A previous contractor had installed a new master bedroom
walk-in shower immediately prior to us purchasing our home. They did a very poor job with the glass design and installation. All the hardware was installed backwards and the glass panels were very unstable. Also, the shower door did not hang right nor fit tightly when closed. And, the sweep always came off because it couldn't clear the door sill.
So, we finally contacted Corena at True View and she, Wes and Derek correctly redesigned and installed all new glass and the associated hardware for the shower. Each of them were always courteous and professional and it was truly a pleasure to work with them. The end result was a beautiful, new shower, correctly designed and installed at a fair price. We are very pleased and proud of it.

In doing our initial exhaustive research we first found that True View has the absolute best window and door products for the money!

Also, we found that their team was caring, listened and respectful towards our specific budget and needs! Further they were very friendly, respectful, and provided excellent communication the entire way through!

In addition, while we did had a little issue with the our large glass door, they came right back out, made the necessary adjustments, part replacements, and got it right! It now looks amazing and slides nicely!

We will absolutely be using True View again and will certainly be referring our dear friends and family who need new windows and doors!

True View replaced a shattered glass slider and replaced three sets of rollers on our sliding glass doors. Excellent service by the office and professional installers. Brody and Ethan were our latest installers. Our one slider was very difficult to remove from the track but Brody and Ethan were persistent (and careful) and finally got it out in order to replace the rollers. They worked just as diligently to put the door back in place. Other installers may have given up. Good job guys! We have referred True View to neighbors.

True View recently installed new windows and sliders throughout our entire home. We went with a black vinyl Milgard and could not be happier with the end result! We were actually referred to True View from a home builder who recommended we work with Judd. Judd came to our home and gave us a great consultation. We met with four other companies and felt like True View was the best option for us. Our installers Art and his assistant were super courteous inside our home (repeatedly asking, can we work this area, can we come in, etc.). If you're looking for new windows, I suggest you reach out to True View and ask to meet with Judd.

From the first interaction with True View was nothing short of incredible. I don’t want to sound cheesy or anything but they were with me every step of the way sharing how they would be serving our sliding door. With terrific fair prices and professional staff, they are bar none the only company we will work with. Greg was the technician we were privileged to work with. He did all the installation and Greg was genuine, authentic, and very friendly. He even shared his talent as far as fixing the back gate leading to the job. Above and beyond service is what I’ve come to expect, and they deliver!

Ian & Matt were great They were professional and did high quality work. They were on scaffolding during wind and rain to get the job done as planned! They followed up with finish work and cleaned everything up. They even helped replace batteries in out blinds that operate on a remote. And the windows are awesome too! They are brighter, cooler and so easy to operate.

If you want your shower doors installed Perfectly , call on Wes and Brody! These guys did an outstanding job and were fun to work with. The bath was immaculate when they left, just as it was when they arrived to take on the install!

Repaired leak at sliding glass door. Had to reschedule due to weather and that delayed the project. Interior caulking performed by the flooring installer. True View only performed exterior caulking though price charged was for both interior and exterior caulking. Charges to our credit card have not been adjusted for unperformed work as of this date.

Addendum: after discussions with True View, they refunded the excess charges to better reflect the actual work performed. The refund was prompt and timely. True View demonstrated real professionalism in this matter and I will be using them again in the future and recommend them for your glass and door needs.

Brody did a great job. On time, work was efficient and clean. I’m very happy with the window replacement. TrueView was the only company I could find to replace my double panes windows, and they did a great job at a fair price.

Worst customer service reps. Just because your having a bad day doesn’t mean you take it out on your clients. I wish a manager would connect with me. If you need your windows done or to have a warranty inspection because you have warranty. Don’t bother with them they’ll never get back to you and take their bad attitudes out on their clients. The representative had a bad day and I get that but to then not respond and or forward to someone who can help. They instead ignore your emails. Please take your business else where. Don’t come here. The only reason is because our windows have warranty and water is spilling out of it, every time it rains. If we had a good installed window I wouldn’t be contacting you for a warranty inspection.

They replaced our shower enclosure. They removed the existing enclosure and installed the new glass. They did a high quality job. I was impressed with how carefully they measured it before the glass parts were manufacturered to ensure the fit. Then, they used a laser to ensure that the parts were installed precisely. They cleaned up the mess.

Robert and crew replaced all our exterior doors. The guys really worked hard and did a great job in two days. They installed new locks and deadbolts which I suppled (they were willing to re-use the old ones, but I supplied new.). New doors gave the house a nice cosmetic lift, as well as replacing our old and creaky 30 year old doors.

Called True View for an emergency repair due to vandalism on a weekend and after hours. Adam came out promptly and repaired the window. He was thorough and professional and did an excellent job. Thank you True View & Adam! You have earned our business and recommendations!

Very happy with my two new shower doors! We had shower curtains in two bathrooms and decided to upgrade. Just had 4 windows replaced by True View, and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. From the initial price quote to the post-installation follow-up phone call they made to make sure we were happy, we couldn't have been more satisfied.

Chad was great to work with on the front end. He's very knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions without being pushy, and worked hard to make sure he beat competing quotes. They were upfront about the extended wait times, so we were able to set out expectations appropriately. And when it came time for delivery and install, communication was top notch. Corey and Shawn showed up on time on the scheduled install day, and they worked efficiently to finish quicker than anticipated. Most importantly, the windows were installed perfectly without any issues, and they cleaned up after themselves. Two of the windows were in shower areas with tile running up against the old windows. We were worried about having to repair some of the tile work afterward, but Corey and Shawn somehow got the old windows out and new windows in without any signs of disturbance. I was amazed. Awesome job all around, and highly recommended!

I had a mirror come crashing off the wall in my hall bathroom one night and there was shattered mirror all over the bathroom and the hall outside the door. Dylan and Derek came and cleaned up the whole mess, measured for a new mirror, and the next week were here to install! Professional from start to finish. Customer Service is great! But Installer Victor Ramirez really went above and beyond to remove a broken window that was constrained by iron security bars. It was quite a dangerous task where he could have easily been cut by a piece of the glass. It was a tough job, but he refused to give up, and removed and replaced the old damaged window like a true craftsman. So thank you Victor! and True View. I highly recommend your company. Jeannine

On July 4, 2022 I tried to open a window in my bedroom and the window bottom half came out of the track. I was in a panic because it was 4 o’clock in the afternoon and I didn’t know what to do. I went on my phone and called another company whose name came up first and they were more interested in having me send pictures in order to get an estimate. I calledYour company and a very nice operator told me that she was sorry this had happened to me and would have a technician call me within five minutes. True to her word the technician called and was at my house within the hour to replace the window into the frame. The following day another skilled technician came back to my house and repaired the window. The service was outstanding and the technicians were professional, knowledgeable and reassuring.I would highly recommend your company to anyone needing any type of glass work. Outstanding job!

