Tried to get us to pay 3,000 to repair when we got a second look and it ended up being 450 part.
Very disgusted with how everything was handled and just very sad to see our lives mean nothing. They had us waiting for half a week in this heat!!!

He was thorough in his work and explained everything he was doing. He is the perfect person you want to represent your company. Thank Howards Heating Cooling & Refrigeration for the home health evaluation. He was also very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and answered questions.

This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

I had this company come out to replace my furnace a few months ago and I can't be more happy with their service. My unit was up to code and fixed for the same price as the other company that came out for an estimate. They have been great with communication throughout the process and I have recommended them to all of my friends, who are now using their services.

I could not be any more pleased with the quality of service I received from ACA. We are currently in the process of purchasing our sixth unit for one of our properties. We have not had any problems with any of the units. They followed up with us to be sure everything was working properly. Great experience using Frozen Air home services they were knowledgeable and had a great personality very informative and professional.

Brand new unit I just moved into my home it's a new build, with my family I have a 2 week old son and they refused to come out and fix my unit that is most definitely under warranty. Best they could do was Monday that would leaving me with almost 3 days of no ac during summer heat with a new born. They wanted to charge me to send someone as soon as they could wasn't even guaranteed for same day. I hope anyone using this company doesn't have an issue on a weekend.

Also just found out the property superintendent had this repaired a week ago for the same issue. The current guy here from Chas Robert's said all the refrigerant leaked out do to poor soldering.

Reckless driving on the 303 and I-10 ramp. The guy got off on Peoria in the 303. Looks like they just give anyone a truck.

I met Green ID at the Phoenix Home Show and agreed to have an energy audit. The found and corrected quite a few problems. Since then I've had several A/C guys in the attic and they've all remarked on how well the duct sealing and insulation work was done (by Green ID). Thanks David!
