Alonso did a fantastic job! After inpecting my home he was able to educate me on what was needed to make my home ac unit work more efficiently. After providing me a prompt estimate he was able to come and install a brand new ac unit right away. I highly recommend Alonso for any of your AC needs. He is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.

Where do I start…..this review is long overdue and we are so grateful to Phoenix Air Department. Never in the three years we lived in this house have we said out loud “its cold!” Now, thanks to Thaddeus and his team we do! We hired them to replace the heating/cooling system in our attic (ie tight space) needless to say it was not an easy job but they made it seem effortless. Not only did they do quality work, they were efficient and very polite. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an entire new AC system you will not be disappointed. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Thaddeus, Andrew, Thomas and Jake for upgrading us and keeping us cold for these hot Arizona summers!

Jeremy first came to our aid following up on an issue covered by our home warranty. We then contacted him for a second opinion and purchased a service plan for our a.c. system. This week he came by to complete the inspection prior to using our heating system. Today we meet with him regarding replacement of our 17 year old system. We find him to be an honest and reliable service contractor and highly recommend him and his company for your mechanical services and if appropriate purchase of a new system.

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. We had a previous company (CR) come out in April because the AC stopped working. The tech damaged our fan and wanted to charge us $400 for a new one. Same tech also stated the bent fan will not cause any issues. $500 plus later he got the AC back on and we thought we were good for the summer...NOT AT ALL! This past Saturday we noticed is was very warm in the house, so we called CR back. They were absolutely no help as all they wanted to do is sell us a new unit. Through a referral we contacted Paco, came out very quick assessed all the damage made all repairs and determined it was all from the fan violently shaking. We appreciate his great work and attention to detail! He really save us from the heat!

Customer service and time of action is super. I have been using them for years and can't think of using any other company.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!

We just had service today from Ducts, Inc. - very happy! Good price, very responsive, professional, on time, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves! When they came to give a quote, I had asked them to call or text upon arrival rather than ring the doorbell (dogs get Barky). They even remembered that when they came back to provide the service, called when he arrived - very impressed. Highly recommend ! Thank you.

Have an outside water leak...most likely city pipe coming to the house - called a couple of the well-known folks and they were all anxious to write a quote, but less anxious to stop the leak. Second Opinion came out as scheduled...worked to find and stop the leak, and then develop a plan for a permanent solution - Charlie their guy...was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I have found my guys......

Not something that was normal.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. After calling our home warranty company, they assigned a different service company. I never heard from them on arranging for an appointment so I called them. It went to an answering service at which time I left a message. That night the temperature in our condo went up to 98 degrees. Leaving all doors and windows open, the temperature dropped to 95. When I called the service company the next morning, they indicated that yes they had seen the service order from the warranty company but unfortunately they would not be able to help us due to the fact we have tile in the stairwell so therefore it is a two man job as one needs to hold the ladder and they just don't have two men available. I was very surprised as not only do we not have tile, we don't even have a stairwell. Access for the roof AC unit is via the top of the garage from the paved parking lot. Their rep indicated that she lived in our area and was very familiar with it and so sorry. I wasn't happy, there was a whole day wasted and another record setting hot day in the desert was expected. The warranty company then assigned Consolidated and they were top notch all the way. Special tanks to the tech Walter. Clearly went out of his way to make sure we had our AC back as fast as possible. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
