Very informative you knew just what they were going to do very professional would use them again

Design Tree did an excellent job at my home! I needed my tall Palo Verde tree in my front yard trimmed and prepped for monsoon season. They did a drive by quote, did exactly what they said they would do to the tree and charged exactly what they quoted me. All while not having to leave work to be at home the entire process. They are very quick with their initial response and also their work and cleanup. Would highly recommend to anyone!

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

Jesse came to look at job and gave us a great quote that was very reasonable. His crew came and they were professional and did a great job with tree removal. They were timely and there was a separate clean up crew so the work was staggered. The stump was a bit high out of the ground so they were kind enough to try and get stump as close to ground as possible so I could expand my garden boxes. They chipped and left chips on property as requested and dropped piles in requested areas to help spreading them on our property easier. All in all great job and I would highly recommend Jesse and his crew.

Arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time.

The foreman (not sure if this is his title but obviously was the one in charge) did NOT wear a face mask when discussing items with me and did not practice social distancing. I was wearing one and I would expect you as a company to provide a face mask to those employees who will be in direct contact with the customer.

Additionally after waiting one month for the service they arrive with the wrong equipment and could not complete the stump grinding after tree removal. I would expect the person creating the estimates to take certain items into account to make sure the correct equipment is scheduled for the correct home.

The workers also left trash (ripped gloves etc) in my yard. They also broke a piece of my sprinkler system.

This is the second time I've used this company and will be the last.

I have a lot of mature trees. None of them have ever been professionally pruned and some needed it badly. It looked like a daunting task to me, but the very nice people at Liberty Tree Experts were there to help. Daniel came out, gave me a good quote and, the next week, the crew was there. They were fast, expert, careful and knowledgeable. That daunting task was over and done with in an hour and a half with nothing to left to indicate they'd ever been there - except my lovely, well-groomed trees! Couldn't be happier! Thanks, Guys!

This company is located in Phoenix, AZ but came all the way out to Maricopa, AZ to cut a few trees for me! Not only did they leave our trees looking great but they did it fast and left the yard completely clean of debris. They offer free quotes and excellent prices and didn't hesitate to share tips and tricks on maintaining our plants!

Working with your business was beyond my expectations in that I got an immediate return call and in the same week the crew was in my yard completing my requests. A reasonable estimate spelling out details of the arborist job I was specifically wanting to get done was provided and there were no surprise charges at the end. Their job was great including cleanup and removal of all branches. I would highly recommend Tree Service Peoria company to any of my neighbors.

10000% recommend! They did such a good job I wanted to cry. Our house looks sooo much better. They truly cared for our trees and bushes. Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

We hired the crew to clean up our lot up in Heber and they did such an amazing job! The trees were all cleaned up and all of the wood had been stacked for firewood. The lot looked great and we were so happy about how it looked.

The absolute best tree removal service in the Valley. I've hired Lance and the team several times over the years. They are competent, confident, and dedicated to customer service.

Very happy with the tree removal service provided by Lance. He did a great job, was very professional, and did the work for a fair price. I will definitely call Lance again for any tree work that needs to be done.

I haven't used a landscaper before so I chose Divine Design after reading all the positive reviews. I had them do an initial cleanup as well as sod installation. We had a few miscommunications and at first I wasn't completely happy with the results mainly because I live in an HOA and they have extremely high standards that have to be met. I voiced my concerns and they came back the next day and took care of the issues for me. Overall they did a great job and I'll continue to use them for regular biweekly maintenance.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

Carlos, Bistrain, Fernando and John were a well-oiled machine and
worked with precision to take out the tree we needed removed. They sent
it through the chipper to clear the bed at the end of the driveway.
Following the removal of the large tree, they cleaned the entire driveway
of the dust and debris to leave our yard incredibly clean. What a great
team working together! Not only are they focused workers, they are the
kindest and most respectful group I have seen since being here in
Cave Creek. These are the reasons we called King for the second time. After finishing step one this morning, Shane and Arturo came to remove the stump and completed the job, concentrating on the correct way to
leave the rock bed at the end of the driveway. What perfectionists they
are...also considerate of the time, polite, warm, kind and communicative. At the King company is Spencer, who, throughout the day was always available to answer any questions and give good guidance to make sure the job was done beautifully. Thank you, also, to Keeli at the King Company who answered my question with a very polite email so that I could leave a review. All in all, this company operated in a most professional way. They know explicitly what they are doing! THANK YOU!
