Have already recommended this business to a co-worker. The process was very easy to get a quote and an appointment. Did it all by texting. They got me in the next day with options of at their place of work or Mobil at my home. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during the check in process. Took under an hour to get the work completed. Yelp had a 15% off coupon so came in under the quote price. Would use them again.

I dealt with two employees the woman on the phone who setup my appointment and the repairer himself. Both were absolutely courteous and professional. They we're on time, and even gave me a little headsup and reminder which was awesome. The man who repaired my vehicle went out of his way to explain the process of how it all works to me, he didn't have to put in all that extra effort but he did. My car window is now fixed, and can enjoy A/C and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received. Oh and the price was really good too, like compared to going to get serviced at the manufacturer location, it was roughly 45% cheaper. Which is substantial. Go ahead and give them a try, but remember to leave a tip. They deserve it.

This place is great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who worked on my car was knowledgeable and very nice. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the window, notify me of what needed to be repaired, and then fix it. I wasn’t there for more than 30 minutes! The price was fair and exactly as quoted.

My passenger side rear window was stuck in the window well and would not come up. (This is in a premium luxury British automobile. Their workmanship was outstanding and their results spoke volumes on their expertise. Best Bang for the professional buck, as well as the best kept secret in Phoenix. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone regardless of the making model of their vehicle.

Don't go to a dealership because they will over charge you and in my case they didn't even have the part in-stock and couldn't fix my car for a week. I just couldn't go without a window for a week. The entire team is fantastic to do business with. Quick to call back and easy to work with. I stopped by Power Window Repair around 3:00 on a recent afternoon to get an estimate to repair the passenger side window that had just failed. The technician gave me the estimate to replace the broken window regulator, which I thought was very reasonable, and said that it was unlikely that they would be able to fix it that day. But then he asked if I lived nearby. When I told him that I lived about 50 minutes North, he said let me see what we can do, and went back into the shop. About a minute later he returned and told me that they would do the job for me that afternoon. In less than two hours, I was driving home with a completely repaired and operable passenger side window! I couldn't be happier with the great service the Power Window Repair team gave me and for their kindness to me. I absolutely highly recommend Power Window Repair to anyone needing power window repair work.

My rear driver side window dropped down on my way to CA to my dismay. These folks are fantastic. These folks are fantastic. The right rear passenger window on my 2018 Dodge Grand caravan was stuck halfway down. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and installed a new master door switch. And they did this all in under 30 minutes. Everything works great now. Unbelievable service in my book.

Get a quote here before you go anywhere else. The rear passenger side window on my ancient (2006) Audi convertible stopped working. I took it to the dealer (it took me a week to get in) and they quoted me $1200 to repair it. I took the car home and called Power Window Repair. They quoted me $389 -- and were able to get me in the same week for repairs. Everyone was courteous and efficient. I was prepared the final bill might be more expensive...but it was exactly the quote. Thank you all for your great work and for the hassle free overall experience.

My 1995 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon needed a driver's side Window Regulator repaired. A Google search led me to this firm. A terrific job, beautifully packaged with a rapid turn-around time left me with a like-new window operation. A bonus was the telephone process was Rolex/Lexus-like in answering my questions and clarifying my concerns. The 2 ladies I dealt with a true pleasure to work with and updated me on the progress. Price/value was excellent. You will be asked to take 2 photos of your mechanism - no closeups - and ship it off to them. I am SO glad I called Power Window Repair! Naturally I was thinking how hard can it be and Googling YouTube videos .. then I saw them and figured it couldn't hurt to call and ask. They were so great and friendly on the phone, set up an appointment around my schedule, and the technician called on the way and was right on time. He was very respectful, clean and the results were AMAZING! (I wish they did more than windows as this level of service and work is simply spectacular)

If you’re having power window issues this is the place to go! My window wouldn’t roll all the way up on driver side, called dealership and they wanted almost $300, and didn’t have any appointments for weeks, I was referred to this company by a very good friend, and they didn’t disappoint. I called they were busy, left a voice mail an extremely nice lady called me back, but I was already on my way I lol. I told them my issue, they pulled it around and checked it out. Here is the part that I need to get through, the front desk lady comes out and says “ I have some good news, your window was just off track, and we put it back in place so instead of me having to pay around $256ish, I only had to pay $99.00! This speaks high volume to the character of these people, and this business. They could have easily lied and made and extra $200.00, but they were honest and I can’t tell you how amazing that feels in such a tight situation. Thank you Thank you for helping me and being honest people, that is a rare and hard thing to come by now these days. I will be recommending everyone to this company. One little note the parking is extremely limited so just be careful.

