.After our AC quit for the third time in less than nine months Night and Day came out and examined the entire system and discovered that the condensation line was connected backwards by a previous contractor resulting in intermittent shut down of the system due to the incorrect installation.Within a few hours they dismantled and re-installed the lines and the system came right back up. Even better, I have confidence that it will stay that way.There is no better feeling than the confidence that professional repairs give us and Day and Night is far above any other service we have used.

Kyler came to our home with a very professional and polite demeanor. He gave a thorough and well explained estimate for a water softener unit; which we chose to have installed the upcoming week. I had a previous unit of questionable installation quality that needed to be uninstalled and replaced; it took him the day to get everything squared away but he got everything done to a quality far superior to the prior unit we had!!!! He gave a detailed run down of the warranties; but if you saw the quality of install he gave us, then you would agree that we'll probably never need to exercise the warranty! System works beautifully and I've got soft water again!!! Honestly, not overtly expensive; and for the price, having someone like Kyler performing the install, we got a massive deal!!!! called in because my ac is blowing warm air, started giving them my info to set an appointment for the same day since I can't have my family in a house that is 93 degrees. Customer rep asked if I had a second AC unit working I said yes and right away she stated that she was unable to help me with same day service because I had a second ac unit but could set an appointment 5 days out. If she would of waited until I finished explaining she would of known that the second AC is a small unit in my garage. Don't know how me having a second unit affects my service call or why it would change the date. Is it Day and Night only if you have one unit? are you techs only able to work with single units? I would recommend not answering the phones if you don't want business on the weekends.Penguin air came out and handle the issue not once was I asked if I had a second unit. Just find it weird and would never use or recommend this company

The P-trap under my sink was damaged by another contractor while he was installing a new dishwasher.I called Day & Night for repair service at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Day & Night hustled to schedule a plumber (Jared) for 4pm that evening. Jared completly replaced the damaged plumbing parts and re-routed (cleaned up) the under sink drains.The repair took the better part of 2 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding.My only beef is the bill which was over $600. Still, I would call Day & Night again if needed because of the fast response and I know the job was done right.

Day & Night replaced our air conditioning unit at a moment's notice. With over 100 degree temps, we needed a replacement unit right away. They were very prompt in providing an estimate and were able to install our unit the following day. They are committed to providing top notch customer service and did not require payment until we were 100% satisfied. I wish I could say that we had a good experience because everyone seemed so nice and helpful but please beware and always get a second opinion! The technician came out and was friendly, clean and did a thorough check of everything so all seemed well at this point. When time came to explain his findings he explained that almost everything on our only 5 year old system was not working properly. We were a bit confused and overwhelmed thinking we needed to spend over 5k to get our seemingly working unit up to par. After thinking it over we wanted a second opinion and called our home warranty company. Best decision we ever made! Their technician came out and said every was in working order and no repairs were necessary. Do yourself and your wallet favor get a second opinion.

Tech was on time, leak was in the middle of the house under the slab and under the carpet, was not familiar with how to undo carpetto get to cement floor, much less re-install it and put it back like it was...He replaced a 1 foot section of copper pipe that had a pinhole in it...He then put the dirt back in hole and filled/cemented it flush with rest of floor..He decided to dump some excess cement water and small rocks in the street in front of my driveway before he left, leaving me to clean it up.... Not impressed.....

Our technicians name was Troy. He did a great job and he explained every detail of what he was going to do and while he was doing it. We had our tankless water heater flushed and cleaned ! He was super upfront and showed me the water before he used it in the bucket which was clear and while he was cleaning it 15 minutes later what it look like. It was dirty, we only had this unit for a year and we are a new build. So glad we did because we plan on maintaining all of our equipment, and we will always use Day and Night ! Heater was checked out and all ducting pressures were verified and internal components inspected and cleaned. We've always liked day n night. Always good service, good staff, responsible and a willingness to go above n beyond to meet our needs.Today however whomever it was that came out was not the friendliest nor was he caring about any needs/questions we had. Worked w/Gr8 gal yesterday on our scheduling at 9-10. Today I was awakened at 7:30 am by a tech saying he was on his way out to our home. I called and gal said the window was 8-1 pm. I let her know the gal n I worked out something that was 9-10. She checked w/scheduling who was nice and apoligetic and said she would have tech come out closer to 9 am. The tech never came into house to ck thermostat, filters, etc. When we asked a question bout something previous tech told us about he talked right over my husband saying it was a plumbing issue before knowing what he was asking. Then he backed off and listened better but still no real help. I'll be calling in to ask this tech doesn't come any more to do our service. This tech didn't seem like he wanted to do any more than absolutely necessary.

My AC went out on a Sunday night in the middle of summer in AZ. I had a house full of family visiting. I was on a plan with another company who I called first and they told me they could not come out until the upcoming Wednesday 2p-6p. I called night and day and they were at my house by 10a Monday repairing my AC at a reasonable cost. Great work and customer service. I canceled my plan with the other company while the Day and Night techs were present. 100% recommend this company.

Installation crew worked efficiently as a team, answered questions willingly and politely, were very careful, covered floors with tarps, and were simply outstanding in all aspects. Company provided photo and text in advance about tech who would be calling to complete final inspection. Unbelievably good service. This was truly an impressive experience. Jeremy was excellent in explaining with pictures and an explanation of mold in the blower. It needed to be removed.

Troy showed up quickly and evaluated the situation. He did not have the copper piping that was required so he fixed things so that I could turn my water back on. The supple houses were closed, this being a Sunday, so it was my choice to wait until Monday and not have the supply house open special. They will get the supplies tomorrow and fix everything completely. I was very pleased today as I expect to be when they come back. Always use a Rosie on the House partner!

Had Day and Night out to service our heat pump/ air conditioning and wow what a great job done by Tim the service technician. I was very pleased with the service and quality of installation. I followed a neighbor’s recommendation to use Day/Night to install a mini-split AC system in my garage. The sales tech met me within a day or so, and the install was scheduled on a day of my convenience a few days later. The 3 man crew were very polite and total professionals with the way they ran the electrical and hose connections, and even painted the covers with house paint I supplied. The final result was a very professional look to the project. When I had a question with the phone app for controling the system, a supervisor showed up and made sure the techs had the right equipment so I can control the AC system with the app.

Technician was prompt on appointment time, very nice and courteous, explained some issues with my system without being pushy and cleaned up my unit nicely. He followed Covid protocol, wore a mask and shoe coverings. I have used Night & Day for quite a few years and have never been disappointed in their standards, and honesty/integrity, which is unfortunately not the norm for some companies nowadays. We started using ReddiServices nine months ago. We have had to use their plumbing services 4 times since then. All 4 times we have had excellent and timely service. Most recent issue was a very old irrigation head that was leaking under the ground. Jorge P. arrived as scheduled, and we are very pleased with his work. He capped off multiple irrigation lines (which we had never used in the 31 years we have lived here), replaced 2 old spigot heads, removed and replaced piping, replaced main shut off valve, and secured pipes in both front and back of house. We especially appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the time he was here- before leaving he took us to both sites of repairs and thoroughly explained what he did. The receptionist who answered the call was incredibly kind and friendly. When the Technician showed up he was very nice and professional. After the technician did his work/inspection he diagnosed the work my home needed. I received the same recommendations from four companies in Arizona. The technician recommended I meet with Shaun Lewis the comfort Advisor who was another great Person ! Who checked everything. I have been using Day & Night for over 15 years because they are reliable, effective and take care of us when we need them most.. when the AC went out. I write this review to commend getting your ducts sealed. I don’t work in this industry, just a guy who took the risk on the cost because I trusted my tech Ricky Rodriguez when he told me it would work. You know a business is solid when you can get the same 2-3 techs for 15 years, and when he endorsed it, we did it. Game Changer! Our 25 year old house and 13 year old A/C are freezing us out now. Dust in the house has also been dramatically reduced. If you live in Phoenix and have older ducts get them sealed. It’s tough to spend money on something you really can’t see, but we are very glad we did and if this helps you take that plunge, fantastic.