I had a window blow out at my home. I contacted True View at around midnight after another contractor never showed up to do the board up. True View's technician contacted me within a few minutes of my call and arrived 40 minutes after we spoke: Wow! He was fully prepared for the board up and was thoroughly professional. I had no qualms proceeding with True View for the window replacement and their window install staff delivered and installed the window on time.

Ian, Matt, Daniel, and one other worker whose name I can't recall were very good at their job and friendly as well. They even were friendly with my dog! Very responsive to questions I had. The company kept their promise of installing the 7 windows in 2 days. Big crew and consistent. Only one snafu: an window exterior sun screen was taken as trash. Watch for or anticipate such a mishap.

Full custom master shower glass enclosure with doors. Massive project - awesome finished project! Matt, Wes, Andrew, Victor and Ethan - did amazing work on install - especially considering the size and complexity (8’x6’, 2x 6’x3’ and 2 custom doors). This company also did our other 2 simple tub/shower enclosures with perfect results. HIGHLY recommend!

I would not hesitate to recommend True View Windows to anyone. The price was reasonable and the two windows were installed in just a few hours. They also diagnosed what was wrong with the old window (it leaked because the builder never put flashing around the window) and they really were professional. The next day they fixed the stucco around the window and it looks better than new. Very pleased!

My entire experience with True View (from first contact to work completion) was nothing less than exceptional. We had a leaking window. I had several companies come out to give a cost for replacement. The gentleman that came out was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They sent a tech to come out and take measurements and collect the 1/2 down deposit. It took about 3 1/2 mos for the window to come in due to Covid delays. The job was done quickly and they subcontracted with two other companies for drywall and stucco repair. It was done within the week. I would recommend this company.

We had whole house window replacement through True View 2 years ago, and were completely satisfied. Last month we had a problem with a failed window latch and a technician supervisor named Robert came out and assessed the situation and had a repair team here within hours to repair the window. A week or so later another technician in the shower door department named Saul came out to look at our shower door which I thought needed some adjustment. Every person I have dealt with in this company, including the office personal I spoke with have been unfailingly responsive, courteous, and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you True View.

We had True View replace 5 windows on our 20 yr old home. Even though they had to be custom ordered they arrived a month ahead of the quoted time.

On Dec. 1st., Cory, Shawn, Charles and Carlos arrived on time and got right to work removing our old windows. No easy task as they needed to have stucco bump outs removed first.
All members of the crew were very polite and professional and in just a few hours all of the new windows were installed. Before leaving they cleaned up all the mess they had to make and took it with them.

The following day Hector and his crew arrived and completely replaced all the stucco bump outs, and cleaned up after themselves. They too were polite and professional.

From the initial estimate done by Chad to the final installation work, the employees at True View were polite and returned calls and e-mails promptly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use True View in the future.

Used True View for the first time today. Had an issue with the lock on our sliding glass patio doors, it would not lock. Wes Taylor was the tech who came out. All communication was great before his arrival. He came in looked at the problem and in less than 15 minutes had our issue resolved. Wes was prompt, professional and honest. We ordered Milgard bronze aluminum double pane replacement windows from True View. We love the windows, especially the arched windows in the front of the house. They are all beautiful! So many neighbors have complimented us on them. Chad was our salesman and was extremely patient and responsive with providing timely answers to the numerous questions we had and in working out some unusual window issues. The workmen were very professional, concerned about quality to get the job done right the first time, and they cleaned up the area beautifully. We definitely recommend True View!

Crew that showed up to install we completely professional, Windows are exactly as ordered, installed perfectly and everything is cleaned up. Today was the second time I had True View out to repair my windows. They've replaced the balancers on a couple windows now and I'm so impressed with their service. Getting a quote and scheduling the repair is easy and everything was made very clear to me. Today Victor came and completed the repair and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and professional. Just had a seal break on a glass pane in our sliding patio door. True View Windows and Glass came out to measure and had it installed in short order. Robert, Jeremy and their crew were here at 7:15 on the 5th. They fully explained their installation plan and methods. The entire crew was very professional and courteous and all were willing and able to answer any question we had. We consider the crew to be true craftsmen, justifiably proud of their work. They cleaned up at the end of each day’s work. The crew arrived at 7:15 each day and finished the entire job before noon on the 7th, a day and a half early. The final clean up and walkthrough were thorough. We would recommend True View without hesitation.

Greg was super helpful, professional, and quick. Prior to contacting True View, my team reached out to several other companies that provide emergency service. None of them were able to assist us. True View was able to met our needs that day but also within the hour.

I have now had two incredibly positive experiences with True View. My window replacement project started right as covid was in full swing. I needed windows and glass doors replaced at my parents house but they were not comfortable with people and germs entering their house. I reached out to several window companies asking for basic ball park quotes without an on site visit and Chad Carlson with True View was the only salesman who understand and accommodated the request. Sold. The install was amazing and my parents couldn’t be happier.

After that positive experience, I asked Chad to quote replacing my house. He did and even clocked hours on the weekend to get me the info which was much appreciated. I was ready to go but my husband wanted second opinions. So we called out two other local companies who insisted on an in home visit for the estimate, which turned out to be hours long sales pitches. Not only did Chad do everything I asked, but he was also the best price in town! Our windows were installed two weeks ago and they not only cut out all the street noise that kept me up all night, they also keep the upstairs cool during these 115+ days!

We chose this company because neighbors used them and the employee we met was friendly and very helpful. We hired them to do a glass shower door install and large beveled mirror install. The installers were GREAT and what they installed are WONDERFUL We are pleased with that. BUT, the office staff seemed unorganized, didn't own up to dropping the ball and lacked good customer service. They didn't place the order after I had paid the 50% d'pmt and said I hadn't paid until a later date. I had the emailed receipt with the date on it so was able to remind her. Ofc staff didn't return my phone calls and I had to follow up on the order. When I shared our experience with a different office person, she took over but the initial contact and the scheduling person went MIA, didn't take calls or return them. But to give the installers and the product credit, they are great.

