The service provider was very professional and cordial. I saw the coupon for a $44 drain cleaning i was never told of the service fee of $69 as it turned out he He could not move forward with the project but I still had to pay $69 which I was not aware of. I thought it was kind of shady.

Returned my call on a Sunday. Came on Monday. Found the problem quickly and fixed it. They went beyond just finding and repairing a broken drainage pipe they helped me contact a restoration company to put my life and house back together. THANK YOU API Plumbing.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

Had leaky toilet. Came right over and repaired it for a reasonable price. Would certainly use them again. Other plumber I called could not fix it for six days. Who would wait six days with a leaky toilet?

Hello, just a little note to tell you how great our Technicians were today.
Ivan and Troy showed up a little ahead of schedule, met with us, checked out the work areas and got right to work. And they did a fantastic job! I thought I was going to hear all kinds of banging and all kinds of noise but instead it was just a little bit of noise and the cool sound of Ivan whistling... reminded me of my Dad, he always whistled to, it was great.
Troy was also quietly working outside.
Upon completion of the work Troy and Ivan showed us their work and how the new thermostat worked.

They did a great job with the installation, very professional work! I've seen a few air conditioning/furnace installations over the years when building homes with my dad and cousin...and these two technicians (Ivan and Troy) are obviously very good at what they do, and very good with the customer service experience they exhibited to us!!

And personally I think they both definitely deserve a raise!!! And no, they didn't ask me to say this, LOL. It's obvious they're humble guys that would never ask for something like this, but they definitely deserve a raise...at minimum some fantastic kudos to some great Hobiaca Technicians!

Kudos to Ivan and Troy for a job very well done!

My warranty recommended this company. The tech came out (Richard I believe was his name) and caused more problems. He said he replaced the motor and had to come back less than an hour later because the AC still wasn’t working and as it turns out he knocked the air duct off in the attic and was unwilling to fix it. (The new AC tech I hired said air ducts just don’t fall off and the last guy was negligent). Anyway he said he needed authorization from the home warranty company to fix it and they were closed but I said I will pay you or someone from your company to fix it now and he said to call someone else. Not willing to work and leave customers in the heat. This is your job or find a new career! Lazy and unprofessional. Made us wait 4 days for the appointment too. Run away!

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and took pictures of meter readings and of work while in the process of doing the maintenance on the unit.

Rick is the best. He knows the business end completely. He communicates very well and carefully explains how your system is designed to work, how it actually does perform to those design levels, what he’s found, and what if any recommendations he has for current work he’d suggest, along with what you might expect in the future, with any associated costs.
He’s a professional with a great attitude and a regular people friendly guy. We’ve had Rick come every Spring to evaluate our systems at 2 different homes since the first call to him ( on a recommendation from a friend) over 10 years ago. It’s just such an easy call to make. We trust him completely. Nice guy, consummate pro. Highly recommend him.

I just had Brett come out for water heater maintenance and to diagnose a water softener issue. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. Goettl isn't the cheapest company around but you do get to work with incredible people.

I truly have to say I was impressed with A & M Mechanical from the first call...Amy was very personable, took the time to explain and educate me regarding my air conditioner, thermostat and future needs of my very old system, and she clearly came across as an honest and trustworthy. This HVAC company is the best business I have ever done business with! I was totally reassured by Joseph who was the person I talked to at Sun Devil Heating and Cooling. I had an under and over elbow duct and they took all that out, replaced the duct work and put in a new York heat pump. They give you an awesome warranty, and they do the job right! DO NOT HESITATE to do business with this company! You will not be sorry! I'd give them ten stars if I could! The work crew was just as awesome as the company! No need to call anyone else, believe me!