The worker that arrived Zachary Nyquist was professional and very helpful. He cleaned out the heating unit very well and I don't think it had ever been cleaned at all and we are ther original owners! He showed me before and after pictures and we did a preventitive maintenance repair. I would recommend this company.

Updated Review from 5 to 1 Star:I have been with this company for YEARs, primarily for AC services. I always gave their company raves reviews and recommendations to friends and clients. I pay for VIP service to maintenance AC, adding plumbing recently. Had Tech come earlier in week to discuss updating my plumbing lines and turn off values to avoid future leaks. Given estimate of close to $900 and schedule for Sat 11th afternoon. Tech was here for a few hours, was told everything needed to be updated was done. Woke up on Monday morning, slipped and fell in master bath as not only was my master bath flooded so was the guest bath. Turn off new water value on toliet in guest bath as supply line ruptured/leaked, flooding room went through joining wall and flooded master. Called Day and Night, they sent new Tech who quickly stated that supply line in Guest toilet was clearly old and cheap and needed to be replaced. Company charged me additional $60.00 for new supply that was suppose to be replaced on Sat. Called to speak to office asking how 1) if the 2nd Tech stated it was clearly something that should have been replaced, why was it missed on Saturday? and 2) would they find it insult to injury to charge me additional for a $60.00 for a missed supply line from 1st Tech that flooded my home. I was told that, I wasn't charged a service charge to come out I only was (overcharged) for a 20.00 (at most) supply line. I reminded them that I did pay for the service charge since I purchased their VIP service. I asked for someone in plumbing management to look into the matter and get back to me. I told them I understood it was a Monday and they might need a day or two. That was 6/13/2022. The only call we received was from the schedule/sales office later that day while we were dealing with insurance and water migration company in our home, to talk to us about upgrading our water heater. We have yet to hear from Day and Night plumbing management. Bare minimum, we deserved an apology and credit of $60.00. Now I am out $300 for VIP service, $900 for incomplete updates, $60.00 supply line, $1200 insurance deductible, and since I work from home, cancelation for my June 13th clients losing $600.00 in income, now having to deal with days of fans to dry out rooms, weeks of dealing with insurance claims and repairs which will effect my future weeks incomes as well since I can't have repairs happening in same space as my clients need to be. I understand that mistakes happen but Day and Night simply needed to own that mistake and make it right, instead of avoiding the issue and me. This has seriously caused my faith in this business relationship to falter.

The main house shut off valve was replaced and a broken whole house water filter was replaced. The technician was excellent. The problem we had was that we schedule this yesterday and when I called this morning to find out where the technician was, I was told that a work order had never been submitted. They did manage to get somebody out within another two hours, but this was the second time we have had scheduling mix ups with Day and Night.

Very professional and very informative. I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday for an estimate. Wednesday they were out installing. It was a bit pricey but it was totally worth it. We have a brand new ac with cool air and ready for the summer.

I was impressed with the customer care staff when I called to set up the appointment and when I called back to make a small request. Most of all I was very impressed with the skill of the technician who came to do the work. After serving both units he told me exactly what needed to be done on my systems and that’s what I wanted to know.

We have a service contract so once a year Day and Night comes and flushes the water heater and does a general plumbing inspection. The plumber was very courteous and considerate and very thorough. He gave me the possible work to be done and estimates on replacing the water heater which is 10 years old and some other needed repairs. Recommend with an A+.

I was very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our plumber, Mark. (On the other hand, I was not pleased with the quality of my pipes. Yuck. Not even the roto rooter would clean them out. I guess when you live in a 70 year old house, you gotta expect some problems.)Mark explained everything thoroughly, was quick, professional, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself. In addition, he offered me the opportunity to join the maintenance program. It was pretty much a no-brainer since it saved my 10% on my plumbing bill. All in all, an excellent experience.

Our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were going off when we turned our heat on in the home. He thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that there was no carbon monoxide leak. He communicated with us so well and was very thorough in dealing with the situation. Everyone in the office was so helpful in setting up the appointments. This includes Cassie, Steffi, Michelle, Drew and several others whose names I can’t remember. Everyone is so polite and patient and helpful. I highly recommend The Day and NightHeating and air conditioning repair company and I look forward to using them in the future.I just realized that I forgot to write a review about the other technician who came to our house on the initial visit. His name is Ivan. Ivan was just as outstanding as Joe Kleinman. Ivan did the initial assessment of the carbon monoxide problem and then bumped it up to Joe who had more sensitive equipment. So Ivan took care of the first step in the evaluation and then Joe took care of the second. Ivan was equally as professional, highly qualified, extremely thorough and a great communicator. Both technicians were a pleasure to deal with! 5 stars all around!

The service technician Timothy was very professional, on time, friendly, and he represented his company well. Explain what he had done to test the systems what he found and what the repair options were. He also offered to have a sales representative come out to discuss replacing the unit. And set up the appointment for us. Could not of asked for more or better.

Recommended by my in-laws after a bad experience with another company (Mr. Rooter). This was a assumed that be a simple repair (replacement of a bathtub spout/diverter because the shower was not working). Mr. Rooter claimed that the shower valve needed replaced ($800), but before that could happen, a water filtration system/soft water loop needed to be installed in order to rid the plumbing lines of the calcium scale build-up ($2000) which without would render the replacement valve useless.The Day and Night technician was on-time, professional and diagnosed the true root issue immediately. He determined and proved that all that needed to be done was replacing the bathtub spout/diverter assembly in order to restore shower function. He even went to Home Depot to get the right assembly! From start-to-finish, the whole job took about an hour (including Home Depot time) and the shower works like a charm. The repair cost was extremely reasonable, especially considering what the other guys were trying to soak me for! Cannot say enough good about this company and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks a million Day and Night Air Conditioning/Plumbing!!!!!!!

After a lot of research and few estimates I received a referral for Day & Night from Ronnie Brion. I contacted Day and Night and soon after Mike came to our home to provide an estimate. He was kind, professional, and informative. After meeting with Mike, I was convinced Day & Night was the right company for us. On the day of the installation the Day & Night crew arrived timely to install 2 outdoor units, 2 air handlers, 2 power sources and 2 thermostats. I had to work on the day of the install so my father-in-law who is a retired lead HVAC tech stayed at the house for me. When I arrived home from work, my father-in-law told me he was extremely impressed with the installation team. He said everyone was in sync and organized. He also said team members were very polite and willing to answer questions on any phase of the installation. A week later Ronnie returned to my home and tested the units for a final inspection. Andy is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and then replaced the hot and cold valves to my washing machine. He also replaced the shut off valve to my house and added a spigot in my front yard. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind explaining what was being done.

Very disappointed, we purchased a $1700.00 Raheem marathon fiberglass hot water heater when company was Benjamin Franklin plumbing in 2013. When we purchased we paid for a 10 year parts and labor service contract. Included in this service contract they come out once a year to drain and inspect. Was real happy with company until bought out by Day and Night. Called today to set up yearly appointment and was told that I had no contract with them and they would not honor what I paid for, but if I wanted to pay for a service call they could take care of. Beware if you do business with this company as they don’t honor purchases from previous owners. Pretty sad to think that’s how they take care of loyal customers. If lady who answered phone looked at our history she would of seen that 2019 we also paid $800 for anti siphon valve to be installed. Well Day an Night I’m sorry to say you lost another customer and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of how you take care of customers. Sorry but how you made me feel today your service isn’t even worth 1 star.

He was professional, polite, friendly,and answered all my questions. They sent me a written estimate with discounts quickly. The installation team came on time and did a great job installing both my new AC and my gas furnace. They even fitted and played aluminum sheeting in the furnace area floor. The cleaned up everything before leaving. They came back 2 weeks later for final check and to make sure freon levels were good and that I was happy with my new AC. We had a new variable speed Carrier unit installed 7 months ago. We are on budget billing with our electric company, and they review our account quarterly to see if we are overpaying or underpaying and adjust our monthly bill. We knew our bill would drop since we could see on our monthly statements that our usage was consistently about 40% less each month. To our surprise, we had overpaid over 800$ since the unit was installed. Our bill went from $281 to $96 for the remainder of our year, when they will estimate our new monthly payment. This unit is amazing, and Environmental Taming got it installed quickly. They were wonderful to work with, from the installers, to the office staff. Would highly recommend them for all your needs.

