Energy Shield Window & Door Company

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they'd arrive. With my job I wasn't able to be there but my girlfriend complimented their cleanliness and how corgual they were. The windows look great and operate as promised!

This company is amazing! Everyone I have interacted with (anyone who answers the phone, sales rep, delivery, installation) is pleasant, professional and kind. K’lah answered all of my questions, never making me feel silly or annoying. They are not pushy and don’t throw any gimmicks at you. The prices and quality of the windows and doors are great. I’m completely remodeling a home I bought and this is seriously the only company that I felt actually cares. They have great communication, calling me after the windows were placed to make sure everything was ok. One of the windows cracked a few months after installation and they replaced it, very easy. They showed up on time when they said they would be there. I can’t recommend them enough!
I got the “Arizona tint” for my windows and doors, I like the reflective outside and I can tell it keeps the heat out. For me though I feel like I should have probably gone with the “lighter glass” for the windows not in direct sunlight because I think it might be a little too dark in my house now! But that’s ok, it will save on energy bills!

Recently had glass sliding patio door installed. Louis & Benny did an outstanding job replacing door. Refreshing to have actual professional craftsman working on my home. The stucco repair guys are just as impressive. Lupe & Alex did an outstanding job of repairing stucco and matching texture. I could not be happier with the finished product! This company uses it's own employees, no subcontractors. I Highly recommend Energy Shield for your door and window replacement!

Our original construction, dual pane, 23 year old windows failed with water leaks, dust leaks and condensation on the inside of the window panes. We researched four different window companies with both overlay and remove and replace options. We chose the remove and replace option. This happens on two different days. The first is remove and replace. The second is stucco and drywall repair. I spent a life time in construction in multiple states and countries in residential, commercial and industrial construction. Cesar and his crew did the stucco and drywall repair. In all of my construction experience, I have never seen such a hard working crew with an obvious concern for the proper level of quality. They accepted my few requests with a polite yes sir. Anyone will tell you that the replacement stucco finish may not be a perfect match. Cesar and crew's was a perfect match!
As far as the windows go, we chose the vinyl, beige frame, low E, green tint, argon gas filled. We are excited to get our first full month electricity bill. The house looks good, is cooler, glare free and quieter!

This is the 2nd time we have had aged windows replaced by Energy Shield & will schedule replacement of the rest. First experience was great. The 2 installers that came out yesterday were really impressive. They installed 5 windows, one was the big front window, in approximately 6 hours. It was 106-degrees with high humidity. They were so quiet except for expected occasional equipment noise, that I was able to work without interruption. Looking forward to getting the rest replaced. We really appreciate the noise, heat & dust reduction we have with these windows.

A+ company, A+ service, A+ product, A+ price. We had to have two doors replaced from our home to our backyard to pass pool inspection (old doors opened the wrong way and not self-latching). We got two other bids, one for triple their price, and one for double. Maybe there's someone out there that can do it for less, but we felt their price was fair for the custom-size products we needed and installation; plus the patio sliders are made here in AZ. The installers and frame/stucco repair were polite, efficient, and cleaned everything up. The Maricopa County home shows are full of window and door companies. Just go with Energy Shield and skip the sales pitches unless you're really in to having your doors hand crafted by the Amish or whatever nonsense. Yeah, maybe a top-hung patio slider is amazing, but not for double the cost. Only downside was manufacturing time and availability of installation crews (they don't use subcontractors). About 4 months from contract to install. Surprisingly enough (or maybe not so surprising), our doors are installed and we passed pool barrier inspection, yet the pool is still not completed. 5 stars. Next year we'll probably get some windows replaced and we're not going to bother getting quotes, we'll just call Mike B.

This is a large investment so I spent a great deal of time researching window companies. I chose Energy Shield because I believe they offer the best product on the market. When the salesman (Ennis) came over to do his presentation he spoke with such passion for the product I mentioned he had to be the owner. Turns out he is. I took the time and visited their factory. Jake spent at least an hour with me answering all my questions. I also read all the reviews for all the companies on Yelp & BBB. My previous two houses came with builder grade windows and over the years every seal failed. I can tell you it was a nightmare dealing with these out of town manufactures on warranty issues. This is the only company I would recommend.