Fantastic company!! Our Porsche had a window regulator break. Fixing it at the dealer or even a good third party shop would've been thousands of $$. We did it ourselves, it was very challenging, but we removed the window regulator and sent it to Power Window Repair for refurbishment. Not only is the refurbed part much better than original (machined metal components versus plastic in the original), but their technicians were so kind and got on the phone with us a couple times to help us through the process of removing it and shipping it to them. They refurbed it in a day and sent it back, we installed it and it worked perfectly. Wonderful experience recommend them highly. The refurb was a couple hundred bucks, we saved thousands. Only other comment is that you definitely need to be mechanically inclined to do this, not an easy job but very satisfying once done.

Had them do the first power window that stopped working, then another one some time later. Now they’ve fixed my power door lock actuator.

I was on vacation in the Keys, and my Bentley GT back window made a 'Granch' noise, and broke. In the down position. Not good. I called the dealer and got a unbelievably expensive quote. I found this company, and a guy (Al at Studio 27 Auto Upholstery) in the keys who fixed it! We sent the window regulator UPS next day, and had it back immediately. Thank you so much!! Great service and one-day turnaround to rebuild my regulator!I'm in Phoenix area, and the driver side regulator on my 97 Caravan broke at 107K miles. The rearward plastic carrier cracked and the metal cover ripped off and the cable literally tied itself in a huge knot! I almost bought a new aftermarket regulator, then found that these guys repair power window regulators, here in Phoenix. They use metal parts and reinforce key known-weak areas (with what looks like some type of epoxy). I decided to have them rebuild my OEM regulator (rather than swapping with one they already have). They do a lot of high-end and classic cars and have been in business a while so I figure it's going to last. I was a bit worried that they would be able to get the regulator reassembled and working smoothly... but they did, and I reinstalled it without problems, and it is working well. Jeremy, the rebuild tech, was friendly and answered my questions before and after the rebuild.The rebuild was a bit more expensive (~99) than an aftermarket regulator ($50-75) but I was able to keep my OEM regulator and now it has some upgraded parts (metal pulley, etc.) I noticed the cable tension springs are pretty tight without much more room to compress but maybe that's the way they are supposed to be.

Brought my 1980 Mercedes in for a new window motor. It was a great price, was informed at a consultation of cost and repairs ahead of time and it was ready when expected on pickup.

I contacted Power Window Repair about my Cadillac Escalade ESV power sunroof stuck in the back position. I took the SUV to them and they offered to get the parts (no longer made) by searching area pick a parts, or to close out permanently. I opted for the closure, since I'm sure parts would be hard to come by. They quoted me a reasonable cost, and I left it with them over night, and they called in the morning that it was already done. They even looked to see if it could be repaired with the existing parts, but some were broken. Closed it up, and then let me use an internet discount coupon as well! Great Service, Great People, and I'll use them for any other issues we have. 5 Stars!

I had a full power window install on my 2004 Chevy Silverado the staff is awesome friendly and very knowledgeable they gave me different options on what installation I would prefer and explained each option in great detail I would definitely recommend them. I especially love the fact they used factory oem parts.

tl;dr: Power Window Repair in Phoenix is the place to go if your window lift breaks. Highly recommend.The driver's window regulator cord snapped in my 2015 Elantra. The problem I ran into was no one in town had the replacement regulator in-stock, other than the dealership who wanted $375 +tax and who knows how much for installation.Auto Zone would be able to get one in 36 hours for $166 +tax, and I would need to pay shop hours to install. Obviously I don't want to leave my car unsecured, so this wasn't really an option for me, working downtown.I happened upon Power Window Repair on Google Maps, and their reviews looked great. I called for a quote and they said they could replace any plastic parts that commonly break with fabricated metal ones, and replace the wire for $239 out the door. (This is not a price quote for your individual job, just what my particular job cost).Awesome, I'll take it. They got me in for their last open appointment time at 2:30 and I was on the road in and hour and a half at the price I was quoted.I highly recommend giving them a call if your power window needs repair.

