Best Window Installation Services in Phoenix, AZ

This business is shady, I called them for windshields replacement I gave them all information they asked for, to get right size glass. When I arrived, they didn’t even have the right glass. I had to wait for 2 hours. Plus their advertisements are lies. This was my first and last time coming here for service.

Had a small mirror cut. It ended up being to large to fit the frame. Had to take it back for adjustment. Finally got it.

Came here for a piece of custom glass for a media center that cracked. They were able to replicate the piece for a reasonable price. Drop off and pick up was a courteous experience, and I got the impression that they knew what they were doing. The turn around time was great, and the new piece looks good. I'd come here again.

Jordan was great! He called and gave me a 35 minutes away time, which I greatly appreciated. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It took less than 30 minutes from the time he pulled up. Was very efficient. My replacement looks great and will definitely refer anybody in the future to him. Thank you!

Drivers are not respecting others on the road. Your business has obviously outgrown your parking areas and are crowding the streets as they prepare for deliveries. Drivers are not using parking lights, they blind oncoming traffic with their headlight brights on. Walking in and out of traffic without looking at oncoming local traffic. Ths morning I was cut off on Roosevelt because the driver didn’t stop at stop sign. Please remind your drivers to share the road, slow down, and be safe. Thx!!

I highly recommend this place!! I'm horrible at remembering names but the receptionist was awesome!! She was so sweet, made me feel at home and explained everything so well. The guy who put my new window in also did an amazing job and was fast and efficient. He was very thorough with getting all the broken glass out as well. Everyone I came in contact with was super kind and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process. (:

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

Very HAPPY with windows installed by GK windows. The installers were amazing, very thorough and neat. Would highly recommend GK windows for anyone who are considering new windows.

Ordered and paid for a window. Provided the exact measurements for both the daylight side as well as the maximum size, very important considering there was no refund for bad measurements. Also chose a specific tint... 2 months later I finally had to call to see what was taking so long. The receptionist said oh... well we usually wait to order a window until we get half the money upfront. I explained I already paid for the whole thing and then Mario the gm said he was waiting to see if the temp window I order fit or not. Then he tried to claim it was my fault for not calling in sooner. I'm thinking they lost my measurements because they had to have a tech come out and remeasure Then they finally placed the order without discussing size or tint with me. Then they chose the tinting on their own just hoping I'd be happy with it. To be fair the window was cheap.
