Parker & Sons is an amazing company. The technicians are professional, respectful of your home, and won’t leave until it’s right. Tyler and Freddie were awesome technicians who seemed like experts at putting our chandelier, pendant lights, and coach lights outside. We mistakenly believed we could do this ourselves but seeing how hard the Parker and Sons technicians worked to make it perfect and left no stone unturned we will be repeat customers. The price that they charged was worth every penny knowing that my lighting fixtures were installed perfectly! 10/10!
I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.
With the multitude of HVAC dealers to choose from, it's hard to decide which one will not let you down. I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, "Adam" came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, "Rito" and "Jesse" arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

Wow - what a fantastic customer experience start to finish! I'm new to Arizona and picked Parker & Sons based on the volume of high quality reviews - they've definitely earned all of those five star ratings! I was able to schedule my service online, which was super convenient, and the level of transparency and communications from the company really exceeded my expectations. The company was great about confirming the appointment and keeping me updated on the technician's arrival time via texts and phone calls, and even let me know who would be handling my service visit. The technician, Isaiah, was a highly skilled, personable professional who took the time to explain the work he was doing and to answer all of my questions. I feel I got a fair price for the work that was done and am confident in the quality of work that he did. I will definitely hire Parker & Sons for future work - I even got an estimate for some projects I'd like to have done! I've had some bad experiences in the past with contractors in the state where I used to live, and always dread having work done on the house. I'm so happy to find a company that I can trust and rely upon!

So disappointed. I paid around $1000 to get two outlets installed (lol I know, but I was sure that because it was expensive and a well known company I wouldn’t get myself in a bad position in case something went wrong, that there was assurance to fix a potential problem). So the guy came, didn’t take long at all to install the outlets, and when it was done the drywall was caved in and it looks terrible. No offer to fix it or discount me, and my boyfriend was the one who paid him because I was sick in bed which is a problem in itself that he let a man who is obviously not me ‘okay’ it when I’m the one who paid for it. (I was also annoyed with my boyfriend for this but you know how men are- he had the attitude of ‘I can fix it’ and it didn’t happen like that because of the complexity of the damage). So now I have to get someone else out here to fix it, causing me more time and money, when I thought since I was going through a ‘reputable’ business this wouldn’t have happened in the first place, or they would at least be on top of fixing this for me. Who walks away from work they did that they aren’t proud to show? Obviously these people. Everyone else who values their work doesn’t leave the job with something looking bad. Imagine if your contractor, wedding planner, even hairdresser does that. I chose to go with a bigger company than a small one or an independent worker because I figured it would have meant their business standard would be higher.
I called due to some electrical concerns after moving into our new home. I have used Parker and Sons many times in the past and have never been disappointed. Mitch ( the election) was amazing. He took the time to address all of my concerns and even talked me through the process of some upgrades. He was very personable and made sure we understood completely. Nor did he try to upset or pressure us into anything. Best of all I'd the great pricing and quick service. I highly recommend everyone give them a call!
I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? Finally, Parker & Sons returned my call & said they could have a tech at my residence in less than an hour. ? I was absolutely ecstatic since it was sweltering in the house at 95° !!!Jonathan arrived & took care of the issue in a very short time. He was very polite, professional, & thorough. I would recommend him as a tech & Parker & Sons as a service provider for your A/C and any other electrical or plumbing repair needs. Parker and Sons, and in particular their technician Eric, were absolutely top notch. Quick response and same day installation. Eric was easy to work with and did a wonderful job. He has a great attitude and was very pleasant.
I called Parker & Sons on a Wednesday, and they had someone at my house the next morning to do the install. The tech was on time, professional and friendly. As he found issues with anything, he came and communicated with me in detail, answering all my questions, then with permission, he completed the repairs needed. He made sure he did everything correctly and educated me on a number of other items as he told me about the toilet installs. Upon leaving he made sure to answer all questions, and advised he would put his number on my receipt, in the event I have any follow up questions or issues. Absolutely wonderful experience from my first contact with their office to the end. I highly recommend Parker & Sons!
Excellent excellent service! We literally got an estimate and then had our water softener system installed same day! The crew dug up our yard and installed all the plumbing and put everything back exactly as before! Really great experience and all around excellent customer service from the sales to labor! We will definitely will be using Parker & Sons again! Reasonable pricing as well!
I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12" instead of 16") and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.
Our sewer main and water main decided to give up due to age / roots. We put it off way too long and everything just went all at once. We called for some help to diagnose the scene.We have never used Parker & Sons but thought we'd give them a shot. Excellent first impression. Luke came out the same day and thoroughly inspected everything and answered all of our questions, courteous, and professional. He created a work plan immediately for us and a team showed up the very next morning!Chris Goodall and Jimmy H. and team did amazing work. They answered all of our questions, were courteous, and professional. They cleaned up the area and were great communicating every step of the way. We will definitely hire this company again.Made a horrible situation a painless experience for us. Thank you!

Josh Burk was my service person today. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my kitchen faucet. My home is 30-35 yrs old and so is the plumbing.Josh is a great communicator. He is warm, friendly, witty, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a true professional who made sure that I was kept informed as to what steps needed to be taken, as he discovered them. He was very attentive and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with his tasks.He did have to purchase new parts, for my repair and did so willingly.He was very concerned about not creating a mess and was most intent on returning the contents that belong under this sink to their storage area.I am truly impressed and commend Josh as well as his employers at Parker and Sons. Christopher, Mark, Alexis, Trevor all did a fantastic job. They were prompt very courteous, and did a very clean job in a very fast manner. They were done with a full AC install and duct replacement in under 10 hours. My unit is running well, I spent a bit more than I planned but the service I received was well worth it. Even though I spent more than I wanted their bid for this job was better or equal to the other 4 companies I had out. Tyler was my service tech that set up the job and he was great to work with as well. Overall very satisfied with the techs we had, work that was done and overall satisfaction. Great job!!

Travis was AMAZING! The whole team is truly helpful. Travis came out to see why our heater wasn’t working then came back to replace a part and clean the system. During the initial consultation, the entire staff was very responsive making sure there was someone coming out to our home. BONUS POINTS that this was also during the week of Christmas when things are usually just busier yet they still were able to get us into their schedule. We greatly appreciate the hard work the entire team did, especially Travis. He gave good attention to detail and was very knowledgeable. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!
Update: Parker and Sons had not responded to my insurance despite multiple calls and emails. I was informed on 3/8 that Parker and Sons would follow up and not forget about the claim. To date they have not reached out or followed up. Another reason why I would not recommend them.Parker and Sons reconnected my garbage disposal and other plumbing under my kitchen sink after having new counters installed. The technician told me the garbage disposal wouldn't fit and I had to buy a slimmer version. What? They weren't redoing the plumbing, just reconnecting the old stuff. After some conversation I did purchase a new disposal and the plumber finished the job the following week. However he didn't connect one of the pipes correctly and I had a huge flood in my kitchen. Parker and Sons called out a restoration company to remediate the water damage. I was told to submit the claim to my insurance if I wanted the kitchen fixed faster, which I did. What I learned is that they were taking advantage of an elderly, naive woman. I should not have put the claim in. They will not reimburse me for the deductible or my insurance company for their expenses. We have been in subrogation for almost a year now. I would never use their services again, nor recommend to a friend.In the picture you can see a pipe in the back that doesn't have a cap installed. That is where all the water came out from.

We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. Chris did multiple "bundles" to see what would work, and had great communication regarding what to get for faucets and toilets. He was prompt and thorough with the installations. So glad to have new toilets so fast!! We have been really happy with Parker and Sons for years and this just reiterated why. :)

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

Over the last 4 months Ive worked with or contacted 5+ different AC companies. Edgar was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how to fix it. The company itself was quick to help me when I called and got someone out to me withing a few hours. I signed up for the Parker Family Plan and can already tell it will be worth the small fee. Very happy with the experience!

This is my first time using Parker & Sons, contract thru Home Depot, for routine service of my 5 year old A/C unit and my experience is very positive.I'm a pretty hands-on person and wanted to observe the process of the technician. I'd done my homework prior to the service call and had expectations and questions. Steven was my technician and I must give him a total thumbs-up for his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions, and assure I was satisfied. He detailed his work such that I was the student, which is what I was seeking. I was also sent a report as to the recorded output readings of all the important components of the unit.The main takeaway: I'll definitely call Parker & Sons again and I'll expect the same great, honest service!

Awesome service! I had my water heater replaced, and the whole process from beginning to end was smooth. From the technician to the office staff, everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to was super nice.Michael C. installed my water heater, and he left my garage looking better than when he arrived. Nate Sowa came over and was informative and efficient with all of his information. We were all in with the installation plan when he informed us of their warranty programs and excellent customer service. Start to finish Nate was professional and personal. He helped us pick the perfect 2 system package for our home. He answered all of our questions and made the process very easy. Parker and Sons was the obvious choice for us due to their exceptional service, professionalism, and price point!
We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.Thank you, Luis!
These guys are outstanding. I own a construction company and wish I could hire employees like they have. Courteous, hard working and very professional. The install took a bit longer due to hard time getting unit into attic but they were determined to get it all done in same day. They brought in 2 more techs to help make that happen. Install took until 9:30 pm but nobody complained. They just busted their butts and got the job done. Well done!!
The two workers, Pat and Caleb were great! They were both very professional, helpful and completed good quality work. I would ask for them specifically if I ever need assistance again. I had a partially cut electric wire to an outlet and they suggested a junction box to help accommodate the install. I have complete confidence in their workmanship, as we all know how dangerous electrical issues can be.

My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future. We found a small water spot around 9am and gave them a call. They put us on stand by but made it too us same day. Gennaro was super friendly. He made sure to show us everything that he found and discussed everything before doing anything. It’s our first time owning a home and having an issue. They seriously made the process so much easier. He also discussed the option for monthly servicing to check water heater and whatnot which we plan on doing! Thank you guys so much.

This hot water heater was installed 3 yrs and 1 month ago and it started leaking. Contacted Parker and Sons and they came out the next day. The technician Saul was very respectful and professional in his service. He answered all our questions and called supervisor when he didn't know the answer. The big issue I have is that the water hear itself was covered but the labor was not. This labor cost was almost $800 and he was working on it for 4 hours. How can Parker and Sons feel good about charging $200 an hour for labor?? The water heater alone only cost $800 at Home Depot. Thank you Saul but I will never buy anything else from Parker and Sons and will contact Costco about this as I purchased this water heater through them. Absolutely a rip off for labor.

Like many of us our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of summer. Called the company that replaced it 2 years ago and they said somebody would call me. Few hours later called again. Nothing. The next morning called again and they said they didn’t have anybody for emergency services available. So I reached out to Parker and Sons and they had somebody out the same day! Excellent work. Excellent service. Very friendly technician! Thank you Robert for your excellent service!
My service technician, Miguel, was punctual and professional. He installed a Tesla home charger for my and it looks amazing. The reason I docked a star is the price, I believe their prices are a little high. Over $1800 to install the home charger on the exterior of the house less than 4 feet away. This included labor, a 50a breaker, conduit, and power cables. Overall quality work and I would use again, just a bit on the pricey side!
Parker & Sons’ technicians, Daniel Curiel and Peter Appleton, did an excellent job in finding the leak in my townhouse. They provided great professional service. Scheduling was very easy to do and their response time was immediate. The company provided top notch service. Daniel kept me informed the entire time, so there was no miscommunication. I appreciate that. I also scheduled a time for them to come back to look at my water heater. Thank you!

Great service at a great price and the job was done quickly! Gave a great price compared to the company we had started the job with and was upfront about everything with no surprises. Saul was great guy who explained everything he was going to do and also let me know of the things that were not needed that the other company tried to sell us. Overall this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Future customer for sure!
Tyler was the tech, very professional and knowledgeable. Another plumbing company sent out a Melvin and he had no idea how to troubleshoot. Tyler identified the problem quickly and found several options for finding the parts that the original manufacturer said were not available. Parts came in, he came right over and put them in and we're good to go. He was very personable and apologized for the parts which were out of his control. Excellent work. Very happy with Parker and Sons and Tyler.
I have several issues going on. I have multiple filters. I had another company out and they were unable to fix it but told me a valve was broken and needed replaced. They recommended Parker and Sons. It was great because they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service guy was able to replace 2 of the 3 filters but was unable to change the 3rd filter because he didn’t have that particular filter. He was able to determine the valve did not need replaced saving me over $600 (I even watched him turn the valve off then back on). They sent another guy that afternoon to replace the 3rd filter, and oddly enough, the valve was now not working, again. I watched it work that morning and watched it not work that same afternoon. He recommended to replace the valve, but also recommended adding a valve for this particularly troubled filter to make it easier in the future. So the guy that came out in the morning is coming out tomorrow morning again to replace the valve, add a valve, and change the filter which the 2nd guy left with me. So it’s been a process but their availability to send someone to service same or next day (I’m about 45 minutes from town so I’m not as easy to get to as someone who lives in town), overall they’re getting it done for me. Just requires a bit of patience since their service people specialize in different things and in my case, it is wasn’t a one man job. Overall I’m happy and will call them in the future since the local company I used prior is no longer in business, I think they retired.

