Sunny State Glass Replacement

I wasn't ready to replace my big picture window but my dog decided that we needed a new one! I had to call after hours and Bre and Dwayne were amazing from the beginning. I felt comfortable right away and knew that I had made the right choice. Bre and Dwayne are honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated. They strive to give you the best service without breaking the bank! In my opinion, Sunny State is the epitome of what a business should be. This review is overdue. Early one Saturday morning I received a text that a glass door in a building I manage had been smashed overnight. The company I normally work with(no longer!) was not answering their 24 hr emergency number so I started looking for nearby options. Sunny State came up in Google maps with lots of good reviews. I reached Dwayne and he apologized that he had family plans and wouldn't be able to make it till about 3pm. Considering it was about 10 am at this time I thought that was very reasonable. He called when he was on the way, got the place boarded up quickly and gave me a quote for glass replacement once it could be ordered. The price was very reasonable for the board up and the replacement. A very nice woman in the office contacted me Monday morning with a written proposal and a schedule. They followed through on everything they said they would do and stuck to the schedule communicating along the way with more specifics about time once the ordered glass had arrived. All in all, excellent service and, really nice people, good price, communicative and on time. What else can you ask for?

We broke our window and I called a number of places without any success of replacing the window within a week or more. I had left a message with Sunny State Glass and they called us after 5 when most places close. They were able to replace the window the next day. Dwayne was so efficient and pleasant we couldn't be more pleased with his work and promptness. He will be out go-to-guy from now on. We highly recommend them.

Had 3 broken windows on my rental house. Called Sunny State and Dwayne came right out and measured for a glass replacement since the windows were fine and I didn’t want them completely replaced. Dwayne was professional and friendly and Bree called me with a quote right away that was very reasonable. The glass was ordered and installed a few weeks later. Since the house is now empty and on the market, Dwayne went in and replaced the glass without needing me there. The windows look great, and ready for the new owner!

Sunny State Glass is the best. Needed an emergency repair on a Saturday. They went out of their way to repair my daughter’s window. Excellent job. I couldn’t be more pleased. Would recommend to anyone in of window replacement or repair.

Lots of 5 star reviews here, and I’m going to add another one. Dwayne just finished installing a new window at my house, and I’m super happy with the end result. The window is of excellent quality and matches perfectly with the style of the old window.

I had a window leak that had apparently been going on for a while, but didn’t become obvious until a recent monsoon. Called a few companies to get a quote, but Dwayne from Sunny State Glass was the first to come out. He took a look and gave me some options, rather than just immediately saying he had to replace the whole window. I decided to just go with a glass replacement, which would save a ton of money. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell me the whole time. I actually got the vibe from him that he was legit trying to just solve my problem as efficiently and cheaply as possible. Once we pulled the shutters off though, I noticed some rot on the window sill from the leak, so I asked about just doing the whole window instead. He gave me a quote and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was for the size of the widow I was replacing (about 80” wide, two piece rectangle with a large half circle window on top). I went that route and got Low-E glass.

Very happy I just bit the bullet and did the whole thing, it looks great and I can already tell the Low-E makes a difference with heat. My old window was insanely hot and made the entire room warm even with shutters closed.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with Sunny State Glass. Dwayne is just a nice honest dude, and he did great work. He gave me contacts for the stucco repair and window sill replacement too, so I didn’t have to go searching for someone. Made things extremely easy and stress free. The window came way sooner than anticipated as well, which was a bonus. Highly recommended! Thanks Dwayne and Bre!

My son had an unfortunate incident with a golf club at a rental home, and took out a window. Called a few other places and everyone either blew me off, or was closed on the weekend. Found Sunny State Glass on the internet and called Dwayne. He answered right away, gave me an amazing price over the phone after I gave him measurements, and was out at our rental within an hour. The whole repair took less than an hour, and he was on his way. Dwayne made sure it fit right, that everything was clean, and even gave my son some tips so this doesn’t happen again….lol. Needless to say, I am so impressed with Dwayne and would suggest that you call him first if you have a need.

