This was our first time needing this type of service; and Insectek came up on my Yelp search. I was contacted by several companies, however, Insectek had one of the quickest response times with the best follow-up and communication. Nick was the Technician that came to our home for the termite inspection today and he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all my questions. He was top-rate and contributed to my confidence in acquiring their services! I signed the service agreement today... hoping the work/treatment is as superb as the service so far. If great customer service, trust and ease are important to you when selecting a service company, I'd certainly recommend Insectek.

There's a reason they have 5 stars and almost 1000 reviews! They are awesome! We've used them for years and the bugs have stayed away. Our big issue is scorpions where we leave and the poison works great. If there's ever an issue, they come back ASAP to take care of it. Customer service is so important and they absolutely strive for great customer service. If you're looking for a great pest control company, look no further!

Kevin was wonderful! He was on time, super friendly and very thorough. We have used Insectek for our pest control needs the last few years and the service is always top notch. On the rare occasion we spot something in between visits, they are always quick to send someone out to get it taken care of. Great customer service!

My free evaluation and estimate went very well and there was no pressure to buy now. Eric was friendly and extremely knowledgable. I chose to use Insectek for a termite treatment and it also went well. Eric explained what was going to be done and then got to work. It was a treatment covering the whole perimeter of the house. He had an apprentice with him who was equally friendly and helpful. Now I have a great exterminating company to add to my list of top home services (just a list I keep for myself). Insektek is the best pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. Eric came by at the exact time of my scheduled appt. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I explained my issue with just a couple of scorpions and what looked like a black widow web. Eric took the time to explain how scorpions react to various types of pest control and how best to try keep the critters at bay. Insektek will always be my first choice for effective and professional pest control services.

I recently set up bi-monthly service with Insectek and I am very pleased with their customer service. The communication is excellent so you know what to expect with the service and the tech was very knowledgeable, thorough, and timely.

Matt is my technician and he is ALWAYS on time, pleasant, efficient and he always communicate when he is scheduled to arrive, what areas he will treat and he asks about any issues noted. My neighbors complain about seeing insects, but when they ask me if I see any insects, I proudly answer NONE!!! They ask me who I contracted with and I tell them INSECTEK. A true wonderful company. My technician Eric was so helpful and thorough during the whole entire process. He told me EXACTLY what he was doing and provided great information. As a first time home owner especially coming from the Midwest all the given info was so beneficial. I’ve been using these guys for pest control for years, and they do a great job. Courteous staff, on time appointments, and thorough treatment. They come on a schedule but are always available in between appointments if needed. We used to have them treat indoors and outside but don’t even have them treat inside typically anymore and we are pest free. Highly recommend.

Insectek has been servicing our home for 2 years now. Always on time or early. Sends scheduled monthly appointment times via text. Always sends a reminder texts and text alerts when technician is on their way. Very easy to reschedule and communicates well via phone or text. Always asks if any pests or insects have been spotted since last service and asks if only wants Exterior sprayed or interior as well (no extra charge). Gives solutions for fruit flies and outdoor house flies. Will come out for free in between services if pests are found. Reliable, dependable and great value. We have been pest free and couldn’t be happier with the service!

Eric has been amazing with treating our house. It had been neglected from treatment for what seemed like several years prior to us buying the home. Eric was able to come in and explain exactly why I was having certain pest issues and provided me ways I can help reduce it. Ever since we started using insectek last year we have seen amazing results. We used to have always have spiders in our house along with other insects but haven’t had any problems since using them. Christopher came out yesterday for our pest control and he did an amazing job! He took his time and did a thorough job . He even pointed out that our weatherstripping around our front door needed to be replaced and that the gap could be a way for insects to get through so he made sure to spray a little extra around there as an extra precaution. He definitely went above and beyond, thank you Christopher!

Eric from Insectek is a wonderful and thorough worker. He was knowledgeable about ant colonies and how to fix the issue we had with them, showed up early by communicating to let us know prior, and was very thorough with the treatment during the visit. So after some research, I selected this company.The first person was Bryce, he explained in detail all the services and costs and never pressured me into any decision. I selected the annual pre-paid bi-monthly service for preventative maintenance, along with the one time mosquito treatment. We’ve been using Insectek for a monthly service about a year now and every time, they are very communicative with their arrival times and extremely helpful when we see anything new. Eric is so nice and truly happy to be helping out every time he comes to our home!

