What a great company! Perfect prices, no bs

The final result is good, but it took months of waiting, remeasuring, failed installation, etc.
The main person of contact did not communicate well. Before paying, I asked several times for a rough drawing of their proposal, and they said that it would be provided. It was never provided. I asked for pictures of examples, and it was like pulling teeth to get them.
The location was measured twice before installation. When they installed it, part of the job didn't fit (the door could only open about 2/3rds of the way before the inside of it ran into the wall). They had to come back and remeasure, which means another couple weeks on the schedule. On the day of the appointment they called to say that they were on their way, but much earlier than the appointment window. It was during a time where I had something else scheduled. I asked if they could wait for the appointment time, and they assured me that they would be done before the conflicted time. I later got a call from their office that said because I rushed them, they missed some measurements and needed to remeasure. Just too many of those unfortunate circumstances throughout this process.
Each visit was separated by weeks of downtime because even when they made a mistake, they did not prioritize us on the schedule.
So I am of two minds. On one hand, the job is done and looks good... on the other hand, it took forever, was a very painful process, and it wasn't cheap. I am however a big pushover, so I would imagine most other people becoming enraged before the end of this whole process.

Unfortunately someone threw a large rock through our front window on Halloween night. We called Valleywide Glass the following Monday; we'd taken a rough measure of the window just to help explain what the existing situation was. They gave us an estimated price and had a technician here the next day to verify the measurements and the type of glass required. They anticipated it would take 7 - 10 business days to cut and prepare the glass. One week later they were ready to install. The day of the install their technician texted us to keep us up to date on his schedule so we knew when to expect him. Once he got here, he went right to work removing the broken glass, cleaning up any broken glass, and installing the new glass. It all took maybe 30 minutes. The technician was very nice and actually really funny. And he took all the necessary COVID safety precautions.

Although I hope we never have to replace a window again, I would call Valleywide glass without any hesitation. They were prompt, easy to work with, and their prices were extremely reasonable. I'd recommend them 100%!

This is now our 3rd time using SI for our window needs.
At the beginning of our project, we received quotes from several window companies in the valley and we found our representative Greg Johnson to be very professional and honest.
We realized that although they are not the least expensive company - the windows are amazing quality and visually pleasing.
And it just so happens that each time we purchased, the windows were installed within the promised time frame. What’s not to love about that!
The installers were professional, courteous and clean.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our windows or the company’s overall performance.
This current install will conclude our project but we will continue to refer SI Windows to family and friends.

I have used Superior Glass several times. They are skilled, knowledgeable and quick. The quality of their product and installation is impressive and it was affordable as well. I would recommend Brent to anyone who needs glass or windows for their home or office.

It was an easy process working with Best Glass. They did everything they said they would do on schedule. Their installer Luis was very polite, professional and efficient. He did a first class repair at my house. I recommend them without hesitation.

Sales person, Kirk, was great. Explained all features, took precise measurements, and windows arrived as expected - about 6 weeks later. The install went very well, and all my window coverings went back into place. I have read that some people were not so fortunate and had to replace the existing blinds, since the new window frames do take up more space than most existing windows. Looking back, I would make two suggestions. 1. I responded to an ad with a price for 7 windows, which coincidentally was the number of broken frames and/or non-functioning windows I needed replaced. While that WAS my main priority, I now wish I had asked for the price to have 4 more windows replaced, and possibly the sliding patio door. 2. I understood the frames would be larger than the existing cheap windows, but I now wish the sales person had told me exactly how this would affect my small bathroom window. It's roughly 11 high x 23 wide and had a full 9.5 x 21 of glass. The new windows have very wide frames, so there is only about 4 high x 17 wide of glass showing, and the bathroom is very dark now. Had I known this, I would not have had that window replaced and would have chosen one of the other windows to replace. However, all in all, a really good product with a really good transferrable warranty (for a small fee and some paperwork), and a very good price.

My 5 star experience started with Tarry in the showroom. He made choosing the right doors, from a large selection of choices, understandable and easy. then he came on site to see it, measure and make sure everything was right. He quoted various options and consulted me to make the right choice. I chose IllumiNation because they handle the entire project from demo to install to finish work. Their foreman came and measured again and they were upfront about the lead times. Once the doors arrived, they sent a construction manager, and performed each part of the construction project on consecutive days to get the job done quickly. We love the result. This kind of service is rare these days but they nailed it in every way. So so happy with Illumination.

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

LOVED working with these guys!! Korey was always awesome and super nice and polite, Sevy the owner is very nice and hands on too, the installers were two amazing guys did an impecable job, the windows came fast and on time. NO ONE can beat their prices!! Best choice hands down.

Today, Lew came to do plumbing work and a little on dry wall. He was organized, on-time, and did a great job. We've used Handyman Connection many times in the past and always have had a good experience with this organization!

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.