I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. Thank you Byron and thank you Day and Night for standing out in a lack of customer service and integrity era.

Day and Night had a much more reasonable diagnosis fee then their competitors but what really separated them is the quality of service. Have they turned into my go to HVAC company? Absolutely! Communication was great, the problem diagnosis was explained without some big upsell and overall I just enjoyed working with these guys that I am writing a review. Front office lady handling the phone was nice and techs I talked to were great.

We had a new a/c installed by them about 6 months ago and I can’t say enough great things about them. It was a super honest, non-pressure sales process, the install was top notch and their follow-up has been thorough.I got quotes from 3 companies, Day and Night was about $300 higher than the lowest quote I got. I went with them because of their team. They thoroughly explained all options and how install would go, even the install team was customer oriented.Since having the unit installed, we’ve had a leak in our bedroom. The roofing people I’ve had out have all commented on how well the a/c is installed and what a good job they did on the roof. The leak was really a fluke. Day and Night then organized a roofing company to come out and is fixing the issue. All without hassling them. Their team is very prompt and friendly. I recommend Day and Night to everyone I come across!

Moving into a my new house, the priority was to get the HVAC replaced as it was close to 20 years old. After researching multiple companies, I contacted Day & Night and boy am I glad I did! The free consultation was great, and Brian was knowledgeable, thorough and really explained our options. Steve and the whole team were amazing! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a Mini-split system for our master bedroom. Six other companies didn't want to do it. Steve said no problem, let's do it! I've never slept so cool! After our main unit was installed there was a loud rattle every time it turned on. We called Steve and he was out the next day to fix it! They are not the cheapest company in town, but you get what you pay for, especially in HVAC. I would highly recommend Environmental Taming for any HVAC needs you have.

Junior did an annual maintenance inspection on my evap cooler and recommended replacing a couple of parts, so we did that, and he finished in very good time, and left with everything cleaned up and working nicely. My cooler is cooling better now, plus I've had a few laughs st his jokes! Still the same high quality company!!!!Did a yearly inspection and made a few recommendations, as well ad estimates on same. I really love these people.. they have come to my home several times at the last minute to take care of something that had just happened. Now I am using them for all my needs. They are on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and clean up after they are finished. And if something still is not right, they come back out and fix it so it is. They make recommendations, but do not try to hard sell things. They are real KEEPERS!!! They came out a couple days ago as well, and found I had a bad float on my evap cooler, replaced it, and now it's recirculating correctly, and shutting off until it's ready to replace that batch of water instead if running continuously, saving me tons of money!!! YAY!!!

Simply the Best! I had two new Trane A/C units installed by Kevin, Mike, and Johnny on New Years Eve. It was a freezing cold rainy day so I felt terrible that they were stuck outside ALL day on a holiday, but they were SO positive and professional the entire time despite the weather challenges. They did an amazing job and they were extremely thorough, making sure every detail was perfect. They were very polite, respectful and mindful of my home, always making sure to put on booties when coming in the house and asked permission to access to the thermostats, restroom, etc. They kept me informed each step so I understood the process. They actually made it a fun experience! It’s been almost a year since I had the units and they work AMAZING! After having several companies come out and give us quotes for a completely new HVAC system, new air handler and moving the air handler to a new location we felt that Day/Night did the best job giving us options to choose from as far as the types of systems. The original estimate and measurements were quite extensive due to all the changes and Jason did a very thorough job. We felt as though we had a ton of information to help make our choice. No pressure, just great info. When it came time to install Troy came out the day before to double check everything and confirm what we wanted. He also made video's for the team that would come out the following day for the install. We had about 6 guys in our house for about 8 hours installing our new system. The supervisor walked us through everything that would happen, checked with us about where the new intake would be, thermostats, etc.. which I very much appreciated. After lunch their boss Troy stopped by to check in and make sure that everything was going according to instruction. All in all we could not be happier with our experience so far. I did a ton of research on HVAC brands and we decided to go with a Trane system. Great warranty and great reviews. I have also had Day/Night work on some plumbing issues and they were again fantastic, on-time, great communication and I never felt that I was being pressured to by something or upgrade to something I didn't need. The toilet overflowed only if there was solid, but the laundry room needed to have new piping because existing pipes were too small, and buildup was present. So laundry line was jetted and correct piping was installed. Also main sewer line was jetted and all seems to be working well. Mark and Ignacio worked hard and were pleasant and professional. Mark was also very knowledgeable. We will call Day & Night for any other problems.

Just had our semi-annual checkup with Day and Night and they were absolutely great again. Their customer service is fantastic. Day and Night came out to investigate a water leak in my bathroom. The technician was Matthew and he discovered a pin hole leak in a 90 degree connection. This led to water damage to my drywall. He contacted a restoration company who is handling the repairs. He was able to turn the water off and he repaired the leak. He was very professional and explained everything he did so I would understand what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company, they are excellent.

I purchased a new stove and it couldn’t be connected because I didn’t realize there was no shut off valve for the gas. I called Day and Night who was able to have a tech out the very next day. I was referred to Day and Night by a friend. They lived up to and exceeded the expectations that had been set for them. Had them come and service my 15 yr old unit. They found several issues that I was aware of 2 years ago but was hoping I could stretch it out for a while. I did speak to a Comfort Specialist (salesman) about a new replacement. I was impressed with his professionalism. He was not pushy and gave me several options. I called day and night to inspect/repair my ac system. The tech came out and did a thorough inspection of both my systems and created a thorough report with plenty of pictures. I’ve used other big companies before for maintenance and never had as good of a documented report and never had pictures to back up the report. This is the second time I used day and night first time was just a thermostat replacement. I was happy with the thorough work and the professional manor the work was done. By the time they were finished with the two units, over $6000 of repairs and up-sales were suggested. Ridiculous!I just had another company inspect the HVAC unit at my office and the gentleman showed me a number of things that should have been done with our PMs and he noticed more things that were not up to standard for proper functioning. We pay a lot of money monthly for Gold Standard Service from Day and Night - a WASTE of money!

My water heater had a leak and was inoperable A new one was installed.This service was very satisfactory. Repairman came on time and very professional. I observed the repairman, Austin, work diligently and expertly. He answered all my questions.

I had a leak from a half bathroom toilet. Kyler check every aspect of the toilet to find the leak, new exactly where the leak was and explained what needed to be done to repair the leak. He also checked the tank to make sure nothing was leaking there. Definitely five star service.

Found Day&Night off Angi’s list and they were one of my three quotes. I chose them because unlike the others they came out to diagnose the problem for free first time and their price was the most reasonable. Eddie came to do the camera and had a good explanation of the problem. Unfortunately, I had to repair my main line because of how bad the pipes were. Mo and Austin came to work for two days in order to remove the front yard plants and install a new pipe. This was the only company that said they would at least try to put my front yard back in shape as best as they could. And Mo did just that. I feel like the service was above and beyond because they took the time to explain the problem, tried to find alternative solution (instead of breaking concrete directly they tried to dig on another spot to avoid having to repair concrete) they ended up having to but they helped repair as much as possible. Lifetime warranty also beat another company only 30 years warranty. Thank you Eddie, Mo, Austin, and John!

Explained everything, showed me what he did on the thermostat and took extra time to walk through how our air units are doing. Amazing service as always. I highly recommend Day & Night and Jose!Troy was great! On time, diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me what was wrong. Gave me an estimate and then fixed it. We also signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

Too many of these plumbing companies have outrageous bids for work you could do yourself if you made a little effort but I managed to get to a spot in doing myself that was a near disaster. They arrived within a couple of hours and were incredibly pleasant and quick and the price was actually reasonable! I booked them on the spot for a much bigger job! Plus, the reminder they send you when the tech is on his way will have you chuckling for days. So happy to have stumbled on them!