Eric has been to our house a couple of times over the past 2 years and is always super helpful! I recommend requesting him specifically if you can.He has helped us with wasps in our yard and most recently helped us with a cockroach problem. Great experience with Insectek so far! We recently moved to AZ and was looking for a Pest Control company to do preventive services. I contacted them via their web page and got a call from Bryce the same day. He was very nice and explained all the options available. Everything was very easy and we were able to schedule the first visit within a week. Tyler just came in today, he was on time, very professional and also very nice!

Although clearly evident by the other 5 star reviews, I couldn't not leave another review on how fantastic this company is. We moved into a new home that had a persistent ant problem inside every room. Did everything we could to get rid of them ourselves but no luck. One treatment from Insectek and they were gone. I'm convinced they just packed all of the ants up in a bag and hauled them away because I haven't even seen one. It's a great peace of mind to have them scheduled for the recurring service. Tyler is always punctual, efficient and I really appreciate the heads up they give when they're on the way! Highly recommend.

We started using Insectek early last year(2021) We had our yard worked on and soon found out after that we had a huge scorpion problem. Being a new mom, my baby was only a couple months old, I found one on my baby's tummy time pad and I was terrified. We found 6-8 of them inside the house, and averaging catching 2-3 a night outside the entire summer. It was BAD! Insectek listened to our concerns, has been attentive to our needs, comes out monthly to monitor our house,sets out traps, as well as spray and out down the powder that no only kills Scorpion prey but it kills scorpions as well. They are also very reasonable compared to some of the other companies, they use non toxic products which are safe for my dog and baby. It has taken some time to get things under control as our problem was pretty bad, but I'm happy to say that so far year we have only found 5 Scorpions outside(its June, we starting hunting them every night in March) and I'm a little more relaxed now that I know we are well taken care of with Insectek. I highly recommend them!

Tyler was our last tech and I must he did a fantastic job. The last few times he’s been out he educated us on why we are swing more activity in the summer. He got the problem areas. The other thing, Insektek employees always have a good attitudes. We are please and happy Tyler

Eric was awesome and in addition to my regular bimonthly extermination service, he did a special wall and drain treatment in the bathroom. I told him we were having some cockroach problems (sewer) in one particular area of one bathroom. He inspected the area and found the likely place where they may be entering. After treating several areas, he said he heard activity in the wall and told me what to expect. I originally signed up with Insectek several years ago after a tenant left my house dirty and with a serious ant problem. I never intended to stay on as a regular customer, but I’ve never left and can highly recommend them!!

We have been using Insectek for about 5 years now and we are fully satisfied with their service. When we moved into our home we found out we had a scorpion problem. We used another service first with little to no result. Once Insectek came we noticed an almost immediate improvement. Now we rarely see one - we may see one inside once a year, but even when we do they appear to be dying. We only have them spray outside since March 2020 and we haven't noticed an increase. They are professional, effective, priced fairly, and always on time - they text on their way and when they are done. We did try the mosquito service, but didn't notice a difference. We will continue with our $52 monthly service for pests and scorpions. They are fantastic and we always recommend them. Thank you!

Codi came out and provided great service! He was very informative and thorough. He took a look around the property and found the root of the issue which was incredible! Insectek has been our go-to exterminator for more than 5 years. They do bimonthly visits to treat and prevent insects and they do an incredible job. In 5 years I have never seen a cockroach in my house. We barely ever even see bugs outside. Also, when we moved into our home, the property was under warranty for termites through a separate company. We had termites treated multiple times a year for about 4 years until we decided not to continue the warranty and instead pay for treatment through Insectek. Since Insectek treated for termites, we haven’t had any further activity. Not once. Insectek is affordable and gets the job done. Their employees are friendly very responsive when treatment is needed. They’re the best! Period. I highly recommend their service.

They were out a month ago and did treatment. Ants started showing up in the last week and I called them and they came out today. Nick walked around the property and we found the ant trails and nests. He treated the areas. Nick does a great job!

