We used Carini to completely replace our sewer pipes. We had been having roots in the pipes where someone would have to come out every few months to ream them out, so we decided to replace the pipes, and hope we don't have to see anyone out here for a while! Leo and crew did a very conscientious job on a difficult site (down a steep canyon), cleaned up each day and replaced plants and soil as they could. We got several estimates for the work, and Carini offered us the clearest strategy to correct our issues with the best price so we went with them. There is no noticeable difference yet of course; the proof will be in the pudding, as it remains to be seen how long we will be root-free, but we are hopeful, and thought they did a good, thorough job.

Very responsive, very professional! O&J Plumbing was assigned to me through a home warranty service. Dealing with the warranty service in having my hot water heater replaced was an extremely difficult process. Through it all, O&J Plumbing remained patient and responsive and went the extra mile to install my unit well after normal working hours!! Service was quick and most importantly, done right! Would definitely recommend!!

R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.

A Christmas Miracle. My unit's single toilet was not filling up with water, but the sink and shower all worked fine. I texted John and he replied within 2 minutes, was on site in 5 minutes and fixed the issue in 10 minutes on Christmas Day! I would give John six stars but Google only allows up to 5, he's the best and I recommend him to others on Social Media all the time!

Run. They will rip you off. Upon coming to our home, once our home warranty insurance provider sent them, it was a disaster. To start off, they said the insurance would not cover anything, and you would need to pay us $875. I believed them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I got a call 45 minutes prior to the appt time that Luis would be at our house to do the work. 1 hour later, no one showed up. I stayed home from work to get this done. They FINALLY called and said he was sent to another job as the boss moved him elsewhere. Not a good start. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They called that morning, and I confirmed I was there. I'm on a work call and didn't answer the call when he was here. Luis didn't even come to the front door and ring the doorbell. I know this due to our Ring doorbell. I get a voicemail saying after 10 minutes, he will have to leave. Who doesn't come to the front door and ring the doorbell? I called 12 minutes after he supposedly came to our home and was told we would need to reschedule again. This isn't a company I would trust to do any work. I can only assume they have some side arrangement because they had zero interest in working with the insurance company.

Ryan Black was one of the best technicians I have ever met. He was humble, patient, and very professional in installing a new water heater. His service was impeccable and clean. No damage was done to our house, although the location of the water heater was tough. This calm and patient man went over all the steps several times with great care and strange obsession to make sure everything was set up and running correctly.