Brody and Saul arrived on time; they were very clean and professional. I am pleased with the job done.

Bob Burkhart came to fix our sliding doors and installed new window. He was very professional. He made sure we were satisfied with the job before he left.

Exceeded my expectations and professional throughout. Initially inquired about replacing sliding patio door, ended up replacing all our home's windows as well. Everything was as promised: lead times, quality, install, support was all fantastic. Special thanks to Mike DeMore, and our install team Jacob and Robert. The difference from 60's single pane windows to these is just incredible. Worth every penny.

We had originally called true view on June 21st to replace a door window. They came out for measurements which consisted of using a tape measure to get the height, length, and width of the missing window, which cost $69.95. We were told we would have an estimate in 24 hours (they came out on a Thursday). After not hearing from them all day Friday we called Saturday and were told they are closed unless it’s an emergency so they couldn’t help us. Finally on Monday we received the estimate. The estimate was fair so we decided to move forward, even though the fact that we were charged $70 for a simple measurement we could have easily done ourselves was concerning and the delayed estimate was a sign of things to come. They were booked out weeks so the earliest we could schedule the installation was July 30, more than a month after our original call. I took the day off work without pay to be home for the installation. When True View arrived we were informed that the window they had was 3/4 inch thick and we needed 1/2 thick. After the tech explained he can still put the 3/4 thick glass in, it will just ruin our wooden door, he recommended we wait for the 1/2 thick glass. Because the installation was on a Friday, the company will not receive the notes of the installation until Monday according to our customer service rep Lisa. Then they will have to reorder the glass and we will again have to wait weeks for an installation and again have to take a day off work. We would highly recommend using another company.

We got three estimates on our whole-house window replacement, and True View was the lowest. Normally, I'm a little leery of choosing the lowest bidder, but our neighbor used True View and was very happy, so we went with them.

We are *extremely* pleased with our decision to go with True View. There were perhaps more thermally efficient windows available, but on a cost-benefit basis, there is not a better deal to be had, in my opinion. We had 15 windows to replace on a two story house, four upstairs and 11 downstairs. Nick's team got it done in three days. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. They were meticulous in their installation technique. They were also very accommodating as we are also having our kitchen cabinets replaced at the same time.

The True View team really made this a painless process, our house is more comfortable, we got rid of our sun screens so we have more light, I expect my utility bills to be lower, and the outside noise has been cut way down.

Bought a new bay window and had it installed in January of 2020. Now, it's pulling away from the outer wall and is collecting moisture between the panes. Called Truview today to have it fixed and they tell me I have to go to Milgard--they refuse to even come out and take a look. Went to Milgard and they need a warranty. I can't register it for a warranty without the sales order number that Truview used to Milgard. Buyer Beware!

Matt, Ian, Able, Gabe we very clean, paid attention to details, friendly. I had 5 windows and a sliding glass door put in. They did a great job!

These guys came to our property three times to fix a sliding glass door handle. They failed miserably to the point of being incompetent. The end result was the door still does not lock. I paid their overpriced billing of $295 to avoid a collection issue. These guys are terrible, and I will never use them again!

Overall great experience because some employees are fantastic. Melita, who scheduled the appointments was wonderful to deal with. Very professional, efficient and helpful. However, the guys that came and measured did not seem very skilled. When the next team came to install the windows, they adequately replaced three windows, but a fourth window was too large and they had to put the broken window back in until a new one could be ordered. They taped it with obvious blue tape. It was a front window and we were having a reception. I requested them to replace the tape with clear tape which they returned and did. Melita was very helpful getting this taken care of. This morning, more than a week later, the fourth window was replaced. Greg and his partner were very professional and helpful. They even went (without me saying anything) and checked the other windows and cleaned them up a bit just to make sure we were pleased. I would definitely use this company as long as I got Greg and his partner...and Melita was planning it.

Our experience with True View was excellent. Not only were they by far the most reasonably priced for installation but they were reliable, efficient and careful. Chad answered all my questions, and was very helpful. They focused on the job I needed done and didn’t try to sell me more than what I wanted at the time! I needed to replace dual pane panels that had failed and to fix a window that would not open. Cody and Adam came and gave me an estimate. I was impressed with Cody's knowledge. We had our patio glass replaced. They came out and gave us an estimate. They also told us upfront that it would take 3 weeks for the glass to come in. At 2 weeks, I called and we set up a delivery date and time. Derek and Dillion came out. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. We would definitely use them again.

One of my windows got broken, so I called True View. I got someone on the phone right away and got a rough estimate for repair. They sent someone out the next day to measure and get the replacement window ordered. The installation went well and I was able to pay over the phone with credit card. This is my second time working with True View, and I have been happy both times with their service.

My HOA contacted this company to come out and assess my window issues. I scheduled a 1st morning appointment, arranged my work schedule (losing pay) and they were a no show. I called and someone in their company took it upon themselves to reschedule the appointment without notifying me. I rescheduled to another first morning appointment (lost pay), and again they were a no show. When the HOA insisted on a 3rd attempt, the company decided that they could not accommodate the home owner and declined the business. Save yourself the aggravation and use a company with integrity that wants the business.

I had 4 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced in my home. I worked with David Kulish and his team. Everything went beautifully and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The promised time frames were met, status updates were emailed or text to me and the installers (Leo & Ray) arrived on time and seemed to be genuinely concerned with my happiness. I was having difficulty find a company or contractor to install glass block windows in two bathrooms at my home when I came across True View. My sales person immediately said they could help and within a few days an estimator was at the house. They were almost $900 less expensive than other quotes and much quicker to schedule the work than the other companies suggested they were able to do. The installers were friendly, cleaned everything up and that was followed by the Stucco guy who was their later that afternoon and it was all done in one day and under my budget. I highly recommend True View!

I contacted Chad for a quote on replacing all our home’s original single-pane windows and glass slider. Chad was very quick to respond and scheduled an onsite visit for measurements. He provided us quote with a few different options of brands & styles and answered all our questions around their differences. The office team was also very nice and scheduled us with Mario for installation. Mario was great and worked meticulously to ensure everything was installed properly. Without the proper installation of the window/slider, you will not reap the benefits of their energy savings. The windows and slider look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff and great price.

