Jeremy took the time to let our home know what was going on every step of the way when we needed to replace our AC unit. He calls back as soon as he can if he happens to miss our call. We appreciate that he makes sure our home is cool especially in the hot summer. We would recommend to friends and family.

Air Dynamics has been my A/C install/repair professionals for the past 26 years. ALWAYS friendly staff, extremely fast response time, available in emergencies. Most of all, honest well-trained technicians who can fix any issue day or night and never overcharge for parts and/or service. One of their techs had recommended a dual air handler mini-split unit for a small structure on my property. I bought one on his recommendation. It was a brand he'd not yet experienced installing elsewhere, but this brand fit my limited budget. He and his workmate stayed long hours, through his workmate's son's birthday party, through Christmas, even after sunset to get the tricky system working. It took several days of long hours until the unit began working properly and when the the ordeal for them was over, the bill was for the price originally quoted despite the level of difficulty this particular brand required and all the extra days it took to figure out. They never gave up!. They were amazing, hard-working, patient, dedicated technicians. The mini-split has been operating perfectly since 2015. They are the ONLY company I'll use. Outstanding people, outstanding company, outstanding service. Wish I could give 10 stars!

He checked are AC system and cleaned it up and showed us pictures of the work. I really recommend this company they will take care of you.

Was very patient with me while I reviewed my needs and options. He provided me with several great solutions. I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

Had airconditioner replaced by Randy and his team. They were prompt &horough. Randy is an ethical businessman & I appreciate that. I would highly recommend this company for your system needs.

Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

Keeps you informed when he is coming and is on time.

Prejudice company beware! Refuse to repair our Cooler because motorcycle association.. We do many fundraisers and take care of our community.

My chiller system went down on a 156 unit apartment complex I own. I called them (spoke to Jeff) at 8pm and the sent a guy (Kyle) right out. It was a difficult electric problem to solve but he figured it out and got me up and running.

That was a big relief considering it is the middle of summer in Phoenix.

A-rated is an incredible ac business! Their employees were responsive, respectful, on time, and explained the cause and solution to our problem well. The price was more than reasonable especially since they were able to help us quickly.

Eris was easily the best service I've ever used for HVAC and A/C repairs. One company said my units were bad and needed replacing. Eris came in and showed me exactly why that wasn't the case and fixed it with a couple hours of work, some caulking, a little lift in the attic, and a recharge. It was like the whole system was brand new. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm living in Phoenix. He's the best.

We called him on Wednesday night (before thanksgiving ) and by Friday our heater was working again. We had called others and either they never returned our calls or they had to order parts and it would take at least a week to repair. This one has the parts, and it was installed and fixed with in 2 days. He is punctual and reliable. I love that. We got a 12 month warranty.
