Best Home Clean in Phoenix AZ

Adam and his team are nothing short of AHHHMAZING!!!! My husband gave them an impossible timeline (or so I thought) and they not only completed the job within the asked time frame but they exceeded our expectations! Our new floors, drywall repair, paint, etc. was done top notch and looks fantastic! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a professional, reliable, responsible company! I’m obsessed with my floors thanks to Adam!!

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review, but unfortunately the work performed by Heath @ Urban Customs will require us hire another company to finish the job he finished. We hired Urban Customs to resurface and patch our existing bamboo floors, but in the end the result of their work was subpar. After they completed their work we were left with the following issues:

- a floor with gaps between the planks
- floating planks that are noisy. In spots you an actually watch the plank move/ give way with any amount of pressure. This movement has caused further damage to adjacent planks, causing those to split and crack. *Our floors were not creaky prior to this project*
- tubes of filler (that were mismatched to our flooring) and we didn't know how to use. We were told we could use it to fill any major gaps.

These issues and others were brought up multiple times to both Heath and Rachel. Instead of addressing and fixing the issues we were met with a list of reasons and excuses as to why they would not or could not fix and finish our floors. We were also told how their work and the end result was completely acceptable.

As small business owners we wanted to support a fellow small business, but when it comes to flooring I would not recommend this company to anyone. They lack attention to detail and leave projects unfinished.

I've been a Real Estate Agent in the Valley for 14 years and I've dealt with my fair share of contractors during that span, good & bad. In all that time I can count on one hand the number of contractors who were as professional, efficient, cost effective and detail oriented as Vinny and the crew from Royal Wood Flooring. They installed 800 square feet of laminate flooring in my own home, which included removal of existing carpets as well as having to trim the baseboards horizontally so that all was even upon completion. The results were fantastic, the crew worked hard and when they left the only evidence they were even here were my beautiful new floors. Vinny is outstanding, his crew is top notch, and I won't ever hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of wood or laminate floor work.

Amazing service. While his workers were installing, Omar Rivera personally came to my house two times on the day of the work to ensure everything was going smoothly and then even came by the day after to follow up. The quality of the work was five-star and I recommend these guys without reservation.

Very knowledgeable with excellent options. They spent a lot of time with me and explained the entire process of replacing tile flooring.

Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. He took extra care to protect kitchen island and cabinets. We are so happy with our new floor and would highly recommend Footprints Floors. Thanks Tony!

As a contractor I found Home Solutionz - Phoenix to have comparatively better pricing for the materials I was looking for above the competition. They did offer a trade discount so perhaps thats what contributed greatly to my moving forwards. Love the service, Job well done!

Billy was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a minor consultation to see what needed to be done to our floors. He not only suggested what needed to be done, but fixed it in a very short time. It looks great.

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

I had a good appointment to get a quote and they seemed high quality but I was not willing to pay the high price.

These guys are simply the best! AAA Hardwood Floor Inc did an amazing job installing new flooring in my living room. The workmanship was truly top notch and his team knew what they were doing and finished everything right on time while being very professional and patient. Loved the end results!

I wish I could give Jim a better score, unfortunately when it was all said and done we paid a lot of money for a mediocre job. We asked for a repair for some water damage and the damaged parts were not replaced, only about a quarter of the wood I thought he was going to replace actually got replaced. He also picked the wrong color stain and his main employee tried to tell us it was the right color stain but it obviously wasn't. We put our foot down and they finally agreed to resand and restrain it. They then put down one coat of a semi gloss finish on the whole floor and it looked excellent but the following day they returned and put the 2nd coat on, this time, for some odd reason, they put a matte finish. We assumed it would dry shiner like the first coat so we paid them and they left. The next day we realized it was a different finish and you can now see obvious streaks of semi gloss under the matte finish. Not to mention the matte finish makes our once beautiful wood floors now look dull and you can see every spot and mark. Not the experience I expected when I read the reviews and saw the quoted price. Jim is very sweet but the work is no where near the quality you would expect for the very premium price. I could have replaced all of our floors for what it will cost to get the finish corrected and for what he charged to replace about 12 square inches of wood.

Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.