Enrique is fantastic! He swept under and around the base of house before spraying for pests. In the six years we've lived in our home, do you know how many times anyone has swept under there? Zero. Zero times. He was so kind and professional, and easily moved around me and my toddler while he worked. Our experience with Insectek has been awesome and it feels like a big upgrade from companies we have used in the past.

Enrique showed up a couple minutes early after receiving a text that he was on his way. I walked him through a couple changes in layout in our backyard and he made a few suggestions based on some of the bugs we have seen. He treated the areas around the house and offered to look at the garage. He treated the garage and offered a few sticky boxes inn corners to monitor any activity we might see. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered questions related to my dogs and his treatment. Most affable employee I’ve met in almost three years of working with this company. Appreciated him taking time to advise and inform.

Amazing company, called after hours and was surprised to have received a callback first thing in the am. Super punctual, very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Paid 129 bux for one visit. Soon after, the invasion of bugs came and still had scorpions. I know all companies were getting bombarded because of it and waited to call. This bit me in the butt because when I called, I was past the 14 days window.. My attempt in trying to be nice, did not matter to them.EDIT: Gerritt, the manager, called me to let me know they wanted to schedule a respray on the outside. I appreciate the gesture.For anyone using them, a one time spray has a 14 days timeframe to call them if issues were to arise with bugs. If you are on their regular plan, no timeframe.

Eric V. was our Insectek technician, he was polite, informative and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable of the types of issues and insects that we had in our home. Primarily, scorpions and spiders that kept creeping around our third floor. He researched our previous service reports to familiarize himself before he arrived so he had an idea of what we were dealing with. He troubleshooted ways he can assist us in maintaining our residence. He also advised us to research hospitals in our area that had anti-venom as a precaution because we have a 2 year old in our home. Which was an awesome idea because the only number I have in my phone is for poison control. Very pleased with our service and will continue to be a loyal customer with Insectek for this very reason. Their technicians truly know what they are doing and how to tackle pest situations. They are always quick to respond and set appointments. Will always recommend!

Insectek is the best! I started using them at the beginning of the year at my new rental home, and am glad I delected them as the provider of choice. Not only did they have the best pricing for bi-monthly service, scheduling was a breeze and the advance reminders are great. Our technician Kyle is awesome. Kyle has been our technician for the past year now and he's awesome; he always asks if I've seen any scorpions since the last spray and is full of helpful advice. Eric, a senior tech came out a couple of weeks back regarding Sewer Roaches I had been seeing in my house. I am BEYOND petrified of roaches and these things are huge. Eric took his time to thoroughly inspect and treat areas that he thought they could be coming in from. He even did patch work to a cracked Drainage access pipe which he did not have to do. He gave recommendations of repairs he felt could help solve the problem. Besides the very next day... I have not seen any since then and I am beyond grateful for Eric's care to help me solve this issue. I literally have been thinking about moving out because of this problem and now I may not even have to move. Thanks a billion Eric.

These guys are awesome! A dog that had ticks visited my property. I freaked out and called Insectek. They squeezed me in the next day. The gentleman that scheduled my appointment explained everything, didn’t try to upsell anything and charged the first time fee. They agreed to come back in 10 days and treat for free with a monthly service that could change to bi-monthly if there isn’t a lot of activity. No contracts! No fee to stop service. Enrique sprayed my property. He was early, very professional and did a great job. I’m so pleased with this company.

The technicians are always professional and trustworthy. They remind you of the appointment the day before, text you before they show up, and always ask if there is anything that they can do. We have been using Insectek for a couple of years now. Their techs are always friendly and respectful of our home and pets. We added a wasp nest removal to our monthly service which was done today. I am absolutely terrified of bugs that sting or bite so this nest has been ruining my time in the pool. Our tech was able to kill the wasps and get rid of the nest and return our yard to its peaceful state. He was even able to recommend ways to keep them from returning to our pool, which was much appreciated. Oh and, these guys are ALWAYS on time...if not early. Our service technician does an all around great job. The communication regarding the process, safety, and follow-up with past pest concerns is fantastic. We decided to use a pest control company to decrease the amount of prey that could attract scorpions. So far we have seen zero scorpions in the past two years, knock on wood. We've had ants pop up in the backyard but Insectek comes back out for free to spray issues between services. Highly recommend this company.

