Alex was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. He was thorough and did a wonderful job working around a full house with kids and animals. He was very efficient and professional. The night of treatment i looked around my yard with a black light and was very happy to see that the scorpions that were present were dead. The next morning I was even happier to see that the roaches died outside before getting a chance to come in the house. We have had 3 other companies try and deal with our roach problem to no avail. So far I am very pleased with bills. Looking forward to using them for our future pest control needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Bridget, who inspected my mother-in-law's house. She was kind enough to call before arriving so that we were ready for the visit. She has to be one of the nicest inspectors out there with a great sense of humor. She left no question unanswered, and I was surprised by her knowledge. Brittany came out less than 24 hours after requesting a free termite inspection because I saw evidence of termites in my garage. She did a thorough inspection inside and outside my house. She was very patient in explaining the various treatment options and made several recommendations for me to chose. The entire process was unhurried and I felt no pressure to to commit to any contract during the inspection. Extra benefit was a veteran's discount. Bill's is highly recommended.

So far I’m impressed. I REALLY appreciate that they seem straightforward and haven’t used scare tactics on me. We’ve had a couple of cockroaches spotted over the course of several months and they were reassuring that it’s not an infestation and didn’t try to scare me into starting their services. Sooooo appreciate that! But we’re starting a monthly service with them just as maintenance/preventative because one cockroach is one too many for me!!!! Also no contract no gimmicks just stop making appointments when we don’t need/want the service. Again, so far I’m impressed!

Bill's has competitive rates but shines in their workers. The two I dealt with were Nova and Paulina. Nova took my call to schedule my first appt. Paulina showed up at my door to do the extermination work. The ladies were both kind and knowledgeable. My three dogs fell in love with Paulina, and that says a lot to me. I'm extremely pleased with Bill's and look forward to a long relationship with them for our preventative bug extermination.

The inspector Steph was very knowledgable and honest. She provided me with useful information and feedback. Never once I felt pressure. We got a free inspection without the need for service. I would highly recommend Bill's to anyone.

Dallas came to my house to perform my initial general pest service. He was very thorough, and patient with me, as I’m sure I asked a million questions that didn’t matter. He took the time to point out areas around my home that may be conducive to my pest issues, and how to also help remedy some of the issues myself. He walked me through my home pointing out interior points of entry for the scorpions I’ve been seeing. He understood my concerns, as I have a 2 year old at home, and don’t want him getting bit/stung by scorpions. He didn’t leave one stone unturned, I’d recommend this company to anyone who will listen… Heck I’d recommend them twice, for those that won’t! It’s been less than 24 hours, and I’ve already noticed a significant difference. Dallas warned me I may see more bugs than usual (dead), and that’s just a sign the treatment is doing its job. I am so happy I found Bills Pest Control. In my 10 years of living in the valley, we have had many companies treat our home for insects....but Bills was hands down the best. Alex was our tech. He was right on time, covered his shoes with booties, was very professional and thorough in his treatment. He sprayed every area of our home and spent time knocking down cobwebs around the exterior. Villa came and did a full termite treatment on my home about 5 years ago. Since then we have had very little activity. Recently we spotted a few spots on the rear of my home and they came out and treated it very quickly. The people I talk to on the phone and the guys that come out are always friendly and do a very thorough job.

Bill's Pest and Termite Control offers free termite inspections. My neighbors have termites, so we were concerned the termites might be at our house too. Customer Service was top notch. They were able to schedule an inspection the next day. They checked out our house and our rental property for free. No termites! No upselling either. Their view is that of you don't have termites there is no need to treat. It just gives you a false sense of security. They do recommend having your house inspected yearly. I was stunned. We had paid for Termite Control over 10 years ago and they had an upfront cost of over $1,000 plus yearly cost of $200 to maintain the warranty. This too was with no termites in the house. Refreshing to have honest and reliable service and evaluations. Highly recommend them!

He did a thorough evaluation inside and out and was able to share that we didn't have an issue and that the rodents were likely using our yard as a thoroughfare, not staying here. We happened to be sealing our home that day for desert life (mainly scorpions) and he was honest with me and let me know this is a very similar service to what they would provide. In September 2016, I noticed a mud tube in one of my rooms when I was pulling out the carpet. I had termites!I called around and and got some information on termite control companies, and I decided to go with Bill's Pest Control because they had some excellent reviews.They sent someone for the first time who did an inspection.Then they sent another person a few weeks later to do the treatment.When my house was treated I was expecting everything to be okay.... because of all the good reviews. I expected that they knew what they were doing. BUT inJanuary 2017: I noticed a mud tube about in coming down in my living room. I called them immediately and they sent someone out for another treatment.September 2017: Another mudtube appeared! I called them and they came and they treat it and I renewed termite contract with them!!June 2018: I again noticed another mud tube in the living room. I had not paid attention to it and it had grown almost 6 in Long until one day I looked up and and saw it! Needless to say, I was quite upset because obviously the treatment was not complete enough and it did not kill all the termites..... and they came back! So I called them again and they came back and they treated it.September 2018: renewed termite contract again for the following year!!They supposedly checked again for any activity! But in my opinion they did not check properly they just looked!!June 2019: I painted my kitchen and I noticed mud tube coming down my kitchen cabinet!!Of course I called them again immediately and they sent someone to come and check out the tube!!the inspector tapped on the wood and it just broke apart!!I was Furious!! What kind of treatment is that that when you on a contract to get rid of pests and they continue to infest your house!it's one thing when it's mud tubes but it's another thing when it starts to damage your furniture!! And all these years of treatment and inspections did not prevent it!!September 2019: I renewed my contract...... an inspector came to make an inspection.....OCTOBER 2019: I noticed another mud tube down to cabinets!!called again! Tech came and did a treatment again! More damage to the wood!!DECEMBER 2019: I called them back to make a follow up inspection.The tech said that there was no activity!!I hope that he is correct!!As it stands now I am going to have to put in new cabinets!!Grantor these cabinets were old, but they were quaint!! Now parts of it is all chewed up and cracked!!I am very disappointed with this company!!I think that they did me a disservice by the incomplete treatment they provided for my home!Perhaps they did not treat my home with the correct treatment.....Thus, they are getting a 1 star review from me!! I personally did not get good service from them and they DID NOT eliminate my termite problem, before it did noticeably damage to my home!!Reply to Bill comment:Rhat house may be 70 years old but it has NOT had a history of termites!I bought that house in 2003! It got a clean termite inspection!! Never had any issues until 2016!!Old wood is usually much better than new wood!!