I had a mainline leak in my front yard, bubbling up water and I was losing a gallon a minute. I needed someone out fast!Parker & Son's had someone out at 8AM the next morning.Sean and his partner were very empathetic and got to work right away.I work from home so I needed to be at my desk. I also take a lot of meetings, so I asked to be communicated with via text, which he did. He kept me in the loop with everything and I only needed to step outside once, toward the end to observe the amazing work they did.I have a grass yard and they took great care to ensure that when they were finished it still looked good (which it did!). They even laid a tarp down on my neighbor's rock yard to make sure no dirt got on it!Take Away: Parker & Son's are polite, professional and friendly. They exude confidence in what they do. I would not hesitate in calling them again.

Aaron was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a great job and seemed like genuinely good dude. He was super nice to my 4 yr old when he was showing him his scooter and other toys in the garage.I only have 1 complaint and it has nothing to do with Aaron. The cost of the water heater removal and installation is pretty steep at almost $900.

Great company and people! Very knowledgeable and informative. They worked hard to get my new heat pump installed without the extra expense of a hiring a carpenter like another company told I would have to do to get the new unit in. They know their business and do it well! They may not be the cheapest company you can find but when I have something as important as new air conditioning installed I am happy to know that it is done right and backed up by a company that will be around if something should go wrong.
The service attention to detail the cleanliness the timeliness there is no reason not to give five stars. Haley was so professional and would take his time to explain everything and show me what his findings were and that I got a two-year guarantee our problem that I've had to deal with for over a year or two. It was well worth it. Got a great employee there and that's how you got the great Stars.
Parker & Sons was great to work with! I had an emergency issue with water heater and they came out in under 24hours and replaced the unit. They were very professional and did a great job!!! Have used them for other services and will continue to do so.

I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

We have used Parker and Sons for our AC needs and now our plumbing needs. We came home from vacation to find a main water line pipe burst in our attic. Our office was completely flooded. We called Parker and Sons and they were at our home within three hours (on a Saturday). Gennero was our plumber and he was awesome! He not only diagnosed the issue but he also guided us on what our next steps were. He had a company come out to start drying up everything and fixed the pipe that night! We will never use another company. Parker and Sons is definitely the way to go.
We have been loyal customers for 10+ years. They have always taken good care of us. I have now purchased 3 AC systems from them and the installs were smooth and fast and the ongoing service and customer support have been very good. Hopefully now that I have a new AC I won't have to be calling them much, but the 10yr parts & labor warranty eases the mind.

We had an undesirable experience with Parker & Sons in the past, but thought we'd give them another chance installing a water softener to our home. Brett and Andy showed up precisely on time. They were very professional and courteous. Their work trucks were spotless inside / out. They prepped the work area, installed the unit, cleaned the work area and provided new user and general maintenance training to my wife and I. From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. Mackenzie Cajudoy was very professional and very friendly. He was honest and did not try to sell me on something that I did not need. I have a system that has 3 flappers and thermostats and it was obvious the one to the great room was not working as it would take hours to cool down if we cooked but the other zones were working just fine. He looked and saw it was not working and said it needed replaced. However, he took the extra step and double checked my flapper that was not working to make sure he would get the correct part and found that I did not need the whole system that is was just a loose wire. He fixed the wire and it is now working. He saved me and my family $1,000, and that is huge weight off of us. Thank you Mackenzie for being so honest as you could have just replaced it when it really was a simple fix. Awesome technician.

At 3:30 am on Christmas night we had to call for a toilet that was backed up and overflowing. That didn’t deter our amazing plumber (Sean) that had over an hour drive to come and save us in Queen Creek. He was so kind, professional, and reassuring. He explained everything and was fast and efficient. Our personal superhero. Thank you Sean! We won’t be using anyone other than Parker and Sons after this experience.
I was disappointed in Parker and sons. I felt I was ripped off. All I needed to be done was to replace a shower cartridge put a new flush item in the toilet and a new bath tub spout. Now looking on line at several sites. The maximum I could find to install a shower cartridge was 200-400 dollars. The piece only cost 17 dollars through Amazon and should only take about 15 minutes for a professional. Next the toilet needed a new flusher which online should of cost me out of pocket about 100 dollars. And the bath tub spout about 100 dollars. So parker and sons only itemized the 3 things I did without putting a part number charge or hours worked. They charged me 1282 dollars. I told the person that was too much since I have replaced the cartridge before myself for 17 dollars. I knew they had me in a rock and a hard place since the wife was complaining about the leak and I couldn't wait a few days and order the parts myself and do it. But 1282 dollars. The max they should of charged me was 600 the most. The next day I was still upset so called Parker and sons and complained and told them I would like a credit for about 500 dollars. But they said no. When I told them I was going to right a bad review on them. They offered a 250 dollar credit. I told the person on the phone that the person hat came out did not itemize the bill for parts or labor. He said they don't do that. They just pull a number out of the air and if you agree then sign this. We'll I would never recommend them to anyone. They are s rip off. And they should still credit me back at least another 250 to satisfy me and then will write a nicer review
My water heater was leaking. I had Josh out very quickly. He explained what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it in a way that was easy to understand. Once diagnosed, Mathew came out and completed the removal and new installation! Both men were very professional, personable and considerate of me and my home. I will recommend them!
I really appreciated talking to a live person when I called to get the repair information on my Split AC unit. Rod was very friendly and professional. He was out the same day and took care of my leaking faucet in the backyard. I will definitely keep them in mind if I need any additional work. The lovely lady on the phone was also wonderful to work with and helped me get what I needed quickly.

My mom and I came home to a broken hot water tank, which had leaked in the garage and through the wall into the laundry room. My mom called as an emergency call, and Parker and Sons showed up within an hour! Not only did we get a brand new hot water tank immediately, we also were able to install a new water softening system in the same night. I had a water heater break and leak while out of town and called Parker & Sons for service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaac Wilkinson, Max Dillwood, and Jake (apprentice). They were excellent at putting me at ease in a very stressful situation, were extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. They diagnosed my problems, provided multiple options and advice for repairs, and worked very efficiently once service started. Walked me through repairs as they completed them so I had a full understanding of what happened from beginning to end. Cleaned up after themselves. I’m not one to write reviews good or bad. But I want to give Parker and Son a shot out for getting our water heater replaced the same day! I called at around 3pm and within the hour Erik was at my door. He said the water heater had to be replaced but it wouldn’t be until the next day being 4:30 and the supply store was closed. He came back in a few minutes later and said they found a store that closed late so he went to pick up the heater and would be able to install it the same night. I’m really grateful for Erik and Parker and Son to go above and beyond. Of course it happened during a very cold night so having hot water again so soon was nice! And customer service was great too. Great experience all around. I’m very grateful and appreciative to Parker and Son. Thank you.
Dennis and crew came out today to install an RO, water softener, new water heater and 3 new TOTO toilets. They were on time, skilled and did quality work especially with our copper plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with all the work that was done today. It wasn't cheap that's for sure but you get what you pay for. We can be rest assured that we won't have to waste time or money in getting any of their work redone.

Very friendlyJosh found a broken parts rather than purchasing the part he “jury rigged” a part from another.I will purchase the part and replace it myself.We are looking for a new plumbing service… not sure if your business will be the one we choose.Two hours later :Received a call from Parker and son’s management wanted to make things right. We explaining we are not upset with the service agent he was very pleasant. We were expecting him to repair the unit with a new parts.Parker and sons wanted so much to make it right they called and offered to refund us our service fee. First of all when I contacted Parker and Sons on the Phone I was met by Sonya. She had a very professional speaking voice and helped me out as I described my problem to her, she was very intent as to not miss anything. She was very Professional and Knowledgeable of her job and very respectful. She took down all my information and the problem I was having and stated that she would have an Electrician out between 12 and 2. So sometime around 1 and 2 I get a call from Jedidiah Hudson that he was on his way and be here in approximately 25 minutes. When Jedidiah arrived he introduced himself and I showed him the electrical box and then I showed him the timer for my water heater. Well he went to work and would bring me back and show and explained to me what he was doing. Again was very cordial and professional in his manner and his job. I cannot say enough great things about Parker & Sons! With a broken spigot the water to my home had to be shut-off. In a panic I called around to various companies to see if we could get someone out to fix it ASAP. All except Parker & Sons said that they would try their best to be out the following week. The technician was kind & efficient, didn’t have the right plate so he went to go pick one up. After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.
Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. Consultant delivered a professional pitch and was thorough and informative about what I was paying for, installation technician showed up shortly after I had decided on what unit I'd like. The technician even changed the method they used to plumb the unit as they weren't satisfied with how it looked and it turned out great.If I don't edit this review within a year assume the water softener unit works perfectly and was worth the money.

We began the day seeking a quote for hot water heater replacement.Without prior knowledge or preparation, Ramesh coordinated with Kris and Joe Lord to install a water softener in addition to the new hot water heater, along with two cartridges and a faucet.All of the work was done in an absolutely professional manner, but also in a very friendly way. The installation was remarkable, especially in contrast to the prior amateurish install.There are pictures of the finished product. The entire extemporaneous project was completed by sundown.We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work that was done or the skilled tradesman that performed it.Kudos to your entire staff.

This company always sends out friendly and professional folks to check on my a/c, my insulation, my heating unit, my plumbing, my electrical, and all of the other major home systems that I never think about unless it breaks… I pay $10 a month so that they worry about scheduling maintenance instead of having to be proactive about it myself. I never feel pressured to buy or change outdated parts. There have been several times that the technician has come to inspect something and confirmed that it’s in good shape and there’s no need to buy a service. I trust Parker & Sons with my home and recommend them to anyone that wants to work with a trustworthy company! Thank y’all for taking care of me!

I have always had excellent service from Parker & Sons. This time the hot water heater had to be replaced and one of the toilets needed attention.Dave Kerrigan was sensitive to my budget, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I will need other plumbing work done and I will request Dave.I will also need electrical work performed and I will call Parker & Sons for that too.They take care of my HVAC needs. I just don't have to worry when I call them regardless of the service type. They are bonded & insured. It is so convenient to call one company for so many needs.Could I have gotten the work done cheaper? Maybe, but my comfort level would not be nearly the same. Quality work isn't and shouldn't be cheap. I am very satisfied.

Robert was the one who installed my EV charger in my garage. An obviously very knowledgeable electrician, he was able to do the work perfectly but also made sure that he provided other things needed for my electrical panel to ensure that addition of the car charger would work seamlessly with my system.He explained everything about the pricing, and even found ways to save me money.This is a reliable company, focused on taking care of their clients.
We use Parker and Sons for HVAC service and plumbing. In both areas repairs and service checks have been extremely professional and explained thoroughly without pressure to do as they suggested. Employees are courteous yet professional. We’ve been using Parker and Sons for some years now and are happy with our choice.
I called Parker and Sons around noon today because I had a difficult experience with the previous plumber that was assigned to me through my home warranty. I had been without hot water for a week already. I explained that I needed a new hot water heater to Parker and Sons and the other details. They put me on the on call list. Brett called and asked if it was convenient for him to come over in 40 minutes. It was. He arrived at about 2. He checked it out. Agreed I needed a new water heater. Went over the different options and pricing. He answered all my questions. I made the decision to go with them. He took out the old WH, went to get the new one, and was back within a half hour. It is not even 5pm and I have hot water again. I will gladly pay a bit more for outstanding customer service. I was prepared to not have hot water until Friday or Saturday if they needed that time. Parker and Sons knocked this one out of the park. I will be using Parker and Sons in the future for all my household repair needs. No more home warranty with awful customer service by them and their contractors. Way to go Parker and Sons!

I have been their customer for 20 plus years. Their personnel have always been courteous and friendly, on time and sometimes able to arrive early. Today's visit went just as well.However. Today I conceded to replace an electrical block, parts and labor $431.00. ( Interesting)Two previous serviceman from this company, this past two years, recommended the same replacement but their costs were 3 to 5 thousand dollars. ( Odd )Had I the experience, I would have done it myself.While he was on a phone call, after replacing the part; I looked it up on Amazon. The part was less than $20.00.Labor Time spent to replace the block, 10 min. Total time thru bi-annual service call, that I have a yearly contract for, was one hour.Take advantage much?Maybe I should go to vocational schooling, and I can make $400.00 an hour.Seriously debating on changing my service contract.

I made my appointment a year in advance. I would have appreciated more information about the insulation install in advance. I had no idea it would only take 45 minutes or that we would not be able to put our storage boxes & Xmas decorations back into the attic once insulation was installed except for a small path of boards. Renting a storage unit will cost more than the electric savings. On the plus side, the people were professional and came on time.