We used Day and Night this past summer for a new AC system and called them when our water softener went out, they came out the same day and and quoted us a price. Several other companies came out but Day and Nights price and customer service won again. Two days later our new system was installed. The service was completed by Cameron. UPDATE: Although I blocked their number, 2 days later again I just got a call from them from another number. So they are now moving onto harassment. All I wanted was a quote on a Summer check up. And I've not gotten a text with a appointment set with someone else's address. And now a call after I had blocked their number, from another number now.With summer coming up I was calling different companies to get quotes for a Summer checkup. I specifically block my number when doing so, as to not get sales people calling back etc, and spam. Well I purposely blocked my number before calling them about 2 hours or so ago. I don't know what shady software they use to get past that, to see people's phone numbers, but I got a text message from them confirming an appt I never set, with some address that is not mine. I have blocked their number and hopefully do not get any unwanted calls or texts further. Needless to say I will be crossing them off of my list of AC companies I was looking at. I never leave reviews like this but the fact they got past the blocked number, really screams red flag and should be noted.

So it all started with a simple phone call handled by a true office professional named Catrina ,advanced to an appointment that fit my schedule , on that Monday , the first tech s to show were Jared who I knew from year's of quality work , and apprentice Hunter , new to me , but turned out to be a really great guy ! It didn't take them long to figure things out , so they called my man , Mikey , lead sewer tech , who showed up quickly with a snake - like high powered camera which once inserted within my sewer - lines showed standing water & massive clog's of gunk , next it was time to call my man Jose the hydro water - jet pro tech , who's quality work flushed & manhandled all the gunk out , with before & after snake - camera footage to prove it , a great job done by all , another dream - team mission accomplished !

Day and Night sold and installed our new roof top Heat Pump in Scottsdale AZ. They are an excellent company to deal with.From the sales person, Brian, to the install person, Kevin, to the post install person, Ronnie, all employees are knowledgeable and easy to deal with.Brian did not try to oversell us on the unit that we needed.Our install was a little more difficult, but Kevin made it look so easy. Prior to the install, Day and Night had taken all of the necessary measurements, so that they could fabricate the needed duct work.Kevin and his partner did an excellent job on the install. I was really impressed that Day and Night had arranged to have our old roof top unit removed from our house within 1 hour of it having been taken down off our roof!About 10 days after the install, Day and Night then sent Ronnie out to check to insure that the unit was operating correctly. At the same time, the sales rep, Brian, also came out to insure that the unit was operating correctly.I would highly recommend Day and Night for your heating and cooling needs in the Phoenix Area.

We were stuck going back and forth with our home warranty on what would be covered and when we would have AC again with no clear resolution. We called Day & Night on Friday evening and they sent someone out the next day to quote a repair, but we ultimately needed a complete new system so Day & Night sent out an estimator/sales rep later that evening to provide a quote. We were unsure what to do. Our warranty company offered to keep trying to fix the unit, but after they dropped the ball time and again across 3 different AC companies leaving us without AC for 26 days in 110-116 degree heat, we finally decided it was time to go with a reputable company. Our sales rep, Jason G., was very helpful, patient, and reactive. We called him on a Thursday afternoon to say we were ready to move forward then the new complete HVAC system and duct work were installed by 11:30am the following Tuesday by Day & Night's awesome install crew. Great experience, our house no longer has hot spots, and we even have the thermostat 2 degrees higher than ever before!

Have always been impressed by professionalism of Day & Night over the years. Recently had our old A/C unit deemed unfit to repair by our home warranty company and opted not to use them for replacement and contacted Day & Night instead. While that required us to pay for a new unit, we feel it is well worth the quality upgrade and peace of mind for years to come. Unit was installed within two days and was an extremely clean install. This is a first class operation! The nice lady who made my appointment for a HVAC spring check up gave us a 6 hour arrival window, however, I was told the tech would call us 30 minutes out so I could run some short errands. About 20 minutes out, the tech, Ronnie called and confirmed the exact location, gate code and estimated time of arrival. 20 minutes later he knocked at our door, mask, clean uniform and shoe coverings! Ronnie explained the purpose of his visit and what he was going to be doing. The inspection went well, Ronnie explained everything and emailed us a very detailed copy of his report. I would definitely use Day&Night AC again for the heating season inspection. No hyped up sales pitches or laundry list of things we need. I hope that we can ask for the tech Ronnie again, liked his friendly and professional personality.

I've known that my AC was living on borrowed time, so I babied it. I bought a service contract through Day & Night Air Conditioning and hoped that my system would repay my attention with a possible longevity record. Not so. I knew that things were getting dire and agreed to have a comfort specialist give me a quote on a new system.As if simply waiting for its successor to be in sight (and probably knowing that I would not allow it the dignity of a peaceful death), my old system decided that it had had enough. Mere days after the quote and weeks after its last service appointment, the freon leaked out and left the unit blowing a costly amount of hot air. I was not pleased. I was hot, irritable, and not looking forward to a hefty repair bill while I waited weeks for the new unit.It was late in the day, and I wanted to sleep in relative comfort, so I shelled out the bucks, grimacing, whining, and complaining the entire time. The following day, Day & Night Air not only scheduled the installation of my new unit within 72 hours, they told me that they would credit the full amount of my repair costs. I was floored and ever so grateful. As I sit in cool and quiet comfort, writing this review (I didn't realize how noisy my old unit was. Oy!), I truly appreciate Day & Night's responsiveness and commitment to customer service.

Since my wife and I started going with Day & Night, we've had four (4) technicians visit our home. Rene (a/c) and Troy (plumbing), and just today, Ricky (a/c-heating) and James, (plumbing). All have been excellent in their knowledge and expertise to diagnose a problem and repair it. Also, today we met with Brian about future a/c -heating needs. He was exceptional in his efforts to find possible units to fit our home and usage, as well as a ultimate price to meet our budget. We've only had very positive experiences with Day & Night. We plan to continue using them for these critical household needs. We've also just purchased a/c/heating units - Brian K. was our sales rep.--he is excellent. The installation of the new units which is a pretty major undertaking was flawless - Andrew, Kevin, and Johnny. Then a week later, Carey came out for a two-hour post-installation inspection. He was very thorough and professional. My brother-in-law first referred me to Day & Night and he, too, has had only positive experiences.

My appointment was at 7am. And exactly at 7am, Justin arrived. Refreshing to have appointments kept on schedule. He was thorough in his evaluation and research of the issues. He provided estimates with no pressure sales (double bonus) and provided information on the shelf life of certain pieces of equipment, which encourages preventative maintenance at a cost hundreds if not thousands lower than waiting for the part to fail and replace. Been there, hated that. Looking forward to using them again for work!

They have replacing a broken water heater and taken care of many minor repairs over the years, no job is to big or to small.My most recent service was a plumbing inspection and maintenance that was scheduled for August 17, 2020, and performed by Mark Jacobo. Sean was my service provider. I liked that he told me exactly what he was going to be doing. He also took special care where he placed the ladder. He didn’t rush he was here for almost an hour. I felt he took the time to do the job right. Sean also gave me tips on the type of air filter I should be using to get the best air flow for my unit. Very pleased with my first service on my new AC that they installed last year.

I just had some plumbing work done on my main water line. The tech was Cameron and he was very professional and skilled in the work he did. I'm a prior customer with AC and water heater replacements done in the past and have always been satisfied with Day & Night. Great experiences.

Gary from Day and Night came to repair our AC. He was friendly and informative. He had a great way of explaining what we needed and repaired our AC in a timely manner. We have used Day and Night before and we feel they have fair pricing and do a great job.

Andrew & George did a great job. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up super fast. Drew was kind enough to help me find the proper thermostat after a Day & Night sales rep allowed me to purchase to the WRONG one. I even asked the sales rep to confirm and they said thermostat was compatible, which was WRONG according to the labor crew. That was the only frustrating part, but it is a sales/customer service issue, not labor related.

We purchased our A/C unit from Sunrise Mechanical and from the day that we met Bill the service has been no less than exemplary. From Jennifer assisting us over the phone and Jeremy servicing our unit each experience has been satisfying. We actually consider them all friends. They will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and are always considerate of the cost to you. We trust them completely.

