Diego was great! He was professional and efficient at spot treating our garage for termites after we'd seen some tubes pop up recently. He was friendly and also shared some information that was very helpful to me as a new homeowner, and gave me his card if we ever need anything else.Luckily the previous owners had a termite warranty with Action, which was transferred to us, so we didn't even have to pay for this. Over all, great experience with Action so far.

Roy was very thorough, honest and helpful in his inspection of our home. He explained the problems as well as the treatment process thoroughly. Always nice knowing someone who’s been in the termite business for 20+ years is coming to do your inspection as well. ACTION also responded quickly to my request with friendly customer service.

I contacted Action Termite because they came up as one of the top rated in the area for pest control, I was able to make an appointment that worked for my busy retired schedule (that was a joke) Art Diaz was the inspector and he was very knowledgeable and straight forward on all items and covered all the questions my neighbor and I had for him and left nothing to guess about, I appreciate competence when dealing with someone who claims to be a professional and Art defiantly is. He scheduled both my neighbor and I for service on October 4, 2022.On October 4, 2022, our technician Fred Flatt arrived and did an outstanding job of drilling, applying the product and filling the holes to where they are barely noticeable, I did tell him that I hope the company is compensating him well due to all the work he put into our homes. All I can say if good job and keep up the great customer service.

Johnny is excellent at what he does If you have any kind of bugs ask for Johnny. He’s been in the business a long time. I have also used this company for termites in the pastDefinitely would recommend. Great service value for the price

Could not have picked a better place! Was super worried when I started to see the termites come in through my ceiling. Then I gave ACTION Termite a call they got me someone (Jeremy) to come and take a look and inform me of what was going on and what measures to take. He was very nice fast and knowledgeable and even took his time to teach me a few things about termites, I didn’t know. I was able to get an extermination date set up in a great turn around time. When they came out they were right on time! Bill my exterminator and his co-worker were polite and fast. He explained to me the whole process of what he was doing so that I knew what was going on and how it would work. Bill was also super willing to take a peek in my attic for me because I wanted to see if he would see anything I didn’t. All I can say to summarize my over all experience was 10/10 would recommend to anyone look for any of the services they offer!Amazing work,Adam .Y

I have had this company come out for 2 years now I unfortunately have termites and the past 2 techs that came out did the job, but I will have to say, Fred was by far the best one that came out he had a trainee with him and was very well descriptive to make sure he knows what he is doing when he goes out on his own. Fred also did the most service by far to make sure these insects are taken care of.For the future, I will always request to have Fred come out his work ethic and performance was stunning and is by far the best tech in this field!5 stars!

I've been using this company since I bought my home in 2021. When I first moved in I had these little bugs all over inside and after one visit from them I never saw them again. I use them quarterly and I have never had any pest problems. Oh wait, during the rainy season those giant roach looking bugs I had seen outside sometimes got in but then they treated the areas inside I saw them and that stopped. They are super convenient in that they schedule everything automatically and they send reminders of your appts. I love that you can reschedule via text. Every tech I've had come by is super friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions. You can also schedule services as you need them, or pause a month when needed. Overall I'm very happy with them.

This review is for Andrew at Action Termite and pest control. Very happy with the service received. Andrew took the time to reach out to me and talk with me about our property. He took the extra time to get the spare key go inside and help ensure that our patio area was also sprayed. Very happy with the service and so glad that we haven’t had any more trouble with scorpions.

He explained what he was looking for and also showed us by showing photos of what termites look like.We received a text as soon as he arrived and he then came to the door. I really would give no stars if I could. There was a termite treatment done at the very end of October on my home and here we are a month later and there are termite tubes (active) coming from my ceiling in my room. I then call because this is ridiculous that it would be less than 30 days and there are multiple tubes in my home! I spoke with other companies as well and they agree this SHOULD NOT happen. Then when trying to get someone back out here they are telling me it's going to be two weeks! I shouldn't have to wait when this shouldn't be happening in the first place. It's horrible when the job isn't done the first time. Clearly this was a poor job done. Then I was told by a second person at this company when I called a second time they could not come out for 90 days since my home was treated which she said would be February and then she changed it to January. But the previous employee told me mid December, So unfortunately there is quite a bit of inadequacy coming from this company. Please do not use them. Take your money elsewhere.

I appreciated Action Termite & Pest Control because they want and do something to help us. Our technician gentleman is very courtesy and very good man! We enjoying to see him and always asked if I see anything that need help with. Ants? Crickets? anything! The company got my five stars. Our Technician man got my FIVE STARS AND PLUS!

