He never showed bad actions while repairing the said problem on the unit, and I was delighted about it. Manny has been out to my house a couple times in the last year and has knocked it out of the park each time. The guy knows his stuff and has both of our units running in tip top shape!

Used Lee Collins for a new AC install, and just had my first annual checkup with Paul on the Unit. Unit has worked out perfectly & they helped me get the right sized unit when I did the initial replacement. At both the install and the checkup, everyone was on time & gave excellent service. I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.

we purchased a unit from them in October 2014.
the experience was great and the person that came out to the house was very knowledgeable.
he gave us three choices and he knew the differences between the units and was able to discuss
pro's and con's of all three units.
the price was very competitive and well explained.
on the day of installation things went very well considering the house was configured for a smaller unit.
there some small problems in the beginning but on each occasion a tech arrived in only a couple of hours. and was able to trouble shoot what happened and fix each problem.
since then the system has worked perfectly.
not only does the house cool very well now but I have saved some $100.00 a month in utility bills.
they also explained to the advantages of a second register and they were right on target
the house cools better and more evenly.
I also really like the computerized thermostat as I can program in the temp and it cools to that temp
without me having to adjust it. it even has a cool app for ones cell phone.
this is a great company made up of quality individuals that are knowledgeable and helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an a/c unit or simply service on an existing unit.
again great company and great to do business with. i would give this company five star rating

AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. James from Howard Air was awesome every company should strive to have a army of employees like James. Turned out to be nothing major and I signed up for their maint plan, so no more panic mode for me. Thanks

Terrific experience from beginning to end. The appointment was scheduled promptly. There was great coordination in advance. George was efficient, thorough and very easy to deal with...cost seemed similar to other service providers.

We were struggling with our home warranty company and went without a/c for 2 weeks. When they finally referred us to another company, even after the warranty partial payment, we would never have been able to afford it. 5 star was recommended to us and from start to finish the job was done quickly, efficiently, and the repair tech guy was very polite. The total price was also WELL below the other company as well. I would highly recommend 5 star.