Back on the road now that my driver's window is working again. I do a lot of my own basic repairs, but these guys do great work at a fair price. It's not worth dealing with it myself when they come to my house to do the repair, it gets done right and quick, plus the few times that I have used them over the years they have always been on time and no surprise expenses. I will continue to refer them without hesitation. Did I mention that they come to you and do the repair.

Power Window Repair is AWESOME! I've had all four of my window regulators in my Dakota replaced several times over since i bought it new in 2004. These parts are plastic and I know they'll keep breaking. So glad I found this company! Zach came to my home and replaced it with a much more durable metal part in about 45 minutes. Very reasonable price and the part is lifetime warrantied. Can't beat that!

The experience was above expectation. I received a quote in advance and that was my total out the door. My repair was completed so quickly. I arrived early ( approx 45 min) expecting there to be a wait. There were two customers before me and they were still able to complete my repair before my scheduled time. These folks are Amazing!!!!They were the first people listed on my Google search and I was very impressed with the ad for the business.My next step was the phone call with Cynthia who was very upbeat and friendly! She gave me good and detailed information on what may be wrong with my window problem as it would not roll up more than halfway. The price quotes, depending on the problem, seemed very reasonable including tax, parts and labor! And sure enough, in just 30 minutes my window was as good as new at the exact price quotes!!!! Even better because the Technician showed me my old parts, how the problem happened and explained how they reinforce the NEW parts with Metal instead of the plastic parts used on the OEM parts to allow the repair to last much, much longer!What a fantastic experience from beginning to end with everyone at the shop!!! In all honesty I had a great experience, had a little hiccup with the piece that they brought was not the right one, but I wasn’t in a hurry and was fine with them returning the next day! I had Power Window Repair fix my driver side window that had collapsed due to a broken regulator. My mechanic recommended using them because they are less expensive than my mechanic for this particular job and do quality work. I was able to get in same day. The job took a little over an hour and my window is fixed. I was very impressed!

Very easy. They were very accommodating. I couldn’t pick up the phone for any of my interactions and so they quoted, arranged a time for the appt to come to my house, discussed options, and even alerted me when they arrived all via text. Fixed the car while I continued to work and then they were done. I only needed to bring the keys and pay the bill. The dealership was going to charge us close to $500 for replacing the regulator on the driver's side door. It's the beginning of summer, and we needed to have the repair done, but thank goodness we found this company instead. They came to us earlier than expected, were professional, and had the installation done within 20 minutes. I snagged 2 business cards and am passing them on to family and friends because holy moses, they saved us over $300. I found this place on google maps. They are a 40 minute drive from my house. They were able to get me in the very next day at their location in phx or come to my house in chandler the next week. They told me it would be a 45 min to hour wait, but they were done with my vehicle in 30 minutes. My driver side front window broke and wouldn't roll up. 2 places I called quoted me upwards of $500. This place took the broken parts, replaced them with custom metal parts, and saved me $300! Plus a year warranty on labor and lifetime on parts. I was incredibly happy and would gladly drive to their location again. Front desk lady was knowledgeable and kind.

Power Window Repair saved me $500!! The driver side window on my 2016 Tucson dropped down inside the door panel. Dealership charges over $800 to repair. I called other window repair shops for cost estimates. I contacted six shops; Christy from Power Window was the only one to respond to my request for estimate! She returned my call within 24 hours, fully explained service included lifetime warranty on metal (not plastic) parts, 1 year warranty on labor for $299 out the door. I scheduled an appointment; the shop lobby area is clean, provides wi-fi, repair took about 90 minutes. Repair technician was informative about solvent to remove duct tape residue (as that was used to hold the window in place until repair) as that is a service not provided.