I did not have a good experience with this company experience with this company at all!! They showed up late and I had to let them use my cut off wheel on my millwhaee grinder because there tool broke on the first window ugh only 2 employees showed up and they didn't have a clue! I had to baby sit them on the whole job and I took a day off for it the sliding door still works like garbage and I am still waiting for the kitchen window screen ugh just not happy with the the quality of work and the Windows did not fit good at all after they custom measured it months before and took a deposit for this so not happy

Truly a good experience from the sales to installation. I had 19 windows replaces on our house.The tinted energy efficient windows look great. Installers were efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and quick. The stucco repair around the windows was done well. I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Energy Shield for many reasons. They have a good product, made locally. They called to notify me about every date and detail concerning the installation. The finish work was professional and all of the installers were polite and easy to communicate . The bidding process was precise and work was completed as bid. We had three other bids and none of them informed us as well as Energy Shield, and carried through until finish. We love the windows..all eleven of them, including exterior door and two large sliders. What more an I say!

Companies spend many resources maintaining their online reputation, so I was skeptical about this company actually being 5-star quality. I’m happy to say they definitely deserve 5 stars, across the board. I had 6 windows installed, including one large custom one. The installers were very professional, courteous, and communicated effectively with me. From the sales side, it was pitch free and the pressure was non existent. The pricing was the best I found. I used three different companies to replace a total of 12 windows, and energy shield was by far the easiest to do business with, and I had good experiences with the other 2, so the bar was already high. The work itself was beautifully done and they cleaned up very well! The foreman went above and beyond and even got rid of a large junk pile I had sitting in the backyard, and wouldn’t take a dime extra from me even when offered. Based on my experience, I think you will get honesty, integrity, and quality from this company.

I wanted to write you a note commending you on the level of the 4 employees , Jesus, Matt, Enoch and Mario, who were the installation gentlemen over the two days for the installation of my patio doors and windows. I can not even begin to tell you what great representatives of your organization they are. They were here when they said they would be, were respectful of my home and did an amazing job with the installation overall- especially on the one patio door that was not the easiest to install. Please let them all know how much I appreciated them and applaud their work ethic.

Before we bought windows we decided to look at there showroom,to our surprise nice girl gave us a tour of the factory. After five bids from other company's we chose Energy Shield.

I personally did not use this company. Although my neighbor did and the end result was a mess in my backyard. Not one worker knocked on my door or offered to clean it up. What a lack of professionalism!!

First off, the windows are near perfect. No complaints, one day installation and they cleaned up after.

But an honest mistake let our huskies out of the door during the installation. They’re runners. Felipe and Humberto (who headed up the primo installation) somehow rounded them up in their truck. I was racing around looking for the dogs and they passed me and waved me down and showed me both pups were in their truck.

So 6 stars if I could.

We had a new 3 panel sliding glass door installed and it turned out beautifully! Their quote was the lowest of all the companies we spoke with. The installers were on time and did an incredible job. We highly recommend this company.

Great experience all the way thru. Our sales representative had to have surgery done, so the President of Energy Shield came to our home to fill in for his employee.....how impressive!! He was very thorough and explained the entire process from start to finish to replace our windows. There are five reasons we chose Energy Shield, 1. The product....they offer an upgraded widow from the standard series (thicker glass with upgraded frame) that most other companies don't offer and for a very reasonable price. 2. They do everything in-house, from building the windows to servicing the windows. 3. They gave us the best price out of three quotes...Window World being one of them. 4. Energy Shield reviews are outstanding along with their standing with the BBB. 5. Their wait time for installation was much shorter then any other company.
We now have our new windows installed and we love the new look and energy efficiency. The installation took three days as we have a lot of windows. The crew called the first morning to let us know they were on their way. They were polite, quit, cleaned up after each window and showed up each morning when they said they would. Only one hiccup during installation. One of the widows was made as a picture window and it was suppose to be a sliding window. It was a non issue because they make their own windows local. A new window was ready the next day. We are extremely happy!!

