Window World of Phoenix

Edit: this issue has been taken care of and the follow up on Window World’s part was fantastic. Timely fix of the issue and great work on the follow up. They have kept a customer for return business!

Good price but bad installation job. Every window needs sealant when installed. My windows all have multiple holes in the sealant and it looks like it was the installers first day on the job. Now I need to strip the sealant if I want a good deal around my windows. Low-e windows work great when they are sealed. They are useless if the seals around them are bad.

I ordered the sliding glass door on Feb 2nd. Was told 12-16 weeks, which was fine. Finally got a call for install at 18 weeks in mid June. They came and during installation, discovered that the glass doors delivered didn’t fit the frame, and they would have to “rush” a replacement order. They left several open gaps to the outside where 110+ degree Arizona heat could get inside. I had to call them 3 times to get an ETA for the replacement door panels that they mis-ordered, and am finally given an estimate of Aug 1. Then it moves to Aug 15. Installation finally scheduled, with a timing window of 12-2PM. At 2, I call and am told the driver is 40 minutes away. After 1.5 hours, I call back, and the driver tells me he thought I was in Mesa, and he’s now over an hour away. It has been one mistake after another with over 6 months time passing from order to final install, very poor communication, and no conveyed concern or sense of urgency or empathy to resolve my issue. I never write these, but simply could not let this one go without addressing. Do not use Window World of Phoenix.

Had windows installed by window world. My bathroom has to be re modeled due to water damage. After opening the wall. We noticed the old window frame is still in place and there is a 1 1/2 inch gap between the bricks and the window with no seal. Which let water into the walls and under the tub. All the wood around the window was roted and cast iron tub was rusted underneath. Thank you window world for the extra work that was created from poor installation

The whole process from the beginning to the end was exceptional. Everyone from Window World was wonderful to work with. I would like to thank especially Richard, our sales representative. He is very professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and his explanation on the windows was very informative. He gave us no-pressure detailed quote for the windows (price was fair). He and the installation team did an awesome job.
We are so glad we went with Window World. It is truly one stop shopping.

Window World completed my window retro-fit yesterday. I couldn't be happier. The install crew was on time, friendly, respectful, and took care of my small job (only 2 windows) as if I was their best customer. The quality of the product is top notch. Then my sales rep called me to ask how things went! All around a great experience. Call them for your window and door needs.

We had Richard come out and quote us in 2021 and again 4 months ago. He’s great. Thorough. Today Pedro and his team arrived on time and did an incredible job. They worked hard - diligently. They were all extremely polite and professional. We are really really happy with the results!!

WINDOW WORLD of Phoenix:: If I could have given this company a ZERO rating I would have! My night mare began, 16 Oct 2019, when the salesman came out to give me the pitch. The line of windows shown me were not the cheapest, but the salesman was very nice and I was in need of all new windows. All of the installed windows had scratches on the glass and eventually they had to be replaced 03 Feb 2021...The installers were nice, but not as experienced with installing the glazing, which they removed from the first installed and reused for the second. Some of the glazing was bad so they left it in patches on the exterior of a large picture window....This window, cracked a few days later and they had to replace it....again. The extra large picture window could not be reinstalled as it arrived with larger swirling scratches (per installer, I did not see this) Some side panels to my slider door windows also came in with scratches and had to be reordered. Today:: 22 July 2021 was supposed to be the latest and last installation of the 2 picture windows and two side panels to my sliding glass doors....The small picture window was redone as were the two side panels, but as for my extra large picture window, it arrived in poor condition this time with the scratches on the inside of the double pane window....the installation of the glazing was a hack job, worse than in the past installs and when one of the sliders was reset for being level with the interior walls, who ever did that job lost control of the screw gun and it skipped leaving pock marks on the vinyl....I would like a phone call from some one telling me what is going to happen with my large picture window....we shall see if they are going to make this right or not. I do not want to have another phone chat with the Phoenix general mgr as he was yelling at me the last time I left feedback....