While doing my annual gas furnace check my technician Ryan found some safety issues. He explained what needed to be done and why so that I understood. He then completed the needed repairs. I'm very happy with Parker and Son's.
I used Parker and Sons for the first time and their customer service was great. I had Max as my technician who fixed my shower. He was very professional, great customer service, knowledgeable and went above and beyond especially when it came to cleaning up afterwards. Rickey was my water heater specialist and he went above and beyond, refusing to leave until my entire issue was resolved. I called for a water heater issue and once that was resolved then a water pressure issue arose causing a new issue for my ultimate goal which was simply to take a hot shower now that the weather is getting colder. Reggie stuck around and tested a few things until he was able to not only provide my house with hot water but also the desired water pressure. I would recommend Rickey and this company to any of my friends or family!!! 10/10 service all around

Three years ago, we had a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis system installed by Parker and Sons through Costco. It has been nothing but constant aggravation and persistent lies on the part of this company. We were told that the water softener would regenerate less often than our older system and that it would use less water in doing so and the regeneration process would take place every so many gallons of usage. Well, there was no truth in that. I am awakened nearly every two or three mornings at 2 AM at the sound of the system regenerating. We had called about this, and we were told that they would see to it that the system would be reset to regenerate as per usage. After two or three visits on their part, we were told that “it is what it is”, and that it would regenerate more often than what was incorrectly stated by the initial representative and the prior technicians. In the meantime, they also told us that the filters on the RO system would not need to be changed more than once per year. At 2:15 AM, six months after the installation, I would get text notifications every single morning that the filters needed to be changed. At LEAST four times they insisted that this was resolved but it took until last year for that to finally be remedied. This past Monday I called at 4 PM to set up an appointment to have the filters changed, which was needed, and so that I would not be awakened at 2:15 each morning with these text notifications. I was told by the person who answered (who, BTW, had mentioned that he remembered me because of the mispronunciation of my last name) that a technician would arrive between 8 and noon on Thursday. At 11:45 on Thursday I called to see if a technician was still going to arrive, and they had no record of my having called for an appointment. That is the second time that they did that to us. They informed me that they would send a technician between noon and 4 PM. The job was completed. From that next morning, onward, I have been receiving text notifications at 2:15 AM that the filters need to be changed. I made them aware of this by calling them as well as by emailing them and they insisted that the technician reset it. This morning, after having been awakened again at 2:15, I decided to remove the batteries so that it would disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Thank goodness that I did, indeed, go under the sink. The filter (or filters) was (were) improperly installed and my cabinet was flooded. They are supposedly a 24/7 company, but they are useless and incompetent. I called Costco to notify them of the situation and they told me to keep calling Parker and Sons. When I did call back, they told me that I would be scheduled for Monday for between 8 and noon. Poor quality, incompetent service, poor customer service, and misinformation! A manager will be arriving today, Sunday, to evaluate the situation. In the meantime, my cabinet is ruined, and the aggravation is mounting. Now we are also worried about the possibility of mold. I would avoid this conglomerate of a do-it-all company, like most large businesses whose volume is more important than quality and customer care.
Bob came yesterday to investigate a possible leak. He found that there is a leak but it is under the slab. Today Jake came to find exactly where the leak is and the pipes that need to be fixed. Both men were very helpful, courteous, professional, and skilled. We were given options on the scope of work that could be done and the price for each. We will determine the best option and move forward with Parker & Sons to get the issue corrected.

Our technician, Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions and showed us pictures of what needed to be done and pictures after the work was done. We needed a number of items repaired including a new blower motor and had almost everything on his truck. Brandon did exactly what he said he’d do, he picked up the needed part early the next morning and had installation completed by 8:30 am. We are very appreciative of his hard work, expertise and highly recommend Parker & Son’s.

Scott updated our dated master bedroom/bath electrical outlets as well as installed new light fixtures. He was professional and experienced, was a nice change to work with this level of knowledge from an electrician. The results look excellent and he took the time to leave our rooms clean and ready to use.

Our heater stopped working and pur warranty company was unable to find us help. We took it into our own hands and called Parker and Sons, what a relief that they were able to make it out the same day and solve our issue promptly. Huge thanks to Joshua our technician. We even went ahead and got the service plan offered because the service was so good.
Scheduled an appointment to have my water heater inspected when I experienced a sudden loss of hot-water. I am happy to report that I had a plumber inspect my water-heater the very next morning. I was immediately provided a quote to replace the unit, and other additional plumbing I was not concerned about; no offer to troubleshoot my existing water heater due to the age. I declined the install and troubleshooted the issue myself. The cold water inlet on the heater had become stuck, preventing inflow of water to push out hot water. Less than $50 for parts, a few hours of my own labor, and I have hot water again. Very good response time but I felt like Parker and Sons was just trying to make a sale, not fix an issue.

Technician Wes was awesome. On initial estimate visit, he identified all the potential issues with my installations and determined that outside water shut off for entire condo building would be needed due to frozen under sink valve. This allowed me a day to get condo management approval and notification time for the shutoff. He also noted need for pieces that were not sold with my new units, and arrived with all on appointment day.

Parker and Sons are the best. I called their company at 9pm on a Thursday night. The person who picked up the phone was nice and friendly. They showed empathy for my situation. I lost electricity in certain parts of my house. I explained, I needed electricity to work from home. Parker and Sons sent and electrician out by the name of Alex Ortiz first thing the next morning. He was kind and very efficient. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He did testing to make sure everything was running properly. I can't say or express how happy I am with Parker and Sons. I will definitely use them again.
Our technician was excellent. He arrived on time and performed the work completely. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The job was to disconnect the gas stove, so it seemed a bit pricey, but we were satisfied with his work timely and professional work.

It was a Saturday afternoon, and I was a new customer, but she gave us priority because there was a leak. The crew of 2 called ahead, and not only replaced the water shutoff valve, but replaced the toilet, which was the original problem. Very personable, polite, and professional. And the cost wasn't bad at all.
Repair and maintenance folks don't always have good news for you about the health of your HVAC, plumbing etc. But you can count on Parker and Sons to give it to you straight, honestly and with good value. The young men that came to install the system were very respectful of us as seniors. We were kept informed as things were progressing. If they needed to do something, not related to work they would always ask permission. They stayed until the system was working to our satisfaction, which was well into the evening, due to complications they encountered during installation of the unit. Their names are Junior, and his helper whose name I forgot and Marcos. Gary the repair man was very nice and explained in detail what would be need and why we needed the new unit. Worked hard to get us scheduled a next day install, when you're without heat we were more than happy.

My 13 year old HVAC system quit the day after Christmas. I was able to make a repair appointment for the early morning of the next day. The service call revealed the repair cost wasn't practical for a system that old. I decided to have the system (2 units and air handlers) replaced, and three teams arrived at 7 a.m. the following day to do the complete replacement. I've been using Parker & Sons for over 20 years and they've never let me down.

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. If I could give this review 10 stars I would! We had a leak at our home that turned into us needing major pipe replacement in our entire house. From scheduling the initial appointment with Gianni (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong), to having Jeremy come out to inspect the issues with the cameras to Brett, Sam and their apprentices completing the work, it was amazing and seamless. Brett answered all my questions, was very communicative and transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. He was always so friendly and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people. I can not say enough good things about him and the team. They completed the major work on our home quickly and efficiently. I will never, ever use another company and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Please give these guys that work so hard a big raise! They deserve it!

Ian was the technican that was assigned to my work order. What I appreciate the most is he didn't come in and tell me I needed to replace the water heater right off the start. He did give me options which I like, he explained everything,showed me the bad parts and the good parts and I really appreciate that. I got a soft water tank installed. I purchased my own tank but that was no problem for the technician. The technician was experienced in not only the soft water tank install but the whole house pluming. Installed the tank in a just a few hours and even recognized that are water pressure mechanism (PRV) was faulty which helps because we will still be able to get it fixed for free under warranty. My only gripe would be with the price it seemed a little high for 2 1/2 hrs works and some piping, and there was no breakdown of charges. However hard to tell with the way all pluming companies do quotes and some want to charge you to come out. I made a choice to go with this company because of their reputation and they did not disappoint.

$80 service fee to come to our home + $1000 estimate to clear 4 drains that were running slow. We have been customers for years but costs are getting out of control compared with other mechanical & plumbing contractors in the area. Several other reputable contractors are more than willing to snake a drain for less than $100 per sink. I expected better service and pricing for customers that have spent upwards of $20k with Parker over the past few years.
I use Parker & Sons whenever I need electrical or plumbing help. They never fail to fully please me. I had an electrical issue at 3am on Christmas Eve a few years back. They came out immediately fixed everything and there was NO surcharge of any kind. Every employee is very friendly and they all know everything they are doing. Can't say enough!!

Ricky was super kind and great to have in our home. However, our project was too complicated for his skill set, and when I called Parker and Sons to send another technician to help him, they did not. Poor Ricky was at our house for 9.5 hours, but he stuck with it and finally got the job done! Extremely happy with the technician, disappointed with the company administration. They should have matched the job complexity to the technician’s abilities.
Technician was on time. He changed eco water filters, we had it installed by them. I appreciate they put system in, and maintain it. Parker & Sons is not the cheapest company to use, but they are reliable, professional, and have been around for a long time. The guy that is over the company called me once, and was nice to speak with after I had a complaint.

Came home from work only to find no power in the entire house. Did some investigating and realized the main breaker had broken. Parker and Sons answered the call and sent a repair team out late on a Friday night. They came with the needed replacement breaker and had it changed out in less than an hour. It was a little pricey, but I appreciate getting power restored relatively quickly.

I had to edit my review. The one good thing I can say is they got the work done quickly. They replaced a 200 amp main breaker. They charged $2500 to do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice, they never responded. The most expensive 200 amp main breaker I could find on the net was $500. so I guess I paid a little under $2000. for labor for a few hours work. The person that came to my house was very unprofessional, because I had to move some money from one account to another, and it took me ten minutes or so. Meanwhile he tells the person living in the house, my tenant that if I can't pay, he's going to have to take the part out. I waited for him to call back for 5 minutes like I told him to. When he didn't, I called the office and paid them. He called back a few minutes later, when I said I had paid the office. He acted like he didn't believe me and said if I hadn't he was going to have to take the part out. The main slogan in one of there and campaigns is they don't hire any Melvin's. This person was very much a Melvin to me. Don't hire them, you'll get Melvinized.
I am updating this review because Parkers reached out to me after I was unhappy with the service and they were fast and very understanding. They came to check my AC/Heating unit again and they offer to fix it. I am very happy the way they handled the situation. Oh and they have a great monthly membership where you have great perks and discounts.
Parker and Sons were one of three valley HVAC companies I contacted when I decided to replace our 20 year old system. They were very upfront, professional from the initial sales call to the next day installation. In todays market I feel like there are a lot of smoke an mirrors pricing and warranty length wise. Parker and Sons proposal and sales experience was easy to navigate to know exactly what you were getting when comparing various systems. The install was scheduled the following day after our purchase. The installers showed up at 7 am as promised and worked until almost 9 pm tightening everything up. It was refreshing to see that kind of commitment and customer service post Covid when everyone seems to have an excuse. I will definitely recommend Parker and Sons to anyone whose is looking to make a major purchase such as this.

I believe our technician was named Daniel. Regardless he was a very professional technician he came out he was on time and really made sure that I understood everything that was currently going on with my AC unit gave me some options unfortunately I wasn't able to do a full service just because money is tight as I'm sure it is for everyone, but I was able to get quite a few things based on the options that they gave me this was a great experience. We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. After doing our homework to understand what would be entailed, we called Parker & Sons. Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

We would recommend Parker & Sons to anyone needing plumbing repairs. We will absolutely be using them again in the future if ever needed.We had a an underground water main leak from the service pipe leading to our property. It was flooding the grass outside and hiking my water bill quite quickly. Our hoa, insurance, and the utility company had all declared they weren’t able to help pay the cost for repairs. As new homeowners we had no idea what to expect. Parker & Sons were so professional and efficient they were able to get us scheduled quick and conveniently. Isiaac , was so efficient and professional we had no worries about the cost or his ability to resolve the issue. He even assured us the repair could be made that day. Poor guy had to dig through so much mud we felt bad. In the end we’re so happy he was able to resolve the issue within our budget and efficiently with no hiccups during the process.

Called at 11am Sunday explaining the shut off valve for the bathroom faucet was leaking (and the 1/4 turn dial broken). They do not charge extra for Sunday’s and would give an estimate once here.The plumber called me at 1pm saying he’s be here by 2pm. Arrived on time, gave an estimate that was on par with the other places I’d called but no additional Sunday fee.The job was done by 3pm and looks great. Am a very satisfied customer. Thanks to James for his professionalism as well as presenting the different options that were available. There was no upswell pressure but I appreciated the option explanation.