Replaced entire back oversized sliders. The BEST service, quality and installation ever. They worked with me to give me the best price. They came on time to measure. Doors came 3 weeks early and they installed a few days later. The service installers were polite, professional and a joy to have working in my house. The install was even better than I expected. No exterior or interior damage for me to deal with. And cleanup was spotless. Great sales, service and office personnel. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Couldn't be more pleased.

We were referred to True View (TV) by some friends and decided to use the company to replace 24 windows in our home. If you are considering TV for window replacements, I encourage you to read our experience below before making the investment of your time and money with this company.

Up front we will say, we would not hire TV again or recommend them to anyone.

Now that our window project is finally complete we can say that we are mostly happy with our finished product - there are some minor scratches and quirks that, quite honestly, we are too exhausted to work with TV to repair so we are looking past them. I've outlined our experience at each step of the process below, the installation and timeline is really where our 2 star review is coming from.

The sales rep, Mike, came out to measure and discuss options with us. Overall, it was a great experience. They provided us with numerous pricing options, which we appreciated. We settled on middle-grade Aluminum Milgard Windows with a Low E coating.

After we put down a 50% deposit, a second technician came for final measurements. This tech was SUPER helpful and even discussed some changes we might want to make to enhance the views and functionalities of our new windows. We were super grateful for his insight and made those changes - we are happy we did.

INSTALLATION
Our 3-day install ended up taking 6 months to complete and getting TV to finish the work was like pulling teeth. It became very apparent that they company over-schedules and is inadequately staffed to complete their jobs. Here are some of the biggest challenges we faced during installation:

- Day 1 our property was littered with trash. They also used one of our planters as an ash tray which led to us discovering smoldering soil that evening.

- At the end of the 3 days our installation was not complete. Until they could get us scheduled to complete the job, each window had a 0.5-1 inch gap to the outside (contrary to what we were told during the sales process) resulting in an ant infestation in our bedroom and a constant running AC in the AZ summer.

- 6 of the window panes they installed had to be re-replaced due to shattered glass, chipped corners, and loss of seal. Additionally, at least 2 windows were installed with the Low-E coating on the wrong side and had to be flipped.

- The glazing bead was bubbling or completely falling off on most windows. Fixing this took the most amount of time as they kept arriving without enough material even though it was mentioned multiple times and they measured many times for it.

- We had 6-8 visits to our home by TV and 2 visits from Milgard for warranty issues. At least two times the TV crew arrived without the right materials or the manpower to move the large panes of glass. This was frustrating as we rescheduled several other workers in our home and made plans for our dogs to be out of the house.

- The installation crew was different almost every time. This made context difficult as we had to re-educate each crew on the issues they had come to solve.

SUPERVISORS/MANAGEMENT
The customer care team heavily gate-keeps management.

We initially worked with our project supervisor, Robert, to address some of the challenges. We were told many times that he couldn't be contacted because he was out on a big job making us feel undervalued. He was impossible to get ahold of.

Towards the end of our project we worked with Rhika who ended up seeing our project through to the end but it took about 4 months to finally get someone who had that ability and even then we still had issues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Overall, the customer service team was helpful. I'm sure they deal with a lot of frustrated clients and have many challenges that are out of their control. Debbie and Kathy may be the only saving graces of this company. While they couldn't always solve our issues in a timely manner, they did listen and follow up with us which we appreciated.

I recently had to replace all windows in a small condo. I called for an estimate and Chad Carlson set up the appointment. I was given several options and after selecting the windows I would use Chad set the order up. Windows arrived completed even quicker than we thought they would. Installation set up was a breeze and on the designated day the installers arrived on time (actually a bit early) and quickly went to work. I was pleased with their professional attitude. The finished product was exactly what I expected and the customer service from first appointment to final installation was excellent. I would recommend Chad Carlson and True View Windows.

Highly recommend this company and Wesley, the technician. We had a shower door that was installed incorrectly and Wesley came, figured it out and adjusted it properly. He was prompt and even called beforehand to tell me when he would be here. I also like that this company responds to text messages, which to me is very efficient.

Waited 2 weeks to get person on site to measure shower enclosure.
I was told 10 days to fabricate. no one called with install date.
now its been 30 days since measured. I am told glass still not available from who True View buys it from. latest date to install was set for May 1st. I called dispatch at to confirm installers arrival. I was told that date was only set just in case the glass does come in. Dispatch scheduler wanted to know if i wanted to cancel the May 1st date not knowing if the glass would arrive to them or not? way weird. All I know is every time I cancel there suggested install date and there is no show it takes me 10 additional days to get my demo crew back to complete the rest of the bathroom demolition.The shower has to be finished completed for me to proceed with other work. If there is any one listening at True View that cares that would be a blessing. Carl White

If you want honest people, who care more about your business and doing things right than making a quick buck, these are your people. Melita in the office was great. Friendly and fast and easy to work with, but Carl, the technician was amazing. The buyer of my house thought the master bedroom window was sticking and would not lock. We came and tried it and it did lock fine, but called anyway at buyers request. Carl could have stuck us with a new window, but he was honest and said no, there was nothing wrong with it. It is just heavy as it is so tall and double pane and a little hard to close because of that. He adjusted the rollers and cleaned the track. Get this. They did not charge us! When does that ever happen? Don't bother calling anywhere else. These are the real deal folks.

TrueView replaced 28 windows for me with the Tuscany retrofit Milgard window. The windows are beautiful, work very smoothly and look great. I can highly recommend True View. My salesperson Chad was absolutely wonderful. When he didn't know the answer to something, he would check on it and let me know right away. We had some mix up on the sizing of the larger windows and there was a delay in the schedule. Chad kept me informed on the progress at all times. The installers were wonderful, too. The only problem I had was with the scheduling department where they were not as flexible as one might expect. Overall the job was well done and I am very satisfied.

Very pleased with our new windows. Windows look great. Very affordable. Our installers were on time, efficient, and cleaned up after they were finished (it was a rainy day and we have hardwood floors, so they left a lot of footprints as they went in & out of the house). We only replaced a couple of windows for now, but will definitely call True View when it's time to replace some more windows.