I just had my windows installed in my entire house and I could’ve more happy! The team of installers led by Eduardo Leyva were very professional, courteous and on time and left their work areas spotless and tidy. I got other estimates and window world was by far the best price and the windows are very good quality. I highly recommend WINDOW WORLD!!!

Priced very well, quality great, install team professional, efficient, reliable, and clean. Ace well he is full of knowledge, and honesty. So here's how it worked Ace came by not only before, but also when we were ready to order, then again after the job was done that's amazing nowadays. The street noise almost gone we live next to a busy street. View is so nice now we are debating on the blinds now. So just call Ace from Window world and get your peace of mind !

My experience with Window World thus far has been great. They were quick to schedule an in-person consultation and our salesperson, Lee, was right on time. All policies, pricing, options, etc. are very transparent and easy to understand. Will be waiting a while to actually have the windows installed but that is commonplace right now.

Install took place a month after they estimated which we were fine with given the backlog from all the orders. However, one of the windows cracked within the first month after it was installed. We called to request the window to be replaced. They went ahead and ordered and said over the phone that it would take 4-6 weeks. I called at week 12 to request an update and they said they would call me right back and that the glass was in the warehouse. No call back. Called again 3 days later and they are now telling me they are waiting on a piece and it says it will be here by the end of next week.

I do not recommend Window World of Phoenix. The lack of communication and responsiveness is not acceptable.

So far so good. Ordered new patio door, picture windows and another window over our entry door which came to 1/3 the cost of the other quotes. I will update this rating after installation is complete.
Update, windows came in about 8 weeks early and we are very pleased with them. Due to my lack of knowledge about windows I did not realize the best insulator is vinyl and we think standing outside our home it looks like one of those window ads with the pretty windows. Saving now for the next group of windows to be replaced. And yes, they do a great job of insulating from the cold.

I can ‘t even start to explain how badly you want to avoid this company! They have zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero follow up, zero, communication, zero care for your family’s safety and zero care for you once they have your money. We waited over 7 weeks to have French doors installed only to have the installers come out and leave our home wrecked, damaged and a fire hazard. The installer who spoke very little English did the best to explain to me that the doors were too big and they wouldn’t fit..and left. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY IN OVER 2 WEEKS! You make calls to the company a customer service rep tells you someone will be back with us in 24 hours to explain what happened, next steps and where we go from here. NOPE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE CORPORATION. Our Sales Rep Matt did respond to my texts, but he can do nothing on the installation, construction end of things. They have our money and that’s all they care about. Meanwhile, we have a huge hole in our back wall, a sliding glass door and screen that doesn’t open without force (Fire Hazard) and absolutely no idea when we are going to get the French doors we paid over $7,000 for! Do not let them fool you or pull the wool over your eyes with their whole JD Power and Associates ratings! They do not care and they have absolutely no idea what customer service or customer care is! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

We have Power windows and Window World windows. Believe me. Please go with Window World! The extra expense for Power and their “spells” windows isn’t much of a difference or valid. However, choose for yourself.

They've replaced all of our windows, they're friendly and the install was fast and efficient and looks great.

When I bought my home in 2019, I bought a home that had used Window World to install 5 windows and a sliding door several years prior. They were able to transfer the warranty over to me for a $50 service charge. No worries there. Standard stuff. The windows definitely are higher quality and well functioning compared to the others.

The reason for my 5 star review is I called them out to do an estimate on replacing a different sliding door that they had not done. Instead, the salesman, Guy, gave me some tips and pointers on how to repair the door and make it function better rather than spend $2,000 on a new one.

He could have easily sold me a door and got the sale. However, I have a working door now, and they'll be the first place I call when I'm ready to replace the next doors or windows.

Lee was very kind and thorough. He helped us decide which type of window was best for us. We feel that the price was competitive and the product and services received was accurately portrayed within the price range.

