From consulting to installation, I was extremely happy with this business! This company is very professional and was patient with me asking a lot of questions. You can't get any better than Everlasting!

Excellent product, great installation. Very nice people. All my widows replaced by them and I am thrilled. It took forever to get the windows, but well worth the wait. The installer, Mike, was so nice and he was quick, courteous and professional. Definitely recommend this company.

Recently purchased a home in Surprise Arizona. Needed to have custom doors made for a large opening to office. Contacted a big box store and all I got was the run around and it seemed the project was to difficult.
I received a magazine mailer that had Everlasting Window and Door and I gave them a call. I spoke with Ashely and she came out to provide a quote and assisted me with the design of the doors. I accepted the quotation and signed the order.

OK, now is where it gets good. I was kept informed about the production
and deliver/installation date (of which they kept). The installation crew was polite, courteous, and explained the install process before they began. The install was done very professional and the door frame and doors look fantastic.

Workers did an outstanding job on my sliding door in my master bedroom/bath. Had no issues with materials left behind or cleaning up after themselves, they were very respectful of me and my home. Great company. Looking forward to our next project on my back patio door and windows.

High Quality product. Customer service and communication need improvement. There were some issues with wait times, but in the end, they made everything right.

As a high end contractor in the valley, it is hard to find a good sub but given in finding a great sub like Alex and his team at Everlasting Window & Door they provided competitive pricing and quality work!

She was very Informative about her company .
She also was very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. She gave me great information in regards to the window and the sliding doors showed me examples explained how their windows differed from other windows.
She also was very informative about their pricing structure and optional discounts and other savings.
I have gone ahead in purchased some products from this company.
At this point I would highly recommend talking to this company if you are looking for windows or doors

Best company ever!! Alex did a security door for me and I love it!! His professionalism his customer service his quality of work everything is just exceptional! Wish I could do more than just 5 stars. Decided to put some Sun screens on a couple of windows of my house and I definitely will have him do them.

Everlasting Window and Door came out to seal my leaking windows. (Poor installation by another contractor) Many window companies would not do it. They came out promptly, provided estimate, then scheduled the work. I was SO IMPRESSED!!! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about their business, but they were so professional and got the job done promptly. In addition, they noticed my back glass door did not slide open well. They knelt down and cleaned the track and showed me the issue was also with the rollers. They will be coming back to repair my door! This was not even what they were here for! They went ABOVE and BEYOND. I am VERY happy with Everlasting Window and Door and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I have used Alex and Everlasting Windows for many of clients (I am a general contractor) over the years. Some bigger jobs, some incredibly small, but incredibly important to my client. Case in point today. A family with a baby on the way was moving into a home they recently closed on.
Two windows wouldn't lock and the master arcadia door stopped locking. Alex took care of it no problem - and since it wasn't too much time or parts (he did have to make a trip to Ace Hardware)....he didn't charge me. Solid guy. Solid work. I know I can count on Alex and Everlasting when I or my clients need them. Many Thanks!!!

If I could put 0 stars I would this company took a family members money 50% upfront and did not deliver. They actually damaged the home. We will see them in court. Use someone else all these reviews are fake. Please do your research buyer beware would not recommend.

They have a high priced door but you receive what you pay for. Service is great, doors are great quality and look amazing. The family owned feel is really obvious by the attention to detail and responsiveness. Would recommend!

Don't waste your money! I can't believe this is a business! First, they don't do refunds so think about this before you decide to hire these idiots! I had to fight with them and after 8 weeks, my refund arrived...oh and the first check was mailed to an incorrect address...seriously?! They don't work weekends either! I made an agreement with the owner and he agreed to work Saturday...BUT HE NEVER INFORMED ME! Then, when I tried to work something out with them, he and his office team were rude and inconsiderate! I am the customer but I guess they didn't need my business! I hired them to install a new front door, trimming, and paint. The owner changed his pricing three times but finally an agrement was made. The owner was presentable and cordial so I am not sure if that's the plan...get in the door and then screw the customer...after you pay him half up front! Run far away from these people! I did hire another company, Williamsen Remodeling, and they did an outstanding job! The father and son team worked Saturday and they were as friendly as family...great guys! I would love to fill all the remaining characters in this review; however, I have better things to do! Thanks for the opportunity to review Everlasting Window and Door as people should be aware of how these people don't handle their business!

Had complex issues resulting from painter having reinstalled newly painted doors incorrectly.
Alex persisted in correcting door closings , tension in closing of doors, including precision of door locks until perfected.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

We would have to say that Everlasting did a wonderful job enclosing our Arizona room. Very professional, very prompt, hard working, and very reasonable prices. When we decide to expand our porch, Everlasting will get our repeat business!

While the company came out and did the job in one day they did a horrible job at making sure their work was quality. 1 month after install of the new doors the hinges started coming off, the wood started splitting on the frame, the locks were so tight that the interior handle broke. Fine, things happen. I called them to come back out and fix it and they wanted to charge me another fee to fix it. I was in dismay over that response. I fixed the door handles and locks myself but now I am going to have to re-frame the door again since the wood is split. We'll just say I am not a happy camper but I guess that's just the level of service I should expect these days.

I cannot express how happy I was with the quality of work they provided. The final product was installed with great care and turned out really nice. Four stars!!

They left the job unfinished to begin with and 2 years later one of the doors they installed has a frame that slides back & forth. It latches & locks but the whole door frame slides in & out! They are not good! It is a bunch of kids that don't know what they are doing!

The worst company which I work ever.This is my story:
I moved into a new house and I want to replace 3 exterior doors,1 window in the bathroom and to instal 2 new french door in the kitchen.I made a research on internet also I fund this company on home advisor with a good rating an good reviews so I decided to go forward.I give them a call,I set an appointment for measurements.They show up on time for this but after that everything goes wrong.They told me I have to wait couple of days for the quote.I never understood why but I said Ok.After 2 weeks I called them to see what is going on.In this time no information from them.They said the quote is not ready and are waiting for a supplier to give them more information.After couple of days they call me to set an appointment to discuss the quote.We set the appointment but they want to reschedule for another day.They call me in the morning when supposed have the second appointment.I was agree to reschedule and this time nobody show up ,nobody answer on the phone or email.I wonder if for the quote I have to wait almost 2 months and I don’t have any information how long it takes to install the doors.