This company is one of the few out there that has the staff and expertise to perform new construction for windows and doors. We took out a wall in our kitchen that went out to our patio and replaced it with a 3 panel sliding door. We also took out an arcadia door and replaced it with a window. Did we run into hiccups? You bet we did, especially with the supply chain issues going on the last several years. This company worked to communicate every step of the way. From Robert the initial sales person, to the owner, the officer manager, the finance gal, the installation crew, the finishing crew, all were easy to work with and committed to resolving every blip that occurred. No complicated job is problem free, and the folks with this company stand head and shoulders above all others. We highly recommend them for your next project!

After getting about 7 different quotes for our project, we landed on Energy Shield Window and Door Company. Basically, our Arizona room had 3 separate sliding glass doors (not sure who thought that was a good idea). Our goal: to reshape the room and add a single door that showed the beauty of the pool. Also, we got tired of hearing which motel room is yours, when looking at the house. I had my hesitations because Energy Shield was cheaper than some of the others, and other companies even told us it wouldn't be possible because of ceiling height. Energy Shield proved them wrong! We worked with K'lah throughout the process and she was AWESOME! Very responsive and was even the one to come to the house to do measurements. She's since been promoted which was a great decision by Energy Shield. I'm so pleased with all of the work they completed in just a few days!

Sales associate Robert was awesome. Answered all of our questions, explained product and pricing very well. He reworked the numbers for us a couple of times with no complaint. The office was great about calling with reminders and passing along information. We had to have the windows installed in a certain order due to our pets and they had no problems accommodating that. The install crew were polite, respectful, and hardworking. So far, everything is working as it should with the door and windows. I am confident that if there is a problem the associates at energy shield window and door will take good care of us.

Energy Shield is awesome! We had all windows and the sliding door replaced in our older park model in May. From the gentleman who gave us the estimate, crew leader Misa and all the workers, to the guy that came after the installation to replace one pane and install the sliding door lock, all were wonderful and professional. They even cleaned up as they worked. Our electric bill has been lower each month, and noise from outside is dramatically reduced!

We had them replace all of our windows, about 25. Our old windows were not energy efficient, and didn't keep the heat out very well. We chose the blue tinted windows for the windows that get the sun. Man, what a difference!!! This company offers windows at a good price. They showed up on time, made very little mess, were polite and very professional. Our windows are beautiful both inside and out! LOVE THEM!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the quoting process to installation I am thoroughly impressed. The sales guy, Robert, was nice and very knowledgeable about their products and the company. The price was fair for the number of windows we replaced (9) and the installation day was pretty awesome to watch. The install crew was friendly, professional, too care in putting down plastic tarp on the floors and over our furniture/electronics as well as cleaning up after themselves and any smudge marks on the walls or trim. Not only that but this company is all in one and by that I mean they are an AZ based company, they manufacture their our products and their own employees so the install. On top of that they have a lifetime warranty which has a 5 year warranty transferable warranty if you sell your home. Like really?! That's freakin awesome!! We had all the original windows replaced in our 1951 home. We had a great experience with Sales, the office, and the installation/drywall teams! The team installed everything in one day, wore masks and paid attention to detail during the job and cleanup. The windows look amazing. The blue low-e glass looked more blue than I expected, but Kathy was able to explain to me that this glass is the newest on the market and has the best protection from solar heat gain. We had a rip in a screen and Kathy scheduled fabrication right away to get a new one for us. All around great experience with Energy Shield - very happy with our new windows!

Over the past year or so, we have had various quotes to replace two patio doors that were original from the 70s and one they was new when we bought the house but never quite worked right. With each company that came out, there was always something I wasn’t comfortable with on the bids ranging from cost, feeling like I was being oversold, lack of security options or quality to the point I about gave up. Then a neighbor replaced their patio doors and recommended Energy Shield so I setup an appointment and figured it wouldn’t hurt.

Starring with the consultation, they were on time, courteous and presented various options within our budget. They assisted in narrowing down the choices to meet our needs. They even recommended we keep the newer patio door and they would fix it and replace the screen for a much lower cost than a new one.