Weekend window replacement isn't for people on a budget, but Sunny State (Dwayne) was honest, kind, fast, and did amazing work! I called him at 10am on a Saturday and the job was done by 12:30! He cleaned the broken glass outside, gave me great advice, and was the nicest contractor I've ever worked with! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends!

Called Sunny State Glass to replace a window that broke due to my kids horseplaying near the window. The installer arrived earlier than expected(which was great for me). We've had our front window broken twice in the last three months and after our first pleasant experience with Sunny State Glass, we knew exactly who to call the second time around. Dwayne was awesome! I accidentally busted my 2nd story window pane and was in a panic to hear that the first 5 companies I reached out to wouldn't be able to be out till the next week. Even one company came out and wouldn't work on my window because it was too high up (12ft... bruh). But Dwayne came within hours and fixed it super quick and it was a great price! We needed the glass in a large living room window replaced and called several other window companies for estimates. Those vendors said they would not replace window glass only but needed to replace the entire window. DWayne at Sunny State glass came out, and confirmed he could replace the glass.

Wow! Dwayne is simply the best! Our door frame broke last night leaving wide open cracks down the entire left side. After calling over a dozen window and glass businesses who ensured that I needed a brand new door, he answered with advice to save my money and allow him to fix it! And he nailed it! Dwayne also offered a great quote for when we are ready to replace! Besides his great work, he was an absolute joy while he was here. Super happy and thankful!!!

Darryl and his team are great. They were able to help me with two projects so far. First they replaced a skylight scheduled the project and was able to get it complete all in the same week. The second project was started and took a few weeks for the window to come in. Darryl was spot on with his time estimates as well as keeping me updated when the window was in and ready to be installed. They are great at what they do and I will definitely be using them again as I replace other windows through the house

I had a fantastic exp with Dwayne and team. When I first called they were prompt in getting out to measure and give an estimate. Just had him out to do the install and even though we had one of the toughest patio doors to replace, it was no match for him lol! He worked until the job was completed and to not only my satisfaction but his perfection too! Our slider was off prior to him servicing our door and he went above and beyond to adjust it as well. Top notch service and workmanship. Will for sure use him and his company again for any window needs and will refer him to everyone!

Found Sunny State Glass through Google and I am so glad I did. Dwayne was responsive and provided the best options to replace a broken window. Came out, took measurements ordered glass. Requires 50% deposit to order, 10 days later he was back to install the window. Very happy with the job and the customer service.

I was mowing my yard on a Sunday and a rock broke my Arcadia door into a MILLION pieces, it was a mess.

I called Sunny State Glass, they came over that day and boarded up the window for the evening, cleaned up the million pieces of glass inside my home and out, then ordered the glass. Within a couple of days the glass was installed and the door was completely repaired, like new. These folks are amazing, the workmanship was truly professional. The quality of the glass and materials was of the highest quality, the customer service was outstanding. They were there for me the day I needed them and they worked around my schedule. To top things off, the price great!

My window was broken about 7pm and 12hrs later I had an appointment set up and it was repaired by noon next day. They respond instantly. No need for back and forth calling. They were consistent and knowledgeable with questions. They were professional and FAST. I couldn't believe how quick it was done. 20min tops AND they were the cheapest I could find especially needing them asap. Would absolutely recommend, honest and up front throughout the process! My elderly parents had an attempted break in at their home, broke a large front window in the process. Had two other contractors out who told us that the windows needed to be replaced, Duane came out expecting to measure in anticipation of installing a whole new unit, but instead called and told me that we did not need to spend the money on one, and that he would replace the glass right then and there. Definitely one of the last honest companies out there! (The work was excellent as well!)

We needed an emergency window replacement after a smashed window. To make matters worse it was an arched window as well as embedded behind stucco. Dwayne did an excellent job,knowledgable, and explained our options well. He skillfully cut the new window onsite, installed in a timely manner, despite the challenge of removing stucco.