Jesus did a wonderful job installing all of our windows. We ran into a small hiccup with the state of our framing. He offered advice and his expertise to ensure that we could have the installation completed that day!

Overall a wonderful experience and we will most definitely be reaching back out for our future window needs.

Sales guy promised many things that installer denied to perform. This was a new construction job. I wouldn't recommend using this company for a new construction project. They also did not seal around the windows or take the stickers off the glass. They did order the wrong door but corrected it and ordered the correct one after arguing with them. It just wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

So it started with Ace coming to my house to give me a quote. He knew his stuff. We were having new siding put in, Ace had some awesome suggestions. So all things COVID it took 11 weeks to get our windows, Miguel came & installed our windows. He was professional & in & out in a few hours after installing 9 out of 10 of my windows as 1 of our windows came the wrong size. So the company GM Keith called and apologized for the mishap. I appreciated the call & the apology. He is going to TRY to expedite the other window with no promises as I get you have no control over your vendors to a degree. I'll keep you all posted as too what happened. Otherwise, the quality is AWESOME!!!! I used to work for a window company & nothing bad about the old company, at all, it's just that they're all the same. Window World is just so much cheaper. And don't forget the 20 year lifetime warranty. ??

So had them install windows in my house back in 2020. Somehow we got a crack in the window from a rock and called to have them replace it. They said no problem which window. I will refer everyone to them.

The windows themselves are beautiful. The crew that did the installation were efficient and friendly. However, the customer service is awful. I understand a long manufacturing turnaround time, but it far exceeded the timeframe on the contract with no communication whatsoever from the salesman or the back office, despite my multiple requests for an update. It took me threatening legal action in order for the installation to be scheduled. After I threatened to retain a lawyer, the windows magically showed up on the next delivery truck. When it came time to install they realized one of the windows had been mismeasured by the salesman and would need to be reordered. I waited patiently again with zero communication. I talked to 3 people at the local office, all of which said they would call me back that day and never did. One person did mention there were no updates anywhere in my file. After threatening again, the scheduler finally called to schedule installation. My window appeared like magic again! My windows look fantastic, but for such an expensive job I would have expected a little more communication. I never even received an apology for any of the delays, the mismeasured window, or the lack of callbacks multiple times.

I bought new windows for my rental home from Window World of Phoenix and I am very happy. The windows look stunningly beautiful and the price was excellent. As they had told me, I had to wait 3 and a half months from the signing of the contract, but it was worth it. Special thanks to the installation team of Arturo Acosta. They were very precise, tidy and professional. My house is newly painted outside and inside and I was worried that I might have to retouch the paint after installation. Absolutely not. Everything looks gorgeous and perfectly clean. I will use Window World again. Thank you!

Scheduling a time for them to come give you a quote is almost impossible. The company keeps referring me back to a sales person that doesn't return my calls. They should get rid of them. I can measure my own windows.

From my meeting with salesman Lee C. to the install, everything was 5 Stars. He took the time to answer questions, give detailed reviews on the product. When Pedro came to install, his team was professional from start to finish. They cleaned and did a walk thru from inside and outside of ALL the windows to be sure I was 100% satisfied. It was so easy and great to work with Lee and Window World of Phoenix. I would HIGHLY recommend Lee and Window World. I am extremely happy with my windows and they look great on the house. As a side note a friend I referred to them had an install issue, when they called, they got a quick response and resolution and are very satisfied with their windows too. I had someone call ME to ask me how my service was and I told them everything looks great but I tried opening the screen door to my new window and I have to shake it up and down to open. She goes on to respond with, I can have someone call you back in 5 days to schedule a follow up appt. What!? You call me and ask if everything is fine and I say no and then you go on to tell me someone will call me in 5 days to schedule a follow up?! Put me on the books right now.