We placed our order and waited about 4 weeks for the doors to be ready as every door is custom made. When the doors were ready, they were able to schedule the install very quickly.

The installation went very smooth. The crew was amazing! They were very professional and self sufficient. When they were finished, they cleaned up so well inside and out that, if it wasn’t for the pretty new doors, I never would have known they were here.

Finally, the doors themselves. They are wonderful! Once they were done, I told my husband this is what all home improvement projects should feel like. They look great, work great, you can feel the quality in them, the locking mechanism feels secure, the screens seal up really tight and all at a very reasonable price point.

Ordered new windows and sliding glass doors for my home. Price was fair, quality is great, the installation team was professional. A 9' and 6' sliding glass door, and six other windows were installed in one day. They took great care to clean up everything as they went. Had a really good experience with this company! The sales were very responsive to our questions and had the products we needed. The windows and doors we had installed were a priced competitively. The installers, Humberto and Misa, took their time and did a really did a great job! There were some challenging windows too, like arch windows 20ft off the ground. But everything looks great, they cleaned up any related
stucco and drywall damage, looks like new! Top to bottom a good experience, I would recommend this company!

Honestly this is the best company hands down. The quality and craftsmanship of my doors installation was excellent. I am only going to recommend this company to everyone I know. Unfortunately I got my windows through Home Depot but I wish I went through them 1st . I found out about them afterwards. There is no words I can explain how great this company is and how easy it was to work with them. I was going to pay Home Depot to do the job but none of the contractors wanted to take it. Energy shield did and did the job $5000 less then Home Depot. It was going to be $15000 with Home Depot. And Only paid $8000 for three doors and a doggie door for the install with Energy shield. Based on my quotes with other companies they were the best. If I ever need a doors and windows job I would go with this company. They are solid.

Fantastic experience! Great quality for a great price! Everyone from Robert to Kevin and Enoc were wonderful! 7 windows (2 very large) took 10 weeks. They communicated with me the entire time. It took 10 hours to install (with an hour lunch break). Even in the awful heat these guys were great! It updated my house appearance by 30 years. Loved the experience! Very thankful. Would definitely recommend!

Energy Shield was one of several companies we considered for replacing all the windows (19) and French door in our home. Besides waiting 5/6 months, the whole experience has been great so far.

I was impressed from the moment I got the estimate. The sales rep was ill so the president of the company was out giving estimates. Being part of a family run business myself this caught my attention.

The installation crew was meticulous about making sure there was no glass debris left behind as I have a 5 year old that forgets to put on his shoes sometimes when he goes outside. Later in the day they brought over a second crew so they could do the install in one day, 7 windows.

The crew was very careful to prevent tracking in dirt and creating dust which is simply a part of the job. They were all professional and polite.

The windows are fantastic, my only regret is not having done it sooner. The price was very competitive and the windows are produced here so I am supporting the local economy and not paying for windows to be shipped from out of state. All in all an excellent product nicely installed at a good price.

The service was great from quote to install. I had 5 thermal windows and arcadia door installed. The two man crew were efficient and professional. The work areas were always clean. The windows are gorgeous and solid.. I would highly recommend this company.

The wait time was long 6 months .We called salesman to change color it did not get changed. Caulking on windows was about half inch out from frame very sloppy. They said this is how it is on stucco.
So if you have textured stucco be prepared for large caulk around windows.

Besides the Quality windows of Energy Savers, I like the look and ease of function, and value of the product. The gentlemen that installed our windows were polite, efficient, neat, and did top quality work.They Left no mess when they were done, the windows looked like they belonged on the house. The first night my house was warmer and quieter than before.
The People of Energy Saver are of the same Quality as the windows they sale and service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

I had a front door, sliding patio door and 6 windows of varying sizes replaced recently. Installation took a full day with a 4 man crew, and everything looks good!

Communication from the installers and from management were great too. There was a slight mishap with the frame of our new patio sliding door (one side of the frame was shorter than the other) but the installation crew let us know, and that they would go back to the fabrication facility to get a new one. The new, correctly sized frame was obtained and installed a few hours later!

The installation crew were courteous and cleaned up nicely after they were done with their work. I'd recommend this company if you're looking into getting new windows/doors.