I do a lot of due diligence for pest control. I had another company which is highly reviewed (5 stars) come by and did not provide anything close to the level of service which I received today. Anyway,Insectek's Ben (Owner) is a great guy, even though I do a lot to control our insect issues, he was very informative and took the time to walk me through the detailed treatment options. At the time of my service they were on-time to the service call time they planned. They provided a time not a window of time, but a time they would be here and hit it. Adam the service Tech did a stellar job by going over and over the treatment option's and how best to get my insect problems under control. What most impressed me, he was genuine, honest and wasn't rushing to get to his next job and spent the time to educate me on the treatment and challenges we face. He provided a thorough foundation of pesticide and walked me through each of the chemical options. Great job! Always prompt arrival, and courteous and gracious technicians. We've been customers for 5+ years in three different homes and have been extremely happy with Insectek. When we do have a need in between scheduled services, they rush to take care of the problem. I use them for Maintenance of insects. I have had a scorpion and other small insects in the house. They always come out when I call them to exterminate again. The exterminator I had today was fantastic he did every square inch of the house and he did all around the outside of the house set up a trap for flies clean the traps that I have in the house. I called today to get a quote for pest control, not only were they able to come out and spray today they were having a special so I got 50% off my first spray. Eric the technician who came out was incredibly awesome, he explained everything and great detail listened to all my concerns and then address each one individually. I also have small dogs and was concerned about spraying with them around, not only did they use my mind because all of their chemicals are super safe, but he was conscious of where he sprayed based on that fact. Eric even went in my hot attic since it reached 100 today to spray to make sure that we got a comprehensive spray for the first time.I was so impressed I signed up for a yearly service and will have them come out once a month to keep my home bug free. Called Insectek this morning after letting our other pest control company go. Explained to Morgan the extent of our massive scorpion problem and that the other company wasn't getting the job done. He was professional, polite, and asked me all the right questions. He was also able to work around one of the techs schedules so he could come out the same day. Enrique texted me when he was on his way. He showed up exactly when they said he would. When he arrived, he had already been briefed on our bug issues and we discussed what the service entailed and what both of our expectations are with treatment. I was throughly impressed with the inside and outside jobs, which also included de-webbing, which the former company did not do. Enrique went back to a spot that he noticed he had missed earlier and actually found a black widow and webs and took care of both. This review is based solely on my initial contact and first pest treatment. I am not able to say yet whether or not the scorpion population will decrease from treatment. That review is for a later date. I am hopeful though!Enrique was nothing but professional, knowledgable, and polite, same as my initial phone contact this morning. We were doing some remodeling and once the carpenters opened up a wall we could see that there was an issue. I notified the company because we had a warranty with them and they came out within 24 hours. It was excellent service. I could even text message them which made it so easy! Excellent service!

Marissa who helped coordinate our service was so helpful. She was able to get us in quickly and was very responsive to all my questions. Ryan our technician was on time and very efficient. He even found a leak in our front yard and explained how that could be causing our increased pest activity, which was very helpful! On a personal side, we were pushing for ASAP service because we have ferrets and one had been stung by a scorpion and ended up hospitalized. Both Marissa and Ryan expressed empathy and checked to make sure our little guy was okay (he is) before even talking about the pest control service which I think shows that Insectek hires some good people that really care about making homes safe!

Wonderful company; I refer everyone who has a need. We moved into a beautiful new home, only to find out our new roommates were scorpions. We were finding around 5-6 a week, inside. I called Insectek based off a recommendation, and spoke to the manager, Garrett, about our issue for 20 minutes. He walked through options (some even outside of what the company provided) and ultimately provided me a game plan and timeframe to test results. All the techs who have come to the house are wonderful, friendly, consultative, and quick. We have only been finding dead scorpions inside since starting their service, and have grown to look forward to the service as we are expecting a little one soon, and hope to have this all behind us shortly. I cannot say enough kind things about the professionalism and consultative approach the company takes. Their service is next level.

Have used for a few years. Always on time if not early for my scheduled monthly appointments. Very nice and accommodating to reschedule when I’ve left my gates locked. They do outside spraying but inside insects are almost none. Maybe a scorpion once or twice a year. I was usually seeing about 2-3 per month.

