I reached out to BlueSky Pest Control because at the time we had just moved into our new home and we would see at least one scorpion per week. The prices were affordable and the product works. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a scorpion since I set up the service with Blue Sky. The service is timely and professional, they even educated me throughout the process. I’ve been a customer for 2.5 years. I would highly recommend.

We've been using Blue Sky's bi-monthly service for nearly a decade and they keep us pest-free! I like the text alerts about my service...I can call and reschedule really easily if needed. They are friendly, they always answer any questions I have about critter activity, and they show up when they say they will.

The service technician listened to our concerns and gave detailed information about the treatment used. He even looked on the other side of the fence and treated the fence because he saw trash bins. I have been using Blue Sky for about 5 years now. While they are not the least expensive I feel that their excellent service and effective extermination is worth a few extra bucks. The service people are always friendly and they are responsive if there is a problem.

They are wonderful! After we started using them we stopped seeing scorpions, spiders well everything that come with the wonderful Arizona Nature I would recommend them to anyone and have to my friends who now use them!

Also used powder in brick walls to assist with scorpion removal. I have found when I am home and provide direction the service is more effective. I miss having a full service pest control and find the price is quite high for bi-monthly outdoor only.

Blue Sky technicians have always been professional, courteous and done good work. During an inspection, they found termite damage which I had treated. Scheduling has always been easy and I also get notifications ahead of time. They’re reasonably priced and well worth the money. I’d recommend to anyone looking for an exterminator.

My experience with Blue Sky was amazing from the beginning. We were dealing with a roof rat problem and after dealing with so many other companies, we became very frustrated. We contacted blue sky, and we scheduled an inspection. They sent me a thorough treatment plan and were very knowledgeable. We opted to start the treatment which took about a month and a half, during the treatment, they were responsive, communicative and thorough. By the end of the treatment the roof rats were gone and they helped us with future prevention as well. Thank you guys so much!

Discovered that we had termites. Blue Sky came out the next day to do inspection. Determined termites were present. A few days later they were on site and did remediation. They were fantastic. Highly recommend their services.

Fabulous. The only issue ever has been Monsoon washing ant bait away even though there was no rain in the forecast. However, I call and they schedule at our convivence for the redo. The second try, I was discussing the probability of rain and potentially rescheduling, and it started sprinkling. He let the office know we needed to reschedule and they called with in the hour to set it up. Highly recommend!

These guys are pleasant. I will give them that. They do show up on time also. BUT, in the several years I was with them, I never saw any improvement as far as bugs inside or outside. I'm going to give them the fact that I was looking for as safe chemicals as I could get, but I was NOT looking to pay for something that just did not work.I was having swarms of giant roaches in my backyard after dark to the point where I can't use my yard at all without creepy crawlies climbing all over my feet! I could not even walk in the back yard without watching my feet after dark due to the sheer number of roaches out there. In the day time, I had to watch for fire ants everywhere. Finally, I was having them getting into my house through my bathroom drains mostly. This was the case even after Blue Sky had been out recently and, YES, I did wait a few weeks. In fact, I have had them coming regularly for several YEARS now, so there shouldn't be a 2 week wait to see results, because I was having them come out regularly! I would call and complain about the roaches OR the ants constantly coming up through my pavers and they would diligently come out and spray some stuff and nothing would happen! Nothing! I should see a few, dead bugs, at least, right?Also, I got some rodent exclusion done and although Blue Sky did fix the problem, as in no more rodents getting into my attic, the price was 3 times as much as the new company said they would have charged for the SAME services and it's not the first company who has told me that price was crazy high.Back to the bugs in the yard. The new company, the day/minute they sprayed my yard, swarms of bugs came scurrying out and died instantly. I wish I could attach a picture of all the bugs that scurried out in my yard and proceeded to start dying the minute he sprayed. That has NEVER happened with Blue Sky. That is what I expected, dead bugs. The price is better AND the bugs are dead or dying as we speak.I hate to switch, because they all are very pleasant and responsive, but results. I need results!Just a next day update. There are dead bugs all over my yard! Hundreds! Why did this never happen with Blue Sky? Isn't that what I was paying for?