Energy Shield was one of the few that did replacement windows on mobile homes. Omero and Lupe were the two gentleman that did our install. Very nice and friendly guys. Thank goodness it wasn't to hot that day. Very skilled at there Craft. Windows came out a lot better than expected. They look awesome. These guys cleaned up all there mess, took everything they took off. Left things in great order. Took time to answer any questions we had. Can't say enough about the process. From the nice lady at the office, to the gentleman that came out to show us the widows, the gentleman that came to do the final measurements, to the guys that did the installation. 100 percent satisfied. WOW sums up my experience with Energy Shield Windows. From sales to the install. Being a single woman, all my concerns with a major home improvement were addressed so I knew that I had picked the right company. The windows and the new entry door look amazing and I have gotten multiple comments from neighbors on how nice my house looks. The install crew, Julio and Alex, were the best. They went above and beyond in the detail work to make my windows look like they were part of the original build on the inside. They took their time to get the entry door completely sealed. I can't believe what a difference there is having the new windows and door. I could tell immediately how much less noise was heard from the outside. The windows are cool to the touch, where the heat on the old windows actually warped my wood blinds before I could get them down before the install! In summary, job well done guys!!!

Our house had original windows from the 70s and after surviving a brutally hot summer last year, we decided to pursue new windows. We received quotes from a few big name window companies, and Energy Shield came in significantly lower (and affordable!) prices with highly comparable (if not the same or better) products. The sales ‘pitch’ wasn’t a song and dance like the other companies quoting us- it was straightforward to introduce the products, explain the construction technology, measure our windows, and provide pricing on the spot. They were friendly, genuinely eager to help, and did not use pressure tactics which seems difficult to find these days.

Timeline from order to install was roughly 8 weeks (we were told 8-10, so they were right on target).

They were professional, timely, and respectful of our home, not to mention genuinely kind people. All of their field employees are employed by Energy Shield, which means they follow through on their work! We have several more windows and doors to go and will most certainly be purchasing from Energy Shield.

Great service on a sliding door handle problem. They have always been great.

We got several estimates for replacement windows. They were one of the best products at the best price, and no pressure on the sales because they know it. The cost didn't change at all during the process (other than my upgrading to a thicker window at small additional charge... but no pressure on that either), the install was done when originally scheduled, they were all very polite and neat. There was no cutting into the stucco, they worked around our plantation shutters without even having to remove them, and left the place spotless. I can already tell the difference in how well these windows reduce noise versus our old windows.

Energy Shield is different than most of other companies because they do offer both window insertion and total replacement. Dan, our sale consultant, was straight forward and helpful. He saved us time and provided the details that we needed. The office staff were very friendly and helpful who helped us reschedule, reminded us the appointments and updated us the process. Two crews installed our windows were quick and efficient. Within 2 days, all 24 windows and a door were replaced beautifully. I got three quotes from businesses around town and Energy Shield was the best value for nearly identical products. Installation was quick and efficient. The installers did a wonderful job and I am happy with the final result.

Customer service was awesome from scheduling the install to the techs actually completing the job. We had all our windows replaced and the installers were on time, courteous and professional. OMG, I just received a quote from this company and we signed up on the spot. I've had the hard sell from Anderson Renewal and a quote from a big box store. Energy Shield ticked all the boxes. Professional on the phone setting the appointment, arrived on schedule, very personable representative, established local company and local manufacturer. The only downside is they are 14 weeks out but I can live with that.

I was notified prior to the installers arrival and given the proper instructions for preparing the work area. Works were timely and did a good job of installing the windows. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the work was completed. The only suggestion I have is the workers need to have business cards on hand. A number of neighbors came by and were impressed with the windows and wanted phone numbers to contact Energy Shield.

I ordered my French Doors and a Doggy Door in May and was set an install date of Aug 13th. I was warned that door production was behind and my doors did come in a week late. However, my issue is that it took 5 weeks for my install to get rescheduled, even with me calling every week for an update. When I finally got rescheduled, I received an install date of Dec. 9. So I was quoted 12 weeks. What has happened: 12 weeks lead time, 1 week delay on the doors, 5 weeks to get rescheduled and another 11 weeks for the install. What was quoted 3 months is now at 8 months, if the schedule holds. I am very disappointed. I will update on quality of install once it happens.