He even texted me when he found a baby rattlesnake in our backyard, and even though he was not allowed to get rid of it, he was kind enough to toss it over the back fence so my dog wouldn't find it; something I would have been to scared to do! I've been happy with my insectek service, they've been helping eradicate German roaches from our home. I wasn't prepared for a one year commitment when I first signed up but after a few months I am relieve that the treatment is working. My only complaint is a minor one, but the tech is different each visit, so I feel like I'm having to give some kind of report or status update on the house when I don't really know what to say about it. Would be nice to feel like they are the ones telling ME the status of the house, since they are the experts and they are inspecting monthly. As it stands the team doesn't feel cohesive - the company as a whole should have a snapshot of my account/address each time they come so it feels consistent. Instead it seems like each tech has their own ways of doing things, and no one seems to be sure what the guy before him did. It seems strange to ask the client that information - who's to say I was here last month, or that I'm remembering correctly? Each tech has been very nice but the one who came out today has been my favorite as he really seemed to care about being professional and doing a good job. Didn't catch his name though

I have been using Insectek Pest Solutions for a couple of years now. I am satisfied with their service. I receive a text message for a schedule date and time. If I need to reschedule it is very easy. The technicians are courteous and friendly. Wayne was especially very good about talking to me about the yard and my dog as I was nervous about her being bitten by a scorpion. He was very good and told me what I need to do to keep my dog safe. I have never seen any bugs or scorpions in my house so it must be working!

I did a lot of research before choosing to go with Insectek Pest Solutions, and their reviews were overwhelmingly positive and my experience today was no less than what I expected.From the get go, the team at Insectek was wonderful at answering all my questions via email (I have 4 kids and sometimes a phone call is just not possible!) and I found their rate to be super fair & affordable! They were able to come out to my home quickly after I inquired which was really nice as well!Matt showed up earlier than I expected him which is always nice to have things done sooner rather than later!I explained to him that we've seen the occasional cockroach in our bathrooms but that I'd seen them in our cabinets and one in the garage and that's why I called, because I was over it even seeing them!He took a look at our bathroom construction and explained that they're attracted to dark and damp areas and so that's why we're mostly seeing them in the bathrooms and that he was not only going to spray all the areas in and around my house, yard and garage but also put a powder down my drains to kill any living in there and traps in our garage where they could be coming in or hanging out.I appreciated his knowledge, friendliness and not just doing the bare minimum! Insectek has been to my house twice now. We were having lots of trouble with scorpions in our yard and coming into our house. Both visits were by their technician Eric. He did a very thorough job of treating the outside perimeter of our house and block wall. He is also an Arizona native and is very knowledgeable about the local critters. We were counting over twenty scorpions a night outside using a blacklight flashlight. Within a few days after the first treatment, we could not find any live scorpions outside. I would highly recommend Insectek to anyone with pest control issues. I also work at a family business and Insectek has been very helpful with treating termites there. Two thumbs up!

I love that they always show up on time instead of giving you a 2-3 hour window. I also like that I normally get the same technician Wayne, who is very knowledgeable and professional. Been with insectek for about almost 2 years now.... Got them when I moved into an older house I rented... And it has been an absolute best company... I can't speak for others but this place is always helpful and shows up when I call even though it's not on a scheduled monthly spray. If I see something I call and they schedule a guy to get to my spot either that day or the next... Very helpful. It's like 68 dollars every two months. But they are not pushy on the bullying and downright easy to work with. Highly recommend

He always takes the time to give our yard & house a thorough spray. I called Insectek based on the many positive reviews. I rarely give 5 stars but service manager, Morgan went above and beyond basic customer service to troubleshoot my ongoing mosquito problem. He offered a few suggestions over the phone and then offered a complimentary home visit to troubleshoot. He arrived on time. professional and friendly and after a thorough site visit, pinpointed the rain gutter along my carport as blocked with leaves and dirt and not draining properly.This was a breeding ground for mosquitos as well as standing water in the neighbors front yard.Many thanks and I will continue to use the monthly service.

