Craig was quick to respond to my initial phone call. He came out and provided excellent service that was fair and honest. Pricing for the product he sold to me was fair and a lot less than his competition. Would recommend him without question. Work was done professionally.

Craig and Kris were great! Super quick process, Craig was very direct in explaining his professional opinion and what door options they had. Window & Door Co. came in 3k less than the next bid. Once I had signed with them, Kris was quick to reach out and schedule the final measurements, providing an ETA on the sliding door (also 12 weeks quicker then other companies I had got quotes from). All in all, great pricing, great communication, and a great install. Did not catch the installers name but he was in and out within 4 hours, took his time setting up to protect the interior flooring and exterior stucco. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Analin, the windows they sale, is a excellent product and Craig was a no high pressure salesman, very nice experience. House is much quieter, windows keep out outside noise and air conditioning doesn’t seem to run as much. Installation was good but they had one very good installer and one inexperienced that did some below par work and had to be corrected, but they did make it right, so overall Very good experience.

Craig and team were courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, and set realistic expectations on time frames. I love my Anlin windows/sliding glass door. Installation was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn’t get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn’t give up and tried one last company. They’re extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

The work was amazing! Very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Craig was very responsive, even with our HOA requiring multiple adjustments to the contract. Kris was professional and friendly as he was doing the work. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the easygoing and no pressure way that Craig handles the estimates and Kris makes the installation look easy! I had another company come before Vision and they were nice but they wanted me to jump through hoops and make a quick decision to get the special price. Vision gave me just as good a price for the same windows (Anlin) with no pressure or hassle. Getting windows is not cheap anywhere but I feel Vision is a good honest company and I will use them again if I ever get money to do my basement also ?

Craig, Kris and Paul were great to work with for all new double pane windows. After contacting Craig (owner) on the weekend, he was able to quickly schedule the consult to measure and come up with a quote. Kris (installer) came for a second measure to ensure all measurements were accurate. The windows took about 8 weeks to be made and arrive from CA. Upon arrival, Kris and I were able to quickly schedule an installation date. Kris and Paul (installer) were amazing to work with day of installation. Incredibly professional and quick! After 2 weeks with the new windows installed I’m seeing a marked difference not only in temperature but also in sound buffering. Overall, I would highly recommend Vision Window & Door!

This company is amazing!! These guys really know what they are doing. Quick to answer and schedule a quote, as well as being very prompt in replies. They gave me a fair price too! The 2 double door installation they did on my home turned out beautiful and I could not expect any better. They installed both doors in 2 days back to back which was wonderful for me. I also had noticed there was a small gap in the weatherstripping and they were happy to come out and get it fixed up. All in all this is a great company with incredible people who can really get the job done. Huge shoutout to Paul who single handedly did both doors and came to fix them up. Such a kind man with great conversation and humor. Thank you Paul and Vision Doors for leaving me an exceptionally satisfied customer.

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

Easy to work with payment by check or credit card. I checked with other companies and Vision is a lower price everything included. Dual pane and extra locks with screens. No mess when finished. He took the old windows and frames with him! I had the advantage of seeing Chris install windows in another home in Apache County AZ so I know his work is professionally done.

After comparing many other companies I went with Vision because they offered the best value. Product and installation were excellent and everyone was very professional. Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

Craig installed a firedoor in the home I was selling and got it done within our closing deadline. The price was hundreds less than a competitor who came out and measured/quoted, AND Craig did a lot more than they would have done. Craig also took care of all the small details and was exceptionally thorough, capturing all the things I asked for without me having to bring anything up twice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else shopping around.

First let me say that I have absolutely no vested interest in this company and we have received no incentive of any kind (except quality service and a great price) to post a review for them. Yesterday we had our sliding glass door replaced by Vision Windows & Doors. The process began with Dave, the regional manager, coming to our home to measure, explain the product choices, and give us an estimate. After doing a little research on their door manufacturer (Anlin Window Systems) we found that their product is highly regarded, made in the U.S.A., and comparable (if not better) than the products offered by the premium window replacement companies. We were offered a VERY competitive price and were told that Vision would do a complete job in the installation of our new door, removal of the old builder quality door, and total clean up. We agreed, and gave them a deposit for the work. A few days later their installer, Kris arrived to take exact measurements for the replacement door.
After waiting just 3 weeks for the manufacture of the door Dave called to set up an installation appointment. Within a week Kris arrived and got to work. I must mention that he was very conscious of social distancing and was wearing a mask upon arrival. He was punctual, proficient, and extremely detail oriented. Working alone he completed the install in a few hours. Based on his measurements the new door fit so well that aside from the requisite bead of caulking around the edges there was absolutely no touch-up required to either our interior or exterior walls.
So- there were absolutely zero negatives using Vision for this project. They are personable, professional, and customer oriented. Their product is amazing- superior quality at a great price. We have already noticed a difference in the amount of heat radiating through the door (far less!) and the noise insulation is amazing as well. And the locking system, one of the primary factors that made us look for a replacement door, is superb. If you want to spend $10K on a replacement patio door then by all means go ahead and call Andersen or Pella. If you want quality work and a great product for a fraction of the cost then call Vision. You'll be glad you did.