UPDATE: So I was contacted by the new Operations Manager shortly after my post and it appears the previous manager had made an error on my order and the company thought I needed a whole wall removed. They apologized for the error and promptly had me scheduled within the week. The crew was very friendly, answered all my questions and were quick with the installation. The only reason for 4 stars is just the bit of frustration and hassle I had to get things done.

The install crews were very efficient and professional. These guys did a GREAT job. My new windows and doors are of a very good quality and come with a lifetime guarantee. This is an Arizona-manufactured product and by far the best value of all the window/door companies I have used for my houses.

Just had Energy Shield replace all of the windows in our house with 29 new vinyl windows and 1 new vinyl sliding glass door, a big job. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. Sales - Robert was a straight talker, honest guy. No astronomical price with elaborate sales structure to support and the sales gimmicks to go with it (yes, I'm talking to you Andersen...). Gave me a great price. Technical Qs - Jake sent me the technical specs (U-Value & SHGC) on the windows, all Energy Star compliant for AZ, plus warranty info. Other places either had no idea what their specs even were or, if they did, wouldn't share them (perhaps because they're lousy?). Final Measurement - Juan gave me some great recommendations that we ended up doing. He made sure that all that we were going to do was compliant with any future home inspections. Install - Jesus and Nehemias were my main guys. They did an outstanding job with a very high quality install, meticulous with every detail. They were careful with our home and cleaned up everything. This is the second set of windows installed by ES. I like that they are locally owned and make their own windows. The install team is the best. The are considerate and did excellent work. One screen did not fit properly. They ordered a replacement and a few hours later they installed it. The first time around one of the guys noticed a tiny bubble in the glass. I never would have seen it. He ordered a whole new window, rush...and took care of the situation. You can tell they are all about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend ES.

I highly recommend this company! I LOVE my new windows and sliding glass door. I went from the original windows of my home to brand new energy efficient windows and what a difference!! They look amazing and they even reduce some of the outside noise. The two guys that came to install my windows were incredible! They were professional and did a great job! I still can't believe how good my windows and door look and I wonder why I didn't get them sooner.

This company was great to deal with. They were competitively priced and offered a good range of products. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The guys called and said they would be at our house in one half hour which was one hour earlier then quoted at the appointment time, that was great. The installers were all working well together and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. The windows look great and have gotten many compliments, will be interested to see how they block the sun rays once the temperatures hit 100 degrees.

Robert was a great sales person with unlimited knowledge and experience in this field of work. The installation crew was amazing!! cleaned up and very innovative on how to get the windows to be installed when living in an two story condo with and HOA.

The only downfall is the coordination with Stucco repair and having them come out at a particular time!

We had out windows install on a Thursday which all went amazing!! They said they would be out Friday to do the stucco repair. I had to call on Friday to find a time and they said they were now coming Monday! OK no worries.

Then Monday comes I personally had to call and then find out that it might now be Thursday or Friday. Waiting for a screen to come in that was on back order. OK, works for me. Please call me when you are coming and what time. Also, told them I can only do Thursday and Friday.

They call me on Wednesday said can we come out and do it today. I had something cancel on us so I said fine. What time are they coming out? They said between 12 to 3. I said OK works for me.

Then they show up an 45 min later and have no clue that they have to do stucco repair!!

Everything was amazing!! Except up to them coordinating the finishing aspects!! Would defiantly recommend they no doubt about that!

Moral of the story is to just make sure you follow up and be ready for them to show up without either calling saying they are almost there or don't follow there promise time!

Excellent service from the begining when they gave us our no pressure, hassle free quote. Next step they sent a professional to measure, on time and very informative. Then delivery of windows, they called to schedule and installers arrived on time. They were very courteous, wore masks and gloves and cleaned windows spotless. They also cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

The sales rep was pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers were friendly enough. They answered all my questions and did good work cleaning up their mess. Love the new windows. My only complaint is how long it took them to get out here, but such is the times.