Update: Management reached out (Veronica) and said they won't contact me for 5 more days to put me on their calendar because that's just how they do it. When I said that was ridiculous and no other business does that she goes on to tell me she doesn't look into what her competitors do..Maybe you should Veronica and you'll get better reviews.

Windows took about three months to make. From quote to install it was great. They called us to see if we would like to install the windows due to a back order on the screen door. So we paid in full for everything and now over a month later still waiting for the screen door. Yet there was never any mention of this when we placed the orders on the window or even during the process there was a back order. I called to get an update on the screen door and was pretty much told, We don't know when it will come in and that was it. I checked with our rep that sold the windows to us and said I need the call the office, which I have already done. We should have waited to pay for everything since technically the job is not complete, we might have gotten our screen door sooner. There also was no offer to refund the screen door or make accommodations until it comes in. Please make sure you get everything you pay for before you pay for it all.

Needless to say that was one of our worst days the windows took a while to get here Richard the salesperson is one complete liar the manager that I did call to try to rectify the situation claims to be a marine veteran guess what so am I even informed him of it... guess what the a****** left me behind to all Marines out there you and I both know we don't leave anyone behind and no I do not recommend this place stay away

We're big fans of Window World. We used them in San Diego and were really happy. Called the Phoenix location, got what we felt were good prices for several windows, and placed the order. They were able to install very quickly. The installation crew was great. We love our new windows and can't wait to be able to order more!

I am impressed overall with the windows I received from Window World. The install crew were efficient and timely. I appreciated how they took pride in making sure my house was clean of their debris. I am disappointed in the fact I was mislead when it came to tax credit I was advised I could claim. When I purchased the windows, the salesman made it a point to let me know that I could get a tax credit with their energy efficient windows. I purchased my windows July 2018 and had them installed September 2018. Come to find out while filing my taxes this year, this tax credit was eliminated in 2017. Our tax person advised companies were made aware of this, but still continue to promote this so called tax credit. I think it would be best to educate your sales reps to make sure they understand this is no longer an added perk when purchasing new windows. I understand you don't buy/upgrade to energy efficient products for the tax credit/write off, but I don't appreciate being provided inaccurate information.

Outstanding experience with Window World! They came out to present their windows. They came again to measure and I signed on the dotted line. Two months later all windows were installed by a team of professionals who were outstanding. They cleaned up after their work in each room and left behind sparkling new windows and a clean home.

I was impressed with their level of professionalism as I had three other quotes for windows [two from large stores and one from a small Phoenix based company ] and the products were not made in America. Also, the large stores hire out for installation --not what I wanted.

With Window World, the difference in price and quality were incredible. The fact that these windows are made in the USA, in Arizona for our Arizona climate was the most impressive factor... They are backed by Good Housekeeping and Angie's List so the reviews and recommendations spoke for the company and the quality of the windows. I am duly grateful to the team from Window World who made this year's summer a much more pleasant one given our heat humidity. My energy bill was significantly less this year as a result of the windows.

We've been upgrading our windows bit by bit over the last year and interviewed/had quotes from 3 companies before we started. We ultimately chose Window World and their representative Ryan because there was literally zero hard sell and the price was by far the best value. We didn't call them back for about 6 months after the initial quote as we saved for the purchase but he remembered me when I called and has been consistently courteous and professional. The windows are beautiful and I've definitely felt the difference in temperature within the house. The install team, Arturo and his father, were amazing, hard workers, friendly, considerate and great with my kids who were DEFINITELY in their way (3 boys!). In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for price, quality, professionalism and their great communication.. when I texted a question Ryan would call or text back almost instantly. It's obvious they value their customers and I'm happy to recommend them.

Love my new windows and sliding doors!!! Not only am I impressed with quality of the windows and doors, but the professionalism of the installers. Eddy and his crew arrived and swiftly began to install them. They were efficient and worked like very well oiled machine. Once installed they made sure no mess was left behind. Highly recommend this company.