My Gas fired water-heater system had extinguished and I was not being able to light the pilot. The gas service was ok as my cooktops were lighting. The tech arrived in time. He was very professional and experienced. He immediately diagnosed it to a faulty piezo-electric clicker that lights the pilot. It was a Saturday, and close to closing time of most businesses, but he called a local parts supplied and immediately drove to get it. He brought the parts and replaced it and made it work! He was very honest and charged me a fair price for the parts without a high markup. He could have easily convinced me that the entire heater need be replaced!I will certainly used their service again!

I had Gary from day and night come out to look at my unit. He was extremely kind and professional and did NOT try to negotiate services for me that would cost me an arm and a leg. Had a clogged pipe. Day and Night sent Fabian out th same day and fixed the issue. He ran multiple tests to ensure the drain was open. Very nice demeanor. Have had a plumbing issue for years. Which I suspected was on the city side of the sewer. In the past 9 years I have had another company out here many times. Day & Night went above and beyond. After a camera inspection it was determined that there was a huge belly that sewage was accumulating in and this was the reason for my constant backups. The tech even contacted the city to have them come right out. The city did determine that it was theirs to take care of and will be doing it within the next two weeks. I'm having them do some other work since they've already come out here anyway. they also did some completely different work for me last week so chose to call them again. Very glad I did. They are now my new plumbing and air conditioning company. Already used them for air conditioning. would highly recommend.

We had our kitchen sink and laundry room backing up. We called for Plumbing services and Chantelle answered. Chantelle quickly schedule me and ensured I would get taken care of. John our Plumber called us before arrival. Upon arrival he performed a thorough inspection of our issue. Our issue was more than a clogged line but John gave us some great options on how to proceed. With our approval John performed the work. From Chantelle to John we were kept informed with arrival times, work being performed all at reasonable pricing. Day and Night truly is a 5 star company and would highly recommend them for plumbing and HVAC.

Daniel came over and went over the details of what he would be doing and checking. He then did the evaluation as covered. He came back with extensive pictures of the units checked and what was wrong and what was in need of attention. We agreed on the work to be done. He did the work and showed me the before and after pictures. The repairs were done to my satisfaction. Daniel was professional and friendly.

When the sound of trickling water turned into a full blast waterfall, they came faster than they originally told me, and repaired it right then and there. Quick, clean, professional. Left my cabinet cleaner than when they got here!Very nice and professional, wore a mask the whole time and stayed 6 feet away. Felt safe, even during a pandemic, that a man I didn't know was in my home.They even recommended a good restoration company for the water damage and gave the company my info so I didn't have to find one myself. Just had a visit from Eric Rentz, a service technician with Day&Night who was here to do the inspection of our heating system for this season. He let us know when he was on his way, arrived promptly for the appointment, and did his work professionally and courteously. We have been very happy with the service we have received from Day&Night since we had our initial contact with them to install a new air conditioner and furnace, and we look forward to many more years of great service with them!

We used Day & Night for our new unit installation through Lowe's. The crew and staff are all professional and very helpful. They went even beyond helping us, when they accidentally busted a water pipe(our house is really old and not constructed well). We've also called them for somewhat emergency situation (I say somewhat because it's not really urgent but unit needs to be checked out especially the situation happened around August when AZ heat is at its peak) and response came within 24hrs. Day & Night does a great job with every aspect of the process. Customer service is incredibly friendly and helpful. They keep you constantly updated about your appointment and the technician who will be doing the job. You even get a text with a little bio about the technician so you know a bit about the person entering your home.Our technician's name was Tomas and he did a great job explaining what was going on and what our options were. He even asked a few times if he could show me what he was doing to give me a better idea of what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. He went above and beyond to help us and we will be requesting his services should we run into AC problems in the future.Very impressed with this company overall and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs AC repair!

We were so fortunate that the last homeowners left a receipt from Day & Night. Our A/C went out the night before an excessive heat warning weekend. We tried getting someone to come through our home warranty, but they didn't call us back for a while and were three days out unless we wanted to pay an expedite fee. We found a more local place in Mesa that supposedly is open 24/7, but when I called at 11:30pm it went to a voicemail. I decided to try and call Day & Night when I remembered the receipt from the last homeowner. When I called at 11:45 at night they answered right away, got me scheduled for the next afternoon, and then a dispatcher called me by 9:15 the next morning to ask if I'd like a serviceman to come in the morning instead. Jose Gomez Santoyo came at 10am, and was beyond amazing. He was so friendly and professional, ensuring that he observed social distancing and mask wearing courtesies. His analysis was quick, he presented us with three great options, and by 11:30am he had repaired our unit, serviced it, changed our filter, checked out the connection in the attic, and the house was on its way to be cool. He was so courteous and thoughtful the whole time, and very friendly. He even gave us some great tips and recommendations for things we can do to get our house cooler and reduce the strain on our A/C unit. Even though it was 110+ degrees outside he was working hard, and had such a positive attitude. When I thanked him for his service he thanked *me* for giving him the chance to provide the service. To have our A/C go out during the worst possible time and yet have it repaired within 14 hours of it going out is truly a miracle. We will never go anywhere else, and would recommend them to anyone in the valley, especially Jose!

Troy fixed my tub drain problem and diagnosed a crumbling pipe & fixed that in the process. I received a written estimate beforehand and, despite running into another issue that needed repairing, paid only the agreed-upon price. There was no funny business here--only honest professionalism and quality work. I feel that the best compliment any service employee could receive is that they represented their employer as though they were the owner. That's EXACTLY what Troy did. I won't hesitate to call again or to refer others to Day & Night.

I am SO impressed with this company. Unfortunately, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous other heating/air conditioning companies in Phoenix, and I can truly say that Day and Night is the best in the valley. The difference really is Day & Night!I had my unit serviced and an air scrubber added. My technician, Ron, was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and I felt as though he truly wanted to educate me. He was respectful of my home and property, and he provided overall excellent service. He didn’t not try to upsell me or pressure me on purchasing any additional product or plans - his main goal was to fix my problem and complete the service while ensuring I had a sound understanding of the situation. I would recommend Day & Night over and over again!

They charge so much for parts it's insane, they wanted to charge me $749.00 for a blower motor that costs $160.00 and after I told them definitely not going to happen the tech tells me he can change the capacitor and that might fix the problem for a little bit. So I said to go ahead, turns out I was charged $214.00 for a freakin $7.00 capacitor. Their mark up on parts is crazy and it's a complete rip off ! Call them or use them at you own risk however be prepared to be completely taken advantage of and watch your money go right down the drain ! I would rate them a -1 ? if I could. As luck would have it after I was fleeced by them I contacted a company that came highly recommended and they installed a brand new blower motor on a Saturday for a total with the service call for $300.00 . These people should be ashamed for how they rip people off after they act like they actually care about a potential client.UPDATE: After speaking with Mr. Lang regarding my experience with the company I feel as though my original review may give the wrong impression. He spoke with me with professionalism, curiosity and respect and I was very impressed with him and his knowledge of the a/c industry. They are a good company and have a very knowledgeable staff, my review focused on pricing and the mark up of parts. I neglected to either say or consider that that as most all other companies they have overhead to cover be it insurance, vehicles, supplies and so on. So on that note I would like to apologize for not taking that into account and I would like to personally thank Mr. Lang for reaching out and contacting me regarding the issue I felt I had with them, my hat is off to Mr. Lang and his company (the company he represents) . And for Tomas the tech that was dispatched to address the service call , he was totally professional, respectful and did a fantastic job representing the company and I apologize if my review caused Tomas any issues or problems.

This is our 2nd time working with Steve, Drew, and Diane. Steve was so so honest last year in saving us $4,000 on our upstairs unit replacement. So when our downstairs unit went out this year (as expected after 20 years), then we didn't even bother to get more bids.Drew and his team got the work done right away and we are staying cool. They are really heroes who are willing to get in hot attics and work outdoors with out complaining. I pray for their safety and good health.

This is the only 24 hour plumbing company that answered the phone. Not only did they answer the phone, but she was kind, comforting, and professional. James was at our house at 7am and he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He solved our immediate problem and then determined the underlying cause. He then went above and beyond to make sure the underlying problem was fixed. 11 months later & the plumbing in our house is working perfectly.