I've always had good experience with them and the quality of their work. If anything fails, within warrenty time, they've replace the repairs with no issues. They will show you multiple option for replacing products or parts, and I have never felt pressured to buy.

I had installed a level 2 EV charger at my home and I needed someone to come and make sure it was working okay. The guy that came was super nice. He told me I needed to change the breaker in the breaker box from a 50amp to a 40amp but everything else looked okay. I made the change and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my charger. The plug itself started overheating, the holder that the wiring and the plug was put into in the wall melted and started burning, the charger when it was plugged into the plug melted the plastic off and now the charger is basically unusable. I reached out to our builders electrician and he told me I shouldn’t have changed anything and I should go back to the original setup. Now I have to buy a new charger which is $700 and buy all new parts for the wall outlet.
Our tech was very kind and precise! I felt like he was honest with me. He didn’t force me Into using their service. He went above and beyond and even called around looking for parts for us. I truly appreciate it!

Not happy with the performance of the installation of the new AC unit. Didn't work properly for almost six weeks. Had to replace parts and now our roof is leaking around the parts. Showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom staining the ceiling. Called and talked to someone who was supposed to be from the warranty department. He said we would have to call our roofer. This is from the installation of the unit not the roof which is now damaged due to having to have some many repairs on the roof.

I had the privilege of having Sebastian service me. From the moment he arrived until the time he left he provided great customer service. He explained things in detail and in length, and was very patient with the numerous amount of questions I had. Looking forward to having Sebastian handle my other electrical needs.
I've used Parker and Sons twice now for hvac maintenance with the first visit being terrific but the second left me feeling like I've been scammed. During the second visit the repair tech told me that the voltage control unit needs to be replaced and it would cost $414. Thinking that it was a control board I thought the price was reasonable but after the tech finished in 15 minutes and showed me a photo of the old and new replacement unit it looked exactly like a capacitor which cost me $60 the when I had it replaced at my old house. I called the office asking for an itemized receipt and photos of the work so that I could review the charges further but based on the uneasy feeling I have I don't think I'll be requesting further service from them in the future.

Patrick Wardein checked my air conditioner. He saw that it needed cleaning, and he cleaned it. He showed me before and after pictures of the air conditioner, and he did a good job cleaning it. The 5-star rating is for Patrick. However, the fee of over $900 was exorbitant for a cleaning that took 1-1/2 hours, so I will no longer be using Parker Brothers to service my air conditioner.

David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. Unbeknownst to any one in the house, including my 5 house guests, water valves under the kitchen sink were leaking. Water had leached out onto the tile floor and fanned out during the night. Additionally, the garbage disposal, old as it was, had a hole where none should be, which I did not know. Aware of the water on the floor, I called Parker & Sons at 9:30 AM and Jake was at my door by12:30. Jake recommended I buy a new garbage disposal, which I did immediately. Jake also installed the new garbage disposal then and there, no extra service trip and resolved the water valve issues, then he showed me where the house water shut off was.I was so pleased , so gratified that I called Parker & Sons. It could not have been better service. Parker & Sons, and especially Jake, exceeded my expectations.

I called Parker & Sons after another plumber cancelled due to illness. They came the next day, verified where the leak was and ran a new line to fix the water leak in my bathroom within 5 hours. Also noted that the contractor who removed the vanity and toilet had installed the wrong angle stops, and that they were leaking, and replaced them. Was more costly than the other plumber but the work was done quickly and correctly, everything was explained to me, and everything was cleaned up.

We had some electrical wiring problems that left our living room and kitchen in the dark and on Christmas Eve! And we were hosting Christmas at our house in less than 24 hours! No Christmas tree lights, no light in the dining room, cooking in the dark, ugh. I called several electricians, most didn’t answer their phones, none returned my voicemail. I was about ready to accept that we were going to celebrate Christmas in the dark because none were willing to come out over the holiday weekend, except for Parker and Sons.Scott came out on Christmas Eve and diagnosed that we had a problem with the wires between a couple outlets. Used them for adding attic insulation. We also use them for standard HVAC service and maintenance. Was most impressed with the quality of their work, the friendliness of their employees , and their focus on the customer. During the process there was a hiccup that required a follow up with customer service. All was handled in an appropriate and timely manner. You pay a bit of a premium for their services but they are worth every penny.
We appreciated the way they put down covering to protect our floors and carpets, and hung plastic in closet, attic entrance, to cover our clothes. From the time they started and until the end, I only saw them not working one time, and that was during severe wind and rain. When finished they left out home like they found it, clean. Also liked they were amenable to questions throughout the project.

Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. They make the best valves in the market and it seemed like a wise investment to put them in. Dennis showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly while he was working. Second and 3rd trip out were just as pleasant. After troubleshooting a leak, we now have replacement hot water heater. The point important to me is the sincerity exhibited in the service. Shawn would tied delicately to ensure his work was and the customer’s satisfaction were equal. We will call Parker again.We asked that our hot water tank be serviced and to change or evaluate the anode rod. The service person was sincere and helpful. He could have easily changed and charged us for it but instead quoted the price for replacement, checked it, and explained that it wasn’t ready to change. Gave us a timeline as to when we could estimate it would require changing and met this picky woman’s expectations.

I have been using Parker and Sons for my HVAC preventative maintenance through their monthly plan (which I recommend), and they have kept a slightly older system running smoothly for over 3 years now. Recently, during his inspection, one of their techs was doing a VERY thorough job and noticed a couple of issues including a fan motor that leaking oil and wasn't likely to last too much longer. I had a look myself and it was old and rusty as heck, so I was glad he caught it before it brought the whole system down (and cost me a LOT more money).Throughout the entire process (and each time they have serviced my HVAC), they were timely, professional, friendly and really good about communication. We called for the water line to be hooked up to refrigerator and the technician followed the line to fine our reverse osmosis system was leaking under the sink and there was a large puddle of water in the cabinet. Technician was very professional and removed the system as per request and rebooked everything back up as well as the refrigerator water line and the hot and cold water lines that were beginning to leak. Twice now a service person has been out, once to check an issue with the A/C in which he tried to sell us a capacitor for +$700 which turns out wasn't the issue (never did get the quote from him as promised). And yesterday another service person was out for maintenance and told us the coils and fan were very dirty and he had time right then to clean them and it would be $800! NO PARTS NEEDED AND PROBABLY AN HOUR OR TWO AT MOST TO CLEAN FOR $800 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? (And we still haven't gotten a quote on the either.) WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING. As soon as our contract is up from the previous homeowner, we will be finding someone else to take care of us.

The response to my initial call was very good. The technician who came and analyzed the problem told me that they had to order parts and could return the next day to do the repair.They didn’t call me the next day to tell me that there was a problem getting the parts, I had to call them. When they didn’t receive the parts when expected, I had to call them to learn what was happening. Once they got the parts they finally called me and scheduled the repair. No problems after that.I just think that they should have contacted me when they knew that there would be delays.

Broken pipe between well and house; leaky shower and broken toilet flushing mechanism. This was a Sunday emergency and Tim, the plumber was here for most of the day - including time spent getting the right parts. The quality of the work was excellent and Tim was the consummate professional in every way. The experience was not cheap, but the quality of what I got more than made up for that. I will definitely return.

This company does first rate work and has been doing so for quite a while.Our service tech, Robert was punctual, efficient and thorough for both trips. At the first visit he observed that the chandelier being removed should be palleted and offered to bring one on the next visit.The installation was ultra-smooth. Robert managed to do what I thought should take two men. The surrounding areas were protected by covers and all of the shipping materials were carted off at the end of the job.I was left with a new chandelier configured just the way my wife wanted. Robert was the consummate professional and it was clear that he was well experienced and loved his work.This firm is now my go-to for all matters electrical in this house.

My AC unit stopped working (in 100 degree weather). Fortunately we had met a Parker rep at Home Depot the weekend before our outage so I called her and she set us up with a tech for the very next morning. Nate, our tech, was fantastic. Diagnosed the issue and presented all of the options (repair vs replace). We opted for repair. He discovered an additional broken part that he didn’t have on his truck but tracked it down in town and went to get it. I am thoroughly happy with Parker and will be sharing Nate’s contact info with all of my friends and family when they have AC needs.

Their response time was great. The two employees, Sean and Bodie were polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. They found the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. We are impressed with the service.
Bodie was our tech that was available for same day service. He reviewed the issue and provided a reason repair price. Also asked about new faucet install and was also able to repair and install a new basket strainer. Bodie completed the work promptly and efficiently. Now I am happy to have peace of mind knowing I won’t have to worry about the sink leaking again.
My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. We called to have someone come replace a shut off valve for a dishwasher and refrigerator and they were able to get us on the schedule that same day! Our technicians arrived quickly and completed the work. They were professional and courteous, and explained all charges up front. Another great experience with Parker and Sons!

Once the technician actually shows up, they do an outstanding job. The problem is with scheduling. I waited around Sunday from 10-2, even called before 10am to confirm but they didn't show. When I called at 3pm they asked to reschedule. No reason given, the person I talked to asked but said the scheduler provided no reason. Their scheduling process needs work but their technicians do a great job once they get there.
My mother in law had the electrician came to her house because a breaker was malfunctioning. The electrician stated she needed a breaker box/panel at the price of $8,000. Based on this she gave a $3000 deposit. I suggested she get a few other opinions and all 3 opinions stated it was absolutely not necessary. This electrician proceeded to continue to “hard sell” her on the needed panel after she said she was canceling. His persistence became so bad that I was brought in, on a merged call, to tell him that the work was not going to be completed. My mother in law is recently widowed. The electrician was aware of this and this was absolutely predatory on Parker and Sons. She has been FIGHTING for her refund for over a month and getting the same run around that it’s being “processed”. DO NOT give this company any deposits and get additional opinions for any work these people suggest. They can debit $3000 instantly, but they take months to refund…still waiting for that refund.

Bought a new AC unit and 1 person over the course of a year was able to fix my AC unit that they installed. Supervisor Jake Romrell was the only individual that was able to finaly fix it. He even called to let me know that there might be a possible issue with the new Honeywell thermostat update. If Parker and Sons had more people like Jake this would be 5 stars.
Our HVAC unit stopped working. We called Parker and Sons and they sent a technician within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary part and had the repair completed shortly after. Very good service!

A/C stopped working, called on a Saturday morning and tech was out that afternoon. System was installed new by Parker & Sons 4 years ago, still under warranty. Tech did not have part to make the repair, was going to order it and give me a status report on Monday morning. Then tech tried to sell me on a surge protector for the HVAC system. Said it was necessary but could not tell me why they didn't install one when they first put the system in. If it was that necessary, why wasn't it installed then? Of course, got no answer. Received no call on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday to get a status, was told they had received the part on Monday and are ready to finish the repair. Tech came out on Tuesday afternoon and finished. Was then informed that there was a $95 charge that was called a "deductible". First explanation was that we did not do the necessary system inspections and that's why we were being charged. I informed the tech that inspections were done and paperwork could be produced. Inspections were done by another company due to lack of professionalism from Parker & Sons. Second explaination for the charge was due to the cost of location and picking up the needed part, the part that was under warranty. Paid the charge and called the CS rep that I initially talked to, was given his voice mail. Still waiting for a call back, it's been over a week. I've been told that I must buy an inspection package thru Parker & Sons or the remaining 6 years on the warranty will be null and void. I have talked to four people there to try and explain all the reasons for my disatisfaction (we have had other garbage work done by them), but nobody cares to listen. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism, lack of quality work, constant upselling of unnecessary products and services, no returning of phone calls and upper management indifference. I figure I have 6 more years of them holding me hostage before I can deal with a company that cares more about their customers.
I had no heat for the weekend. Called Monday Gary Gordon was here less than half hour. He was so patient and knew what the problem was. I would recommend Gary doing a good job anytime. He is professional. He made a good impression for PARKER AND SONS

I’ve been doing business with Parker and Sons for many years. I have a primary residence and 3 rental properties that I also use Parker and Sons for to service my properties. At my primary residence Joel Huerta was doing a routine service on my HVAC and he noticed that some of the accessories that I had paid for to install were not properly installed correctly. He apologized and on behalf of Parker and Sons for Parker and Sos not upholding their standards and guaranteed that he and Parker and Sons will correct the issue at no cost. I was so happy and pleased by his honesty and professionalism and how he represented Parker and Sons. Joel’s visit has validated that I am doing business with the right company and will continue to be a life long customer.

Parker & Sons diagnosed that I needed two parts that were under warranty and wanted over $3k to fi lx my heat. Called another company neither of the parts that Parker & Sons said I needed were bad and problem was a result of a leak. Technician did not know what he was doing and would have cost me a lot of money to fix something not broken and i would have still had the leak. We Only needed Freon and leak repair. I paid 1/3 of the price and got a true diagnostic & repair with a smaller family owned business.

