I contacted Ryan at Valleywide Glass while doing my due diligence in seeking bids for the replacement of a large (4 x 5) exterior window that had broken during a storm. They answered the telephone promptly and quickly arranged for a tech to come to my home. They were very flexible with scheduling to meet my needs and arrived within 2 days (my choice....). Both tech's arrived early, were uniformed, spoke professionally, and explained the install process. A job estimate was received via email by the end of the day. A very competitive bid, that beat the locally well known radio home repair network by nearly 30%.
The install was completed within 10 days (due to the need to order a custom sized glass replacement). Customer service was exceptional thru-out the entire process. Simple telephone calls, scheduling, and courteous professional install! This company is now on me Go to List.

We have been blown away by the hospitality and meticulous service we received. We had a different contracor accidentally break our brand new window. Valley wide Glass was great to talk me through everything on the phone, send out a guy to measure for the new glass the same day and got our low-e glass installed quicker and less expensive than other quotes. They were great to txt and email along the way so that we knew every step of the way where and when the new glass was being installed. A+ service!

Earlier this month, we came home to our front doors wide open and the window smashed. Someone had burglarized our home.
It was 3 PM and most glass companies close by 5 PM. We called 5 companies. Four of them said they could come in 3 weeks. One said for 400.00 ,they would put some plywood over the broken window. Lastly, we called Valleywide, and they said they were sending out someone immediately. Chris came and even cleaned up the broken glass, before installing the window. We are forever grateful for their fast service and securing our house . We were afraid we'd have no glass that night!

I was looking to replace my cracked window at my house. Their website said to text pictures, cross st, my name for a quote. I did, they responded with a reasonable price and we set up a same day appointment. The entire process took me 3.5 hours to get a new window?. Everyone was super nice and respectful. The most efficient and effective way to run a business. I’m impressed!

Both for the estimate and the actual installment, the guy was early. Dude was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process fast and easy. No waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up and it took less than an hour for 2 windows to be replaced. We are happy with the services provided!

It was a very pleasant experience from the start call of estimate all the way to the finish of glass installation. On the installation day, John and Alric showed up exactly on the beginning of the time window. They carefully removed the old broken glass and put the new piece on. They were very considerate of my concerns about the different looking between the new piece and the old ones, and gave me information about a tint company. They also saved a piece of film for me to match the tint color. Very detail oriented. Job well done and much appreciated!

I contacted Valleywide Glass for an adjustment to our glass shower door. At first they didn’t want to come out to Goodyear, we were outside there service area. I get it, but maybe don't include “Valleywide” in your company name. As I’m having trouble getting anyone to help in the current era of post-Covid customer service, I gladly offered a trip fee. I sent in the requested photos and waited for the scheduling call I was supposed to receive. I didn’t hear anything for several hours and contacted them again. They put me on the schedule, but on the day of the appointment they were unable to come out due to the tech getting injured. However, they said they would reschedule and there has been no response from them to my efforts to reschedule. 1 star for being unresponsive and wasting my time. We are all busy.

I recently had a piece of glass installed in my bathroom shower and the crew was amazing, customer service was great, they were professional and I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. My house was broken into a few weeks back and the gentleman that came out and did the install yesterday was excellent. Super nice, professional and my window works better than before the break in. If you want it done right I highly recommend Valleywide.

The front window of my house cracked during the last big wind storm. I called several places to get estimates, and Valleywide responded the quickest and they had the best price. I scheduled them to replace the glass, and they were excellent! The 3 guys that showed up to do the work were on-time, courteous, efficient, and friendly. The replacement window looks great and really cuts down on the heat (good thing this week because it's so hot). I highly recommend Valleywide and will use them again for any other glass needs that I have.

Issue 100% resolved as quick as it gets!

Our master bedroom sliding glass window wouldn't fully shut. After calling +10 service providers, the best I was able to get was an appointment for a technician to come out a full 7-8 days later. In the Arizona summertime, that just wasn't going to work.

Then I called John at Valleywide Glass and was able to explain the situation to him. To my delight, he was able to have a friendly technician at my doorstep literally 75 minutes after I first called him!

Valleywide Glass was able to have my issue 100% resolved in less than 2 hours after calling them. That's pretty much as good as it gets.

My Patio door had come off the track and I wasnt able to close it completely, so I panic that I would have to miss work. I googled patio door repair and saw one for Valleywide Glass. Their prior reviews were amazing, so I decided to give them a shot. I called and explained my concern and within 30 minutes of my call, Colten and Ariel showed up to save me from my delima. Both guys were super nice. They explained why my patio door came off track and what I could do to help prevent that from occurring again. Their service was quick, but yet exceptional. Unfortunately someone threw a large rock through our front window on Halloween night. We called Valleywide Glass the following Monday; we'd taken a rough measure of the window just to help explain what the existing situation was. They gave us an estimated price and had a technician here the next day to verify the measurements and the type of glass required. They anticipated it would take 7 - 10 business days to cut and prepare the glass. One week later they were ready to install. The day of the install their technician texted us to keep us up to date on his schedule so we knew when to expect him. Once he got here, he went right to work removing the broken glass, cleaning up any broken glass, and installing the new glass. It all took maybe 30 minutes. The technician was very nice and actually really funny. And he took all the necessary COVID safety precautions.

Although I hope we never have to replace a window again, I would call Valleywide glass without any hesitation. They were prompt, easy to work with, and their prices were extremely reasonable. I'd recommend them 100%!