My experience with Day & Night was and has been outstanding. Their service staff have always been very prompt and they are thorough with their work. I personally have been in the property management business for over 25 years managing many properties. So I have worked with many businesses and vendors over the years and I would say Day & Night Plumbing will be on top of my list for plumbing needs and services. And to go a step further, the service person that I have had the pleasure of working with is Joe the plumber, He has over 35 years of experience, has worked for numerous well-known plumbing companies and really knows his craft. I have worked with him and seen his work on rental properties and my personal residence as well. While and after Joe takes the time to resolve the issues and/or problems that need to be fixed, he continues to provide the customer with many tidd bits of information that we as consumers in the market place should know about but are never told. He informed us of indicators to look for and to be aware of when a hot water heater is going out, the differences and qualities of hot water heaters and what to consider when replacing them, how to get hot water throughout the house very quickly and other electrical things to consider that does not benefit himself or Day & Night whatsoever. Best of all, from my research, Day & Night were one of the most reasonably priced businesses for their services. I highly recommend Day & Night and especially Joe the plumber. They know what they are doing and do it right for a reasonable price.

Been using this company for several years now and they are great! Ron always services my unit and does a great job and I love his personality!!! Friendly and professional! This company is so reliable and honest. They give you your options with pricing and advise you what choice to make. The best part is they will honestly tell you what is NOT needed. I just had my sewer line checked from another company thru my realtor. That company stated I needed a new liner put in because of cracks and unstable conditions in the sewer lines. Day n Night came and inspected and jet cleaned the lines only to discover it did NOT need a new sewer liner which was quoted from the first company at a discount price of $14,000 from $18,000. Thank God I had Day n Night plumbing company give a second opinion and suggested to start with a jet clean out to remove any build up. Build up can show areas that look like cracks etc. After the jet clean out everything was normal and in good shape for $2,200. That's a far cry from $14,000. Day n Night is MY go to plumbing and heating company. They are awesome!

Eric and Ryan spent a very full day removing the old beat up HVAC and installing a brand new Trane. It works great already. They explained everything they did and how it works and when it was all over left the space clean. I could not be happier.

9pm last night our home water heater burst, leaving water all over the garage and damage to an interior bedroom wall. I shut off the water source to the unit, mopped up, called Day and Night. The answering service took the information and assured me that I would get a call at 7am the next morning when the scheduler arrives at the office. 705am I did get a call, a technician was at the house at 10am and by 230pm we had a new water heater. We were offered varying products and warranties by the technician and then he drove to pick up our selection.The initial call and scheduling was very friendly and responsive. Justin, our technician, was professional, took time to listen, pleasant, explained his work as he proceeded and cleaned up after he was done.I have used this service provider before and will continue to rely on their excellent service.

I called Day and Night on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out the same day and repair my AC. It is summer, so it’s extremely hot and I am so grateful for their prompt service and fair prices. The dispatcher I spoke too was also very kind and helpful. Would recommend them 100%.

The next day we had an emergency water issue unrelated to the previous days work and again Josh arrived earlier than estimated and quickly repaired the water issue. The water in the spare bath was not as hot as the rest of the house .love the baths ha Which Mikal figured what the problem was and fixed it . No high pressure sales . While they were here I had a very old water heater, i decided to have them replace that also .. they went to extra lengths to find the one wanted in the valley . I had a new counter-top installed, and needed a plumber to re-install the faucet and drain. I called around, and Day & Night said they could come the next day, so I hired them. They told me there was a charge, I believe it was $59, to come out, but if they did the work it would be applied to my invoice. I did verify that I was getting service during regular hours, no extra charges for anything.The company called and let me know the plumber assigned to me was on a big job, and he would be arriving at the back end of the promised window. Later the plumber, Troy, called to tell me he was about an hour and a half out. All this was fine. Then about 15 minutes later Troy called back to say he was on his way. He arrived in 25 minutes. Troy's workorder was inaccurate. He thought he was installing the sink as well. He went to his truck and came back with a book, to give me an estimate. he showed me where his book said to install a customer supplied faucet and drain would cost me $384, and take about an hour. I expressed my distaste for the pricing model, but I needed my sink, so I told him to do the work. Slightly less than an hour later, he was done and on his way to the next job.My only complaint is with the pricing, $384 an hour is a bit on the steep side. However, it is done, and my kids can once again brush their teeth in their own bathroom.

First, I’d like to say Thank you! From the first call to get information all the way through the installation has been a wonderful experience. Everyone has been very professional, courteous and friendly. We’re enjoying our new AC unit with all new ducts and supplies (vents). We no longer wanted the vents in the walls so we asked them to install all new duct work and vents in the ceilings. They look like they came with the house and makes the house look like new again. We also asked to have the insulation in the attic updated since the house was built in 1988.So, we have a new AC unit, air scrubber, all new duct work, all new vents – in the ceilings, upgraded insulation in the attic and a new thermostat.We would HIGHLY recommend Day and Night to everyone.They are one of the few companies that do “really care” about their customers and our satisfaction!

Ed and Erick showed up on time to replace my 2 17 year old HVAC systems. Erick explained exactly what would be happening and to expect at least a 12 hour work day. As soon as I showed them were they would be working they began to mask up the work area to maintain mess to a minimum. Not only were they done under 10 hours they still managed to clean up the work areas and ensured everything was up to my standards. Outstanding work gentlemen!!!!

A previous AC from another company came to fix a leak in the AC. One week later the AC gave out again and the tech didn't answer the call. So I called a different company on the weekend when my AC just gave out and they couldn't come out because the AC was not installed by them. After trying several different companies over the past year we found Day & Night Air Conditioning. So far we have had a great experience dealing with them. Their technicians are professional and office staff and manager responsive to issues. They take the time and extra effort to make sure their customers are taken care of to the best of their ability! The technicians replaced the 20 year old water valves and copper pipes under the guest bathroom sink. The new water valves and braided water lines have made a difference. The technicians Mo Morrison and his helper were very professional and completed the job very quickly. After inspecting the work they left the area very clean. Excellent Customer Service. I called to have a service technician come to my home and was quoted a time of 3 PM. Within an hour of that initial phone call, my technician called and said that he was on his way! We realized our air had stopped working and got a referral from my fiance's family for Environmental Taming. I called around 7:30 PM to report and inquire as to whether they would be able to send someone out and what the emergency cost would be. Knowing it was after hours, we were hoping they could get someone out that night, but expected the next day. They were very nice and let me know that someone could be out in 30 minutes. About 25 minutes later he arrived and we were fixed less than an hour later! Luckily it was an easy and common fix. We were super lucky, but had a fantastic experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I have been using Day and Night Air Conditioning for over 10 years for every 6 month service. Last month I made the decision to replace my unit with them. From the sales man to the installers to the final inspection they were all very professional and all on time and completed the install in 1/2 the time of what was quoted. They placed floor coverings down and cleaned up after themselves. I purchased a train multi stage system and could not be happier with its performance. It runs so much quieter than the old unit. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had Day & Night install a new Trane AC unit on my house. They were extremely professional and polite all the way through from the first appointment to the follow up after the install. I would highly recommend this company. Mike the salesman was extremely helpful right from the beginning of the process. The install day went smoothly too even with our extreme temps outside. Arron and his crew were able to finish the job ahead of schedule. Carry assisted in the follow up appointment and got my new digital thermostat working, it's fantastic and he was very polite and explained about all the options I have etc. Ron, the maintentance man that came out to follow up also, spent a lot of time working to make sure everything was working properly and tested for leaks etc. He was very nice and helpful, and I highly recommend asking him when you need a great tech. They did not even charge me a penny until a week after the new unit was installed. Since this was a major purchase for me, I decided to also get the extra (labor) 10 yr warranty on my new unit. I think this company really cares about their customers and it has been my experience so far that customer service is extremely important to them.

We are new homeowners, & one of our Thermostats was indicating our system needed servicing - with 3 codes showing up under that message. I called in to Day& Night & gave them the codes, told them the system seemed to be working fine, & they said they needed to send out a technician to service it. The tech came out & quickly said it was just a battery needed in our bedroom sensor. $59. Was not pleased that they couldn’t have figured that out from the codes. The tech said there was a little picture of a battery that indicated that. Not too happy with our first introduction to Day & Night.