True View kind of got stuck in the middle of a big mess with our multi-panel sliding door after one panel was shattered while building a pool. We were their first customer with a broken panel on one of these giants so it was a learning experience for everyone! There was a problem with the first replacement piece and even though I know Jamie wanted to run away and change his phone number, he didn't. He went above and beyond to find a solution for us. He called me almost daily to keep me informed on the progress he was making in finding a reliable glass source for this size window. He brought an entire crew of techs to the house today and replaced the glass. It looks great, it works great. Jamie and his crew even found some other issues with our door that we hadn't yet noticed. It is a brand new house so now the ball will be in the builder's court. As far as True View goes, do not hesitate to hire them for your job! Everyone in the office is professional and courteous. True View is really a great, customer-oriented business, which is rare these days. A+++!

True View Windows is fantastic! I contacted them for a quote on sun screens for a patio door. Just a small job but I was treated like it was a really big job. I spoke with Debbie who sent someone out to measure within a couple of days. They sent a quote immediately and installed a couple of weeks later. Debbie was awesome to work with.

This company is very responsive, my problem is they replaced some broken windowsills and didn't replace the rubber weather stripping. The tech just left it hanging loose so that the window looked like it was falling apart. I called the company to complain and they said that they didn't have replacement weather stripping because the window was to old and usually they apply a silicone beading to the old weather strips but the tech didn't have any silicone so he just left it hanging very loose like that. My problem is that this tech obviously doesn't take pride in his work and now has to make a second trip out to my property to finish the job properly because leaving it the way he did was not proper. PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW

UPDATE: The very day I posted my review I was contacted by True View Windows and they were concerned enough to fix the issue. I have now changed my review to 5 stars because being in the customer service industry myself I understand how important it is to correct my opinions especially when it involves companies that care. I am now a very satisfied customer. Is this not the kind of companies you want to do business with????

True View window replaced an oversized large dual pane storefront window for my business. Due to a scheduling issue on their part, my replacement window was delayed in being installed. After voicing my frustration with the delay, the team at True View worked with me to make acceptable accommodations to remedy the issue. My new window was replaced soon after and I am very happy with the results of both the window install and the management/team at True View.

Working with True View was an easy and pleasant experience from start to finish. We love our whole house of new windows! The crew was clean, friendly and professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended True View to friends!

On March 31st I sent an inquiry through True View's website asking if they do diagnostic tests on glass windows. My son's second floor bedroom is hot even in Arizona winter months. They responded that they do for $59.95 and my appointment was scheduled for April 12th. The tech came and tested the windows, not providing any feedback on what he was doing or the results. The final result is good, but it took months of waiting, remeasuring, failed installation, etc.
The main person of contact did not communicate well. Before paying, I asked several times for a rough drawing of their proposal, and they said that it would be provided. It was never provided. I asked for pictures of examples, and it was like pulling teeth to get them.
The location was measured twice before installation. When they installed it, part of the job didn't fit (the door could only open about 2/3rds of the way before the inside of it ran into the wall). They had to come back and remeasure, which means another couple weeks on the schedule. On the day of the appointment they called to say that they were on their way, but much earlier than the appointment window. It was during a time where I had something else scheduled. I asked if they could wait for the appointment time, and they assured me that they would be done before the conflicted time. I later got a call from their office that said because I rushed them, they missed some measurements and needed to remeasure. Just too many of those unfortunate circumstances throughout this process.
Each visit was separated by weeks of downtime because even when they made a mistake, they did not prioritize us on the schedule.
So I am of two minds. On one hand, the job is done and looks good... on the other hand, it took forever, was a very painful process, and it wasn't cheap. I am however a big pushover, so I would imagine most other people becoming enraged before the end of this whole process.

We had emergency service when our patio window broke. They were out to board-up the same day, measured for a replacement window and exactly two weeks later replaced the board with a new pane of glass. We were referred to True View by another glass company which couldn't provide us with emergency service. We were very pleased with everything and are proud to recommend True View.

I've used True view in the past and was relatively happy until today. Had a rock thrown through a tenants window and my first call was to them. Their service call fee was $495. I confirmed that was just the service call fee and not the glass install fee. She confirmed that was correct and that the technician would confirm the glass fee while on site. Their fees have become outrageous and I will be using other glass companies from now on.

The two installers did a great job on the 23 windows and sliding door i purchased. Vincent, the sales rep, was also really great. I got multiple quotes from other companies and frequently was asked where my husband was, or that he needed to be involved in this process. Some didn't even bother measuring my windows. I probably drove him a little crazy with my calls and text. Overall though, I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciated the service.

I love this group. Like so many people, I thought I would need total window replacement in my 30 year old home. True View repaired the windows and replaced need double pane glass and repairedm our sliding door. I love the windows that were replaced. And it was a fraction of the cost of replacements.

I recently contracted with True View to replace 2 sliding glass doors. I found their technicians to be friendly and they completed the job as planned. True View has done several window/door jobs in my neighborhood and those people are happy with the service as well.

I had a negative customer service experience in dealing with True View Windows & Glass. A small component (locking-latch) on my sliding glass door that True View installed for me a few years ago broke.
First issue: When contacting True View, they directed me to the manufacturer, even though I have no relationship with the manufacturer, and set manufacturer has been purchased by another company. Upon calling the manufacturer, they referred me back to True View as they were the company I bought the product from. True View opened a warranty claim, and referred me back to manufacturer. Manufacturer referred me back to True View. Back and forth, fun…
Second issue: While the part (and labor) is covered via Warranty, True View neglected to tell me that it would be 3+ weeks for a repair. True View blamed the manufacturer of the door for this delay, even though True View boasts a “24-hour service” on their website.
Third issue: When asking True View to have their technicians perform the repair themselves, and me saying that it was a security issue for me to be unable to lock my door, they said that I would have to wait for the manufacturer. I asked them to fix by a set date as a final deadline, and if they did not, that I would be sharing my frustrations. I also asked to speak to the owner or manager, and the agent took my name/phone, but I never got a call back. Instead, I got an email from someone telling me to “not threaten me, my co-workers or this company with what you will do if you don’t get your way in the time frame that you feel is reasonable” NOTE: I never threatened anyone, I simply wanted to give True View a chance to resolve an EASY customer service issue, and probably a 10 min repair job. Instead, they turned around and made me feel like I was to blame for True View’s lack of service.
I originally bought from True View, at a higher cost, based on the service that I expected to get. Instead, I got no service, I simply got “the run-around”, and a 3+ week delayed service (from a 3rd party) for a simple repair job. Be aware before you buy.

We would recommend True View Windows & Glass to everyone. Our crew, Jason & Ryan, were reliable, professional, competent and efficient. They arrived on time, worked hard and always left a clean site .