BlueSky is the very best. If you want the critters gone they’ll make it happen. Even if they have to come be k several time to get them gone. The most polite people on the planet. And knowledgeable.

We have had Blue Sky for many years. Their sevice has kepy us pest free and we live in a high scorpion area. No food for the scorpions, no scorpions. I highly recommend them. We have pets and there are no issues. I give 5 stars to Blue Sky.

I had a bad scorpion problem years ago inside my home and another pest control company was unable to get it under control. Blue Sky took over my pest control, and by having them come every other month for a year the problem was all but eliminated. That was in 2006, and I have had them treat my property ever since. I will on rare occasion see a scorpion inside the house, but not often enough to be concerned any longer.

They come out and we don't even need to be home. Do a solid job and if any pest situations recur before they're due back in two months they come right out and take care of it at no extra charge.

We initially looked up Blue Sky to come out for a tick problem. We set up on the bimonthly service. They came and did an initial service with the general pest spray and then did specific tick treatment in the yards and inside on the furniture and carpets. We had a couple come up between service dates and they came back out at no charge to retreat. They are extremely affordable for the service we are getting. The technician is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Blue Sky to anyone!

We have used Blue Sky Pest Control since late in 2017 (we were referred to the company by a satisfied neighbor) and have been completely satisfied with the services received. Since the second visit from Blue Sky we have had no crickets, either in our garage or in the house; before Blue Sky, we were finding crickets in the house almost every day. We have also seen no scorpions on our property.The service this month was performed a week early due to a Valley-wide beetle invasion; since the service was completed no beetles have been observed on the property.Blue Sky always send an email notification in advance of every service, as well as a follow-up email detailing the services provided. We had a very bad scorpion situation when we moved into our house because the previous owner did not do pest control. The problem was so bad that we were seeing multiple (10+) scorpions in the house on a weekly basis. We noticed an improvement within a few days after the first treatment. We did see a couple scorpions in the house between treatments, and Blue Sky was great about sending someone out within a day or two to re-treat. They have done such a great job that in 2021, we have not seen a single scorpion in the house or on the patios. In addition to the great results, they provide amazing customer service and all of their workers are extremely professional. I definitely recommend giving them a call for your pest control needs!

Blue sky has always taken very good care of us but lately they seemed to struggle with getting rid of are ant problem. I have always been happy with blue sky but the last 3 treatments have not help at all in fact worse to day than 9 months ago.They just came to my house yesterday and I complained about the previous treatments have zero effect on them. If they are unable to solve my problem with this treatment I will try some other company.

Have used Blue Sky since 2004 when we were leasing a house while our current home was being built. We had them come out and spray around and in the new house before we moved in one thing. We have been extremely pleased with Blue Sky and would not even think of going to another company. The rates have gone up since 2004 but not significantly at all. We have service every other month and have only had to have them come out two times over all these years in between bi-monthly breatments.I highly recommend Blue Sky. Our technician is Dennis and except for a short time period he has always been our technician. He is professional, friendly and does a fantastic job. Due to recent construction near our neighborhood there has been an uptick in scorpions but we have had really no problems compared to neighbors who either do not use pest control or do not use Blue Sky! We had been in our home about ten years without seeing any scorpions in our home, when nearby road construction seemed to shift them to our area. We began to see a lot in and around our home. We got connected initially with Blue Sky 7 - 8 years ago for every other month service and since that time rarely see any scorpions in our home. They are great to work with in that we get notified the day before they are coming. We have never had a missed service date. We get e-mailed updates as to what they are seeing. When we saw a termite trail start a couple of years ago, we had Blue Sky come. We experienced the same professionalism with this team. Living in Arizona seems to necessitate using a pest service at least every once in awhile. Blue Sky does a great job for our needs.

You receive a reminder the day before they come. Also, they are accommodating in that the technician calls before coming so I can make sure to unlock my gate and put the dogs inside.They are very thorough and always ask what activity there has been, if any. They also include web & wasp net clearing, which other competitors have not included in their service.Also, if I do experience activity in between routine visits, they will come to my home at no extra charge, which I occasionally have had to do.