Art is amazing. We first encountered Art for a Termite inspection in which he came out same day. Second encounter was for a rodent inspection. I have used Action for years now. When we renovated a while back and found termites we did a full service with warranty. 4 years later we found some new termites. They came out with out any trouble and did what I think was a very in-depth treatment to solve the issue.Marcus was polite, on time, and true professional. We hired this company due to a big scorpion problem, and have loved having Johnny as our go-to bug guy. Always on time, professional service. Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. We no longer have a big scorpion problem, too, which is a huge relief to us.

Roy Maez arrived EARLY, after giving me a courtesy call saying he was on his way. (Wish the cable buy could figure that trick out). Unfortunately, Roy did discover one small area in my garage with evidence of termites. I was getting this inspection done as I am refinancing my home with a VA loan. The company called me within 15 minutes of Roy's departure, to schedule a treatment appointment. And that appointment is only a few days out. Kudos so far on the promptness and the service.On the 7th of October Eddie arrived to kill these little buggers. He was early which was great. Efficient. And polite. Would recommend Action Termite to anyone needing an inspection or service.

Very knowledgeable and professional. They quickly responded. If you have pavers near a wall you do not have to dig them up as we were told by another company. Action will drill between the pavers to be able to treat under the house. No damage was done. Included in the reasonable price is a 5 yrs warranty. I highly recommend this company if you have a termite problem.

Diego was great at explaining what he could do to treat the areas affected. He explained what he was gonna do and how he was gonna do it. He made holes in the walls so he could treat that area and when finished he patched them back up. He did a great job. After he finished u couldn’t see where he had made the holes. He was very helpful. I highly recommend Diego and Action Termite.

Action Termite Control has been wonderful in treating termites, performing the inspection and staying on top of their warranty work. Eddie has come out both times and is extremely knowledgeable, professional and meticulous in his work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bill Kingsfield was very professional, he called before arrival and was even an hour early. He patched all the foundation penetrations when he was done unlike other contractors I've used that have left gaping holes in my walls and/or foundation. I would definitely recommend Action termite and pest control, they were timely, reasonable and professional.

As of today I am currently waiting on results, however my experience thus far with this company has been exceptional and light years above my previous experience with another company in the valley. From the inspection done by Jeremy to the termite treatment performed by Sean, both were punctual, informative (they answered all my questions and concerns, and I had a lot), professional, respectful, and courteous. Thus far I would recommend this company if you have termite concerns.

Technicians and inspectors were very knowledgeable and professional. Both technicians also called 30 min prior to arriving. Happy I made the switch from a large corporate company to this family owned company!

After being a customer for a year the new technician barely treated the property compared to past technicians. He spent less that 7 minutes spraying or 1 acre lot with 800 ft of block wall and a 3000 sq ft house. I quit their service immediately.

So far, I requested an inspection and quote only. My technician was very thorough in his inspection, very knowledgeable and very professional. Based on the customer service and interaction with them thus far I am impressed.

The technician is getting 5 stars. The inspector is great on the first day after that, it's very hard to get a hold for asking more questions. The office girl is so kind ,her name is Tammy, the other one aren't helpful. The technician got 5 stars because he can answer all questions I have and give the advice that i need.The technician name is Fred Flatt.

Brandon let me know ahead of time what his arrival time would be and arrived on time. He inspected the house and attic for signs of rodents, put some glue pads down to be sure, then sprayed the exterior and garage for insects. He was very courteous, professional and informative.

I was offered a free one year inspection . I appreciate the offer but the technician did not show during the allocated time slot. Neither he called/texted about a delay.I did reschedule for another date, from 9 am till 11 am.Again, the technician did not show up and he did not communicate within the time of an appointment.I wasted time waiting.I don't think I will be using this company again.

Aaron is very professional. Not only does he spray the areas I ask him to, but he removes spider webs and checks the bait boxes for roof rats. I have not had any issues with insects and most importantly, cockroaches. I would highly recommend the company, and Aaron.

I Hope management can get their act together because they have sketchy issues. Pay your team well, Action!!Clearly this business has management issues. The employees are great - they strive to do a good job, are personable and helpful. But managers are always messing up the schedule and will no longer allow clients to have a permanent schedule and technician. I won’t be renewing my service. It’s been a rough 2-1/2 years with them always having to call to know when I was getting service when they didn’t show up. A lot of run around and not worth the aggravation.Josh does a great job!! I purchased a full termite treatment last year through Action based on all of the positive reviews and postings from neighbors in my area.Today Isaac came out for the 2nd retreatment of an area these stubborn termites won't leave. He and his coworker were very nice, respectful, and cared enough to look at where they are coming from to retreat to an area around the 1st retreated location.I'm very hopeful this will work and I have a 5-year warranty so nothing out of pocket. I'm very grateful Action honors its word/contract and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

