Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

We were looking for someone to do routine maintenance on our AC before summer. Wade came out and I was really impressed. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Air Works is now our go-to for AC and heating.

Chapman is awesome! Our furnace wouldn't work. My wife called another company that diagnosed our problem to be a broken heat exchanges, motor, and pressure switch. They recommended buying a new furnace. I called Power Ranch AC Repair for a second opinion late on Friday afternoon. Clarkson came over and determined that it was a failed board. He put in a temporary fix so that we could have heat thru the night and had one of his guys come first thing Saturday morning to install the replacement board. He called after the installation to ensure everything was working fine. Now that's what I call customer service! I highly recommend him this ac heating repair!!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They came out quickly to help us when we were in a pinch. They could have taken complete advantage of us and our situation but they didn't. We called Eric for a quote on my grandmother's house for AC. He was very knowledgeable on what products were available and the warranties that came along with them. We had him come out for a quote. We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.