When my windows were put in originally - 17 years ago by Atrium Door and Windows, they have had issues ever since. I got a quote by Anderson Door and Windows for $40K to 60K to replace the windows, so I thought I would never be able to afford new windows. Then Window World came over and gave me a quote. I saw their offer in the mailer and thought it was too good to be true. I ended up replacing 6 windows for $3Kish. The windows are more energy efficient than the last one ever were and look awesome! They no longer leak, let heat in, no longer foggy, broken, etc. 3 workers came over and replaced them in a couple hours. I had heard from previous reviews that my blinds would no longer fit, but they all went back into window fine. The one gripe, which is minor, is they didn't clean up as much as I would have liked, but I give them 5 stars!! They even caulked a patio door that they didn't install themselves and the crew was friendly, professional and efficient.

I was in the market for windows and got 5 quotes from different companies in the valley. Window World was the only company that broke down the pricing for everything, including, windows, labor, any upgrades, etc... I knew exactly what I was getting and it was in a contract. Most of the other quotes would not provide this detail.

Upon installation of the windows, there was a some trouble getting the frame off of my bathroom window and the installers accidentally broke several tiles in my shower. The installers and the management were very professional about the accident and they took full responsibility. Keith, the General Manager, made everything right and it was a smooth process from initial transaction to final project completion. Stuff happens and I get that, but you can judge the integrity of an organization by how they handle issues and accidents.

I love the look and the efficiency of our windows. I will be using Window World of Phoenix again when we are ready to upgrade the remaining windows and doors in our home. I would and have recommended Window World to all of my friends and family based on quality of window, cost, and the integrity of the organization.

We researched many window companies before going with Window World. We chose to go with Window World because of many neighbor recommendations and a very reasonable price not to mention their warranty. So, so happy we chose them! Our experience with them has been excellent! Their customer support is superb. Josue who helped install our windows made sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work of which we were. Our windows are beautiful, strong and our house is a lot cleaner now due to the windows! I wish there were more companies with as much quality and integrity as Window World.

I knew nothing about windows so I called eight different companies and had them come to my house to show me their product. I learned very quickly that almost all of the windows are the same more or less. Window world beat everybody's price by about $3,000 up front no BS. When my dog ate my screens I had no problem dropping off the frames and the company replaced them at no cost. Exceptional customer service through and through I highly recommend this company.

Windows were exactly what I ordered. Installers were on time, clean and professional. Showed me the features of the windows and cleaned up after they were done. Best price. Best quality. Best warranty. Best install.

The sales rep and office staff are great, the windows are good, but the installation was horrible. They got the foam on the walls around the windows and it pealed off the paint, they left my gates open, left debris on the ground, one of the windows would not even open, they unscrewed pipes that were attached to my house and just left them dangling, and did not even offer a walk through to check their work. I had to call the office to get them to send someone back out and fix their mistakes.

I never bought windows from this company but I was an employee of this company. While I was there as an employee they always try to go above and beyond ,we tried our best to meet everybody's expectations. Yes there were times where the manufacturer was delayed therefore we couldn't me some deadlines but it wasn't on us it was other third party vendors that delayed our orders which delay our orders with our customers.

I had all my Windows replaced with the blue tinted glass just like the Casinos have. Oh my God, what a night and day difference. I am so happy with my purchase even a year later. I tell my wife and friends all the time, this is one of the best purchases we have ever made. I live in Arizona, in the the summer I keep the thermostat at 77 during the day and 74 at night and my utility bill is now cheaper than what it was when running the thermostat at 82 during the day before I had the new windows installed. So yes I am very happy. The house is cooler and I save money even with having APS as a power supplier. Win win all the way around :)

We couldn't be happier! The experience from start to finish was superb. The salesman that came to the house was knowledgable and not pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and supply a final cost on the spot! The wait time while the windows were made was a bit long but appently they had hit a very busy time.... Summer in Arizona, not too surprising. The salesman was correct, the Windows were ready for install almost exactly 8 weeks to the day. The install tech, Aaron called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was extremely professional young man who clearly took pride in the job he was doing. He made sure that each of the techs competed the job to very high standards. He took the time to walk to each and every new window and ensure we were happy with the product and the installation. My home was left neat with each window washed and sparkling! I would highly recommend.