These guys are good. When you tell them what you want done they actually do it. I told the lady on the phone what I wanted them to do , and to tell the tech to plan on spending some time at my house. He showed up exactly the way I wanted. Did what I asked without hesitation and was super nice and friendly. To be honest, I almost went with another company recently based on price. However, because blue sky never really gave me a reason to switch, I didn’t. I recommend them anytime I can.

Scorpions are mostly controlled at my residence. The price that is charged is too high and it's probably in the contract that there will be increases, but I've never been notified when they occur.

Could not ask for a better pest control company. Been with them about 4 years now and have 0 complaints. Anytime I see extra activity they send someone out right away, regardless of when my last service took place. 10/10 would recommend.

I live on a golf course and in the fall they over seed. To get the ryegrass to grow they water almost constantly and I end up with huge water bugs. Blue sky came out in the middle of my Service to spray again. They got them all and I am very happy.

In the almost 4 years of owning our home and using Blue Sky Pest Control, we have experienced 2 different technicians and they both have been absolutely professional, caring and concerned. Plus they do a wonderful job of keeping scorpions out of our home.

We have used Blue Sky Pest Control services for almost 4 years. They are on-time, polite, and provide an excellent level of service at a reasonable price. Our house is nestled against the mountains in North Scottsdale but we have had virtually no scorpions or other insects in our house in the time that Blue Sky have been providing our pest control service.

Very reasonable price for regular pest control. We also had them inspect and provide traps for a potential roof rat problem (no problem existed after all it seems). Colonies of tiny ants seem to pop up now and again but they give them particular attention whenever I bring them to their attention. The only issue I have is that they seem to leave the gate into our back yard open or not fully latched (the latest occurrence of this was just yesterday). Otherwise, we are very pleased and have used them since 2014 when our current home was completed.

They thoroughly treat our property every other month and, if we ever need an interior service or an extra treatment, they are very happy to come for free. We have been very satisfied with this company for years.

My wife asked the technician to try and treat a yellow jacket nest in the bush by our front gate and I don’t believe that was done as I still see the yellow jackets flying in and out of the bush . Nothing was noted on the paperwork left that this issue was resolved

Service is good and always has been, however with the Covid issues, they can not currently perform indoor services. If they can't do that, I feel I shouldn't be charged the full amount for when they could previously.Also, I used to receive emails a few days ahead of scheduled service so I could make sure the dog was locked up or any other preparations. Then it turned into the day before, now I just get a knock on the door when they show up without any notice.Minor issues, all the rest is great regarding the actual pest control.

This was our monthly service. Previously, we have been satisfied. Two issues occurred. It is noted on our account to leave the bill at our front door upon completion of the service. This was not done. The second problem was that the technician did not spray around the sill of the window but right on the window. Blue Sky was notified. They have asked us to provide a quote on window cleaning for submission. Or will be taken into consideration for a credit on our account.

So I just buy a house and the previous owners used Blue Sky Pest control. Easy enough, I called them up to continue service. This is when the fun started… The gentleman on the other end of the phone proceeds to tell me that for the last two years they've been losing money on my home service. So they need to start with a whole re-do initial new home application. This way I will be sure my entire house has been treated properly. They then have to raise the bi monthly payments by $40 a month. I was a little perplexed since they had been out last month and have been doing the house for over two years? When I called the guy out about it all the on the other end of the phone all he could think of was that cars go up every year??? What a rip off!!!Morale of the story- if you're a new customer and want to pay more money then the person before you stay with Blue Sky Pest Control. Or, you can do it I did- go to Bulwark Pest Control! What a different experience on the phone, totally accommodating and helpful. These guys have customer service down!

Contacted Blue Sky to treat a rat problem on a rental property. Since I don't live at the address, I asked them to schedule with the tenant and I would pay for services. After taking all of my information, they refused to schedule with the tenant. If you are a property management company or rental property owner, save yourself some time and find another pest control company.

I like Blue Sky Pest Control. They've done a great job: after three months my roaches are gone and I live on a golf course! They also treat for ants and spiders. They are polite and give me advanced notice. They even re-treated my garage at no extra cost. I'm pleased to have found an American company that does what they say at a reasonable cost.