We had to have a termite inspection for refinancing our home. Mike came out did his inspection and showed us our walls had termites. Walls we see every day and our eyes couldn't catch them. He explained things and prices and gave us time to discuss things. The value was good. Art came out, drilled, and dug around the house within a few days. He also explained things and also asked if we had any questions. Art cleaned up after and left the place looking nice again as if he was never there. For the cost and professionalism Action Termite showed us, we would recommend them.Update approx. 2yrs later.We still had some small issues with termites which are expected. When Action Termite originally came out we also purchased a warranty. So now that we have had to call them back out a couple of times it has been great. Every time we have called they were out here within days. Always very professional and listened to our concerns each time. We appreciate Action Termite and would recommend them.

Deandre has been great, always polite, smiling....does a great job. Sprays around outer perimeter of house and yard for pests, and checks rat baits that are around yard, for any activity in the area. Sometimes I need to change times or days, and they are always obliging and helpful.

We've used this company in different homes. They have always been punctual to preset appointments. I like the call a day prior to let us know the time window. When we've had concerns on certain bugs they listened and educated us on how their services would help prevent future incidents. I got their name from a friend who was satisfied. I was able to schedule (2) appointments (termite and bug) very quickly. The termite treatment went well and you can hardly see the drilling (but he showed me).The bug extermination was not so good on the first try. I showed the tech a video and pic of the bugs but he said he didn't know what kind it was so just gave me the standard treatment. I called them back w/in the 30d warranty as there was little to no improvement. The 2nd tech that came out was a 'trainer' and I again showed him video/pics. He knew immediately the kind of bugs; they were much harder to treat and needed weekly treatments x3 AND to clear out all my kitchen cabinets! It was quite a hassle and cost twice as much as the first treatment. I only had to pay the difference though which was a great relief. He asked for my video/pics so he could further help others train/learn. I am through treatment and it's a week later. So far so good!! Thanks, Action Termite & Pest Control for your ethics and promptness!!

I had some signs of termites in a section of my wall and some signs of past issues, so I was in need of finding a group to help my situation.The first person who came to my home and do an assessment was very personal and professional. Their service seemed reasonably priced, so I agreed to their treatment along the perimeter of my home and along the inside wall line of the troubled area. The two who did the treatment were efficient and friendly as well. The treatment has looked effective so far, so I'm hoping it will root out my termite issue and I can turn to Action Termite & Pest Control for any annual touch up/maintenance to keep my house termite free.

This review is on May 17,022. Exactly 4 months ago, Action Termite treated a post on my patio that had termites on one side only. They also treated the exterior of my house. I paid them $895.00 for treatment and an annual fee for service.I needed them to return today. Same same trails on the same patio post plus infestation on another side of thee post. I am confused as to how this could happen. First treatment did not kill them. Will the second?? Never had this experience before.Uncertain if I will refer this company.Action Termite treated again May 17. I want to thank you for your quick response in a re-treatment. They came out the day after I called. I also received prompt response to my not so happy review above. It was very professional with an explanation of how and why termites do what they do. Josh does a great job, unfortunately the office personnel gave us one time window (11-1) and Josh a different timeframe (3-5). So, we sat here all day waiting.

Mr. Diego Angulo was polite, answered any questions, and appeared attentive. He called me prior to arriving, roughly 15 minutes prior, which I liked. He sprayed around the edges of my whole house outdoors and inside my garage. He also put new traps in my garage. On 8/8/2022 they came inspected my house and report “No visible evidence of infestation from wood-destroying insects was observed” then we believe and purchased the house. 9/2022 we move in and see termite. We call them go back for warranty treatment. Then they come but don’t check anything inside or outside. Just ask me where termite activity and go do a little treatment. I’m very disappointed how they work, look like they don’t care, come and gone like a wind. I know the pest control are professional, and they should know what they need to do, but in my case they don’t show professionalism, didn’t check the house first, didn’t explain where termite come from, they only said they spray little 12 oz foam to the wall and termite will die in 90 days. There 4 walls in the room, with termites activities on the ceiling, how do they know which walls to spray and will terminate the termite activity. After see how they work I decided call another company. Yes they come and find out too many area termite activity.

I had a great experience with this service. Termite activity was noticed when kitchen cabinets were removed at the start of our remodel. They were able to get someone out the next week to inspect and treat prior to the delivery of our new cabinets. Miguel came out to do the inspection and treat the whole property. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. I will definitely use them again, though hopefully I won't need them again for termites.

Good folks at Action Termite & Pest. We used them for our home inspection when we bought our house, and have set up a monthly plan with them since. They are reasonably priced, and responsive. If any pests get in, they are willing to come back anytime to correct.