We used this company to install our windows about 1 year ago. The Salesman was very friendly and educated us on how to spend within our budget to get not the most but effective engery saving windows.
It was perfect. Three days later the company said he was no longer with them. Bummer.
Yesterday they came out to our daughters home which we are co- owners on.
the salesman was friendly but just wrote up paper work for all up graded windows no questions on what was in her budget or what kind of window. the price was $1500 more than what we paid. He assumed she wanted what we had put in our home plus a few upgrades without discussing the windows he picked out.
Her house required less windows .
We asked for referral discount or repeat discount , NO!
This company does not appreciate long term relationship with their customers or their customers referrals . No appreciation of having long term repeat clients or having generations of same family do business with. Very sad .
We are like family with our customers of 20 years and we always give back with gratitude to our clients that refer our salon and car business.

Sales person, Kirk, was great. Explained all features, took precise measurements, and windows arrived as expected - about 6 weeks later. The install went very well, and all my window coverings went back into place. I have read that some people were not so fortunate and had to replace the existing blinds, since the new window frames do take up more space than most existing windows. Looking back, I would make two suggestions. 1. I responded to an ad with a price for 7 windows, which coincidentally was the number of broken frames and/or non-functioning windows I needed replaced. While that WAS my main priority, I now wish I had asked for the price to have 4 more windows replaced, and possibly the sliding patio door. 2. I understood the frames would be larger than the existing cheap windows, but I now wish the sales person had told me exactly how this would affect my small bathroom window. It's roughly 11 high x 23 wide and had a full 9.5 x 21 of glass. The new windows have very wide frames, so there is only about 4 high x 17 wide of glass showing, and the bathroom is very dark now. Had I known this, I would not have had that window replaced and would have chosen one of the other windows to replace. However, all in all, a really good product with a really good transferrable warranty (for a small fee and some paperwork), and a very good price.

This company was hands down the best window company I have ever done business with. They covered all furniture, cleaned up after themselves and really did a great install. I am a general contractor and will definitely use them on all my projects!

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

Had Bill S. from Window World come to my house to give me an estimate. After looking over the windows Bill tells me that the seals have failed and all I really needed was to just have the glass replaced, not the entire window and frame! The previous window company that gave me an estimate last week, never told me about that option! Bill from Window World was professional and most important HONEST! If I ever need window replacement, Window World will be my choice thanks to salespeople like Bill Stoutenger!

Would have given 5 stars but windows were a month behind schedule what deserves 10 stars are the installation crew Aaron's crew 3 guys total removed 9 windows and installed 9 within 6 hrs 2 were extremely stubborn installs aswell solid product cant head any noise outside mind you I also live directly under luke air force base flight line extremely pleased so far

My patio door was installed with the handle/locking mechanism poorly aligned. I have to manipulate the handle to get it to lock. The installer also cut my tile, unevenly and without my knowledge, to install the door. When I mentioned it looked different at the end, the installer basically told me to caulk or regrout. He then produced a trim cover, when I mentioned the cut was uneven, wide, and concerning. I also have deep knicks in the trim I paid to have installed, and the installer stated the thick caulk lines around the trim would dry clear. The caulk he used dried white, indicating deceipt as he clearly used white caulk. I now have to spackle and paint the trim and repaint the wall as well as dispose of the trash they left at my gate. I guess I have to regrout the tile by the door as well. The company will refer back to their contract for all concerns related to poor installation, professionalism, etc. They do not take responsibility for their fails, which ends up costing the consumer more time and money in the end.

