Dependable glass has completed several projects for our company's corporate office in Phoenix. This project, we requested a large locking trophy case. We knew it would be a bit tricky because the wall to wall space is slanted. Elvis (John) came out, took the time to ask many questions on what we were envisioning, gave thoughtful advice on executing the plan, and took accurate measurements. Steve sent our quote within 48 hours and ordered the parts needed promptly. Elvis & Justin came out the following week to install. They were extremely professional, polite, and pleasant to have in the office. We will continue to use and recommend Dependable Glass as our go-to glass company.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

Beautiful windows and excellent service. It all began with Dustin and ended with the installers. Awesome job adding value to my home as well as efficiencies in heating and cooling.

I was in a bind in the middle of the night and the owner came out to assess the damage to have returned the next morning to start and complete the job the same day. For that alone I will always call this company first!! Thank you Tyrone!

I have used their services on numerous occasions where the seals failed on windows and patio doors originally installed by Atrium. Atrium is no longer in business in Arizona. They are dependable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services and have referred them to family and friends.