They were able to schedule a tech to come to my workplace the day after I called them and the repair was done so quickly! I also could not tell, at all, that they opened up my door panels and pulled it apart. That is important because it means they know what they are doing. Great communication from beginning to end: I knew the window of time in which to expect the tech and then I knew 15 minutes before he would show up. Super quick and the driver side window on my 2012 Grand Caravan works like new! It has been a couple months since the repair because I wanted to make sure everything was going well for a significant time period before I reviewed. Could not be happier and I will keep their info for later needs!

One day, the drivers window on my 2012 Tesla model s would not go up. And of course it happens to me during the supply chain hang up. Nobody has parts and anyone that does is weeks out, or wants a medium sized ransom for it. What do you do? You take it to someone who can rebuild it. They did an awesome job. Everyone was extremely friendly, the price was reasonable and same day service. Not much more you can ask for. I should have gotten pictures but I was just so happy to get my car back, I forgot. If you are having power windows issues, make the trip, even if it is out if the way. Masks were worn and my vehicle was treated with respect.

Been going to these guys for years-they are my go to for window issues and I take all my vehicles to them. This weekend while camping my truck's window regulator busted and the glass fell into the door. On Monday I called to make a Wed appt; they got me in right away at 8am and I was out the door with my truck an hour later. My window fell off track so I attempted to repair ity myself. As soon as if took the door panel off the entire track,, and cables fell out of the bottom. Muchore work than I had time to do.. I called in midday on a Monday, and had an appointment set for Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Zach, call me at noon to say he was 15 minutes out. When he arrived he told me the repair would take 30 to 45 minutes, and bing, bang, boom 25 minutes later the repair was complete, and I'm VERY happy with the service. I recently had them out to my home to repair my power window regulator after putting this off for a while. They were friendly and professional while setting the appointment and while performing the repair. They called when they were on their way, knowledgeable and the price was fair. I've paid a lot more at other places without a lifetime warranty and would highly recommend using their services.

I called about getting my window regulator replaced and they said they could do that for $300. I dropped my car off and when I returned to pick it up the window was making noise, not moving smoothly, and I could see some of the untinted window because they didn't place it in correctly. I told them about these issues and saw that they didn't replace my window regulator. They then told me that they are only a rebuild service and don't replace the window regulators, maybe you should say that first when someone calls about getting it replaced and not after you charge them $300. They also attempted to fix the window again and it makes less noise but they said it's because another part got damaged but of course they don't replace or rebuild that part. They also blamed me seeing the untinted part of the window on it already being scratched off. 100% not satisfied and I feel like I got scammed.

I had been given quotes from $205 (estimate only) to $1400 for repair! This was from National car service business, local car repair and finally KIA dealership. I called POWER WINDOW REPAIR, quoted $99 to put window in secure up position, until I can afford to repair both back windows @ quote of $375 for both windows! They were terrific and so kind, after a weekend of ridiculously high quotes. I don't come across such honest businesses very often???

I was very impressed from the gentleman who made my appointment to the technician who fixed the window! Very professional and kind. The technician who fixed the window even advised what could be wrong with a different window that was repaired by a different company that still does not work appropriately. He was very professional and did not put down the other company just explained what was probably wrong and wished us luck in our venture to get the other company to either fix it or get a refund for the repair. He then let us know to call once we are ready to have it fixed correctly and he can come out and take care of it. Very impressed!

Go here! They provide excellent and speedy customer service! We had a tricky problem preventing our power windows and locks from working on each individual door unit. They only worked from the driver’s master control unit. This persisted even after Power Doors and Windows replaced all the power harnesses. The owner spent hours tracing the wiring and researching he issue until he figured it out and fixed it. We had other shops try over the years with no success, until Power Doors and Windows figured it out!