Everyone was very pleasant and polite. My only complaint is the darker windows have a bluish tint that give the room a bluish cast and make the room darker than I like but those are the windows in the direct sun and heat so went with those. Otherwise it is amazing to feel any of the windows or sliding door on the inside and find they feel cool. Has helped our hottest room. Great investment without a huge financial strain.

Our windows are great. Very tight fit. They measure each opening before they build. Very pleased with the quality. My only complaint is there phone system. All you ever get when you call is the answering machine. Very frustrating. I will also add that the installers were excellent. Very clean very professional. There work ethics were excellent. The house looks great and the windows, slider, new back door and new 3 inch trim around the windows are very classy. I am so pleased! I feel like I am in a new house!

And... I can't believe how drastically the dust was reduced in the house. Even after a week, there is minimal dust on my furniture. Unbelieveable! Before the new windows, I would dust and then a coating of dust reappeared in just hours.

Consult/Estimate with Ennis was informative- he provided great information that ultimately lead to our decision after 3 other consults. Install teams were amazing. Misa and Humberto and teams were on time, friendly, efficient, and insured to clean up and walk us through the windows after installing.

These friendly hard workers removed original sliding patio door and adjacent window plus a block wall between them and installed a new door with two picture windows basically creating a wall of glass for a beautiful view. They completed the project in two hot July days, including electrical. We couldn't be more pleased!

We got our sliding patio door replaced with a french door. Overall I had a good experience, but I can't give five stars because the project took several weeks longer than it should have. They measured our side lights incorrectly or made them incorrectly so that caused a delay. They were very nice through the process, but updates about when it would be done could have been more frequent. I had to call them one or two times because I hadn't heard anything and just wanted an update. The door looks great and everyone was super friendly. I would use them again.

What happened to customer service in the USA?
This company will not work with you to even try to accommodate a quote. I guess this company's consideration regarding me is not good enough. Maybe its because where I live. Well no worries I do have other quotes from other companies for my current project but would have liked one from them and selected them based on reviews. Lesson learned when I get ready for my next project next summer they surely will not be considered. I pay cash in full for jobs I need done. So if anyone has any companies that are decent and want an opportunity to earn my business please let me know.

I've left two requests for a quote online and had someone call me asking for a revised door size. I called the number he left with the opening dimensions he asked for and never got a response. I then made the second online request with the dimensions of the windows and door I wanted to get replaced. I was contacted by a young lady who told me a representative would be calling me with a quote AGAIN!! This has gone on for three weeks. Like a previous review said I'm glad this firm isn't the only game in town! Makes me wonder how the actual project would go.
This is the first time Google reviews were so off point. I'll find someone else easy enough.

Disappointing !! window reflexion is BAD ! once the windows are installed the windows will look like they have plastic wrap ( not glass) just distortion there is no clear reflection like supposed to be , low quality ( check prior jobs before buying) , and be careful if you use a debit card for down payment , they don't even have the courtesy to ask you what form of payment you will use for final payment , they will just run your debit card without your authorization !! .. that's rude ! again don't buy it unless you want to have windows with warped glass Just check them out !

I am amending my review. Company contacted me and moved my stucco fix up to the 21st. Crew came this morning, on time, and got right to work. Not only did they do a beautiful job matching the stucco texture, they poured a concrete support under the lip of the door so it won't flex. They also need brought me a screen door. They were fast and friendly and cleaned up everything. Very happy now.
I am not finished dealing with this company, so maybe it's too early to post a 2 star review. The 2 installers showed up on time and got straight to work. We had already removed the inside mounding and threshold because we wanted to keep it. They did not score the stucco on the outside and so, of course it tore away in 3 areas. They told us the stucco repair crew would be out on Monday to repair the holes and drop off the screen door, which was sent to us broken. Monday morning I got a call to schedule stucco repair. First available date, May 23,over 4 weeks out. And sliding screens are on back order. Can't leave slider open due to no screen and when I am sitting on my patio I get to look at 3 ragged holes in the house. Very disappointing. Hopefully things will get fixed properly.