I am posting this because of past experiences that were not to my satisfaction. I had my hot water heater serviced and afterwards I had no hot water from 2 faucets. When Parker came out, I was left with the bill to replace 2 faucets. Parker installed the hot water heater. While they were out to look at the faucet issue, I asked about an outdoor spicket, I was billed over 200 for a 20 min job. When I had my water softener installed, I was told that the under ground pipe would be at a depth of 18 inches, when I spoke with the installer, he stated that they went down about 10 inches. Multiple times things have not been good.

Was placed on urgency list. They were able to respond within 24hrs. Rice was very polite and answered all my questions. He also gave me information about older home puppies that was helpful.
We had a major leak with water coming through the wall and onto the carpet. Parker and Sons came out asap, found the leak caused by a cracked drain. The next day Dean came out, did the major repair, including busting out the slab and doing a great job on the repair. They are not cheap. But did an excellent job.

I’ve obviously heard a lot about this company through the radio. When I had an electrical issue that I could not figure out, I gave them a call. They came a few days later, at the scheduled time. Instead of figuring out my issue first they went right into quoting some other things that I had mentioned I wanted a quote on, rather than to figure out my initial issue and then go in with the quotes. Now I realize that this is completely my fault but my “issue” turned out to be a GFCI outlet that was behind a freezer that I had failed to locate. But the part that’s hard for me is that the electrician STILL charged me 426 dollars even though that was the “issue”. That’s the last time I’ll be calling this company.
I had a badly leaking hose bib. To make matters worse the leaking water deposited a great deal of sediment on the valve and piping. I did not have the tools to remove the old faucet, clean up the deposits and install a new faucet.Parker and Sons sent out a technician and in no time at all ge replaced the bad fittings and had the new one installed.One comment I do have is, nice job guys. Nice job.

Our worst customer service with Parker & Sons after being a client for over 10 years. Totally unresponsive. No follow up call after 2 requests. Once we got service, technician Joel Munoz did an excellent job. Its the front office incompetence that is the issue. Will be looking at another vendor.

Scheduled appointment time was 8-10 am. I received a call that they were running late. The tech arrived about noon. The blockage was on the exterior of the house. I showed the Tech the location, and he worked up a price of $395 to run the snake and clear it. I have previously rented snakes from Home Depot and cleared blockages myself. At 72, I do not have the strength to put the large snake in my car. I was horrified at the price. If that information had been given to me when I scheduled the appointment, I would have used another company. I asked about the cost and was only told about the $79 service charge - not the excessive up charge.

I purchased a new water heater and softener a little over two years ago and since then I have spent nearly 1,000 in Non-Warrented repairs. I readily admit that have hard water, but it amazes me that without a water softener, my pipes and pipe fittings lasted over 12 years and now with a watersoftener the pipes they installed can last for more than a year. This is a total rip off! Done with this company because as experienced, their warranty is worthless.

We had a major plumbing back up. Toilets and showers. A repair man named Pete fixed it all. I am not a plumbing novice and I could not fix it. I removed toilet the whole nine yards. These guys are great and honest. Call Oarker and dons before George Brazil. I have had both and Brazil is tooooo expensive.
I live in Boise, Idaho, and I had a nursery go to my house in Phoenix and plant some palm trees, and when they went to go turn on the faucet to water them, the faucet pulled away from the house and the copper pipe. I called them and inform them of the situation. They were very accommodating, and they sent out a repair man immediately and took care of it. They were very professional and they deserve every one of the five stars that I am giving them. I am a concrete contractor in Idaho and I completely understand what it takes to run a business and I understand that it’s the people out on the field that represent the business and he did a wonderful job. Thank you very much.
I went through Home Depot, and they contract with Parker and Sons. The salesperson came out on a Wednesday. Reviewed our options, got financing, and all was installed by Thursday evening (24 hours from sales meeting to completed install!)While they were slightly more expensive than other quotes, I received a lifetime warranty, and they did a phenomenal job. They even arranged to have insulation added to my attic and have a crew come out and fix the drywall they had to remove to fit the air handler into my attic.

I had the monthly membership with Parker & Sons and was having my HVAC, electrical, and water routinely serviced. At only $21/ month I thought it was a great deal and didn't really have any issues.Until I was ready to sell my house and had a home inspection done. The inspection noted issues with the HVAC including wiring exposed at the unit, which is on the roof. Another issue came at the site where they had replaced my garbage disposal. I noticed it at the time but honestly didn't think much of the sink looking a bit different. The difference was a gap between the counter and the sink which happened when the disposal was replaced.When I called in to Bing this to their attention I was told they could schedule someone out to use up one of my 2 yearly maintained requests.I am extremely disappointed that services that cost so much turned out dmto be done in such horrible quality. I will not be using Parker & Sons in the future.

The water softener resin burst into cold water lines. Charles Plumb stopped by in few hours and helped me understand the issue and each line item in the quote. He planned his work to mitigate the issue thinking about long term implications. I have never seen a smart plumber like Charles. He meticulously performed troubleshooting and came up with innovative solutions to resolve the most difficult clogs in my master bathroom. He met his commitments, led the work with utmost quality and completed the entire work in 6-7 h. He gave 1 year warranty just in case if any clog issue comes back that only suggests how confident he was with his work. Keep up the great work! Parker and sons you are lucky to have him.

I just used Parker & Sons for a job a couple weeks ago. Something felt off about the whole experience, so after Parker and Sons left my home I got a 2nd opinion from another licensed bounded company in the valley.They told me that parker and sons didn't ground the switches, they used aluminum to ground the bathroom outlet, they used temporary connectors instead of a permanent ones for aluminum wiring ( according to the consumer product safety commission) and on top of that they charged a little over 3k when other companies charged roughly $1,500.I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and the whole process felt like buying a car from a car salesman. Darrell Yazzie did an amazing job on my HVAC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough to make sure the job was done correctly. He was able to explain clearly what needed to be done and was happy to answer any questions I had, and I had a few.It was a breath of fresh air since my last two experiences with the HVAC technicians weren't as positive. They were very inexperienced and one actually told me I needed a new fan on a unit that was fairly new. Anyway, I didn't leave a negative review because I'm not that person. Kane Smith came to our home today without fixing the kitchen leaks and without informing us which fixture would fit the outdated faucet we have. I’ve tried contacting the company to get his advice and so far, no return call. The faucets available on the web are all for one hole and ours has three so we can’t move forward until he gives us his opinion. UPDATE: Mr. Smith called back so I could order the proper faucets and sink hole covers. I’m changing my review to five stars. To be updated again once he installs them.

Joshua was great! I was remodeling my kitchen and my loop vent was cut by the countertop installers. It was a nightmare, but he explained everything to me and then started working. I would recommend Joshua from Parker and Sons.

Horrible experience. My pilot light wouldn't stay light on my water heater. The technician came out and told me I need a new thermopile but that it couldn't be ordered because my 4 year old water heater was missing the serial and model number. Was told I need ed to spend $3000 for a new water heater.I watched a YouTube video and was able to do a factory reset. Solved my issue and took only seconds.Why didnt the technician reset it ? They charged my $70 for a service call and only wanted to upsale me. It was a simple fix that the technician should have been able to figure out himself. Stay away from these guys.

I would be lying if I say this service wasn't worth it. On the same day of the issue they had it fixed. However, I do feel like maybe they claimed more needed to be done than really had to. We had a ball valve that broke off just above the main water line so water was spraying out unless the main was closed. He claimed he had to cut out about a foot of the pipe to fix it instead of just sewing in a new hose valve. I had some sticker shock but thats just the way life goes.

Technicians are great - Knowledgeable, on time, well spoken, all the best “stuff”.I had the “Re-Pipe” done as the copper had leaked three times due to “pinholes” brought on, ostensibly, by age related corrosion and was told that the solution is to replace all the copper pipe in the house with plastic “Pex”. A two day job.The work was started on time and as stated with “Day One” being planning, routing etc for the new pipes. A couple of hours into the job, I checked in to see how things were progressing (I work full time and cannot support a “shoulder-to-shoulder” job monitoring).To my horror, everything in my home was covered in drywall dust. Everything. Beds, pillows, dressers, carpet, a black lacquered piano, four guitars, 2 antique and 3 vintage clocks, a 1920s Victor Victrola, a19th century cylinder music box, furniture, drapes, three computers, a laser printer, three “Smart” T.V.s, the entire kitchen and pantry, the entire Heat and Air system and ducts - Everything.Parker and Sons said they “Sweep up the general area, but, yeah, drywall dust is a bear”.The guys were great - Nice crew, we all had lunch and they are working to Parker and Sons standards. But I get stuck with the clean-up bill (ever had a 19th century music box or an antique grandfather clock serviced?).Very nice people, really great. But I CANNOT recommend Parker and Sons any longer.
I'm going to leave up my first review I made two years ago because I still stand by their plumbing services we have had and the people who install the plumbing and water softener systems were great. BUT Parker and Sons AC department is THE WORST! We assumed we would go with P&S because we had such a great experience with them the first time for the whole home repipe. We invested over 12k for the new AC system and have also been paying monthly for their services to be on their family plan. It has maybe been shy of a month since we had the new unit put in and they have already been out every other week and a total of five visits already. All different people each time. The last crew who came out spent another four hours putting ducts in the attic. We then needed another follow up and the manager said the system they set up was not what he wanted. So guess what? Another day we have to take off work to be here at the house, another six hours for them to probably have to come back out again!!!!! To top it off, our AC unit is blowing HOT today! At this point we are ready for them to refund us and call it for what it is. It is hot and having three pets and a family of seven in the house while its 95 degrees is not safe! We can't afford to continue and take off work to be here while they continually repair the unit they just installed and we can't continue to live in a home where it is not safe to leave our pets for an hour, let alone be in the home at all while its 95 degrees inside. We are not happy with them and won't be investing any more money either! I included pictures of their great workmanship because I think my three year old could've done much better!Not sure how much i can rant and rave and say how awesome Christian is and say he is one hard worker! Our home needed a whole repipe and he came out and explained everything he was doing and everything that needed to be done. He took the time to answer all my questions along with talk to my husband during short periods of time because my husbands time was limited. Christian made sure to not disrupt the day to day living with myself and my kids and made sure the water was turned off and back on quickly so we would not be without. Even during the time our water was off, he was upset that we didnt have any and was working hard to get what he needed to on the piping done fast just to make sure we had the water on even if it was a short few hours. I have two under age two and two older boys. All are wild and run free so the team never once complained that they were having trouble working and the boys were asking too many questions since the boys were watching over them while they worked. They all explained some things to them too which was nice since they were curious. Every morning Christian was here he shook our hands and welcomed us like it was the first time we met him. It was really nice to see the professionalism he portrayed throughout the entire time of the re pipe. We also added on a RO water system and he had to take time to build the loop which took time away from the home re pipe. He did that super fast and did not complain once with the change of plans. There were some bumps in the road such as having to drill through concrete for the kitchen line but he never once had an issue and just got it done. I highly suggest having Christian come out to any plumbing needs!
Both Josh and Shawn were very professional, understood my questions immediately and gave answers that were clear and to the point. The information we received and the new gas water heater that was installed are both appreciated very much. The price is a good value by current market pricing. .

The worst! I am sorry I called them. They extremely exagerrated the cost of fixing put an outlet in for a stackable washer. Barry said he was not able to put in a new outlet where there was already electic wiring. He gave me a quote of almost $4000 to rewire from fuse box go thru ceiling to put in outlet. In sane. I called another electric better company very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Put an outlet in where the old doorbell was for $160 and it totally works. He gave me a quote on same thing Barry wanted to do for $800. Big difference between $4000 with Parker. I tried to get the quote from Barry to report him to the state and he would not email to me. Maybe he realized his quote was extreme. Do NOT use this company, they do not know what they are doing. Best decision I made was to call different electrical company Bolt Electric.Manager called back as noted they would below. No help not feel better, total waste of time. They say what Zolt did was not up to code. I consulted another Electric Union worker been in business for over 20 years, he said he would do exactly what Zolt did totally up to code with the washer. Manager also said the $4000 you pay is for Parkers overhead and experience and they guarantee there work. My dad was also in construction and this made no sense. To pay another $3000 at least above other quote doesnt make any sense. Won't be calling this company again.

