The initial response to a shower that would not turn off when water was turned on revealed that when the house was built the valve piping was installed up side down so the shower could not turn off. After a small bump in the scheduling Carter Wlkinson came out. He had to remove dry wall in the kitchen to get to the valve. He was quick and professional, cleaned up and was on his way. Very happy with service and recommend A.P.E.S.

Amigo Rooter and Plumbing did great job working on my outdoor sewer system. Nelson was very responsive and was onsite from start to finish. He diagnosed and fixed the problem sewer line in my yard. Steve was exceptional. I told him our attic was pretty tight and he was wick to respond “no worries” he will find a way to see what can be done and he delivered. Steve got up into the attic and assessed the issue and we are able to add two vents to our AC unit to our master Br which faces east. Might I add he ensured he didn’t leave one piece of mess behind and even covered my shirts in the closet. We have utilized Desert Diamond in the past and have always been pleased with their service! We also had two other Desert Diamond techs out who installed new duck work for two new vents in Master Bedroom and they were exceptional. Some of the best work I have ever had done.

Today we had Hayden out for a heating repair and he diagnosed the issue and was superb in his customer service as well. Darlene was courteous and helpful throughout the process of getting my air unit diagnosed and repaired. Both Tom and Rick provided punctual, high quality service. Communication was excellent and professionalism was top-notch!

Adam was very knowledgeable in providing a quote to us. He was super friendly and even gave our 3 year old some Goettle flashlights! Although the quote was significantly higher than others, Adam was nice.

James was on time, a good communicator, gave me options, and fixed the problem quickly.

These guys are the best! They have done quality installs on two of my properties for a very reasonable price. Their attention to detail and honesty are truly refreshing. Their ongoing service on my units continues to be priced fairly and the work is always done in a timely manner.