It's been a hard journey trying to find replacement window regulator parts for my 2-door Jeep Cherokee Sport. They even suggested that just lubing the tracks might correct the issue but because my vehicle is old I opted to have the motor rebuilt. The price was what I was quoted. I absolutely love this place. A few months ago I had my passenger side window motor go out. I came in same day and was estimated 1 hour, it was done in 30minutes. I currently have a lock actuator being replaced on my second car, they took me back and explained that my window grips inside the door panel was cracked and agreed to repair the same day! They responded to my inquiry very quickly and came out to fix my power window the next day. My back window regulator was broke and I had used tape to secure it because I figured it would be too expensive. After searching several places they provided the lowest cost. Everything looked really good. window Regulaotr pulleys look way better than stock. My only complaints are they should have set the window mounts near the top of instead of the bottom and I included a return shipping label but they didn't use it.

I went to open the door on my Suburban. I heard a pop and the door would not open. I called my local dealer. They quoted over $500 to diagnose the problem by disassembling the door. I didn't like crawling in from the passengers side over the console to get into the driver seat.I called PWR. For $200 labor, they said they could fix it and the availability was reasonable. PWR had to drill out my door latch from the inside from the dis-assembled door. Something beyond my current skill level. In about 2 hours, I had my door working and the Suburban was all put back together and I was driving off. I could easily recommend them to anyone with door problems.

My mechanic recommended power window repair when my driver’s side window went out. I called Wednesday, power window was at my house on Friday and repaired the window in my garage. Found out that not all plastic parts can be replaced with metal, but those that remain have been strengthened to last. I'll never buy an aftermarket unit again, make sure you get your factory unit repaired instead since it's far less expensive and these folks back up their work with a guarantee. Great service!

I have a '90 Supra with power window switches(both sides) that quit working. I brought the switches into Power Window Repair who gave me a quote to repair and advised I could pick them up in a day or two. I received a call the next day from the repair tech who advised I needed a part, which wasn't available, but he could build the part I needed. He advised he could make the repair within the next day or so with no additional charges. I received a call the next day advising the switches were ready. I have installed the switches and they all work perfectly. I am not presently using the car in the winter, but I am advised I have a one year warranty on the switches. I would recommend this company for any switch repairs due to their honesty, pricing and promptness.

I had scheduled an appt with auto dealer to replace a window regulator. They daid wait three days. I scheduled BUT I saw Power Window Repair and they scheduled a visit that day. Great place for service for your power window repair needs. I made an appontment on a Monday at 4pm for 8am the next morning. I showed up and they promptly took my vehicle back and fixed it. I was in and out start to finish in just over 35 minutes. They replace old plastic junk with metal pieces and offer a great warranty. I couldnt be happier. Fast and good workOk here i am again. They did such a great job on my truck last year that they were the first ones i thought of for a Routan i just bought with a few issues. Thankfully they do more than just windows, this time they were able to fix my power door locks and my power lift gate. Again they did a great job, (apparently thats pretty much all they do) and the price was less than the dealership . Spent less than an hour there, clean waiting room. Also enjoyed looking at the pictures of some of the exotics they have worked on.

I had all 4 window motors replaced on my 2002 Chevy Pickup in Aug 2019. I was very satisfied with their work, promptness, and professionalism at that time. Fast forward to Oct 2020, 1 year and 2 months later, one of the windows fell of the track. I called Pawer Window repair and they stated that there is a 1 year warranty. They said that if I brought my truck into the shop, they would go ahead and fix the problem. I showed up to my appointment a few days later and they had my truck fixed 20 minutes later, no questions asked. Highly recommend this shop.

We had 2 power windows worked on, on our 1998 Ford F150. They also repaired our 3rd door, that wouldn't open. They had given us an estimate for the repairs, and they were spot on! The price was very reasonable. About half of what a regular GM shop would charge for the same repair. The reason that I know that is because we had just had the exact same repair done at a genuine GM shop about 6 months earlier. It was suggested that I drive to them about 6 miles to save the $20.00 boundary charge that they charge if you live outside of their limits. So I did. They even gave me an additional $15.00 discount for being a veteran. Courteous technician.