Supposedly electrical circuit issue was going to be trouble shot in lieu of the last hvac checkout that was left on our maintenance contract. The electrician did a great job, but was unaware of any reduction/credit for the remaining hvac visit. No one informed him of the credit previously discussed. Great work, but poor communication from the folks that made the appointment.
I had a great experience as usual when Sam came to do my yearly plumbing check up.
He was thorough and efficient, and only sold me the one piece of equipment that I needed!
We hired Parker and Son's to perform our annual maintenance on our Ecowater RO system, and Ecowater softener. I can't say enough good about this company, they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the prior company we used. I called late in the morning on Christmas Eve, expecting to be gouged with holiday charges, but to my surprise, they didn’t charge me a trip fee at all and sent a lovely girl, Alayna, who provided us with outstanding service and fixed the problem quickly. I used parker and sons for a brand new AC installation as my old AC unit was old and cheap breaking down every 6 months. Nate came by and gave me a free estimate which I felt was a good value based off of the other estimates I received. I ended up choosing them with some really good home Depot financing options they offered. Installation was easy as they were flexible and communicative. The only thing I did not like was the point of sale at install where the installers offered a few more add ons including coil protection, AC filters and surge protectors. The reason I did not like this was I felt like these should have been offered at the estimate vs at install making it feel more like a pressure sale. Other than that everything was excellent.
Absolutely great, Danny diagnose the problem and fixed it. It was very personable, the price was very reasonable. He pointed out some other issues we had, but was not a hard cell was concerned about safety.
We have used Parker & Sons three times for plumbing and electrical repair. They are always prompt, responsive, professional and courteous. They provide excellent service with no attempt to upsell or push for additional work. We are very glad to know they are there when we need them.

Needlessly expensive. Charged $1200 bucks to change a kitchen faucet. They did a good job but there's no excuse here, just find someone else to do these cut and dry jobs. This seems to always be the case with them.
My hot water tank was not working on the moble I just bought. I'm visually disabled and they cam out and lite the pilot light and I had hot water in 30 minutes. I was not charged a service call. That's going the extra mile.

Darrel, who came to 41616 N Bent Creek Court on 12-30-22 was the most impressive service man I have ever met in my 70 years. He was honest, sincere and very conscientious. In 13 years, no P&S serviceman ever suggested cleaning our 2 airconditioning units inside the attic and side of house. This guy skipped lunch and worked diligently for 5 hours to do all this, whereas I guess previous P&S guys just didn't want to bother in a hot attic. He is amazing. A real KEEPER for your company. Tech showed up the first time and was unable to do any work because due to where the ac units were located, he needed a second person. I had explained the location of our ac units when I called and what they would need and I believe we have seen their trucks in our condo complex so I was a bit disappointed to say the least. Had to rescheduled for a week later. Techs showed up today and told me I need about $1300 of work. And of course new parts are needed so it will be another week. I will trust that that is what is needs to be done but one is never happy they have to spend that much more on 4 year old acs.

Mike was was professional, responsive, and did great work. My fix was not cheap, but that is what happens when they have to fix someone else's cheap fix... Lesson learned I'll use Parker and son's going forward

I just wanted a biannual checkup and coil cleaning for my rooftop A/C units before it got hot here in AZ. I scheduled online for a 4 hour window on Saturday afternoon. 15 mins before the window ended they called and canceled. I wasted my Saturday off to work around Parker and Sons schedule. Very dissatisfied.I thought I’d be a good patron and reschedule for Monday. The guy came and as I mentioned I expected a checkup and cleaning. Nope. I got a checkup and then they wanted another $750 to do the cleaning.

My hot water tank was leaking. Home depot recommended Parker & Sons for the tank installation. They came the very next day (though it was a Saturday, and the technician Sione installed it in a professional manner. He was very courteous and polite. They are a life-saver in cold weather.
The plumber was here for at most 1 hour and the fee was in excess of $325! The fee was outrageous for the work preformed. I will never use this company again because there is no transparency in fees during the phone conversation.

I have been with Parker & Sons for nearly 10 years. I purchased a new AC/Heating unit from them 9 years ago. Have not had any issues until now. My furnace stopped working 2 weeks ago. A technician came out and found the issue or so I thought. Unit worked for approximately 10 days then stopped heating. 2 more technicians have been out in the past week. Each time it worked for 1 day then again stopped heating. Now my 4th service call, I was scheduled for 8-10 am and confirmed the appointment. They did not see this as a priority and scheduled someone ahead of me and have not yet arrived! I specifically requested a certain technician and they are sending someone else. I am frustrated and disappointed with their lack of service. Unfortunately, they are proving to not be reliable when something is NOT working. They are, however, great for routine maintenance.

Had them come out to quote me to re-pipe my drains. The wanted $400 just to give out an estimate. I had 25 companies come out to give me quotes. the highest and best one was $15k. They said without hesitation, $30k. I would have to say, do not use this company just based off of my experience and the gouging I received.

Jimmy Saucedo was very thorough in checking everything about our heat pump. He told me everything in the attic was working the way it is supposed to. Then he examined the outdoor unit and showed me the condition of the contactor and the capacitor and explained how their condition affected the life of the unit. He explained how the start assist would extend the life of the compressor. He did not try to sell me anything, but answered all my questions. He was able then to do the necessary repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Jimmy is the best technician we have had.

Had an emergency plumbing problem at the house and Parker and sons had a tech out within 2 hours and the problem was resolved.The tech took time to talk through and explain the problem and promptly cleared the clog to the sewer.
Very nice and friendly. They called me when they knew they couldn’t make it in the time window that they gave me and offered to reschedule if that did not work. Called me half an hour before they came to let me know they are on the way, did the job and left. Great experience.

Plumber from Parker and Son came was here for 28 seconds. He never touch a pipe or valve gave me a quote of 760 dollars in 28 seconds. when i refused service told i have to pay 75 dollar for coming out for 28 seconds. Never was i told i was going to be charged for an estimate. Next plumber came fixed leak for 120 dollars including parts.After manager responded to my post they refunded my money as he said he would. i do appreciate him being a stand up guy, standing by his word and trying to be a honest respectable business to his customers

Only issue was that there was no mention of labor cost, no $ totals on initial estimates, only on the final invoice.

Dave called for our RO filter change, I told him it is too expensive he said only 1 filter needed to be changed and it would be $170 and they would show us how bleed the tank. Then Richard Glauser comes out, said it was all thee that needed to be changed for $280. We have been lied to again by Parker &Sons. Richard explained what we really needed, apologized and sold us the 3 filters. Richard was great, I believe him to be honest and straightforward. However this is the 3rd or 4th time we have dealt with dishonesty from your company. We have been long time customers but are about to change. The last several HVAC guys have told us the person who serviced our units for years, didn’t know what he was talking about. Not trust inspiring for your employees.

This company has a good reputation, but I am even more impressed with the service that I got today. We had a pipe break at our office and our employees nor our clients could use the facilities. I called on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and in less than an hour, Tim Schadel was out at the property to help me. The parts that we needed he didn’t have on his truck, so he hurried down to the supply store, and that the guy to stay open so he could get the parts. He then came back and in less than 30 minutes repaired everything as good as new. I would definitely recommend him in this company.

I will never use P&S again. My $5,000 HVAC unit for a 1-bdrm condo was only 2 years old when it stopped cooling. Capacitor blown and $350 of refrigerant required. 8 months later it quit heating. Parts not available to fix for 5 days. 11 days, 1 no show, 5 tech visits, 2 requests to speak with management not responded to, and another $350 bill later, it's still not heating as efficiently as before. What a waste of time and money. I'm done with Parker & Sons.

I have two units in my home with two thermostats. One unit was not working properly so I called Parker and Sons (May 16, 2022), and mentioned the overall problem and thermostat issue. The technician recommended various repairs that cost $2,074, which I paid. After the repairs it became obvious the problem was not fixed at all, I had the same problem. Parker and Sons came out again and we found out why $2,074 in repairs did not fix the problem. The problem was the thermostat not the recommended work. The new thermostat cost me another $200 after a managers discount. By the way I was assured by the technician that the Air Conditioner Unit that received the preventative repairs (that did not fix the problem I called Parker and Sons for), would work well for the foreseeable future. I asked him that question before I agree to pay for the service.This week on January 9, 2023 Parker and Sons made what they call a scheduled “maintenance call” that cost me $2,144.00 (including approximately $750.00 for two surge protectors), for a 3 year old air conditioner and the older unit that the technician on May 16, 2022. told me would be fine for the foreseeable future; after billing me $2,074 for repairs that did not solve the problem I called Parker and Sons for in the first place. Furthermore, the same technician advises in writing regarding the AC unit he repaired months (not years) ago in May 2022; “that repairs are discouraged due to system age, inefficiency and/or current overall condition”. This statement completely contradictory to what he said for repairs in made in May 2022 when I paid $2074 based on his recommendation. Then of course he offered me the opportunity to buy a new unit now, because prices are about to go up.As a person with no air conditioning experience and a senior citizen, I feel completely taken advantage of by the business practices I experienced with Parker and Sons. It appears that the maintenance program and service employees are really about upsales, employee bonus/sales commissions. Customers are not informed of the conflict of interest.I sent a communication to Parker and Sons directly about discussing and resolving this matter, and they did not respond.
Jed put in the extra effort to temporarily make the repair & the exterior wall opening waterproof with precipitation in the pending forecast. He also took the time to help secure the exterior plumbing & hose bib, so that is a more solid installation. Thank you Jed!!!

Called Parker and Sons to replace my furnace, A/C, and water heater. Then as I went with a tankless water heater I also had them install a water softener/filter system. Chris, Josh, and Stein described everything priced out options and placed the orders even the rebate paperwork for APS and had installation scheduled for the next day. That was a busy "Parker party" day! Isaac, Troy, Claudis, Matthew, Omar and their teams did a great job. Worked Isaac and his team the hardest as replaced several faucets and fixed a leak in addition to installing the tankless water heater. Troy installed a new electrical outlet and solved a couple of lighting mysteries for me plus gave me some estimates on replacing my aging smoke detectors. Omar went above and beyond to insure that everything on my attic furnace was done properly and securely. All my questions were answered and all my interactions via phone and in person were professional and pleasant.
I called about a clogged toilet. The technician was here within a few hours and fixed the problem within 15 minutes! He was professional and friendly. I was impressed with his swiftness and efficiency. Thank you Dwayne Royal! ?

I'm giving it 2 stars, because at the end of the day, they did fine work, and got my tenants back up and running with hot water. But $4,000 for a 50 gallon gas water heater is highway robbery. My normal plumber was unavailable at the time, and tenant family of 8 needed hot water ASAP, so I was left without too many options.
Rusty blade to be replaced to the tune of $1500.00 (turns out parts under warranty!), several no shows with too many "reasons" why, and finally they misplaced my $1500.00 prepay until we canceled and turned over to credit card company. I have now been reimbursed, but would not recommend this business.
Called this morning because water heater was leaking. After checking out the water heater, it was determined Water Softener System not working. Richard Glauser responded quickly, checked the equipment, discovered the problem and fixed it promptly. Very professional knows what he is doing, and courteous. Thank You.

I was very pleased with the service reps, Andrew and Paul, from Parker and Sons. They were courteous, helpful and efficient while installing my new water softener unit. They left the area clean and went over how to work the unit once they were done.
Parker and Sons is one of the worst companies I ever belt with. On January 8th,my tankless water heater started linking and I called Parker and Son on the 9th. They came out and stated I needed a new water exchange and they will order the part. They ordered the part on the 9th, and it arrived at their facility on the 12th. Today is the 18th and I’m still waiting. They stated they have to locate the part. They also quoted me one price and now they are charging me $200.00 more. Had our vents and HVAC cleaned. The team showed up right on time and we’re very professional and courteous. I would use them 100 more times if I had to.

Where do I start...I am beyond impressed. During a home renovation project, I just so happened to puncture a water line with my nail gun...TWICE ??♀️ I didn't find until a couple hours later after returning home from dinner, that the floor was flooded. After listening for, finding and holding the hole for an hour after the main water shutoff wasnt working and realizing everything was closed and I had no further recourse, I called Parker and sons.Cue, STEVE!!!! He was there within 30 minutes (at MIDNIGHT!) and was the nicest, most knowledgeable helpful worker I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. He helped me to locate ANOTHER leak, fixed it on the spot and got me well on my way to showering off all my poor decisions, all without cutting into the newly installed shiplap wall. I cannot say enough nice things about him, if you have an emergency, Parker and sons (more specifically Steve with the viking hair) is the way to go. Thank you!
Water softener leak. Our techician, Daniel, wàs excellent. He was on time and was right on with the estimate. He was knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend Daniel at Parker and Sons.
2 Visits were needed, one to diagnose and second to do repair. This meant 2 waiting times of 4 hours each. Service was done well but was pricey for the simple repair.

Old house, so bigger job than you would think. Plumber gave clear explanations, was patient w/ my bellyaching, did the large job expeditiously, w/ updates and explanations as he went along. Left the workspace surprisingly clean, and the problem solved. I’m poorer, but happy w/ my experience

Scammers, don’t do the monthly maintenance fee 11 dollars month they will never come out and they will lie and say they cancelled the subscription and keep charging you and when you call a customer service representative their computers are never working. Nothing wrong with the service men or people working there just the company is a scam. Beware. So they cancelled and reinstated me on their own.

