We had an easy and great experience - no complaints! We received multiple quotes and AZ Valley windows was exceptionally reasonable, very communicative, and honest about timelines for delivery and installation. We replaced 2 sets of dated French doors with sliding glass and are super happy! Would happily recommend and work with this company again :)

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

We just got new windows installed and were pleasantly surprised with everything from AZ Valley. We received quotes from a few different companies and while they weren’t the cheapest the salesperson (Brian) made us feel comfortable with his knowledge of the industry and openness. After ordering the windows they actually arrived 6 weeks earlier than expected which was great. The installation crew was professional and courteous. They got the job done in a day and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I’d recommend them to any one looking for new windows.

Great group to work with

Brian Wills of AZ Valley Windows came to the house, showed us a number of options, and even provided us with photos of our actual door with the doors we were considering. This came in handy for the POA approval. The door came a few weeks early, and the installers were very polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves. The new door is beautiful and installed correctly.

Not a great experience. They sent a salesperson out for an estimate he took over an hour and a half and quoted me over $45k for 6 windows and 2 slider doors. I highly recommend shopping around and doing your research when looking for windows.

Replaced our front door with high quality beautiful door with glass insert. Delivered early, installers were friendly, professional, informative. Done in less than 3 hours. Completely cleaned up after installation. Office personnel very responsive and friendly. Salesperson extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the design. Higlhy recommend.

Beautiful windows at a great price. The installation was great and you can't even tell the windows were replaced. The only thing i wish was that since they replaced windows in our master bedroom, that they would have covered our bed/furniture in plastic. While there wasn't much debris there was still a layer of dust. I highly suggest draping your furniture to make cleaning after easier. We're very happy with the windows & service! We plan to use them again.

Our entire experience from the initial contact to the end of install was pleasant. The work was completed with care and to a fantastic product. So far we are very pleased with our new doors that Az Valley Windows has installed. The salesman Jerry was extremely nice and professional. He was not pushy or had the feeling that he was trying to up sell us. The turn around time was a bit longer than expected. The two gentleman who came to do the instillation were on time courteous and did a great job. They didn’t leave a mess and we are very pleased with how the doors have turned out. They arrived promptly - they immediately began surveying the property - and began installing right away. The windows are gorgeous - double paned - and look very energy efficient. The team removed all the existing windows expertly - prepared the work surfaces - and installed the new windows in a professional and expedient manner. When one part of the team was preparing or installing one window - another team member was already prepping the next window. My wife and I were referred to AZ Valley, as we are remodeling our 22 year old home. Jerry P. came out and gave us the estimate for a new entry door and windows. He was very thorough and a professional. The install crew was right on time on install day - and they too were very thorough and careful and extremely particular with the installation. The door is beautiful and works great, we could not be happier with the whole experience. We spent quite a bit more for the door we picked, but decided not to skimp and so far it’s worth every dollar. We are quite eager to get the windows next.

We had some doors that were in pretty bad shape , out of square frame, gaps all around and hard to latch. Called AZ VALLEY & WINDOW who sent out a salesperson who arrived on time and explained all about the doors we chose. Agreed on the price and stipulation that doors would be installed about 7 months later. Installation crew showed up on time, removed the doors and installed new doors in a timely and very professional manner. Did a walk through to make sure I was happy with their work and answer any question. Job site was cleaner than when they arrived. Very happy with the job that was done. We had 3 windows replaced. The whole process was professional and easy. This is the 2nd time we've used AZ Valley windows and definetly recommend them.

From the initial estimate, to the installation everything went flawlessly. The door quality was better than we expected and the installation was seamless! Our installer we. Above and beyond, answering questions and making sure the latches and electronic locks were all working. He even took the time to do a quick fix on our front door to get the electric lock working. Great company and great people doing the work! We will definitely be using them for any future needs we have!

Waited 12 days for an appointment, the sales rep Brian couldnt complete the job and now we have the start the wait over. OOF. Giant waste of time.

I recently had AZ Valley Windows install some new windows at my home. The original builder had skimped and went with really cheap windows. AZ valley windows was able to provide me much better quality windows at a very affordable price! Upon installation, the windows looked great and drastically improved the look of the house, both inside and outside! The installation crew was also very professional and courteous and they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves!