I had a great experience and left a 5 star review on Yelp when I got home. However, I noticed the check in offer for $15 off service if you spend over x amount which I did. So I called and asked if I could be refunded $15 and the lady left a note bc the owners/manager had left. I haven’t heard back. It would be great if I could still get that $15 check in offer back just because the mirror was an unexpected expense and I’m not exactly rich or anything...

These guys are the best! I had a burned up window motor from a custom built hot rod. I spent days trying to find a replacement motor to no avail. I gave them a call to see if there was a possibility that it could be repaired. After discussing my situation with them over the phone, and receiving assurances that they could indeed repair my motor, i sent it off in the mail. I had my doubts, but two days later I got a phone call telling me that my motor was on its way back to me and was as good as new. I first came to Power Window Repair 6 years ago for a regulator that busted on my driver side rear passenger door. Paul came to my home (in June) and worked tirelessly for a couple hours in the heat to get my window working again (not his fault, my vehicle is a bit of a pain for any type of repair). It was amazing service and never had any issues with the repair so when the other side window regulator busted last week, I knew exactly who I was going to contact. The office promptly got me scheduled so that I could come in on Saturday for the repair and the quote was amazing and was exactly what I paid when the repair was done. The rear passenger window on my Mini Cooper would not go up. My regular mechanic was going to charge me close to $600 to repair or replace this regulator. My son researched it and was greatly impressed with the comments about Power Window Repair in Phoenix. Scheduling was easy, and Christine was very friendly. I had to take it in to have fixed as it was not a easy access getting to the regulator considering the tight space. I missed the cut off time for mobile service with PWR but they said bring it in. My window was repaired in less than 15 minutes! Unbelievable! A fraction of the cost for previous repairs elsewhere. The window regulator was replaced. Good job however grease was left on the outside of our car door. Should have been cleaned off by the technician.

Power Window Repair is the absolute best! Today was the forth time I have called them, we have 2 older model cars and the windows are failing. Unlilke the first time I had to replace the two back Tahoe windows by a shop to the tune of $1000 Power window repair is very reasonable and yes one of the windows done by that shop has already failed and been replaced by Power Window. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy not to mention just plain nice. Their customer service is top notch as are their workers...Obviously I will definitely being calling them again if we have another problem and I highly advise their services, you won't disappointed!

I saw one of the vehicles for power window repair while I driving on the 202 and a few days later my right front window regulator broke, rolled down but would not go back up. I am a mechanical break down inspector, in other words if you buy an extended warranty on your vehicle and that insurance company questions repairs I go out and verify failure or not so I deal with almost all Dealers and many independent shops through out the valley.I went around and got estimates and all were between $400 and $600 to repair. I went on line and found parts to repair for about $150 to $300 I thought I would just do it myself, figured it would take a few hours and I would save money.I went to order parts and found they would actually cost me about $200.00 to $250.00. While I was looking for parts I noticed Power Window Repair was listed in my search and remembered there billboard wrapped vehicle. I checked there reviews and there were a few that were negative and couple for there location,, so even though I was skeptical I called and was quoted a price of $202 I asked if the motor was needed how much more and he said it was included.Any to make a long story shorter I set up an appointment for the next day and arrived slightly late. They already had a repaired window regulator with steel rollers not plastic and completed repair in about 35 minutes. The window now operates properly and is more quite than before.While I was waiting I peaked into shop and saw two guys that were repairing window regulators and upgrading when possible. These guys are the quickest, cheapest, most professional outfit I have come across. They are usually about 1/4 to 1/3 the price the dealer will charge. And they are faster and will even come to your house or business so no down time. Highly recommended. They have worked on 3 of my family cars and the window repairs are still working. My passenger side back window stop working all of a sudden during monsoon season one day as I was on my way home from work. I called around you get prices to fix it and everyone I called said 350 and 2.5 hours of work. Power window repair was 165 and it only took 20 minutes. They stayed late because I was late for my appointment. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality work in a timely manner with good prices.

Went in last minute for a window repair (shot, possibly with a BB gun) before driving back to Tucson. They were all booked, but did everything they could to help us. They gave us referrals to other shops and even tapped our window to prevent any further glass from falling. Very appreciative for their service.

