If I could give Red Rock 10 stars I would. If you are like me, and want to call around to get several quotes before making your decision, let me make this easy for you and just go with Red Rock. Especially if you are replacing skylights.

I purchased my first rental property in Tempe that has all original windows from 1960. The kitchen window was so giant, it took up the entire side wall of the kitchen, making the wall unusable for anything else. I wanted it removed, the frame shrunk down to 1/4 of it's size and I needed to replace an old skylight. Every person that came by to give me an estimate said what I wanted was either impossible (since no one else seems to replace skylights) or was not in my reality because the cost was astronomical.

Just when I was about to give up all hope, Thomas stops by and tells me not only is everything I want totally doable by his team, but it also could be done at a reasonable price! I felt like my prayers were answered. Blake did the install and he was great to work with. When it was all done, I almost cried tears of joy. The windows look amazing and completely transform the space.

Save yourself the time and hire Red Rock or at least add them to your short list to consider.?

I needed 7 windows replaced in a condo I had just purchased. I am from Wisconsin and needed a recommendation from my real estate agent. She recommended Jeff Miller and Red Rock windows. I could not be any more pleased. They came out to measure on time. They gave me everything in detail to submit to my HOA for review and approval. They gave me a date the windows were supposed to arrive 6 weeks later and that’s exactly when they came in. Installation was set up right away a couple days later and the removal of the old windows and the install of the new windows went flawless. They foam insulated, caulked the inside edges, repaired all the stucco exterior around each window . I am in the new home construction buisiness in Wisconsin and I know when something is done right and these guys were true pros. Thank you so much for a great price and great job.

I hired Red Rock to turn a window into a door. They are highly professional and I felt confident in them the entire time. Excellent communication, and consummate professionals. They are so high quality that I was bracing for sticker shock, but their price beat the other 2 quotes I had received.

The technicians who installed the door were very communicative and did a great job. They explained everything about the door, warranty, etc., and they didn't consider the job done until they double checked we were totally on the same page.

We purchased 7 windows and a new Arcadia door. In the process of installing the last window the subcontractor left divets in the glass of the Arcadia door. When I called Red Rock I was dismissed and no action was taken on their part to correct the issue. Spend the extra money and stick with a well known company that values it's customers.

This window company is the least sales-ie, gimmickie and reasonably priced. We were having issues with getting HOA approval, solely because of window frame size from American Vision so I started researching other companies and found Red Rock. I'm so glad I did. We got an in-home quote within a week of calling, a few thousand less than American Vision. The windows were built and installed on time. The installers were friendly, cleanly and FAST. We noticed some inconsistencies with the caulking around the windows a few days later after install, while painting, and I called Red Rock about and the came right out and fixed it. We're extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Red Rock.

They just did my house in Peoria. Save yourself some time. Do not even consider any other company. I doubt any other window company can match this organization. Perfect from A to Z.

I've used this company twice now. Once at our first home and again at our new home for a full window replacement and sliding door replacement. The install was delayed due to supply shortage (as is everything) but they communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the windows were in stock, they called and set up the install. The full service install was supposed to take 3 days but they dedicated extra people to the install and got it done in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

From start to finish a wonderful experience. We started with Tom taking the measurements and then asking what we wanted. Our description of what we were wanting he was to order for us. We felt very comfortable with the quote given and ordered two doors and a security door.

The two gentlemen who installed the doors were very professional. They reviewed the entries and got right to work. They made sure things inside were covered to lessen the mess created while they worked. I was especially impressed by the trim work they did. The whole process did not take long. I was so impressed by the clean up. You would have not thought they had been there.

Doors installed and we were so excited of the look and just how much more quiet it was in the house. No more hearing street traffic!

There was a small issue with the security door. They had to rework the entry fitting and that required a return trip. Not a problem for us. We were willing to wait so it would be done right. They were back the following Monday and had it installed in no time.

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

About a year ago I had the windows on the west side of my home replaced. They were over 25 years old and I thought it was about time. The replacements looked great and really cooled the west facing rooms down.
Last month I had the Owner, Thomas come out and quote on replacing the other 11 windows in my home. The pricing was fantastic and again the professionalism was incredible.
Last week the installer came out and installed the windows. He did a fantastic job, and was also very professional.
If you need new windows or doors these are the people to call. Brian's great in the office and the whole team is fantastic.

When I got to work we discovered that a window had been damaged. I called Red Rock Windows and Doors to come to my office building. I requested for someone to give me an estimate for the window that needed to be replaced. Thomas answered my call and was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns about replacing the window.
I told him about another issue that we had, there was dirt entering a suite from under a window. Thomas checked the other windows in question and immediately told me that my seals on the bottom of the windows were not there. He was able to come up with a solution to fix it . He was able to provide a quote, ordered the window, and scheduled an appointment with no hassle. I did not feel pressure to use Red Rock Windows and Doors and the price quote was very acceptable. I saw the effort and respect that was given to the office staff and other tenants that are sharing the building. I hired this company not just for the customer service that I was receiving, but the quality of product that was offered. The window installer was prompt, polite, introduced himself and his assistant. They were able to complete the install and re-sealing 20 windows in the time frame that was given. After the work was completed the gentlemen came into my suite and stated that the job had been completed. This was a very pleasant experience.

Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

Replacement windows (6) and 1 patio door. Horrible service never returned calls, did not show up numerous times. Sliding door screeches whenever open or close. Screens don't fit some windows properly, one window is completely undersized for the frame so does not close. Problems never resolved still over one later! Do not recommend. Now filing manufacturers warranty claim to try to get help!

After obtaining quotes from multiple companies, I chose Red Rock Windows and Doors to replace all 25 of my windows plus exterior and interior doors. Not only was their price great, but I received better product than the competitors. Tom is really easy to work with, which was also important to me when selecting someone to work with on my project. I had 8 windows replaced an Arcadia door and a security door for the front. I thought Tom was very straight forward and decided to go with him. I got several estimates and they where all over the place. I found that his windows were the best quality for the price. The install crew was very professional. The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Tom installs “state of the art” energy efficient windows that not only look good, but are saving us money each month on our electric bill. My south facing room is now usable even on the hottest and brightest days.

Cannot be more pleased with the results! After getting quotes from four different companies, was referred to Red Rock Windows by a realtor friend. Product selections were same quality level as other companies, yet with referral discount and financing options Red Rock Windows costs were more aligned to my needs compared with the others. Thomas (owner) and his staff were great to work with.
Twenty windows and a sliding glass door were installed in TWO days. Blake and his partner did a fantastic job with installation and were very personable. They were even able to answer my questions about the windows. Appreciated their clean-up efforts. You’d have never known they were there!
