AFTER PAYING $23000 WE WOULD HOPE THAY THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED THE JOB!!!!! MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THEIR WORK!!I called MVP on a Sunday afternoon for a back up in my rental units. They had someone at the property by the evening. Rene was very helpful in telling us to wait until Monday morning to lower the costs, they were back the next day and let us know what needed to be done within a few hours. We instantly felt like we could trust Rene so we moved forward with their proposal and they began working on the property. It was a big job, the main pipe running to the sump pump had to be replaced.The main reason for 3 stars is because they did not finish the job and I wish I would of verified the pipe installation before they covered it up with concrete, because the fact that they left things undone gives me a bad feeling that the main job wasn't fully done. I wish that I didn't pay them before checking out the property because maybe I would not be writing this review. Rene even came to my job to ensure they got paid right away and he assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. It is now August and it's still not done. They left a giant rock on the sidewalk and the newly filled concrete has a huge gap and it was not like this before!! I truly appreciate Tom's honesty and integrity. I have used Tom's company over the years to install a water heater, install and repair toilets, replace angle stops etc. What I respect about Tom is that he charges per job and not hourly. Amazing!!!! Ali is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. Within an hour of my call, the team arrived and fixed my piping issues with my toilet. It was backing up into my sink also, causing a disaster. You can’t beat these prices and expertise. I will recommend drain help to everyone I know!

I have used Absolute Plumbing on and off for years in different places I’ve lived in SD and always had good experiences with them. Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. To my surprise, a check for $20 from Absolute Plumbing just arrived at my new address. They not only provide excellent plumbing service, they also follow up and make things right. I just continue to be so impressed with them.

Andy is a fantastic plumber. My sink was clogged and the disposal wasn't working. Andy came out and fixed it for a fair price, in a timeley manner. I was very impressed with the honest work, and professional attitude. Andy is definitely San Diego's best plumber.

They came to complete a job that was started by Bill Howe (which was a horrible experience). Showed up with everything to install a water heater including the water heater. Ours had failed, with no explanation. Once they install the new water heater they diagnosed our regulator and it was at 120 psi which is almost double the amount, they went above and beyond and also replace the regulator so we don’t have any future issues! Thanks guys. I manage vacation rentals and we’ve dealt with multiple companies coming in. Hands-down the best company!

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. This is my honest review. Thanks.4 stars for efforts.

Phone Mail box full -no one answers the phone

Pronto was really fast at getting out and easy to reach. I chose to pass when I was told it would be $295 to unclog (snake) a bathroom sink, and got charged an $85 diagnostic fee which did not include the cause of the clog.

I unfortunately had contact with Mr. O'Fenelon in 2008/9. Let the consumer beware. Be sure you get all agreements in writing in advance. If not, he will submit documents stating that an agreement for services was verbal.
