PEP did a fantastic job. Zach and Dale made me promise I would not advertise twelve days from sales pitch to installation and connected to the grid. Clearly several factors worked in our favor: 1) quick 24-hour response from our HOA; 2) cancellation of an install so we could slip into an unexpected slot on the schedule; 3) Encore allowing the system to be connected to the grid; and 4) a good credit rating.

Sales staff and the PEP engineer explained everything to my satisfaction. I'm an electrical engineer and asked more in-depth questions than what the PEP team typically encounters. I had also done independent research on hours of sunlight per day in my location and efficiency that should be realized from the system. The predictions from PEP are turning out to be accurate.

We actually worked some of the final signatures from a cruise ship in the Caribbean. Technology is great! Bethany Carreiro deserves praise as we were texting to redirect docusign emails to me in the Caribbean. She was consistently courteous, attentive, and professional.

The install team showed up at the appointed time and with all necessary materials. I believe there were actually six installers and they worked quickly and efficiently while protecting our home from any damage. Two electricians make quick work of installing the inverter and getting the solar system connected to the grid. Everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone cleaned up all trash and carried it away.

I would strongly recommend PEP to anyone considering installing a solar system. PEP is much more than a business. PEP quickly becomes family.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

When you consider going solar, don't hesitate to call the Tesla team. I just finished my first full year of having panels and we are so happy with them! Their customer service is excellent; they make sure that all your questions get answered before installation begins (and even after.)

Cheetah solar consultation was a little longer than the other ones, but my solar guy explained things the other companies didn’t. That’s what helped me make my decision to go with this company.

I do say that this company has been so gracious to me even after I had to cancel getting solar services. They are about the people and they are willing to be very understanding and open to whatever the situation looks like. They actually did wave the cancellation fee and I am greatly relieved. I wasn't really looking at going solar but after to talking to Jared and hearing all the benefits and savings of doing so I was intrigued. After doing some of my own due diligence, I do believe Sonoran Solar's pricing is very competitive and the customer service second to none. Jared was not to pushy, answered all my questions to help me better understand the whole process, and just did a very good job of remaining transparent! He went out of his way to make sure I remained untroubled all the way through installation and after. I would highly recommend Sonoran Solar to anyone.

From start to finish Valley Solar Energy delivered a wonderful experience and result. Very happy with their service, everyone was professional. I would recommend to anyone looking for a solar system.

The previous owner of the house that I purchased had Sunrun install panels a couple years ago.
The actual energy produced is much less than they claim that the panels are producing. They are trying to claim that the panels are putting out 1,000 kWh, but they are actually only delivering 600 kWh. I tried to contact them about the issue, but they were too stuck on repetitively asking me what app I was using, to actually address my issue. I guess their computer system was promoting them that it was an application issue and they were too ignorant to actually provide relevant answers.
Do not go with Sunrun, if you want solar. The cost that you will pay for their panels will be much higher than what you will save in energy costs from your regular energy provider.
