Tom came out to offer us quotes on work that needs to be done as well as quotes for a new system. He was very upfront and went into detail explaining the way various air-conditioning systems work and what our best option would be. We haven't decided what to do yet but, we appreciated his honesty, the low pricing and we feel like we can trust Mountainside to do a great job at a fair price.

Update: We decided to replace our unit and we chose to work with Tom and Steve at Mountainside Air. They did an excellent job. They were flexible with scheduling, professional, quick, capable and most importantly, honest. They even gave us an upgraded unit because the one we purchased wasn't going to arrive in time for our scheduled install. We are glad we found a great company and highly recommend them.

A year later: While we were out of town our blower broke. We called Mountainside Air and Steve was at our house 5 minutes later to fix the problem. We trust these guys enough to give them a code to enter our home. They got right in and located the issue quickly. They hustled and found the part we need (which is nothing short of a miracle these days). Within just a few hours everything was working again. We highly recommend this company. They are excellent!

This company is by far the best AC company in the valley. This is the second home I have had to replace my AC's in and each time they were absolutely the best company. Their prices are half of every AC company out there. Their quality of work is superior in every way. The entire process from initial phone call to the completed installation was 5 days.

The all process easy and straightforward. I was pleased by the technicians speed, easy going manner and suggestions communicated to us with questions we had. I was very satisfied by questions I had about allergies and whether or not the AC filters could play a part in either minimizing my allergies, or exacerbating them. Answered my questions over the phone 1st day, gave me options in choosing a new HVAC system, worked with me on timing to fit my budget, and completed the work when they said and met all my requests. After the installation, even came out and installed a new wall plate so my old thermostat marks were not seen. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you. American Home Shield referred this company to me for a broken furnace on Sat. 11/10/18. (We've had no heat since Friday) First appointment scheduled for Sunday 11/11/18, no call, no show. Second appointment scheduled for Monday 11/12/18, no call, no show. When i called them on Monday @ 5:10 PM (appointment was between 1-5) they said they never heard of me. I canceled the appointment, and my American Home Shield contract and had my furnace repaired 1 hour after the call to a local company. If i could give less than 1 star, I would!!

So happy with their help that I recommended them to all of my friends and family members they were all so impressed with their work as well! I will definitely be using them again if any other issues arise in the future.

Had AirZona HVAC come give me a Quote on a New unit and was very Happy with the price i was given compared to others companies i got Quotes from. So made a appointment on May 28, 2019 to get my NEW unit installed and was Very Happy with the 3 gentleman that came and did a Great Job with everything! The did exactly what they said they would do and exceeded my expectations. Due to the amazing service we also called them when a fan went out on another unit. Great reliable company!

The Tech, Guys Sweet, was very proficient, he worked hard in this heat and repaired my unit by replacing capacitors and doing some minor repairs. My air conditioner is working beautifully. I really appreciate Absolute Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration. I recommend them.

KJ's Cooling and Heating came as a recommendation. When our AC went out, I contacted Brett and he had his staff send out Treno the next morning. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. I found them to be trustworthy, respectful and very professional as they were with my neighbors a couple months ago.