Showed up for service appt at service shop but was told had to wait hour plus to get in as a tech had gone home. They Did send someone out in a mobile following week to fix my window. Was surprised to see a dirty rebuilt regulator being installed. Was told they rebuild them w lifetime warranty but they were as expensive as buying a brand new one. Tech even reused my old motor but I got no break or discount even though most regulators come w a new motor assembly. Laid all his greasy tools and the window on my off white clothe seats. Kinda disappointed but had to travel in a few days so I accepted the job w complaint. Make sure you ask about product and warranty so your not surprised. Watch the tech and make sure you get what you paid for.

It was great to work with a company and a technician that are truly experts in what they do! The customer service was spot on, they CAME TO ME at work, and the repair tech had my door disassembled and my window regulator replaced and working good as new in about 15 minutes -- and for a price far less than if I took my car into a shop! I had my drivers side window drop when I was rolling it up I called PWR at about 5:00 PM and was told to bring it over they had parts in stock. I rushed to the shop where I was promptly greeted and my car was repaired in less than 30 minutes. With temps in the 100+ range it was a relief to be able to contain the AC. This my 3rd repair not the same vehicle but have been happy with most repairs and the one that I had a problem with was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

They did such a great job I knew without a doubt I would call them back when my window malfunctioned yesterday. Saying they are military friendly is an understatement! Power Window Repair did a GREAT Job! I was going to order the regualtor for my BMW and fix or replace it myself. However, I really did not want to have the window all a part and find out it was the switch, or the motor, and not the regulator.Plus, the Life Time guarantee was a must to have, since I was going to sell this car. After removing the door panel myself and seeing that my window was not functioning due to a broken plastic tab on the power window regulator (harness), and verifying that the motor still works perfectly. I took the car to a nearby Gruelich's repair shop. They informed me that they'd have to diagnose the problem and get back to me in a couple hours. After 4 hours, the assistant manager called me back and said that both motor and regulator are shot and need to get replaced. All of it was a package deal, priced around $450 that would take over a week to repair! I politely declined the repair and called Power Window Repair and was told that they could complete the repair in about an hour an replace the regulator with an all-metal unit with life-time guarantee. Unfortunately, they were wrong about the replacement time: it only took them 1/2 hour! And, with a total cost if $229!You guys are awesome and I look forward to recommending you to anyone with power window repair needs.

Power Window Repair are great to work with. A part on one of the door handles broke. Normally the handle extends as one approaches the vehicle. My car is no longer under warranty. The Tesla dealer can only replace the handle at a cost of over $900. Power Window Repair fixed the handle at 1/4th the cost. They were able to schedule the repair right away. It took two hours or so. There's a pleasant little waiting room. Everyone is very friendly.

They saved me well over $600 that the dealer was going to charge. On top of it, they installed metal products, not the flimsy plastic that Chevy was going to install. Extremely pleased with the service and quality of work. I am located 1500 miles from Arizona and in need of a complete window regulator rebuild for my wife's VW convertible. The nearest VW dealer is 200 miles from me and without even looking at the car or asking any questions they quoted somewhere between $1300 and $1700.I removed the regulator assembly, packed it up and sent it to Power Window Repair and received a completely rebuilt unit in 5 business days. The cost? $228 including shipping.I was able to accomplish the task of removing and reinstalling with only basic hand tools. I am not a professional mechanic, but do have a lot of DIY experience repairing my own vehicles.If you are considering using PWR' rebuild and return service I say go for it.

My friend's 2002 Jeep had two windows that needed work.I stopped by in the morning, had an appointment in the afternoon and within an hour, I was on my way with two working windows. Price was reasonable, staff was polite and efficient.

