Horrible experience. If you have an emergency, don't bother to call they are not reliable the employee's don't know how to communicate, and neither are they professional.

We are a small restaurant which is so difficult to operate in the current economic climate. We have called Jay out for a couple of issues and he always responds very quickly. I have been so impressed with this young man operating his own business. I was very struck by his professionalism and knowledge. We will continue to use him for all our needs.

William is great! I have had him at my home over the past  few years and he clearly explains what the problem is, ways to fix it and what to do to avoid him coming back out.

The installation process itself was a breeze, and I loved every moment of it. A1 Heating & llc team that came out to do the work was efficient and knowledgeable, and they made sure to answer all of my questions along the way. They took great care to ensure that the AC installation was done correctly, and I appreciated their attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be using this company for all of my future needs.

We have a 2 A/C unit system that is 16 years old. In spite of a myriad of HVAC companies there were at the Phoenix Home Show in October 2021, we somehow just picked SMW’s booth to pay a visit. The Fellas were VERY nice and offered us to spin a prize wheel and we “won” a FREE check of our 2 A/C unit system AND we were also entered into a draw for a 2 A/C unit system installed.You know, ALL the hokey home show stuff where we all dread what is about to come next. However, to be totally honest, SMC was immensely professional at the show, they didn’t push ANYTHING on us.Their booking system is very well done and we were kept well informed of when their tech would arrive. He was right on time and extremely nice. He immediately went to work and thoroughly checked both of our A/C units AND the 2 furnaces in our attic.The entire time, I was waiting for the hard sell to start.When the tech was done (took about an hour), he ran through all components of our system and their condition. He said the system is still in good condition and excellent working order. Nothing to recommend we change.Wait. What? You don’t recommend any changes/upgrades/repairs/replacements? Really?Nope, he just stated that we please call them to do regular (paid for in the future, obviously) service and maintenance to our system, thanked me and saw himself out.The nicest fella that pushed NOTHING on us. I was so surprised and immensely impressed.SMW has a new and devoted customer now. VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.THANKS, SMW! (hope I wine the draw!)Barry

I have had the pleasure of using Bill Worlock and his technicians at Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating for over ten years. There is a reason I have used Worlock AC & Heating that long. They do a great job! They act as fast as possible, they explain issues well, and they charge fair prices. I have also used Worlock AC & Heating twice (two homes) for new installs of HVAC units. Both times Bill's bids were lower than the others received and they did a phenomenal job on the install. I have never had an issue or problem with the services they provide. I highly recommend Bill Worlock and Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating without any reservations.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

Tom and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended !!

Mike & Frostic Air are awesome! He came out the same day, overlooked my a/c system to make sure everything was working properly (when I was told by another company that I needed $1400 worth of work). He & his son were friendly, professional & I would highly recommend them for your next a/c service!

I worked at Imcor in the 90's in their Las Vegas Office. Interstate Mechanical Corporation (formally Karber A/C&heating), is by far the BEST mechanical contractor I've ever worked for. Rick, (Merle Karber Sr.) President at that time, and Jerry Reid, Vice President at that time ran a tite ship and I'm still Positive they do to this day, especially since Ricks son (Merle Karber Jr.) is the man in charge. Their P.R. is exceptional, and their dedication to their men in the feild is awesome. I have'nt worked there for a number of years, but I'm positive the company is still being ran, and business is ran in the same fashion. I'd still be there today, but i suffered a personal tragedy (my wife was killed in an automobile accident, and she was pregnant at the time) and IMCOR and every employee stood by me through the whole ordeal, and I'll be forever in their debt. I took a downhill dive after that incident and eventually left. That was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. To those of you that are considering work, contracting, or any involvement with IMCOR, if youre 'shopping around' for an company, stop here, shop no more because you found the best there is. you will not find the dedication this company has in the full spectrum of their work. I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.

Timely, professional, amazing value. Will use again and again! Another company quoted $2000 for the same service and we paid a fraction with heat slayer! Honest and reliable!

My refrigerator quit working on Friday 1/20/2017. After calling several other repair shops first who were unavailable I called Total Air and Appliances, I got an immediate response by text. They were able to come the same day. We had Denis the Tech, he was able to diagnose and get the original part and repair my fridge right away. He did an outstanding job,awesome service, and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all your appliance needs. Thank you very muchappy!