They are great! When my AC went out, they cam out within 48 hours, repaired and provided detailed information on what the problem was, were courteous and COVID-19 safety conscious, and were affordable, too! I highly recommend them!

Regular service on reverse osmosis water system (replaced four filters). Good professional job. Cost, however, was much higher than I expected (about twice what we've paid on the past). I doubt I will use then again for this service.

Service technician was very professional and provided us guidance on options we have for prolonging the life of our systems while fixing some minor issues that had occurred on our systems. The company also offers maintenance plans which cover preventative maintenance and some routine work; a good option for those who don't have or don't want to rely on their home warranty (their plans cover things most warranties wouldn't). Great experience overall and would recommend them.

This company came and did an excellent job of the new AC installation at my condo. They got the whole project done in a day and were nothing but professional. Left my home exactly the way I gave it to them. Their bid was the best out of the 3 as well.

Steve and his team were exceptionally helpful on their visit. We called them out here for a simple diagnostics test but they ended up finding issues that needed to be fixed immediately (that seems like the typical scare when having someone run a diagnostics test but these guys are different). Steve was a very clear and honest communicator. He never once seemed pushy and I got the sense that he genuinely cared and wanted what was best for us. He regularly checked in with us during the repair to explain to us what the issue was and share his opinion with us. He ended up finding that our main duct was collapsed and that we had a cracked pan.When he found that the job was more serious than initially thought, he called in extra help to ensure that they were able to get the job done promptly as having A/C this time of year in the desert of Arizona is SO needed.Steve and his team proved to be professional, knowledgable, hard working, AND caring!

The hot water tank sprung a leak ovet Labor Day holiday. I called Day and Night on Tuesday and John Burwell the plumbing technician came out. I told him what I wanted and he came back on Wednesday to install a new tankless water heater. He listened to me and did exactly what I wanted and more than I expected. I had a plumbing pipe puzzle from previous installation and he removed all the excess pipes and did a very neat install and proper discharge and venting. All systems are now properly functioning. I can depend on Day and Night for quality service.

Water pipe sprung a leak in a wall on a weekend. Day & Night sent Cameron on Sunday. He had it fixed in a couple of hours, showed me what he was doing, and even came in under the original estimate. Now, I just have to let things dry out and patch the holes.

I have an older a/c unit, so make sure I have it checked out. In the past I was ripped off by technicians who thought I was stupid. A friend recommended Day & Night. It was a great. The technician, Ron, was very professional, yet friendly and treated me like a person, not just another job on a hot day. He spent quite a bit of time checking out, and cleaning my unit. He also explained what all he had done, as well as educating me about my particular unit. I felt that I could trust him, and that is very rare. A/C companies seldom have the word honest, in there mission statement, or as their way of doing business. I would recommend Day &Night to everyone who wants to do business, with a company that Can be trusted.

Our water heater burst and since we had used Day & Night before, we called them immediately. Justin came out the next day and gave me a quote for a tankless system. He and his assistant, Ignacio, came out the next day to install. We are beyond satisfied with the work done. They were prompt and professional and left our house in better shape than when they found it. Every person that we've come into contact with has gone the extra mile. They do r/o systems, water softeners and a/c. They will get ALL our business from now on. Finally, someone who does it all and does it all VERY WELL!

Technician was great. Price was more than the competitors but I got a discount for being a member so that might pay off in the future. The fix caused another leak that wasn't there before, but called the tech and he walked me through the fix which was pretty easy. Only cost me $70 for that part. The original repair was >$900. I will use these guys again. All staff very responsive.Edit: I wasn't happy with something right off the bat, but they made me whole and did a great job in communication. I flew off the handle too early.

Recently Josh came out to replace our hot water heater, he also checked out our soft water system and our recirculating hot water unit and he did a phenomenal job with all of our issues! Heat pump installation was great. Took old system down and installed new system in about 4 hours. Very satisfied with installers and the job they did.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My dad recently passed away and my mom was alone at their house. There was water backing up in the house and Day and Night was there within the hour. Josh was absolutely wonderful and fixed the problem right away. We eventually had to have about 100 feet of sewer line replaced as the pipes were original from 1950's. Josh was back on the job, with Jim as well, and they were both courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was done within 24 hours and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Getting a 2nd opinion from Day & Night was the best decision I made regarding my unit. Thanks to Philip's knowledge and taking time to explain his thoughts on the installation of my current unit, I was able to contact the company that installed my unit with information that proved the original installation was not completed properly. They fixed the things Philip suggested at no charge. Originally, they wanted to charge me $1300 labor. The worst decision I made was not having Day & Night install my unit. Day & Night provided prompt service. The receptionist was also very nice.

Unbelievable experience today with day and night air conditioning. The technician Did an unbelievable job. He was very thorough, provided photos, provide updates throughout the process, and made recommendations on what to do next. It looks like we will need to get a new system and they also were able to set up a call and schedule a free estimate on the same day.

I called Day and Night to diagnose my AC unit. Because it was later in the day they scheduled me for next day which was acceptable. The technician who called me the day of his visit was named Eddie, he let me know he was on his way to my home. He asked me some background questions about what my current problem was with my unit as well as my concerns. He told me he would get to my house and see if he can figure out the problem. Once here he was very professional and followed all COVID procedures. He took a look at the unit outside and also up in the attic. After going back and forth he came to me with the problem. He explained to me what the issue was with my unit, told me how it got to this point, and gave me options for repairs. He had thorough knowledge of what he was talking about and made it very understanding. Eddie was a great technician and very professional as well!

As an update to the HVAC review below, we just followed our own recommendation and used Day & Night for a water softener and carbon filter installation and had another superb experience with them. James, our technician, was absolutely great to work with, from his initial visit for the estimate through to the final installation. His work was excellent, the cost was again very competitive and we are so grateful to James for him working on the installation (which was 100% outdoors) through a very atypical Arizona afternoon of heavy rain!...........We would highly recommend Day and Night after a superb experience with them installing our 2 new HVAC units. The initial consultation with Brian Kearley was great, as was his support all the way trough the project, with him being extremely professional and very responsive. The deal was very competitive and the installation was also exemplary. The team were pleasant, efficient and the process was completed quickly with a very effective clean up. We were aware that there would also be a post-installation inspection however this also exceeded our expectations in the level of thoroughness. We'll certainly be looking to use Day and Night for any future HVAC or plumbing needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We noticed a very wet spot today in our front yard under our turf at about 6:30pm. We were able to dig it up and found out it was the water main leaking. I called Day & Night and they were out with an hour. Mo (Mark) was fantastic! He got the line shut off and repaired. So thankful for his knowledge and responsiveness. From the first site visit with Mike Tufegdzic, through their financial application process to the day of installation with Ed & Marco and their installation crew, the entire experience was thorough and professional. There are a lot of complicated steps involved in replacing/upgrading a complete AC system that people don’t always think about including cranes, upsized condenser unit support pads, custom air plenum boxes, customer support structures in the attic to fit new equipment, verifying integrity of copper lines between attic equipment and outside equipment, condensation lines, etc. and the repairs and upgrades to those lines needed to accommodate the modern high efficiency equipment. These guys know their business and they make sure that every step is completed as promised. They answered every question. There were no surprises. They did our installation all in one day. It is a pleasure working with a company that has quality people from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend Day & Night AC to anyone looking to replace their AC system.

Day & Night service is excellent. They were available the next day when my A/C broke and was not cooling. May be the timing of it, but other servicing companies I called had at least a week of waiting. Very professional in handling the phone calls and service at home. Suggested good options and fixed my issue in 30 minutes.

One of our ACs went out early Sunday am. (109 degrees out) We usually use a different company, but they could not make it. I found great reviews for Day & Night and gave them a call. They had someone to our door in just a few hours. We ended up buying 3 new ACs from them, and they were installed just a few days later. Install took an entire day, but they were quite professional. They even painted the drywall boards to our attic entrances to remove any scuff marks. All rubbish was removed- the place looked great and was cold again. Yay! Did I love spending so much on ACs? No - but we had to replace our old ones, and we’re excited about the efficiency of these new 18 seer variable speeds. ??