They were very wonderful and fast. Just one complaint. Shattered glass was left all around installation area in my backyard. I had to go pick it up by hand to prevent injury to my dog. Should be more mindful of cleanup when things shatter and animals live at the residence.

We bought a sliding glass door from them. We opted for the composite material. After placing the order, we waited 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks, to hear from someone about installation. At that point, we called the salesman -- who had urged us to be patient about installation -- to complain. We heard from an installer a week later.

When installed the panels overlap -- they door was not measure properly. Windows World and the installer both insisted this was normal which is of course ridiculous.

The door, while solid and of decent quality, is extremely difficult to open and close. The installer returned and said this is just how the door is designed...there's nothing that can be done. I have another call into have someone come out and look at the door.

We are about to start the process for replacing windows throughout our upstairs. Given our experience, we are not considering Windows World for this. There are simply too many competitors out there to give repeat business to them...

Had all 17 windows replaced. Very happy with entire experience. Salesman Guy was great, as were installers. Pricing was fair, with no gimmicks or hidden costs. Installation was quick, clean and easy. Would highly recommend.

The sales person did not communicate properly with us prior to the install . We were told there would be no problem installing new wimdows in our house. After the sub contractors were finished with the install we were left with 2 differnt types of windows not matching . The front windows in our houae look unfinished and differnt than the rest. When called to ask them.about whats the difference . The sales person told us to go to home depot and put up our own wood trim or have a stucco guy put another trim up for us. That if they were to put a trim up it would cost extra..never was this extra price ,difference in the windows discussed with us prior them selling us the windows Very unhappy with the end results for what would have been a pretty good set of windows other that that. I would never recommend them to anyone else or use their services again.

The windows are top quality and installation was professional and perfect. The real standout is Rebecca and her customer service. She blew me away today with her kindness - going way above and beyond anything I've experienced in a long time!!

I ordered a new slider, based on a friends positive experience with WW. Expectation was slider would be in quickly since few people ordering windows during COVID. Slider was ordered 4/22 and was to be installed 6/2 however when installers arrived the slider was the wrong size and for some unknown reason was custom made to a bizarre size despite my house having a standard 6x8 slider size. Some one should have caught this bizarre size either at ordering or procurement and questioned the size. Meanwhile we had other renovation projects planned that are held up because of this blunder. WW advised another 3 weeks for another slider to be manufactured. Not happy with WW due to the blunder and lack of ownership on WW part.

Had 11 windows put in, the gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable & didn't oversell, which was greatly appreciated, nothing worse than someone being too pushy. The windows are fabulous, really decreases the noise from the outside & it really has helped with the house not getting too hot.

Hidden fees. ......everything is an additional cost. You get the frame for $189. Low-E and argon gas $79 per window... $868. Fins to finish the windows $660. I don't need it finished...we are going to stucco. Insulation fee $89 per window.... $979
Have to have tempered glass $675.
By the time the nickel and dime you it's $6000. I went to home depot got excallent windows for $1200.

We had all of our windows replaced and a sliding glass door the salesman was great and the installers did a great job and the pricing was very good. We are very happy with our windows and would recommend window world to anyone who needs new windows or doors.

Sales man was great, knowledgeable and not pushy.

Installation crew was a bunch of pigs. Left debri and a pack of screws in my daughter's crib. Left cups and botttles of beverages all over my house. Also left my back gate open. After speaking with a reprsenative over the phone, who didn't seem too concerned about issues, not very happy. Use caution with install team.

I have used Window World for a Sliding Glass door and 4 window replacements. I have been very satisfied with their service and the quality of the product. The price is also quite a bit less than the big box Home stores. Very Satisfied

I called to make an appointment and even going out three weeks they were unable to find something that fit our schedule. Then they said it would be 6-8 weeks for install. The scheduler was cold and not friendly. If this is how they start the experience I don’t think I want to see what the entire experience is like. Especially after reading some of the other reviews.

