If I could give 10 stars I would! Greg and Erik were consummate professionals. This is one of those rare companies who cares about their work and their reputation. They stand by their work! I called them at 1am on a Saturday morning when I was on the East Coast. My water heater exploded and they answered quickly and set up an appointment right there. The call center went directly to Greg and even though it was late and it was not his job, he set everything up on his own without hesitation!. They came by early (called to confirm first of course) and gave me their analysis of what happened with the old water heater and talked through my options, even though some of those options didn't include installing their water heater. I ended up getting the old water heater removed and had a brand new water heater with all the proper ventilation and plumbing associated with it all in one day! Erik and Greg were absolutely incredible. They did a great job at every step of the project, even when I asked them to shift the water heater's location even after it was hung. They care about their work and they stand by it. I will recommend their services to everyone! You don't see that type of work ethic and professionalism these days. Thanks a bunch guys.

Had 2 separate plumbing issues arrise within a week of each other initially I called ARS and they quoted me just over 18k to resolve the issues, had this company come out and give a quote and they were able to do everything for about a 3rd of the cost of what ARS tried to rob me of and were much more pleasant to deal with, fast, responsive and kind! Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing work

Had a tough clog in an exterior drain. HomePro plumbing showed up very quickly and fully cleared the drain. Would use them again.

As a painter by profession, I greatly appreciate hiring people that do their job with with a high degree of skill, precision, and pride. Every time I call Coastal Rooter, their plumbers get the job done well and quickly. Even though I'm capable of cleaning some of my drains, I've called them several times over the years because I know they will do it right every time.

Racist !!!! Called Sunday because my water heater stopped working. They scheduled me for Monday morning at 9am. Waiting around till 10am decided to give them a call and they told me they didn’t know I was Native American living on a reservation and they refuse to come up here

Wow! I called on 12/22, 2 days before Christmas weekend, for a leak on the water supply line. I knew most plumbers would be short staffed for the holidays but not these guys. They were here in 2 hours and fixed a leak inside of a wall in what seemed like 20 minutes. Brandon was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He ran me through everything that was going on and some preventative tips. He also gave suggestions on what may need to be done in the future, only after he completed the job as to not take advantage of me. He was very professional and I will request him every time I need any work done. It is so refreshing to meet competent and genuinely kind people.

Chad did an excellent job. He figured out the problem with some flooding and fixed it. He also fixed some leaking copper pipes and flushed our a drain. He did all this for less than I was expecting.

Worst customer service ever. I had a window of arrival confirmed. I understand that windows can change but in this case it was chnaged without any DIRECT confirmation from me the client. That you call and leave messages but dont actually SPEAK to the client doesnt not equal confirmation that the schedule change is acceptable. I called out the dispatcher regarding this and for some reason she felt it was acceptable to cut me off and talk over me and she feels that i was getting crazy with her. I requested to speak to ANYONE else in the office which she refused to do. If it werent for the fact that my needs are dire I'd be requesting to move this over to some other company. They are a vendor that my property management company uses. Unfortunate as the initial communication went so well.

Two young kids pulled up in a small old car wearing street clothes w/ no name of the company anywhere. It took less than 5 minutes for them to look at the air conditioner and take care of it. The bill said, ‘coolant refill was required’ and charged me $569.47. I only discovered later from a friend that was a professional in this business. He told me that this was well over what it should have cost. I don’t understand the other google good reviews.
