We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

After having consistent issues with our 20yr old windows we decided replacing was the only option. We had several contractors provide quotes and decided to move forward with Freelite. Our decision turned out to be the right one. My wife and I are beyond happy with the quality of work and product recommended!

We had Freelite come and replace all the window in our home, and repair and old skylight. They were professional and did a great job with the install. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again for our next project in the future.

We have used Freelite for several years. We have 4 skylights on our patio, and another 3 for inside spaces in hour home. Recently we had a very old one replaced, and another one repaired. Quality product and people all the way. When its time to update our windows I will certainly be using them. I highly recommend Freelite to any homeowner.

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.

We had an excellent experience from order to installation - we had a very large 3 panel door that they did a really great job on - this home also has two corner windows that they special ordered and installed- the quality of all windows is great and the crew we had both times were professional, polite, accommodating and very nice. I got 3 bids and Freelite definitely was the best. Thanks!

Freelite handled our replacement windows for our home. We have very large, hard to come by windows and they were able to find a company to make them. Early on, there was a bit of communication difficulties with their independent salesperson, but easily resolved and never rude or dismissive. Prices competitive. Their install crew was super friendly, on time, neat, and answered as many questions as I could throw at them. They came to the house a few times before install to make sure the measurements were correct due to the size of the windows. Our install was only recently, but so far so good. Would use them again if we need more windows.

What an amazing expereince from begining to end! They are professional, responsive, patient ( I changed my mind a lot). They were not pushy, and listened to my concerns and made reccomendations. Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

My mom needed a new sliding patio door, and after contacting several companies, Freelite was the obvious choice. Every single person I had contact with at Freelite was friendly, helpful and went over and above. From Karen and Lorrie in the office, to Josh who did the estimate, to the installation team of Ivan, Tyler and Leo, each exceeded all expectations. Mom's door is beautiful and works perfectly after the team made sure every little detail was just perfect. If you need windows or doors, Freelite will not disappoint.

Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

I was originally referred to Freelite by another window company to replace a large skylight in our home. They did fantastic job! I called them a couple of years later to put in a small skylight in a bathroom. Both installations have been free of water leaks for over ten years now. They use the best materials available and have a knowledgeable, respectful team.

Chip Marvin and his crew at Freelite were a pleasure to work with. Dealing with Angel, Tiffany and Lori was very enjoyable and they never allowed the light atmosphere they created to overshadow their professionalism.

Our new front door and security screen door were beautifully manufactured. Though we had a few bumps during the process (scratched surfaces, ill fitting jam, an unavoidable delay of installation), in the end, every situation was handled responsibly, in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction.

We would highly recommend Freelite’s products and services to anyone looking for custom made, quality doors.

Great expierence getting my skylight installed. Wow does it look good!!!

Freelite replaced 7 windows for us. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The install crew was extremely conscious of taking care to avoid a mess. The clean-up was complete and the follow-up was very thoughtful.

Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

My home is nearly 30 years old with original windows. I recently replaced all 13 windows with Freelite and found the experience to be most favorable from start to finish. This was a sizable investment for me and a little scary but the Freelite staff and installation crew under Tony's direction made the entire experience smooth and efficient. I have already enjoyed the benefits of energy efficient windows, such as less outside noise, dust, and cold air drafts. Looking forward to energy savings this summer! I highly recommend Freelite.

This is the third time we have used Freelite for windows and skylights since we have owned our home. Great products and the installation on all projects was wonderful. We are so happy with all the projects. We strongly recommend Freelite!!

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

pricing on front door was good , as I had 3 different quotes. Install was done professionally and precisely as that was also supervised by an experienced installer. My front door looks and works marvelously!

We needed to replace an irregular octogonal skylight. Freelite provided us with a custom solution that they installed without any problem. All that for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. I would recommend them without any reticence.

A few empty promises. We went 7 months waiting for a window. They forgot to order that one...they ordered the wrong size....it will be there Friday...They meant Monday...

(Revised) We eventually got all of our windows and they fixed most of issues.

All the guys were great and really went out of there way to keep out home as dust free as possible:)

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Thank you again so much Freelite for making this so easy, I've never appreciated glass and windows so much!