The inspector showed up on time, was professional, showed me exactly what he found and where so I could see for myself. Treatment options were explained including with a drawing of my residence showing where the treatments would occur. The pricing was established and the treatment date established. UPDATE: The owner called personally to address the issue and it was resolved within 48 hours of business reopening on Monday. Emergency weekend service would have been nice, but this was an impressive response from a customer service perspective. Updating review from 2 to 4 stars. Let's hope it holds up. Much appreciated!!---I'll update this once the problem is resolved. For now, 2 stars. Bird exclusion completed and literally had birds getting through the netting and getting themselves trapped the next day. Then no responses all weekend since they're closed - emergency call servuce is meaningless if no techs available. Not impressed for first service.

I used their service to install pigeon deterrence. Andrew went above and beyond to answer my questions, concerns, and he identified trouble areas not seen in the initial free quote. They also cleaned and sanitized the area. My solar panels are now enclosed with meshing. The AC unit and chimney well protected. Those trouble areas I mentioned earlier each using a different detterent for the situation. Very impressed. Great quality, great value.

They were part of the home inspection that I had during the purchase of my house. As part of that inspection they gave me a warranty for a year and I did find some hidden termite damage during a window install which they came to treat and because I had mentioned ants they also treated the side of the house as a precaution as part of the warranty service. I would absolutely use them again to preventatively treat in the future. The person in the office who scheduled me was really helpful and cheerful and the service person was great.

I used Action Termite about 3years ago to get rid of some termite tunnels that we discovered around the foundation of our house and they did a great job. This time I had a small quantity of termites inside my walls that showed up on my bathroom wall with a 2” long trail like a worm. The awesome technicians found where they came in from (a plumbing line) and promptly treated the area (under my jetted tub). Can’t say enough wonderful things about the tech and the company and my warranty covered the service which was no charge. It was a great experience.

I'm glad Action Pest Control had an available appointment within a week of me calling. The technician, Araon, called and texted before arriving. That made it easy to have things ready for the past treatment, like putting cats in a safe place. He arrived on time. He was polite, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciate Araon asking plenty of questions to make sure all the parts of the house were well treated for insects, especially scorpions. He has superb customer service skills. I feel relieved that the bugs will not bother me for a long time. Araon did an excellent job, and I would want him to return next time I need bug extermination.

Cody was nice we were initially upset because there was nothing showing he was from action termite. He was using his own vehicle and had parked away from our property. We saw him walking back and forth looking at our home but initially we always get a courtesy call my mom did not realize he did call on her backup phone number. Overall the inspection went well but just feedback they employees need business cards or something to identify them or send a email or text with the employee picture there has been a lot of unusual activity in our neighborhood. So I was bit suspicious all is fine now that we spoke with the company and got clarity.

We have little break-outs outside, but he takes care of those every time he is here. We are so thankful for his attentiveness to our problem and glad that he shows up once a month to help us.

I see many good reviews posted here. However, my experience was different. I got a termite warranty with this company when I purchased a property. I noticed termite activity within 7 months after. I called the service under the warranty, they sent the tech Eddie but I am not happy with the treatment he did. First, the tech was rude and didn’t believe I had termites because he didn’t see any termites tubes on the walls. The good things is that I have evidence of videos, photos and some termites in a plastic zipper to show him. After seen the evidence, he proceeded to treat just the small area where I saw the termite activity. But he didn’t even look more around the house or anything. Unfortunately, a month later after the treatment, I am seen termite activity in the same area that was treated. I called the company again, they sent over a supervisor name Edward and 2 technician, including Eddie. They didn’t do an inspection again, the supervisor came straight to tell me that what I had in the video wasn’t termites. He didn’t even pay attention to the video/pics I was showing him. However, he schedule a pest control treatment, not a termite treatment. He did so because he didn’t believe I had termites even when I showed him pics and videos. I was lucky to have a manager Pilipo coming over to the property during the pest control. I showed him the same evidence and he was able to recognize the termites. Finally someone who really looked at the videos/pics carefully. Someone who actually listens to a concern custumer. Pilipo is very knowledgeable, i wish everyone who is trained in this company will be the same.

Johnny treated my entire home for termites and have not seen any activity since... The treatment worked immediately and now I don't have to worry about my home collapsing. Just amazing service!!!

This is the first time we used Action Termite and were very pleased with their service and work for treating termites. The inspection report and quote was very detailed and the sales rep Jason called and explained the process. The technician Bill arrived on time, was very competent in his work and did exactly what they said they would do for the termite treatment. He worked diligently for 2.5 hours, filled in all drilled holes and cleaned up when he was done. Will definitely use them again.