We had a window mishap. A broken window in Phoenix in the summer is never good. We called and spoke to Ryan who is definitely a problem solver. He had a technician in the area and he was here in 20 minutes. The tech Juan was very professional and friendly. He even calmed the dogs while going about replacing the broken window. Cleaned up the broken glass and cleaned the new window. The service was fast and affordable. Y'all are amazing and our go to window folks going forward. Thanks again

When I had an emergency and my back patio window was shattered at 3am.I called valleywide glass 24hr line and got a fast response. After hearing the the great rates I confirmed my appointment and they were here within hours. Two employees showed up with all the proper equipment. Worked quickly and carefully maneuvering there way through my apartment. The door once completed looked like nothing ever happened. They made a bad experience easier. Even help my with a payment plan that helped fit my budget! I have zero complaints about this company. Truly glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone.

The folks down at Valleywide Glass did a great job. After receiving several quotes from various shops of which I always throw out the highest and the lowest, Valleywide came in right where I like, the middle. They were exceedingly timely and professional. I placed my order (duel pane 5’x5’ lvng rm window) over the phone, 1/2 down. I was told 10days but they had it done in about a week in part due to their excellent communication and scheduling practices. Id say, solid company, great staff, quality work at a fair price. I was very pleased that they actually told me what to expect which is so rare today. John was knowledgable, courteous and provided great customer service. Wow, I'm impressed with Valleywide Glass! I had a broken patio door glass that needed replaced. From my initial phone call to the job being complete, about 3 hours! Absolutely amazing service and incredibly reasonable price. Nobody would want a golfball shot through their window -- well, nobody I know. My first reaction was wow, how much is this going to cost and how long is it going to take to fix it?. I got a quick estimate from John at Valleywide Glass (getting a rough estimate quickly helped me to calm down) and the actual amount once the estimator came out (within 24 hours) was even less. I was so impressed, we even had them do additional work on a couple of our aging windows. The installers were remarkably professional -- efficient, respectful and personable. During the entire process I was kept well informed regarding the status of the job by John. In my opinion, you are going to be extremely hard pressed to find another company that can match their overall performance.

I called with a concern after a high wind And lots of squeaking that my large window glass was loose and going to break. Valleywide came out the very next day and checked it out. They discovered the cause of the squeaking. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Highly Recommended, no kidding! When I called to have a window repaired, I half expected to be told that it would be a week or so. It turns out that they were able to come out that day. After having an issue with the repair, they came back out and resolved the issue very quickly and were communicative throughout the process. John at ValleyWide Glass handled my service request promptly. My house was broken into, so the broken window created some urgency. John informed me that only part of the window would need replaced, a fact which two other glass companies failed to mention. The order was put in, and I had the new double paned sash installed within 3 business days. That was way faster than expected, the installers were on time, and did a great job. We are a licensed general contractor and after being duped by another less reputable company I found valley wide glass and they are by far the best glass and window company I have had the pleasure to work with. Valleywide Glass is amazing! We recently moved into a new home and during the first bad monsoon of the season our window overflowed into our kitchen. Valleywide glass came out and cleaned the weep holes which were clogged with dust and dirt. When I asked how much I owed they told me not to worry about it. I was not expecting such amazing customer service and will keep them in mind for anything window/glass related in the future.

A neighbor's cat jumps up on the outside sill almost nightly and terrorizes my two cats, who, btw, are sweet and non aggressive. Anyway, last night, bad cat jumped up and hit the glass with such force the window shattered. I Began calling glaziers until one answered, set up an appt, arrived a few minutes before the appt time, and within minutes the glass was replaced. The glazier who did the work was very pleasant, neat, and did an excellent job. Every one, from the gentleman who answered, to the serviceman and the billing process, was professional.
By the time other businesses responded to my message Valleywide had already completed the job. In fact, hours later, I still haven't heard back from two other companies wherei left messages..

I called 4 glass companies to get an estimate on a damaged window. 2 of the companies didn't respond and the 3rd gave me a quote over the phone that was $90 higher than Valleywide. Much to my surprise they were able to
go out the same day I called and take a look at the window. I was also told that if I needed the window replaced they might be able to do the job while they were there for the estimate. Well, much to my surprise I was told that all I needed were some clips. I thought I had to go to the expense of replacing the window but due to the honestly of Valleywide they took care of the minor repair and then charged me a fraction of what the normal repair would cost. This company REALLY rises above the rest!!

I needed a duel pane window with internal mini blinds replaced. I called several other companies before finding Valleywide. Some of the other companies were unwilling to fix this product, and some gave an unrealistic time frame for repair. Valleywide replaced my window the same day which was beyond my expectations. Additionally, the technician that came out was friendly and did a quality job. Customer service was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional.

My house was vandalized and all the windows on the back side of the house were broken. Called these guys and they sent some out within 25 minutes. Juan fixed all the windows with precision and only took an hour and a half. Helped with the glass disposal and even moved a piece of furniture back in place. Revised review: After an initial stumble John and the team made our situation correct. Ultimately I even ended up getting a few extra things done with them because they worked so hard to fix the initial issue below.

Special order didn’t meet timeline promised. I had to execute all the follow up or likely would still not have my glass. Zero empathy expressed for the mishandling of my order. Even after a simple fix was suggested.

I reached out to Valley Wide after I had a small window pane break at my house. It was a small 9in x 14in piece of glass that needed replacing. I called another company before speaking with Valley Wide. The other company quoted me $349.95! FOR A 9IN X 14IN PIECE OF GLASS! I was offended by that price. Valley Wide told me they would cut it for me, give it to me, and explain to me what I needed to do to install it, FOR FREE!!! And they came through!