Had one of those "tune ups". Spoke with the tech about going into the attic and inspecting the air handler. Informed him that I had the doors and seams sealed with aluminum tape because they leaked air. Asked him to please reseal as the dust from the attic gets sucked into the air box and comes out the vents.A few months later I noticed a dust build-up on the ceiling vents. Went up into the attic and found he cut the tape and never resealed the air box. Another useless home depot contractor.

July, 2022 - Parker & Sons responded on back to back days to replace a condenser on a 5 year old Lennox AC/Heat Pump unit. I chose the Maintenance/Service contract when it was first installed and am glad I did. All I paid was the $95 deductible fee and my A/C is restored. It is July, 2022 in Phoenix, AZ so you can imagine how important A/C is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️March, 2023 - P&S was here to retar a broken seal on the roofs unit. During a recent down pouring I had a small drip coming inside from the main duct on the roof as a result. Jovanny was proficient and professional retarring the pipe on the roof. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Our service technician, Sam was on time, very professional and friendly. She gave our HVAC system a thorough inspection & complete maintenance. The indoor unit coils had gathered a large amount of dirt, despite our use of high quality filters that are changed out monthly. Sam completely cleaned the coils and they look new again! She's an excellent technician and Parker & Sons is a great company. We're glad to be part of the "Parker Family". We highly recommend Sam as well as Parker & Sons. Thank you for the awesome service! Parker and Sons is amazing. When our AC went out and we called our home warranty company and they couldn't get anyone out to see us for 5 days which is an outrageous amount of time to be without AC in Arizona. I called Parker and Sons and they were able to come out same day and get our AC back up and running. I even signed up for one of their programs that will do regular maintenance on our unit and gives us 10% off any other work we might need done with plumbing. I have canceled my home warranty because I am covered by Parker and Sons now!

Last Friday I spent the morning at an Urgent Care because my wife was having trouble breathing. Saturday she was exhausted and asked me to turn on the AC to cool down the house and it shut right off. I tried turning the AC on a few more times then realized we had a problem. So I called Parker and Sons, and they were great! They were professional and scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. Sunday, the technician arrived. Chris was great! He was polite, professional and knowledgeable!e! He showed us pictures and videos of our unit and explained his diagnosis. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He went over options with us ranging from repairing the unit to replacing it. We decided to replace the unit and we’re happy with the financing option we chose. The installation was scheduled for Wednesday and we were very pleased with the quick turn around. The installation technicians showed up as schedule. Ivan and Elijah were great! Again, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They went over, in detail, how the installation was going to work. Upon completion, Ivan reviewed the work completed with me. showing me pictures of the installed unit. Again, showed patience as I asked questions about programming and using the new thermostat. From start to finish, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Parker and Sons without any hesitation! We had very little down time and a huge thank you to your entire team! Great work and great customer service service!

My service was excellent! I had water pressure problems, and at one point, just a trickle when I turned on the faucet. Dennis was very responsive and professional. He checked faucets and quickly diagnosed the issue. He replaced the water pressure regulator and adjusted the setting so I had much better water pressure than I've ever had in my house. Dennis informed me of everything and was so friendly explaining things! In less than one hour, my issue was resolved. Another great experience with Parker & Sons!

Entire process was very good. Our tech was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Because we were in a tight situation with A/C not working and temps hitting 110+, we had to get work done fast. Pretty sure we could have found a less expensive company but it would have taken time that we didn't have. Pleased with the promptness and professionalism.

Unfortunately we did not use Parker and Sons as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. Since we are selling, we wouldn't recoup the investment and the new owners will still have an AC with a warranty. That being said, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Marco was extremely attentive and thorough along with being a nice person and on time. They arrived the next day as opposed to Goettl which was a 8 days out (we didn't use them). Everyone was so nice and helpful, I wish money wasn't an object. I do believe in their quality, it just wasn't what we needed at the time. Thank you for everything though and when we get our new home and need AC help, we will call Parker and Sons for our forever home.

We had an 18 year old system in our home and in AZ that’s a ticking time bomb. We decided to go with P&S to get them replaced and it’s been a pain ever since. We haven’t had so much trouble with A/C units in our lives since we’ve had them install one. They’ve been back multiple times with problems. The A/C unit gave out on us during the summer and while we were on vacation. Good thing the smart thermostat was working so we could be notified that our house was at 98 degrees. Took a few days to get that repaired. Sounded like shoddy workmanship since the install guys pinched a wire to the upstairs thermostat. They shorted out a thermostat and had to replace that. While they were there they mentioned that they’ll have to come back to finish the install on the furnace since the install guys didn’t finish. This was only 3 months into a brand new system. 7 months later it’s cold so we turned the furnace on and the upstairs fills with smoke and the smoke alarms are going off. We live in an older neighborhood and there are quite a few older systems around. P&S is not getting any new customers out here since the neighbors have seen P&S at our house for the 4th time in 9 months. Bad install apparently. Wonder if we got some lemons or the install team was on drugs during the install. Not sure what’s up but only two stars from us. Looks like we got all the Melvins at our house to do this install.P.S. the picture is the kind of workmanship you can expect

Parker and sons service technicians arrived on time as scheduled. They were very courteous and professional. They inspected the sump pump and determined the sump pump was not functioning . They immediately gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the sump pump. I reviewed the estimate and agreed to have them replace the sump pump and alarm. They got to work and finished the job in a relatively short time. They removed all the defective parts and cleaned up the work area when they finished the job. Once they completed their job they showed me what they did and explained to me how the equipment worked. They ran various checks on the system to ensure it was properly installed and working. I thanked them for doing an excellent job and would definitely use them again.
TOO BIG TO CARE!They replaced my hvac through Costco.I repaired the first roof water leak myself.They were the only contractors on my new asphalt shingle roof.I requested them to repair the ripped shingles and re-route the drain line so as to not have a white piece of pvc pipe running down the roof so it did not look so, LACKING IN PRIDE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP; and instead attach the drain to the existing drain line, I was told someone else would have to look at the ripped shingles. They did re-route the drain and tarred over the (2) new holes in the new roof, in so doing caused yet another water leak on the existing drain line in the roof. I patched this one myself also and canceled the followup visit to Repair the ripped shingles, as it was apparent to me anytime they are on my roof I must inspect the attic at the next Rain and Repair the leak myself. I eventually tarred over the ripped shingles myself as they had already tarred over all the un-necessary penetrations they put in my new roof and assumed that was there standard of craftsmanship.During the initial install they removed the elbow with a Sledge Hammer, causing such noise and vibration throughout the house I offered to let them use my cutting tools so as to not damage other ares in the house. Now when the unit runs you hear vibrations throughout the house. The ceiling in the living room has a crack, yet I am done with these guys.I was supposed to get a $200 rebate from APS 8-12 weeks after installation. After numerous calls now being 14 weeks later, still no check.I fed and tipped all workers that came to the house, and this is what I get for the close to $10,000 I paid.I would suggest Costco dis-associate themselves from this company.
He did an outstanding job in my home and I'm sorry if I can't remember his name, but he was an excellent technician, thanks for your help.

I was happy that Parker and son's arrived in an emergency situation so quickly. You can count on that. You can also count on it costing you $$$$. I had an issue with my water heater that was on the verge of failure. It was leaking and about to burst. I turned it all off that night and called Parker who arrived the following afternoon. Happy with the service and time frame but my water heater cost me 3400.00 to be replaced. Standard 40 gallon unit you can purchase at 800-1200 at home Depot. When I asked the plumber what the breakdown was for labor and unit cost he simply told me that is the price. I paid extra for the 10 year warranty. Even with the additional fee for the extra warranty I still paid more 2k for a 2 hour job. They caught me with my pants around my ankles as I was desperate for the fix and he arrived with it in his truck. I should have been on top of it and fixed it myself but the emergency didn't allow that. They got me.

We had Angel come back and upgrade the installation of our Soft Water system purchased elsewhere. He was on time, the upgrade looks amazing and thorough. My AC was not running. The following day I also had a problem with lights flickering or not going on. Raymond Vallejo was my tech. He arrived when he said he would and was very pleasant and professional. The unstable power was due to a connection in the breaker box. The AC needed a new controller and starter. From the time he came to the house it was 20 minutes at the most for him to fix breaker box and install the AC parts. Everything works fine and I was impressed with his speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend him and Parker & Sons.

We were so thankful for Parker and Sons who came to replace our thermostat! We discovered that the wiring on our Day and Night A/C and Heating systems were not compatible with normal thermostats and had to call Parker and Sons to come out. Thankfully they didn't charge any extra for a weekend call and the service call fee was waived with the repairs. Luis was very professional and helpful and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They even offer a military discount! We will absolutely use this company in the future!
We had an main plumbing line emergency this morning and Parker and Sons got someone out immediately. Royce Christiansen was our technician and he did a great job. He was quick and efficient and got a major repair fixed quickly and got out water turned back on in a matter of a few hours. We appreciate his experience and hard work.
Parker & Sons REPAIRMAN Jonathan Brown called and showed up quickly on a very AZ summer day, inspected my cooling/heating roof problem, and quickly figured out why my COOLER was dead in the water. He explained the issues/my options, replaced my fuses, added 2 lbs of the newer refrigerant, and got everything back up and running ... on a very HOT day in short order. It was nice to know .... I now had a PROFESSIONAL that I could count on for emergencies and can call again. A few years back, my father had issues with the garage gas heater leaking badly, and Parker & Sons got our water heater quickly replaced, and added the now required "code compliant platform" to sit on. I was was equally pleased, that I went back on 7-21-2022 to PARKER .... and their cooler pro Jonathon was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and trained to fix the new COOLING ISSUES, as well as answer my questions.
Had our central air completely replaced today (we knew it was bad). Jesus and Isaac were on time and didn't stop until the job was done. They were competent as well as polite and tidy. Overall a GREAT experience. I would recommend Parker an Sons highly.
Got here fast to fix leak fast in water softener. Cost was higher than expected but that’s true of every home repair / improvement.

After my ac went down and would not cool the house. I knew that it was beyond fixing. I called Parker and Sons. I scheduled the soonest appointment 10am next day (it was 9pm at night) to buy a new one. Sales rep: Josh S. came out and talked to me about my options and helped me get financing and set me up with installation for the next day! Davien and Randy Came out first thing in the morning ! They were very friendly and professional. Did a wonderful job! I had the best experience with Parker and Sons because of their team. I will definitely recommend as they made a painful experience into a good one.

Logan did an amazing job. He removed our water softener so we could have our garage flooring resurfaced. He cleaned up the old plumbing and removed the soldering replacing it with crimped connections. Looks better than new. He also fixed leaks we had on the water softener.I would highly recommend Logan for all your plumbing needs.

Our technician, Mark, was the best. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. He was at our house for about an hour and had the job done. Although it wasn’t the easiest job, I felt the price, which is not set by him, was a bit high. I agreed to it but felt it was high I would recommend this company
Repairman was great/personable. Diagnosed a bad thermostat. The only one he SAID he had???(I'm sure that was company policy) was over $400.00!!!!!! OK-so it is over 100 degrees in my house and I am 84 years old. They REALLY have you over a barrel at that point and they know it--SO WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS??? So, to get my air working on a very hot day I paid for that thermostat...WHAT A RIP OFF!! Do NOT use this company.ATTENTION: A member of this company contacted me immediately after I posted this comment. She was very apologetic about my experience and went to great lengths to make me feel better about the situation. I was given assurance that the matter of more (thermostats) options being on their trucks AND a refund of part of the charges. She/they were great in reaching out to me and addressing this problem. Tobin, was so professional quick at diagnosing my issue. He was so humble. I was amazed at his timeliness, effectiveness on the time it took him to diagnose the issue. I was impressed with the fact he knew exactly where to go. I know he is a professional, however, you do not get that service everywhere.I am sold on Parker& Sons. What a bunch of CROOKS!!!! Free Estimate is also highly inaccurate. They came out to fix a leaking leaking bathroom sinks. I turned the water off awhile ago because it was dripping. The guy came out and didn't even turn the sinks on to see why it was leaking. He just said I needed to replace these???! Then asked if I was interested in a water softener. He quoted me $3300.00 to replace 4 bathroom faucets. Then charged me $79.00 to come out and try to upsell me. What a great business plan to send a sales person out to try and sell you then charge the customer for that. Go to lowes for this. I can buy 4 new faucets and have them install it for less than what they wanted to charge for one faucet.

My garbage disposal stopped worked so I requested a free consultation. The dispatcher was kind and friendly. The technician arrived on time which was fantastic since it was scheduled the same day.The technician quoted me $600-900 after taking less than a minute to determine the cause of the problem. I told him I’d have to talk to my boyfriend first. Our power went out today with the bad weather and when it came back on, the disposal was working again. I now question the plumbing skills of that technician. It was obvious he cared more about getting money than properly diagnosing and fixing problems.