What a great experience. I recently had all of my houses windows replaced by True View Phoenix. It was a major project due too the fact that I live in a glass house. From the preliminary meetings, to the spec’ing of the materials, to the manufacturing all the way through installation, the True View team was professional and timely. Carl, Amanda and Ben where the leads on my project each of them where professional and understanding of the requirements of my project. Would definitely use True View again and highly recommend them.

To be honest I was too busy to bid out shower guys and went with True View based on yelp. Being new to AZ we are finding it very difficult to find anyone to work on the house or the pool. The ones we have, horrible.

However our experience with True was fantastic. They were very attentive, respectful and the custom door looks fantastic! They even cleaned up after the install - something our other contractors fail to do.

True View Windows and Glass saved the day! Their experts discovered that an entryway surface where we wanted to install a glass top was completely uneven on all sides. [Instead of 2 by 6 on all sides, it was more like 2 3/4 feet, 2 1/8 feet, 5.5 feet and 5 3/4 feet] At that point, we thought with such a one-off wonky job, the project was not possible or realistic. Their sales representatives and technicians said it was possible, they took the time to help us select an appropriate finish and shade for the glass, their experts returned with the glass and installed it and created an amazing and finished upscale look that we were hoping for. During their estimate visit, the experts also saw that we had a makeshift covering on a west facing patio window and suggested various ways to help with the heat and the glare. It was not a 'one size fits all hard sell - it was an it's possible and said we could do it this way or here's another way to help with the heat and the glare. We received bids, made our selection and then scheduled a single installation for both products. We are extremely impressed with the quality and level of service True View Windows and Glass provided our family.

I had a window replacement done towards the end of my last trip to PHX upon my return I found TVG had installed a piece of defective glass. They refused to even come down and take a look at it, mentioning it was passed their warranty date, I went back and forth with Corena several times by email, they refused to have anyone call me on the matter. This was one of 5 projects they did in my home. Very poor customer services. This is the 2nd house I have used them on..... and the last considering the way they handled this matter. Once they have your money BEWARE!!!

From the first call I made asking about the retractable screen product as well as the follow up e-mails, on-site estimate and installation was handled by helpful and courteous staff. In particular, Celina guided through all of the paperwork process and the Dwayne installed the product like he was working on his own home making sure the job was done right!

I have been working with this company since April on a window & door project. I understand there was a glass delay due to covid, however we have had nothing but issues since the glass has been put in. Every time I speak to a representative I get a different answer. Now they want to charge me $200 to install a screen that was already included in my original quote! Will not call this company again.

I called True View after my storm door glass shattered into a rain of shards due to a rock that got kicked up during mowing. I called and scheduled an appointment. The installer showed up on time, took the measurements, cleaned up some of the excess glass that I had missed. The office took 50% down payment over the phone to order the glass, it was in their office 10 business days later, they showed up, installed and life is good again. Simple, fast, responsive, on time, and services as promised. It doesn't get easier than this! Cross posted to Yelp.

I have an old patio glass door that needed some new rollers and maybe also replace a bad track. I had first called around to get pricing and it was all over the place. I got a hold of True View and was told by a very nice customer service rep that it would be $255.00 rollers and $65.00 track to do the job and that it required 2 people. This estimate was $150- $100 less than that of 3 other competitors. On the day of the install I was given 11 am- 4 pm window. I received another call letting me know that they were on there way. About 15 min later and at 12:30 pm I met the two guy's. Zach and his partner were very professional and explained everything and that it would be about an hour. I was impressed by these guys they did a good job and then some. I can actually close it using my pinky ! I appreciated the job True View had done and it saved me from having to replace the whole door.

David is a wonderful glass repair guy and did everything he could to fix my window he is truly an artist. Sierra was also so much help making sure everything was good with the window and keeping company with conversation. Great customer service. My forever glass place.

Excellent service. They came on time period only problem was it Lee problem was that I noticed a slightly bent frame while installing a replacement window and and they could not find a replacement latch for my windows which was disappointing.

I would like to address both the price and quality of the work performed at my new house.

First of all, I had multiple companies come out to my home to see what work needed to be done and provide me with a quote. Of the companies, True View Windows & Glass provided the lowest price, yet they still gave me a comprehensive explanation of what they would do to my sliding glass door, windows, and shower. When I mentioned a glitch on some windows that another company had discussed with me, this company explained how the problem would be addressed, making it clear that it was not much of a problem at all.

I had a strict time frame that I had to work with, due to the type of renovation loan I had for these repairs. True View was able to make and install glass and/or screens on thirteen different windows and one sliding glass door in just two weeks.

What impressed me even more was the quality of the work. I was particularly pleased with what they did to my shower. My shower was comprised of outdated obscure glass, and I wanted to switch it out with clear glass. The old glass was four different sizes, and one was oddly shaped. They swapped out the glass in a matter of hours, and it looks so much better now.

I have absolutely no complaints about this company. Their employees are reasonably priced, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled.

About 2.5 years ago, my experience with TruView was excellent. The gentlemen who installed my 2 bathrooms seamless glass enclosures was top notched. The courteous gentlemen arrived on time, they delivered the job and made sure everything was clean when they were done. They were very professional. They came back again for another item but again, the gentlemen were very professional and very nice.

I know for any glass needs of any type, True View would be company I would use for any work because there is no guessing of what you will get.

The sales team (a loud shout out to Corena) were awesome making sure there was constant followup. Well, almost 2.5 years later (today) I had some of my documents lost/damaged and had to go back and ask a few Vendors for a copy of my bill back in the fall of 2016. Well, all I did was leave a message in the evening with TrueView's answering service and then in the morning I had it in my inbox. Amazing.

Very poor customer service. I will never recommend to anyone. My wife and I are purchasing a home on Carefree HWY and currently live in Gilbert. After telling the schedule department about my 1 and a half hour commute to meet them they still gave us a 5 hour window. I waited all day and the tech was over an hour late. So yes, I stood in an empty house for 6 and a half hours. The tech only did half the inspection. He was supposed to measure for sunscreens and windows that need new seals. Did not measure for sunscreens at all said it was late and would have to come back. When I scheduled on Tuesday I had told the schedule department that this was a home purchase and I would need the report by Saturday at the latest due to my 10 day inspection period. I was assured this would be no problem. Today is Wednesday of the next week, they just called and said the report is almost ready. I reminded the sales person that they said the report would be to me no later than Saturday. She responded, “we are not open on Saturday.” I told her I was just trying to understand why I didn’t have my report when promised and why the inspection is still not complete as no one has measured for solar screens. They still asked for my $59.99 inspection charge for an incomplete and late inspection report. I could not believe what I was hearing. Then she told me not to worry about the charge they are to busy for my nonsense.
Really, “my nonsense.” I have lost the right to ask the seller to make these repairs. The tech stated the repairs could be upwards of $3600.00. This is $3600.00 that will now have to come out of my pocket because True View glass showed their colors!

