Recently bought a house with a porch post that was heavily damaged due to termites and water over the years, which caused my roof to lean.

Called Handyman Connection and Patrick came out and was very friendly and no nonsense, and got me an estimate by the end of the day. He fixed it the following week and did an amazing job! Thanks Patrick!

Johnny is a rockstar. I had a list of odd things that had to get done around our house including removal of our pool fence, some interior sheetrock patches and repaints. The Owner of the company was very knowledgeable about our remolding needs and the type of contractor that we would need to do the job of installing hardware and soft-close hinges on our home cabinets. Mr. Erazo was very responsive and professional. We had a limited window to have a few different tasks done and Mr. Erazo delivered. I have also used him for interior leaks and repairs and he delivered exceptional results each time. I appreciate being able to call and directly get ahold of him which separates Mr. Erazo from the larger handyman services who send a different person each time. We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service

Hard work from a honest man and gets it done

When we hired this company a while back they did a phenomenal job on the fence they installed. I was renting out the house and had an emergency situation that had to be fixed right away. I will call them again if I need any future repairs