We had our windows installed last year, no troubles, this year we came back from vac and had a broken window, again no troubles, Window World sent out technician Ron Ortegas. Excellent service and very professional. Thank you.

The Lady that answered the phone was very incompetent. I asked to receive an in home consultation, and she tried to give me an estimate over the phone and at the end told me she could be wrong and does not know. I again asked for an in home consultation to get an accurate estimate. She began asking me questions about the installation and what the home was made out of. I am a long haul truck driver, and I didn't make the house so there for I do not know what it is made of. She was really unprofessional and did not do her job well. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

Buyers beware!! Workers from this company are independent contractors who have unskilled workers on their crew and pay under the table. Sad that companies like this have found a loop hole in the system and it's homeowners that end up with the bill when one gets hurt on your property.

The salesman- Bill S. came to our home with an attitude. He was insulting, pointing out that my formal dining room table had dust on it- just before he tried to set his wheeled briefcase onto it!. Impatient and rushed, he resented answering any of our questions. Although the price was 60% of the quote we received from Renewal by Anderson, we wouldn't consider doing business with any company that he represented.

We had Window World replace our windows in September of 2016. We have enjoyed a lower cost in cooling our home and we don't hear as much outside noise as we used to. Very pleased.

We like the windows and the installation was done quickly and neatly.

Great to work with, Windows are perfect and the installation team was efficient and pleasant to work with.

One of their drivers was a maniac in Gilbert this afternoon. Gunning it at every light. Braking late. Had the nerve to honk his horn because I didn’t run a yellow arrow with no visibility into oncoming traffic. Driving well over 10 mph above the speed limit.

Still waiting on windows 16-18 weeks behind. They do not help nor provide update with order. First and last time I will deal with them. Would not recommend.

I have a patrimony house, due to financial issues we were not able to repair it time to time that's why its conditions was worse, had too much damages but thanks to you guys now my house looks like a new house, that's really great.

This company's website is so full of errors, misspellings, & sloppy punctuation the website is almost laughable. Makes you want to play a version of Where's Waldo finding the next stupid error! Suggest you hire a 4th grader to proofread it!

I am very disappointed with window world,The same technicians that are on the commercial are the same guys that did my installation.2 winters after the installation of 3 windows i found my rooms were colder than the previous years and utility bills higher.So i did some investigation and took the trim off my windows to find no insulation on the windows.When i called and they sent a repair tech he insulated 2 windows saying the 3rd was ok and not needing it. So i had to insulate it myself.The clicker in all this is that 4 YEARS LATER THE VINYL WINDOWS ARE TURNING A YELLOW HUE BECAUSE THEY CANT LAST IN THE ARIZONA HEAT.Never recieving an apology or a discount for my high utility bills I feel because we were speaking spanish at the time of the installation that we were hugely discriminated against a proper install and there fore a better review.thats right when you have to use the race card its a dam shame.But thats how it is with company that dont care about the extra added costs they made you have because of a unproper installation.Im glad i did not have them do my 7 other windows....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Not much inventory on hand. Research property window transporting and bring plenty of blankets, straps, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with Window World. We are extremely happy with the product, excellent quality and craftsmanship. Our sales representative Ace was great to work with, very knowledgeable and down to earth. The installation went very smoothly, Jose and his crew were awesome. They were very professional and extremely skilled at what they do. They were on time, thorough and did exceptionally good work.
Overall we are very happy with Window World . Our expectations were exceeded.

I’ve had terrible experiences with this company. I had a double sliding door installed with them and been hearing a clicking sound every time I close it. I’ve called three times and even had the installers come to my home and the vendors. Supposedly they’ve been putting “new orders” to have it replaced but it never gets done. I called today to check up on the order status from last month and was told that there was no order placed in the first place. Super frustrating. I’m tired of dealing with this issue and no one is taking responsibility. Look somewhere else if you’re looking to have some installation done to your home.