Lou took the time to let my big boy get to know him and by the second time Lou walked in my front door, my dog was done barking at him ... We have used True View Windows & Glass as a Contractor for small items. While we do not have Very large projects that would give them thousands of dollars we feel that the level of services should not be cheated. True View gave us a 5 hour window and did not call to let us know they were going to be late for the job. We were told that the tech could fix the glass onsite as this is a double pane window with grid. The tech arrived told us the price which was OUTRAGEOUS in price. Not only that we were told it would be 10 to 14 days for the replacement section. The price they gave us we could have orderded a brand new entire window for less! We told them that what the deal was before they even came out! Someone could have taken 10 min to come by and do this instead of giving a 5 hour window then telling us they were on their way 2.5 hours into the window then not showing up until 45 min after the window with no call! The managment was quick to blame us and was not willing to take any responsability. It is important to takecare of your customers regaurdless of how much they spend as we all are just as vital as the next. We feel True View Let us down and is not willing to make things right. We will NEVER recommend them again or use them with our clients. Very poor customer service!!

Needed a quote done after some searching. They came, they quoted, it was a fair price, so we agreed, and they installed my new windows. The windows weren't the perfect size to fit the hole, but they did a great job of re-framing the window and sealing it. My upstairs rooms are now significantly cooler in the afternoon. Not only that, but they also re-hung my window blinds afterwards. Awesome job!

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Never called me to tell they'd be late. I had to call every hour, until they finally showed up. Did I mention they were over 3 hours late? Got a call from the coordinator, the day before my appointment, that they would be there between 10-11am, later to find out that he was told not to tell customers what time to expect the installers. So not only is their communication poor, they have people who don't follow directions.

I called to get the name of the CEO of the company and the woman who answered, was so rude over the phone when she asked me why I wanted the name. She refused to give me Jamie Regina's name, for whatever reason, but all I had to do was pull it up on BBB. Someone did reach out to me after I sent a letter to the President of this company - it wasn't Jamie Regina - only to offer me a discount on my next service - AGAIN! Why would I want to do business with you again, when you haven't done anything to earn it?

They can keep their discount offer because I will take my business elsewhere and let my neighbors and friends know what they can expect if they ever consider doing business with True View Windows.

I had complete Sun- Screens measured and custom fit for every window in my home. (quite a chore for a normal person) The cost was much less than other companies in my area.
Why all the Sun Screens? Glad you asked:: I live in Arizona. With heat over 110 degrees everyday. Not a job for me. Glad I called True view Window & Glass. I also purchased new fiberglass double front doors for my entry way into my home. They are a +10 and sound proof! Lastly, I was having problem with my sliding doors going out to my patio (it took 2 hands to open them) I called True View Windows & Glass and they were here within 6 days of my call. I have spent a lot of time looking for a competent helpful window company. True View was the first to be able to help me with a tricky hardware problem (after many calls and visits to other companies). They identified my hardware from a photo, and though they didn't supply it themselves, sent me to the right place to get a replacement. I had a similar situation a month later with a broken dual pane insert. True View identified the product straight away and gave me a very reasonable price on a replacement. This after 2 months of struggling to get the window fixed with a local company. Great helpful people in an industry where good knowledge and service is not universal. Thank you True View.

I asked for a quote in the morning and arrived in the afternoon. All the people that I had the opportunity to interact with were friendly and attentive. The quote did not change and the turnaround time turned out to be better than I was informed. The gentleman that actually took care of the order was very efficient and mindful. It seemed like he was very busy but he took care of our order on the spot. One of the employees was making his way out and asked everybody on the lobby if someone had helped us before making his way out.
Very much satisfied with the service and the product.
Also the have a big ass mirror on the front lobby. The thing is huge and that is just extra points on my book.

My sliding door was shattered in a break-in on a Saturday morning and this company is the only one that actually responded with a live telephone call and sent one of their awesome techs out to board up the broken panel that same day. The glass panel was replaced in less than two weeks, the service was excellent at all times. Have you ever known service people to clean up ALL of their mess and then some? I would very definitely recommend this company every time!

Sales, measuring, scheduling, installation...all were effecient... and the staff were, without exception, warm, friendly and professional! True View is easy to communicate with (such as with Nadine), the sales and installation people are punctual and friendly (as was Derek), and the work is quality. They stand behind their products, which is why we have had them out for numerous jobs.

I would think twice before hiring trueview to replace windows. They installed new windows and within mere minutes after they installed, the glass broke on one of our windows. They did not clean the stickers off the windows, left off screws and it was up to us to keep calling and find out when the replacement glass would arrive. Everyone my husband spoke to mentioned they handled what they needed to within their department. I think he spoke with four people at least. No one would call him back. Four weeks later, the installers show up to replace the dual pane glass, and we find out they needed to come inside and we needed to take down our blinds. Both our salesperson and the installers said there’s no need for them to come inside due to the glass being broken from the exterior. The blinds need a professional to be taken down. We now need to pay to have blinds removed, and they would come back to install the glass. We call the office and they are 7 days out before they can come back. I tried to call our sales person, voicemail is full. I left a voicemail with the manager of the company.

Working with True View on projects has been a great experience. Nicole, in customer service is always friendly and quick to respond with any issue I have. Also all the techs that come out are great especially Greg.

While I had some rocky moments with this company, they step up to the plate and did everything they could do to correct the situation. Vendors that do this are few and far between.

To begin, I had a window that I brought in for measuring and to get all the specs. correct. True View did this and ordered the window. After, two weeks I picked up the window and prepped frame for installation. Unfortunately, I chose a Friday to install my window and notified them about a dimension issue sometime around 12:00. In AZ, everyone wants to stretch their weekend, so they were short handed.