We called Parker and Sons on a Saturday morning and this is our experience.We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom pipe that leaked into our downstairs hallway, creating a balloon of water in the ceiling. We were able to take down the dry wall and find the leak.We made the call to Parker and Sons around 10a.m. and were warned that we had an open appointment for the day ( it could take to 7 pm for a tech). Not 20 minutes later Lance called and said he would be at our house in 30 minutes.He was very honest, respectful, and cared about our needs. He repaired the leak in less than 1 hour and tightened a sink faucet (one I had plans to tighten) without hesitation or cost.This was the best service I have had ever on an emergency call and for under $400, I couldn't be happier.

I set up an appointment well in advance with a technician for a simple job. I drove down from Northern AZ to Phoenix to be available for the window of time I was scheduled for. After a few hours of waiting they texted me and said they'd need to reschedule due to technician running late at previous job. I called and explained i drove from northern AZ for this appointment. They then assured me a technician would come out even if later than the scheduled time. I was agreeable to that. I called again after the appointment time had passed and they told me technician was taking a quick dinner break and running behind but would show up soon. Now it's almost 2 hours after the 6 hour window they scheduled and they said they aren't coming out today. What a waste. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Find a better company with reliable technicians, schedulers and better service. One star was generous, but there wasn't an option for 0 stars.

We needed a full plumbing drainage installation - redo our plumbing and put it under the house. It was a huge project and a bit overwhelming. The Parker and Son's team was great and did an excellent job explaining our options and helping to alleviate some of the stress that comes along with a house remodel. The team was professional, always on time and transparent throughout the process if any problems came up. They also did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done which was really impressive considering how much dirt was involved with all the trenches they had to dig. Overall, we were very happy with the team - Justin, Daniel, Jose and the rest of the team were all awesome!
I've had 4 other A/C repair companies out for service over the last 3 years and they were all awful! Needless to say, when we had to call for another repair, I was skeptical. We called Parker & Sons and immediately, my worries were set at ease. They were able to come to us 2 days after I called (it wasn't an emergency). The techs were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and above all, honest. We were presented options and never pressured to accept anything we didn't need/couldn't afford.I'm looking forward to using them again for the monthly maintenance of our AC unit. Highly recommend!!

The technician was helpful and very informative. He diagnosed the problem that my mom was having with her kitchen lights and took care of the problem. He replaced her lights with LED lights, and the cost was reasonable. My mom was very pleased with his work. He did a good job ?
We called with a leaking main line going to our sprinkler system. James Wallace was there within 2 hours and fixed the issue professionally. We decided to reroute our main feed line to avoid the roots from a large cactus. We will be using James again next time we need a professional plumber. A job well done!

It's just a bit overwhelming to be thrown so many "issues" at once with only expensive and temporary solutions proposed. I'll see if this is an ongoing pattern or if it is just a one time thing in time.if it continues to always be major issues I may try some other options.

Called at 6pm because AC was not working. Service tech scheduled for midnight arrival. Louie, the service tech, called at 10pm to determine if this was an emergency, if so, he would come out between midnight and 2am to diagnose. I indicated that it could wait until the morning and Louie scheduled us for 7am. After thoroughly diagnosing the problem, we determined that the age of the system (30 years old) did not warrant the cost of repair so we scheduled the sales rep, Eddie Sandoval, for later in the day. Eddie came, reviewed our options and we scheduled the installation for Tuesday. He called back later in the day and informed us that a team was available on Monday to perform the installation. We were instructed on how to limp along until Monday and told that if the system failed completely and we needed a portable AC to hold us over that one would be available.The entire experience was fast and efficient. No high pressure. Louie and Eddie were courteous and professional at all times.I will write a separate review of the installation.
Update from previous rating: well it only took 4 different people to come to the house to figure out what had to happen to stop my floor from trying to erupt! Today 10/26, more than a month later, a supervisor finally came out to check on the issue, it was a quick fix, and certainly not worth all the aggrevation, but they did finally stand behind their word to make things right. This was my original post: I have been waiting for more than a week to find out why a manufactured home does not fit their standards for some of their services. It was good enough for them to install a 10,000 dollar unit, but my floor now rises because they tell me that it was installed wrong five years ago, even though it NEVER happened in that time. I also found out after the fact that my 10 year warranty does not cover labor, which is also an option I was never presented. I am hoping they come up with a solution, or I may need to pursue other options.

Our AC technician was very professional. He is knowledgeable of his job. He explained everything to us using details. Even after he got to the root caus of the problem, he stuck around for another 20 minutes to ensure all was well with our AC unit and answered all of our questions. I had a reverse osmosis system installed and connected to my refrigerator to get usable ice cubes. This system, that provides filtration for good clean clear water is not simple to install. The two plumbers involved were professional and informative making this expense seem worth while and I love my ice cubes and drinking water. What a difference!

My A/C unit went out and I went online at 4 am and got an appt for a technician to come out the same day for repairs! The tech was awesome, he fixed the unit and explained my options to me. Due to the age of the A/C unit and because we had already talked about replacing the unit soon, we decided to just use Parker and Sons to install a new unit and fix some of our ducting issues. They were able to schedule and get the new install team out the next day!! The cost of the repairs that day was deducted from the cost of the new unit and we are very pleased with this company. I am unsure about costs, I chose not to compare pricing, I knew this company was fast, responsive and reliable, so I went ahead with them. Now my house is cool as ice, and my hot spot has since been fixed with the ducting repairs they did dame day. Definitely recommend calling them for all your A/C needs!

He, however, appeared a wee bit inexperienced and he didn’t provide the most economical solutions. A second opinion by another more experienced plumber gave me more economical answers. If you need a quick response and cost is not an issue, they’re a good company to seek.

I am brand new to AJ. Owned my place for just 5 months. Yesterday my AC went down. Not good in this area. I remembered hearing Parker and Sons commercials so I called them. Put on a stand by appointment. This morning, tech was here before I knew it. This was a owners oppsie was a blessing in Disguise! I had cut through the thermostat wiring. But he found problems with my unit that really could have cost me big money in a very short time frame. Reconnected the wires fixed the blown parts and we are back up and running. It may not have been Melvin, but it definitely was Moe and Curly. P&S replaced my A/C several years back, and the install was shoddy at best. The attached pictures paint a vivid story. In addition to the issues displayed in the pictures, a second return vent was installed in the living room, leaving a large drywall crack next to it. The second return does not work anyways since the return duct work was incorrectly hung in the attic. Not sure what went wrong with the unit during install, but it rattles loud at startup, like a kid rattling a box of rocks. Calling a tech didn't do any good; he pretended not to hear the noise that even my next door neighbors can hear with their windows shut. Truly, Melvin would be a step up. Update: I recently completed a thorough home home renovation, which included hiring an AC engineer to update all ductwork, registers, returns, etc. He confirmed that P&S had completed a botched job, including installing the incorrect roof jack, sub-standard Y connector, sealing the removed evap cooler incorrectly, and several major leaks in collars and ducts. After the re-work, there is a night and day difference. Our AC is noticeably more efficient. Sadly, the unit still rattles at startup (defective condenser fan motor) to remind us of a bad decision made years ago.
Had Parker and sons come out this morning after my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Not a good thing in Phoenix when we are having 100 degree plus days still in September. I am a “Preferred member” so I was hoping that would get someone to my place quicker than normal. Called at 10pm and they were out at 9am so that was a relief and refreshing to see. Cesar was very nice, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. I have no issues with Cesar as he was everything you would want in a service person coming out to your home. However, I was told my AC safety switch was the issue and it would be $500 dollars to fix. I quickly looked up the part cost and saw that you could get one for under $50 and that it could be installed in an hour or so. The $500 seemed very expensive but it was getting hotter by the minute in our home and I didn’t have the energy to argue the matter so I gave him the go ahead to fix it. He fixed it in half an hour and we were then back to feeling cold air.So, the response time, the technician Cesar, and how quick they were able to have us comfortable again we’re excellent. I would expect this as a “Preferred customer” but it was still nice to see. However, I feel taken advantage of in that I had to pay $500 for a $35-$50 part and a half hour of labor (that’s like a $800-$900 an hour equivalent labor cost!!!) Cesar was kind enough to waive the $79 trip fee as he could see that I was a little irritated at the cost (once again Cesar being awesome). He seemed even a little embarrassed at how much this cost me for such a cheap part and easy install. Don’t get me wrong, company’s need to make a profit and with how good they were in the other departments I was prepared to pay more for that level of service. However the cost for this $35-$50 part and 30 mins of labor felt obscene.I don’t mind paying big $$$ for big repairs on cars or big ticket items when things go wrong. I don’t mind paying a little more for quality and service. I don‘t believe in buying just whatever is cheapest. And, I also am not the type of person who even leaves reviews like this…I have only really ever left positive reviews when a company has done really good quality work or their employee did an awesome job. However, I needed to leave a negative review here as I feel that I was taken advantage of by Parker and Sons during a time that I really had no other options. What was I going to do? Tell them to not fix it so that I could shop around for a few days while my fiancée, our pets and I are extremely uncomfortable sitting in a 90 degree house? Of course not.I don’t know if there is a definition for this kind of excessive overcharging and taking advantage of customers financially during times they are without other options. Whatever it is called it sure doesn’t feel good to be on the wrong end of it. This is not what you want in a service provider who AZ families depend on for safety and comfort during the summer months. Hopefully, this review will make others think twice before calling them. However, if you want great service, prompt attention, awesome technicians and don’t care about being excessively overcharged, then you’ll probably love Parker and Sons! If this is how Parker and Sons treats their “Preferred Customers” (from a cost standpoint), I shudder to wonder what their costs are for “regular” customers.

My a/c slowed down and wasn't cooling--8:30-9:00 pm. I called Parker & Sons as I purchased my a/c from them and have service maintenance and warranty with them. Though it was late, a service man arrived about 20 past midnite. He worked for an hour or so lit by flashlight to repair what he could. My coil had ruptured--so not good. Brian Miracle--yes real name--fixed what he could, ordered a new coil, and got the a/c running so I had some cool air that night. I can't say enough about his professionalism and his attitude--at 1:30 in the morning. 2 days later he came a finished the repair, installing the new coil, cleaning and checking my system. I paid a small service fee, for what was to me, a life saving repair. His knowledge and competence put my mind at ease.Parker and Sons really performed according to and beyond the highest professional standards when they repaired my equipment. I felt as if my welfare mattered--such a change from most services today.To say I highly recommend them doesn't do them justice--but I do, very much so.I am so glad they are my A/C specialists, I trust them to honor their commitments.
If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Our AC went out when it was over 100 degrees outside in Arizona. We were working with another company that came over and partially diagnosed the issue, then were a no show when they said they would come out again and do the repairs. They kept rescheduling us and not showing up. After this went on for a while I called Parker & Sons and explained what was happening and that we had an elderly person at home to whom this heat was detrimental. Edgar from Parker & Sons, came out the same night, and thoroughly diagnosed the issue. We had a collapsed duct, blown motor and a fuse that needed to be replaced. Since it was evening time, on a Friday before a long weekend when he came out, he let me know the motor would not be available until Tuesday. When Tuesday rolled around Edgar was at my house, as promised, and had my AC up and running. I will never use another company for anything related to my HVAC. Parker & Sons is the best! The staff and technicians behaved very professionally and I felt valued as a customer.

I called Parker and Sons from a recommendation from a friend.Garrett arrived today and took a look at my home air conditioning system.Water was coming out of both pipes and I was concerned. The unit was 16 years old. Garrett was knowledgeable and walked me through my options. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend Garrett. Parker installed my AC system five years ago and have serviced it regularly since then. It was worked flawlessly. Their technicians are always very professional and polite and knowledgeable.
From estimate to install, Parker & Sons was so easy to work with. Cannot recommend anyone else but them when you need a new AC. Super fast install (next day) as well. Paul was awesome. We need more plumbers like him. He installed my low flow kitchen faucet and replaced my hot and cold water valves. These valves were improper installed a year ago by another company. I am glad Paul corrected the situation before installing my new faucet.

My review is not reflective of the technician but the process in getting them here. There were 3 people who finally did what was needed to get a tech to our house. Al, Elva and our tech were great. It took 6 calls, to just get it set up. Secondly when you did call, us to confirm they called the wrong number and finally after waiting an entire day for a tech, you operations team is so messed up that while one tech was on site we received a call from another tech letting us know that he was on his way to our house to look at the problem.We still are not 100 % fixed and not sure when they are coming back. This was critical due to having a 5 day old child in the house. Andrew in customer service was in professional, secondly one of your customer service agents hung up on us. Please reach out to me I would greatly appreciate the call. Your company received a two star rating because of Al and Andrew (tech).
