Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

I had read reviews of Truly Nolen, most notably Steve Gonzalez. He was our tech who serviced our home and the guy was better than advertised. He is a pros pro, very thorough and was happy to answer any questions we had. He showed us what he was doing and why. To him, getting houses bug free is a challenge and he takes it seriously, all the while being a real friendly, regular guy. We didn't realize that our German roach problem was as bad as it actually was, but we saw it for ourselves and while we weren't expecting to spend over $1000 for the service, it is worth it for the follow-ups and peace of mind. Steve is the best - Thank you Steve!

Their work did nothing to stop our rodent problems. They just charged us a lot of money and still have not come back for their stuff

Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It’s 5 o’clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there’s been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company… Onto another one!

So, Jody Stein, our tech, came out to service our home and yard. He did a great job and is the most professional and thorough tech we've ever had. About ten minutes after he left a stampede of roaches came rushing onto our porch. I called the office and Jody came back and hit our patio again.

I'm leaving five stars and I'm not even a customer. Senor Gonzales saved a wild Hawk from a customer's pool and made it look like Child's Play. The Hawk was obviously thankful hung out with the guy for I think like an hour until the nonprofit bird rescue people got there and I'm sincerely touched. The hawk is doing fine probably would not have survived if Senor Gonzales would not have found it what a great employee to show such mercy and compassion while working and I think he's meant to be somewhere else unfortunately to the detriment of the pest control company he should be at a zoo or taking veterinarian assistant classes or something but I think it's great and it is a testament to the employees they hire

Benny has treated our house for termites and termite prevention several times and he is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This last visit he went above and beyond by coming out twice after hours to ensure he completed the job prior to our bathroom remodel. Mike Willey is also great as the Service Coordinator. I highly recommend Truly Nolan for termite treatment and prevention.

These guys are great! Our technician Natalie is so fantastic! She is so friendly and sweet, works hard and isn't scared to get her hands dirty lol. She answers all my questions and we haven't had any ants. She even went so far as moving a heavy trailer for me to get to the super heavy fence she also moved like it was no big deal. We are absolutely now repeat customers!

Great service. Our technician, Mark Hendricks has always taken care of our needs in a timely and most professional manner. He takes time to notify us of pending visits, and always follows up with a detailed report of the property pest status. I recommend their services based on my past experiences.

We just started our service with Truly Nolan but both the representative that assisted is setting up the service- as well as our technician who called me to explain his visit and he was on his way early, we very professional and nice folks. I appreciate that they were not speaking from a script, and it was an actual conversation. Steve was our service person and called because he was early- and once he found out we are not there full time, he said- no worries- I will take care of everything for you! This service is for a seasonal home, so we have not been there yet- but wanted to have the service started prior to a 1 week trip there in October 2019. (We just purchased the home in March 2019 and have only been there for a long weekend so far). TN was recommended by friends who use them for their seasonal home in Scottsdale as well, so we trust everything will continue just as well as it has started. Thanks!

Benito Ochoa was very efficient and provided knowledgeable feedback on termite issues and treatment. Benny did a very nice job on filling in the drill holes and was very pleasant to work with.

I love the customer service. I usually get Monica at the Deer Valley location. Always pleasant and accommodating . My technician Jake does an amazing job. Highly recommend Truly Nolan prices are reasonable and they NEVER try to sell you something you don’t need.

Benito was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He listened to my concerns and treated all the areas necessary to protect us from termites. He double checked our house inside and out, and made sure to tell me to call if I have any concerns or notice any activity.

We found scorpions in our home & I called Truly Nolan immediately. They came out the next day to treat. They are very thorough, knowledgeable & responsive. We use them for rodent & termite control too. Very satisfied!

My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

Jack at Truly Nolen services my property, he keeps me up to date and in the loop the entire time! Jack is even nice enough to close my dog in the doggy door and then let her out when he's finished. Its great!!

Sallylyn was so helpful and caring. She inspected our home thoroughly and and gave us a complete rundown if our options. She treated us with respect and really didn't try to push a sale. I would recommend Truly Nolen. Their customers survice was amazing.

My interactions in person were great with the termite inspector and technician, but the office dropped the ball twice. The first time was when the first inspector called out sick and they couldn't get another appointment until later in the week. The second time was when the inspector said he would schedule the termite treatment for Wednesday, but when I called the day before my appointment to confirm it, they hadn't scheduled my appointment at all! They said they couldn't get anyone out to my house for another week. As frustrating as the cancelled appointments and failed appointment-making was, the termite technician, Martin, was knowledgeable and did the treatment as promised. If you're under warranty with TN and get termites they will treat it for free. From the time I discovered the termites myself and called the office for treatment it took 2.5 weeks to get a technician out to my home. It was a frustrating and ultimately relieving experience because they did follow through in the end.

We have had this service for 24 years. They are very responsive to our needs and we have been problem free. Natalie calls ahead snd makes sure we get the report. Thank you soo much!

Emailed in for an inspection, but never confirmed the date/time due to my 3 kids being sick. Someone still showed up saying it was confirmed. Even though I never responded to the email confirming. I set up another date/time for an 1pm & after time frame. Spent all morning cleaning up after the kids so he could walk around without a mess or toys everywhere. 1:10 rolls around and I get a text from my servicer that he was sick and called out that morning. You know you have appts as your job, but didn't feel the need to tell me until after our time frame? Fine. I understand to an extent. Then he told me he would get back to me to reschedule when he got back to work the next week. Great, I wished a speedy recovery. Never heard from him or the company again. Lost out on a customer, but they obviously didnt care.

We have used Truly Nolen for over eight years. They may be a bit more expensive than the folks that just spray all through your home, but we prefer to keep the poisons out of our home. Their extrerior zone defense works great, resulting in little or no pesticides in our home. Last year we had a problem with scorpions. They determined that the scorpions were in the walls. Under warranty and at no charge to us, they did what is normally a very expensive treatment - drilling tiny holes between the studs and injecting the pesticide into the walls. We have had no scorpions or other bugs since that time.

Jack called before he arrived so that I could make sure pets were in the house.
He was quick, efficient , quiet and informative.

I have had this service for years. I have the yearly termite inspection and the pest control. The people who come out are either on time or early. I have never had a problem and they will come out if I start seeing anything. I don't even see crickets that used to be a problem. Very satisfied.

Natalie did a great job researching the ants here so she could treat our backyard ant hill with the correct product. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. Thanks! (and yes, the ants are gone!!)

These guys are great! They call ahead and show up when they say they will...we haven't had any problems with pests -- which is really something to say at springtime in the desert after a very wet year!

I'm Selling my house and i have paid them to Treatment termites To get the transaction going . I Paid Over $1700 after a week I ask for repot to prove there is no termites. And they wouldn't gave me a Report.