I needed to know what they had to do and the time it would take them to address the issue, then I could determine my course of action. Kaos erupted, however, on Monday, things were back under control.
Once they determined that they were responsible for the measurements, they asked me to bring in the original window for a to be measured again. I told them as this was not my problem, they should have someone stop by my residence. They did, he was on time , and found the cause of the error in minutes. Their supplier had punched in wrong numbers in the computer controlled glass cutter. THey ordered a new window and delivered it to me. It fit perfect!

True View, actually deserves 5 stars, but I couldn’t give them 5 because of their vendor’s error.

Called three times (Twice in one day) to advise them I had the framing completed and was ready for the install. The reply back from tham after two phone calls was you'll hear back from us buy the end of the day. Two days go by and when I finally get to talk to someone (They wanted me to leave another message, was't going to play that game again) they say were waiting to hear when the framing is done, REALLY?.All this after two storms passed through with plastic covering my window hole. Then afterward the window was installed I waiting a WEEK for someone to contact me about Stucco and I never heard anything about drywall. When the Stucco person came out he showed me on his phone where he was just contacted that day, Friday . Needless to say I had to go out and get my own drywall and stucco repairs done since I was tired of not hearing anything from the office. This may not be typical from this company but I can't recommend them after this experience.

Still trying to finalize my estimate. I'd like all those fine details that you need to know before proceeding. They technicians who measured my windows mentioned shutter removal for certain windows and notated it on their report. However, the electronic PDF customer service estimate, has no mention of those expenses. Customer service now remarks that They noted it all over your paperwork that they (the shutters) would have to be removed prior to install. and they could remove the shutters for $175 for the first one, $95 each additional window. (Yikes)
True View can see the technicians notations for shutter removal, but no where does it appear on my PDF electronic estimate. Yes, I'd like to know the cost...not have that cost appear at the last minute as a surprise. Wish I had the original technicians notations, but I don't...and no way to get them either.

Had another great experience with True View! Had to fix a broken patio door window and they were awesome from start to finish. Price was better than I was quoted elsewhere and they service and cleanup was spot on. Would recommend to everyone!

The receptionist acts like she knows everything. The atmosphere of the employees is apprehensive. I ordered 2 window screens. I give them the old ones so they could the correct size. I ordered 2 window screens but the receptionist said that I ordered 3. One of screens was cut to small. Adam was the one who cut the screens. Finally the lady manager got involved. My technician was Brian and right after he left I am writing this review for his amazing service. Long story short I have an outdated window that kept falling into the house. This is the only window that poses a security threat since it is right off my patio and Brian treated my home security like his own. Not only did he completely fix the window but he went out of his way to make it even more secure. He was very innovative since the window was outdated and if you have any window issues call this company and ask for Brian!.. sorry didn't catch the last name.

Great staff, quick professional response. We called Trueview and several other companies the morning after a monsoon had blown out 3 of our windows. Corena was they only one to call us back, she provided a quote and sent Greg out to put a temporary windows in place.

Made an appointment with Judd Evans to get an estimate on getting 17 windows replaced. Left work early to be at home in plenty of time. I waited until 4:30 and no phone call and no Judd. Called his manager and while being very apologetic and polite, it still doesn't change the fact that I left work early and waited for almost 2 hours without him showing up. If you are not interested enough to get my business to start with, I can only imagine what it would be like if I had a problem.

The stationary side of my patio door shattered and I was referred here by the company that installed the windows at construction. They came out, provided an estimate quickly and the glass was installed in the time frame they gave me. Nice people good work, delivered as promised.

Only reason I wouldn't give them a perfect score is because of some hiccups after the initial quote. There was a mistake, and a delay in the response. But when I called management they were very responsive and did everything they could to recover the lost time and earn back my trust. In the end the windows got installed on time and with high quality

We had a french door screen enclosure installed yesterday by David Stout, one of your service technicians. My comment is that if he is standard by which you keep your em ployee's you could not find a better standard to grade all of your employees too. David was the representative from your company who came to our home to measure for the enclosure. He resolved a problem of potential tripping, especially concerning our grand children, that I feel could have been ignored by a less concerned person. I would not recommend them or use them again. A week after my original install date and still no glass. As of this moment, I have not received a call for my new install date and I already made my down payment. This reason and time is the only reason I am seeing this through.

I would Highly recommend. From the start with our salesman(Vincent) to the day it was installed. The installers were amazing. When they left, they cleaned everything up spotless and were very polite and professional!!

I just want to say WOW. They went above and beyond to get me the lowest price possible for our back door window that broke. Other places quoted 79 to 159 dollars more to replace the same piece as well as other companies were trying to upsell on a north facing window for even more! They made numerous calls to me while making my decision as well as had a prompt and friendly installer that came out and did the work.

Personally and Professionally I will only recommend True View in the future. And they didnt complain about my screaming kids in the background while on the phone.

Couldn't recommend these guys more highly! They gave me the lowest estimate for replacing glass in a porch window. I called on a Tuesday, and they were out on Wednesday. They were friendly, efficient, and prompt. All you can ask for!

We have a rental property and one of the renters broke the latches rendering the 14 year old window inoperable. We searched the internet and found the manufacturer who guided us to Tru View for the replacement parts. We installed them but they didn't seem to work and we could not lock the window. OK, the easy fix didn't work, so time to get an estimate for a replacement window. When Aaron from Tru View came out to measure for the replacement, he discovered we had installed the parts backwards. A screwdriver later, voila!!! the window works just the way it was supposed to. No charge. You had better believe that Tru View will get the call when we actually do need to replace windows. Thank you Aaron and Tru View.

Horrible Customer Service. I've called 7 times over the last 3 weeks now. Calls not returned. Waited today for a Service Call between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30. No one showed up, no one called. Communication with your company seems to be lacking to say the least. I work for myself and time lost from my Business to wait at home when no one shows up is time I can not get back.

I called a few window companies in the valley. No one cold help me. I was either hung up on or placed on a very long hold. As soon as I called True View, I found exactly what I was looking for. They have me a quote over the phone and had a representative out to my home for glass replacement that very next morning. Thank you True View.

this company sucks. they will tell you one thing and do another. do not take a chance with this company if your time and safety are important to you. They take forever and if there are any problems you will not be in good hands.

somehow size of the two window changed from the quote to the order changed and do not longer fit. when I called to let them know they blamed me for not double checking.

Just picked up and positioned the glass tops for our den cabinetry and everything fits perfectly. Good people to work with. Very responsive.