Chris is a good, clean, and pleasant Master Plumber. I’ve used this service with Chris before and he was able to fix our issues completely and professionally and I’ll use this service again at some future time. (Our issues...physically broken bathtub valve stem in wall, house shutoff valve, new hot water heater.)

I had these folks replace my heat pump in 2011. The unit (name brand ) was defective. I had several major repairs done by Sunrise within the first three months. The service was fast and efficient. In the mean time I kept asking the manufacture to replace my Lemon heat pump. When they finally consented Sunrise did the job very cheerfully and quickly.These people know the real meaning of Customer Service I recommend them to all my friends and you should too.

I encountered a sudden water leak underneath one of my hedges in my front yard. Since there is also my main line running to the house, I was afraid my main line cracked. I called in an emergency and to be fair, night and day was quick and eager to help. It took about 30 minutes and there technician already showed up. That’s very good there...BUT: the technician dug out the water leak and it turned out to be the irrigation of the mentioned hedge was the source. The technician (very nice guy btw) said they would not be the right company to fix this and referred help elsewhere. The job ended there for him!So he came, turned on my water to see where the leak was coming from, dug a whole, found the leak and that’s it - for $485!!! And that was only for the first hour!That is an insane hourly rate for a week day, day time with actually barely any work performed and not even fixed the problem! That was shamelessly taking advantage of an emergency situation.If any of my friends or neighbors ever encounters any plumbing emergency, I will urge them to go elsewhere! Never again

Technician came out to diagnose/ repair an error in our water softner. We were charged a $59.95 fee just for showing up to do the warranty repair. Technician showed me how to reset the system and told me not to worry about the no flow detected error. That's worth the fee! Honesty is a great quality. I will definately use Day & Night plumbing in the future.

I had a summertime plumbing maintenance visit yesterday. It was discovered that none of the shut off valves in my two bathrooms and my washer were working. Cameron suggested I have these replaced. He completed the work today. I was notified when he was on his way. Cameron was professional, had a great personality, polite and efficient. I would recommend Day & Night Plumbing for anyone. Gary Garcia was my tech and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He was very thorough and walked me through all the options before performing the service. After installing the new thermostat, he took me through the wi fi set up and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving.

The Day & Night sales and installation crew are some of the most professional and friendliest people that I've ever worked with. The A/C systems and options were all explained thoroughly before installation and the installation crew installed both A/C systems in our home with minimal to no impact to our daily routine. PLEASE READ THIS!! I had Day and Night come to fix our heater in January. Everything was great, they got 5 stars and I wrote a review on how they went above and beyond for us. So now, in the middle of the summer, a part of our AC went out, so they sent Jeffrey(service technician) out to our house. It was a part that was in the range of 2k to fix it. Since a full new unit would cost about 6-7k I'm guessing, we started talking about getting a new unit. Jeffrey explained how they would have someone come out the next day to give us a price on the new unit. We were about to have him set that up for us......As we were discussing this, my mother mentioned that she purchased our unit in 2010. Instead of just letting us buy a new unit, Jeffrey asked if she still had the paperwork/receipt of when she purchased the unit. My mother went through her records and was able to find it(she would've never looked at that receipt EVER if Jeffrey didn't ask to see it). Jeffrey looked at it, and informed my mother that she had a warranty on the unit for ten years(with one of Day and Nights Competitors), and asked me to call them right then. They setup a service tech to come out the following day. They came out and fixed our AC the following day. This speaks of the integrity that this company holds, they care about the customer, even if it's not necessarily their company that fixes the problem. Big shout out to Jeffrey, we ended up paying the service charge for him coming out there, but in the end, if he wouldn't have informed us that we had a warranty, we would've paid for an entire new unit for the house. So THANK YOU Jeffrey and Day and Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing!! I would give ten stars if I could!!

I’ve had Jose service my unit for a few years now. He is always on time, wear shoe coves, wore a face mask and is always happy to answer questions. The thing I liked most about his services today, he recorded a video on the roof that shown everything he inspected. It made it easier for me to understand what he was talking about. I usually never write reviews, but I feel compelled to share what a fantastic job Day and Night AC and Plumbing did in replacing and installing our new AC.Quick backstory, we had been having our old AC serviced by this company for approximately four years now. We knew we were going to have to eventually purchase a new AC unit, but Day and Night helped with keeping the old one running until we were able to financially. When we agreed to have a quote done, Marc Mittelsteadt came out and did a thorough inspection of our home. Not only did he highlight issues, he also sat down with me and outlined four separate options that all fit into my family’s budget. He also showed me financing options, which in the end really saved the day for us. In no way was he pushy, instead he was nothing but courteous and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. As a result, it was because of Marc that we ultimately decided to move forward with Day and Night. While we had other companies out, they paled in comparison, never coming close to delivering the level of expertise and professionalism that Marc exhibited. Not to mention, the other companies spent maybe 30 minutes with us and offered no options for financing. It’s safe to say that Marc was by far the standout of our experience with Day and Night.The rest of our experience went rather smoothly. Once we agreed upon the new unit, we were scheduled for instillation within the week. Kevin Kroeger came out and did a pre-inspection, and was just as professional and thorough as Marc. Then we had Arturo Ramirez and his team do the installation. They were not only fast, but efficient, and Arturo did an excellent job answering all my questions. After a week, Kevin came back to do a final inspection. In the process, he did what I never thought could be done...he fixed the “whistling” sound we’ve had to put up with ever since we bought our home. An enormous thank you goes out to Kevin for that alone. Also, Marc arrived during Kevin’s inspection to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our new unit. He once again took the time to answer any lingering questions me and my family had. All in all, we received outstanding customer service at every point in this process, even during the craziness of the Covid-19 pandemic.I cannot tell you enough how satisfied we are with Day and Night AC and Plumbing’s work. Day & Night has serviced my HVAC system for several years. Last night, on one of the hottest days of the year, my system quit cooling. I called in the middle of the night, when I discovered the issue. The answering service said someone would call me first thing in the morning, which they did. They said a technician would be available between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. The technician, Nick, called around 1:00 and said he was on his way. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately. Within a short time my system was cooling again. Since we’ve been having extreme heat warnings recently, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get anyone out to fix the issue for several days. I was pleasantly surprised when my system was up and running again in less than 24 hours.

John came to fix our clogged bathroom drain. He was on-time, wearing a mask, and was very friendly. He proceeded to attack the clog while explaining everything to us. He worked hard at the stubborn clog while we watched nervously as the pipes are old. He got it! When finished, he checked and double checked the flow of water and cleaned the entire work area. This company was awesome, my heat went out in my house and it was urgent that it got fixed. There are 5 people that live there. This was a Friday that I initially called, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday. I was talking to the lady that answers the phones, and explained the situation. She told me if anyone was able to come out and do a service call, the technician would call me. Fifteen minutes later, Jose, the technician called and was at my house am hour later. Very impressive! He was professional, diagnosed the problem, and went over the costs with me. I picked the plan that best fit my budget for this issue. Jose then went back to work, fixed the problem and made recommendations for my unit. I would absolutely recommend this company and will hire them again of something else happens with my unit.

My daughter experienced a huge backup in showers on a Saturday night. Early Sunday Day and Night had Cameron, a plumber, at the house and began to work. Cameron needed a different snake bit so he called an off duty associate James who happened to live down the street. So, on his day off, James showed up with the required bit and a camera to scan the outlet. It revealed that previous contractors had dumped grout or drywall compound which caused the clog. However, the service and problem solving by Cameron and James is representative of the Day and Night service motto. Thanks guys! We appreciate your devotion to being a first class problem solver.

I was having issues over the summer with three Nest thermostats losing power at the same time every night for a few hours and then magically working again. I spent weeks with numerous smart people trying to solve the problem to no avail. Philip figured it out in about 4 minutes, related to my solar panels! He also told me everything I needed to know about the three units in this house that I recently moved into after other service techs told me nothing.Since then I've had multiple visits and then today they installed three new units and I couldn't be happier.
