I called this company to fix my furnace that was not blowing. The technician was very conscientious and thorough. He had clear explanations of the process and steps on how to do it. He went above and beyond what I expected. I was very confident having him and I will proud to recommend him to everyone I know.

Arcadia Air is THE BEST in Maricopa! They replaced my 20 year old HVAC in a house built in 1956 and it was the best money I ever spent. I called then because I had a moldy smell when the A/C was working hard and the old unit ran constantly. They recommended a Goodman air handler so no need for an overpriced Trane, and removed the antiquated swamp system and 1970's tube duct work that provided no insulation. The job was completed in 1 day and I already feel an even airflow throughout the house. The system doesn't constantly run anymore when it comes on and maintains a whole house consistent temperature. The workmen were neat and prompt. They always answer the phone (no need to leave a message) and are masters at their trade. They will give you the best price and service with no need to shop around. Need I say more...call them.

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with Jimmy, the service technician. He explained everything and was very professional, and answered all of my questions. We had several faucets and toilets that needed rebuilding or replacing at our parish. Now everything works like new!

When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.

On June 11, 2015, Andrew P. came to my home and he and Johnny C. installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional, polite and courteous. They did a very nice job installing the equipment and I thought their work ethic was great.

I have used Air Control for the last four years and will continue to use Air Control into the future. George has proven to me that he is a professional and trustworthy.

I had interviewed many A/C companies before selecting Preferred Air for new system installation. I am pleased with my decision. My needs were heard and addressed well. We did experience supply chain issues that delayed my installation but I was well informed every step of the way. When it was my time (2021), the process was smooth and effective. This year I feel relief after replacing my 25+ year old unit. New unit (gas pack) runs great and purchase includes 2 visits a year to checkup. Great start of new relationships. Great company fixed my AC within a few hours!

Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

We had our old units replaced last year by Comfort Experts and they are amazing! Jeremy came out to check the units for the summer, he was also here for the original install. He is professional, punctual and truly takes pride in his work! Best company and employees hands down!

Im not an ac customer but leaving a review to just say these are really good people. I was stranded by flash flood and was helped without hesitation by them. Shane from AC works was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. My heat was not turning on and he knew that the problem was with the thermostat and not the unit. Very knowledgeable and he reset my Wi Fi thermostat to the required settings.

Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? Our AC was having issues and I had a maintenance agreement with another company, but I feel like they were just trying to sell me a new unit I didn’t need. Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!