I would absolutely use these guys again and will also use them for kitchen cabinet refacing later down the road. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

In this day and age it seems like great service has all but gone away, but not with this company. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. They came out to my house and did a free consultation and helped me decide on the best replacement windows (7 of them) for my house, knowing that I was working with a budget. They guy who did the estimate was awesome and he even put up with my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him. I thought all windows were pretty much the same but he took the time to educate me on the different types of windows which I really appreciated and stayed within my budget, but I still got quality windows that are huge upgrade from what I had. From the initial in-home consultation, to the windows being installed they followed through on everything they said they were going to and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows in Phoenix.

The installers were amazing and the guy who helped me pick a door and get it ordered was also great. But good luck if you ever have to call the office and get stuck with the rudest lady I have had the pleasure to talk to. I am the customer spending a lot of money to this company. Installers were willing to work with me for installation on a day I needed but the lady in the office did not want to work with me, so rude yelling and playing the “ I can’t hear you game” the office manager tried to call 10 mins before they closed with my installation the next day I had talked to them to them enough at this point and was disrespected I just wanted it over. At least the door is beautiful and they did a good job with installation.

Dustin and Javier from AZ Valley Windows were professional and thorough during the installation. They were friendly and took pride in their workmanship. They finished the job after two days and we already feel and see a tremendous improvement. Quality service at its best!

Pricing seemed fair given other competitors. Windows are high quality, and worked to ensure all precautions were taken. Big shoutout to Dustin, my installer. He did a phenomenal job and was very courteous. Very happy with my experience with AZ Valley Windows!

Jerry, the estimator, was a very good communicator, both via phone and email.

Then came Dustin to install, very professional and kept the area clean and neat, hauling off the old windows and material. At the close of the install, he asked if he could show us how the window works, since they were sliding and how to manipulate the screens for window cleaning and/or removal. He was very friendly and professional and took the necessary time.

Very please with Az Windows and will use them to gradually replace all of our windows.

We had a wonderful experience with AZ Valley Windows. They completed our homes window installations ahead of schedule. Everything was perfect, the quote the price and the service. If you need your windows replaced for your home we strongly recommend calling them and getting an estimate, it was free! They had wonderful customer service and they were able to answer all of our questions about our homes new windows and the replacement process. I will use them for the other Phoenix homes I own when I need to replace my windows.

We had a 3 pm appointment with Brian today, Tuesday 3/23/2021 HE WAS A NO SHOW! No phone call, reschedule, FU nothing! We’re returning natives of AZ and unfortunately, this seems to be standard operating procedure for many companies here. With the competition so incredibly high here, AZ Valley Windows, LLC must think scheduled customers, changing their busy schedules so that yet another Sales Rep can try to sell yet more Vinyl windows is/are not worthy... please, refer to their ratings. AZ Valley Windows installed an 8’x9’ full-wall slider for us & it’s absolutely beautiful!!! They were punctual, courteous, timely, respectful of my home & property, and very SKILLED in their trade! An outstanding team that does amazing work, we’re so glad to have been referred to them for our new windows! The improvement in heat and noise rejection is immediately noticeable, the incoming light is so much more brilliant we now keep our shutters open to enjoy the view!

My wife and I had our homes window replacements done by AZ Valley Windows this past week and we were so satisfied with the work that was done to our Phoenix home that we ended up contacting them back and are now getting a quote for our kitchen cabinets refacing work. We loved working with Dan and could not be happier. We also pan on replacing our exterior doors in the near future.

The two gentlemen that installed doors on our home today did an excellent job! They were professional and very polite. Did everything they could to make it a great experience. The doors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I just can't say enough good about the whole experience.

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.

I decided on Marvin windows and the main headquarters in the Phoenix area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows. They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the window frames to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sun room 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since these were replacement windows - and only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (found out that was not true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room windows) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.

At the end of the installation the replacement windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. They furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the openings and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the way
around the inserts (instead of stucco) and putting WIDE frames on the outside to cover the gaps, leaving the (14) replacements looking out of place on the outside. It only took two days to install them their way - and to do it correctly would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way, nor did they give me the choice.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.

Two days after the installation was complete, Marvin removed their recommendation.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

These guys are amazing. I bought a cascading, 3-panel sliding glass door. The job was big, because they had to do some construction. But, it was done on time and I am in love with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company.

I used this company a about a year ago to install new windows and doors on the entire west side of my home in Scottsdale. They were very reliable and efficient as well as a good value.

In the future if I need additional home improvements that they provide, I will not hesitate to
use them again and/or recommend them to others.