I have used Insectek for a year now. They always email a few days before they come, and are consistently on time. The technicians are always respectful and friendly and ask if there are any problems. We have had a bad fire ant problem in our backyard for 20 years, but after Insectek started, we can walk in our grass without getting bit! Since Insectek became our pest control service we haven't seen any bugs inside the house. They come 4 times a year and the price is the same as other companies we have used.

Termites! After interviewing 4 companies, insectek provides the most extensive and safest termite treatment. Pricing is also comparable two other companies. James came out to do the inspection and when I decided on insectek James also did the treatment. The treatment was a combination of trenching where are the active termites were outside at the entry point, dusting in the ceiling where the current activity was inside, and putting bait stations around the perimeter of my home. James also put bait stations around the wooden shed. Insectek is the only company that included my shed. There was one company that gave me a quote on the phone without looking at my property. They used basic information from the County website. The County website does not give correct detail that is needed to do a proper termite treatment. Never trust a company that gives you a price over the phone without looking at your property. This company, the 4th, was the most expensive and gave a 10 year warranty. Termite chemical doesn't last 10 years. I'm not going to play Russian Roulette with my home or anything else! Bait stations are effective and safest for mother earth!

This is the second time he has been here and we like the attention he pays to potential problem we may have. We've had service from Insectek for about a year now and are very happy with the job they do. When we first bought our house a year ago, the house also came with an infestation of roaches. Insectek quickly took care of that problem and we haven't had any issues with ANY bugs at all since then. Just had our home serviced again today by Adam and he was very helpful and friendly.

I like the frictionless interaction from hiring to Bill paying. I get auto notices they are coming. And can communicate directly with the applicator via text. It can be contactless if you wish. I never have them come inside and still no bugs to speak of. Cost is competitive but their level of professionalism is the best. From applicator appearance, trucks, customer interface and experience. I have them doing my house and a commercial property with 20 units.

Over run from the exterior with cockroaches we needed help ASAP. A one two punch with the initial two service calls, Tyler and Codi were extremely responsive, interested and professional describing the service treatment and when expectations would be fulfilled. We are seeing fewer and fewer live buggers. We are also fighting destructive packrats and rabbits so deployed snap traps to reduce property damage.

I have to give this company 5 stars. When Wayne came over to exterminate, I wasn’t aware I had to clear everything out of the kitchen cabinets and instantly I was overwhelmed. Wayne was gracious enough to help me clear my cabinets and he had the best sense of humor to turn a stressful situation into a positive one. He was very professional and informative, I would definitely recommend this company again.

The place I live in has a lot of scorpions, even the exterminator saw one today.

Been using their services since we moved to the new home. We have used other pest control companies at our old house and have had issues but since moving we switched to Insectek and have not had any problems. They are very professional, courteous and priced fairly. They spend the time to make sure you have no pest problems. On one occasion we did see some ants and their service tech came out the next day and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this firm if you are considering a pest control company.

My first visit went great! The tech Anthony knew his stuff, and did a great job answering all my questions.He also did great job dealing with what ended up being a cockroach nest. He even reminded me to take out my dog before he sprayed the back yard so my dog wouldn't have to hold it while the chemicals dried.He stayed and made sure the job was done, cleaned up, inside and out. I didn't feel any pressure like he was going to leave me with a sea of cockroaches crawling around.5 stars, I hope I get him again in my follow-up appointment.

Eric has been great. He's been over 4 times now and he has explained all the hiding spots that the cockroaches might hide out and has taken care of our problem. We set up on a super easy and affordable plan where they come out every 3 months. They will retreat for free if you see any pests. They are growing but still feel like a small company that has only a few customers. Would recommend any day.

A long overdue review for an AMAZING company! I started using Insectek over a year ago for my townhome in Phoenix. Living in the city equals living with cockroaches and other insects, especially during the summer. Once I started seeing the occasional cockroach inside, one of us had to go...and they did. Insectek’s product immediately took care of the problem and after the initial 7-10 days...I never saw one in the house again. Also, while they are hard to get rid of, I also saw a dramatic decrease in silverfish.Fast forward about 18 months later and they are now treating the home that I bought in Phoenix. They did the initial treatment before we moved in and all I have seen are dead bugs (outside) ever since.I can’t say enough good things about Insectek!