This pest-control company is amazing! We started using them about three years ago to control scorpions in an upscale rental property. The property had not been maintained so I was somewhat skeptical we would get a handle on the multiple scorpions as well as snails, etc. that populated the property. After the first visit we had a lot of activity which we expected . Very slowly things started to change. Though there were still scorpions in the house there was less of them. The snails were gone in 1 season, a real blessing.Because they only came every 2 months, we were not sure we would see much in the way of critter control. But wow! Been using for 2 years and I have never had a bug problem. Had 2 black widows when we moved in and took care of them quick and never saw again. Always friendly and show up the day they say they will. They do call the day before your apptointment to let you know they are coming and they don't give a time frame so if you are gone and need access to backyard you may have to have unlocked and pets inside all day.

I chose blue sky pest control based on Google reviews and I'm so thankful I did. We are renovating a property that unfortunately has a major infestation of critters. After the initial treatment we saw a very dramatic decrease in critter activity almost immediately. When the specialist saw the home he said it was the worst he has ever seen. After his 2nd visit we were amazed that there is very limited critter activity in the home. Our situation is special as we are not living in the home and removed all sources of food and water. Blue Sky arrived last Saturday in the am. I was unaware of there arrival but my wife knew about it and forgot to tell me. I opened the rear gate for the representative so he could get to the back. We are using the organic sprays instead on the chemicals and have had no issues since we started with this.The representative was completed in about 15 minutes and arrived back at my front door and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I said no thanks and did you see anything on this property that needed immediate attention. I had told him that our neighbors had termites and he said that he didn't see any signs of them. We then wished each other Happy Holidays!!!

The last time Blue Sky came to our house it was on a day where it rained all day and it’s not the 1st time they’ve done that. Not super effective. I don’t like how they come whenever they want every 7-9 weeks. I also don’t appreciate how they block my driveway so I can’t leave especially since I can’t plan ahead and not have places to go. I don’t like how they want to talk when they get here and when they leave. I have a lot going on inside and it’s a pain to stop what I’m doing and come to the door for a pointless “okay I’m done” conversation. My card is on file. I also don’t like how they ask if there are any problems and then if I say yes they make it my fault by saying to make sure and keep fruit picked up etc which we do. We have kept using them because the bug situation has been kept mostly under control and these are minor annoyances.

Blue Sky Pest Control was expensive and they never caught a single rodent despite coming out several times and us spending a significant amount of money with them. Working with them was a waste of time and money. The next rodent service we worked with solved the problem and showed us how poorly Blue Sky Pest Control had placed and baited the traps. Blue Sky even cut a hole in our wall at one point in attempt to get the rats and it had 0% effectiveness.

I have been using Blue Sky since late July after finding a giant fire ant colony in my back yard. They did respond right away and got me on the schedule immediately and were very friendly. The problems I am having however is even though they killed off what appears to be all or most of that colony, I still have plenty of ant activity in my back yard. We have a lot of rock and are going to be having more rock here very soon so it makes it hard to see where the ants are coming from. I have explained this several times and in PHX most people have rock and that is something they should be used to treating. Since they come only every other month it is not helping my problem and since I pay every month I am starting to feel ripped off. This last time they barely laid down any spray around the household perimeter (even though I have never had a bug in the house even before they started coming) and they were supposed to put down granules for the ants out in the rock, but I don't see anything... Also I have asked them repeatedly to call me when they know they are coming so I can lock my dog in and unlock the back gate, each time they say it is taken care of, at least this last time they did call when he was just around the corner, giving me a few minutes, luckily I was home. I am planning on canceling this service because they are not controlling the ant issue after 5 months and I cannot afford to pay for service I do not get each month.

I paid a premium monthly pest control service fee and when they actually need to do something they want to charge hundreds of dollars in additional fees.

It feels like their coming out is just a formality, going thru the motions in 10 minutes or less just to justify the $35/mo. Still seeing ants, spiders and scorpions on a regular basis, always with an excuse; It's the weather, it takes time, seeing a little activity is normal, our product drives them out so You'll see more for awhile. I suppose that all makes sense. What doesn't make sense is paying $35/mo to hear explanations for WHY I'm seeing bugs as opposed to just seeing bugs.

Always prompt, very little interaction needed after initial call, and all correspondence has been online (which is convenient). Only issue is spiders. Can't seem to get rid of them outside. Heard it was hard to get rid of them, though.