Unfortunately, most vehicles with power windows (including mine) come with plastic parts which rot in the Arizona sun. During the first ten years I've owned my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara I had to have five window regulators replaced, averaging about $300 (parts and labor) each, and taking up most of the day in the shop.In December 2017, when the sixth one went out, I did research and found Power Window Repair. The local company gives a lifetime warranty on their window regulators, so I decided to have all four replaced once and for all. Since I was having them all done at once, the company also gave me a multi-window discount. So, for less than $800 I will never have to go through this expense (or waste of time) again!!!I am so relieved that I got this done, now able to go to a drive-thru ATM or fast food restaurant without worrying if I will be able to roll my window back up after doing so. The people there were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the scheduled job was performed in about an hour!!! It's hard for me to recall the last time I was absolutely thrilled with any business. Power Window Repair definitely exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend this company in every aspect.

My window works! The cable and spool it wraps around were messed up on my 2014 Hyundai veloster so I dropped off the broken parts for my car window on Friday and they said it would be done Monday at the latest. I received a call saturday letting me know it was ready for pickup. Lifetime warranty on all jobs which is nice. Its not located in the nicest part of town, but it was okay for pickup/dropoff.

We had a death in the family and the window broke at a drive through on the way back to the hospital. The mobile technician met me in the hospital parking lot and changed the regulator in 15 minutes for the same price as the AC-Delco regulator from Auto Zone! As always my schedule was crazy and I did not always return there calls. First time out I had given them the wrong model year, so they had the wrong part. The technician fixed the window so it stayed up and called the office so they could reschedule. I Did not call and sit something up, but Jen stayed on top of it till I was able a time to coordinate stopping by there shop. I was in and out in no time!!!

I drive for Lyft and my passenger side front window came off its tracks. This was around noon on Friday and Friday night is a big money night for me. I explained that I needed to get the window fixed so I could work that night. Even though they didn't really have an opening, they squeezed me in and had the window fixed in less than an hour. I will always remember that and they will get all of my business and I will always recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

In March of this year I found PWR on Craigslist after being let down by another company.I spoke with Berkley & really felt comfortable having them do the job. When I went to the appointment I was greated like a guest, not just a job to be done.Paul repaired both windows in what seemed like no time at all. I was very happy when I left.A few weeks ago, of course on a Sunday, my passenger window decided to stay down (I think it was playing hide & seek) so I left a message expecting to hear back on Monday & be told that it would be a few days to get it looked at. They did a great job and informed me before they started working on it, of a wire inside door panel that had been broken for a long time and he thought it was to the automatic door handle but I knew that was fine before I brought it in. I've only owned the car about two months so we weren't quite sure what that wire went to (it is a Tesla, so lots of wires inside the door) I was impressed with the honesty and doing a great job, and seem to stand behind their work because have a great warranty on their work and parts!

I got my quote from a dealership at about $250 more than what they quoted me. I took it in and they were done quicker than I expected and with a warranty and better replacement part.

I would definitely use power windows again and also recommend them. The only complaint I have and would suggest is that your tech's use surgical gloves. After the repair was completed I wasn't to HAPPY about the greasy, sweaty stains left on the upholstery of the work area. Owners don't want stains all over the inside of their cars. Vehicles are expensive, and we don't like to someone not respect it.

My window recently stopped working and someone tried to steal my car, i was in a frenzy to get it fixed before nightfall.. I called around and every mechanic i talked to quoted me over $350.. One shop told me it would be 150 just to open up the door panel and see what was going on... needless to say i decided to do some shopping around and i found Phoenix Power window repair.. They are very professional and friendly and get this; He came down, opened up my panel got my window to roll back up, discovered it was only the switch and would be a much cheaper fix.. Last night, i didnt pay ONE SINGLE DOLLAR for the work he did! He even referred me to a guy he knows at an auto parts store to get a new switch and offered to install it at a cut rate.. Had a broken power door lock passenger side. Got tired of reaching over to unlock and lock the door by had. Power Window Repair came to my house to fix it. Didn't have to take my vehicle to them; they came to me. Also had 2 power windows fixed by this company in the past. I will always use them.

Paul and his team are excellent and are always striving to give his customers 110% service. They go out of their way to get their work installed from mobile location repairs to in shop work.

They told me the problem and what the cost is but I would give them a 5 star once I get it fix. But I did not have Enough money to do it so when I do I want to see their job when they fix my lock and window on my Truck.
