We've used Ivan just recently and it's been the worst experience dealing with a landscaper. Weeds where cut with a weed wacker and the bush in front of my home wasn't even shaped properly. When I asked him to addess it, he said he would but a week went by and I never heard from him. Don't waste your time with this company.

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.

We have both the front and back yard that needs maintenance and this company is always on time and always in and out in less than 30 minutes. They do an amazing job every time. The photos are from 3 days after they came. Our yard was really messed up from the last landscaper we used but they provided us with professional advice and everything has been growing according to what they said.
