PHX Air has helped me on so many levels. During Covid they put in a system into my HVAC to give better air and kill off viruses in the house. I had a guest smoke inside my house they help me get the smell out and give me fresh clean air. PHX has worked on 3 of my homes replacing and cleaning everything. Fair pricing, easy to get a hold of, does the work and is clean. Wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to my homes and AC

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Company went above and beyond on a home warranty call. Tech was very informative, respectful and helpful.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

What a great company, they worked us in so fast when we had an emergency. Service was quick and professional and Al took care of everything making it a much less stressful experience. Bless you for all you do. ??

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

I'm working with Ivan 7 years never have a problem with him, he look out all my properties AC, Ivan is Very responsible person always answered the phone presentable, Highly Recommend it.

have been to my unit FIVE times for the same issue. each time the guys show up confused, and leave without fully fixing the problem, saying they will be back next week. What a joke.

They quoted me 22k for a new system. I had another company do the job for 12k.... This company is ripping people off left and right

Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.

American Home Shield assigned my AC issue to Consolidated Mechanical Contractors. The first work order was submitted in September of 2020. The technician came out and stated that my AC unit was just a little low on freon, top the unit off and stated I should be good. Still no improvement and asked that they come back out. The same Tech came out and stated there was nothing wrong with my unit. He cannot fix was it not broken, mind you my ac was not cooling to temp.

Work order was closed. Last month I happen to have a conversation with someone who works on AC units and told them the issues I was having. First question: did they go in the attic to look at the system up there. NOPE!!! So he did that for me and found the coil needs to be replaced because it is rusted and leaking. Oh and Techs are not suppose to put freon in a unit if it is leaking.

I placed another work order and it was assigned to Consolidated Mechanical Contractors once again. I received a call from the office and scheduled the appointment for them to come out the next day. Great!

The next day my window is 7-noon. I have a missed call on my phone at 9:51am, no message left (not important right?). When I get a chance I call the number back to see who/what it was about an hour later. It was the Tech from Consolidated Mechanical. He proceeds to tell me he is not in my area and he is not sure if he will be back. My response: ok, I wish you would have left a message. His response: You should have answered you phone, it works both ways. WHAT?!?!?!

First off, this is not professional nor is it good customer services. Good customer services would have been to leave the customer a message letting them know they are trying to reach you to come out. Seeing a message, I would have known someone is trying to get a hold of me and would have warranted a much quicker reaction.

My immediate response was do not worry about coming out, I will find another company.

Based on my first experience with this technician back in September and now, I would not recommend!!!