Bill's Pest and Termite Control is awesome! I'm finalizing a VA refinance and the lender informed me on short notice that I had to arrange for a termite inspection using a specific form. Bridget from Bill's was able to come out the next day, they were familiar with the form the VA needed. They are certified, prompt, friendly and reasonably-priced. Thankfully no termites were found but Bridget was able to show me where the prior owner had done treatment and tell me how thorough it was. If I ever need treatment this is who I'll call for certain!

Very quick response, I used the text feature and I was responded to within 15 minutes and exchanged information, this was on a Saturday and I got a very competitive price for a concrete slab pretreatment for a new build. They set it up for the next day on a Sunday, the only company that I found that was willing to do it on a Sunday. After one company said $500 and we will be there Tuesday to treat the property I called Bill's Pest and Termite and they said you only need an inspection. When I called the office for an appointment for a termite inspection, they were able to send someone to my home that day. The representative came on time and was respectful and clear in what he explained to me. I had several tubes in my garage. Bill's came out to treat my entire property in November . I waited abt 6 months to give a more accurate review as to their effectiveness. So far, no more tubes.The price was right and the service guy was friendly. My one complaint is that I wish I had known that they spray chemicals on the surface of the ground rather than under, as I was initially told. I would've brought my animals in ahead of time. That said, the service guy was nice enough to offer to stop and return later once i wrangled my pets. Otherwise, all else was great. And they even offer an extra year warranty for writing a review. Great deal!

Jonathan Logan one of the inspectors came to my home 9 months ago and thoroughly inspected my property, inside and out. Fast forward....well past spring, now July, I finally called Bills back to schedule treatment. When I noticed a few termite tunnels at my home I contacted Bills to perform a termite inspection. They inspector came out a few days later and did a complete inspection of the home. They were very informative and let me know of the available options and cost. Just had two techs (Chase & Sean) from Bills Pest & Termite Co. out to my home for a treatment. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Quickly able to answer any questions I had. I felt like these guys knew what they were doing and actually enjoyed it. Other companies techs seemed more like sales people to me that were more interested in selling the biggest pest control contract possible. I emailed Bills to ask about service, I was surprised to receive an almost immediate response. Even on Sunday they responded to my questions, and were able to fit me into their schedule only a few days later. Cost was considerable less (about 1/4 the cost) than other big name pest control companies. Would highly recommend.

I received several quotes for some active termite tubes that were in the interior of our home. Our sales representative was Gemma and she was the only person that did a complete termite inspection, the others did not look at the entire house, only the active area. We discussed different treatment options and we felt that Bill’s did not try to oversell any of their services. We ended up treating the complete exterior of the home and instead of drilling the stem wall to treat the interior activity, they were willing to pull the carpet back and drill the interior slab. After selecting Bill’s to do the work, the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out. The employee arrived on-time for the appointment and we discussed the service before he began. Everything was done timely and the area around the house was clean when he was finished. We based our decision to use Bill’s based on the sales appointment, reviews that we read, and their status with the BBB. We would recommend Bill’s Termite based on our experience.

We had our treatment for termites yesterday and it was quite painless. We asked that the tech call before he came, because we have dogs, and he did. He came and explained what he was going to do. Overall I had a very good experience with Bill's. Great service, responsiveness and professionalism. Inspection was very thorough, Paul answered all of my questions and didn't pressure and let me take the time to decide if I wanted to move forward. The estimate came in at a much more reasonable cost than other companies who gave me a much higher estimate on termite treatment.The only complaint I have is the poor cleaning of the concrete dust around my house after the drilling was done for the treatment. A brush and dustpan was used which really only cleaned some of the dust and spread the rest of the fine dust around the perimeter of the house. A shop vac of sorts would be helpful, heck I would have been happy to loan the tech my shop vac to clean up all of the dust around the outside of my house. Instead I had to hose down the concrete all around the house to clean up all of the concrete dust after the treatment. Other than that, I highly recommend Bill's to resolve any termite problems.

Few weeks ago we discovered signs of what appears to be a termite tunnel. With so many pest and termite companies in town we decided to go with Bills Pest & Termite Company because they have the best reviews and customer satisfaction.I called and lady that answered the phone was very polite and professional, she set the appointment around my schedule. On the day of our appointment termite specialist James showed up on time and after checking our house was able to identify few other termite affected areas. He was very knowledgeable abut the chemicals that they use and explained to me how warranty works and for how long the treatment is good for. It took only ten minutes for me to decide that Bills Pest and Termite Company was that business that I can trust to get the job done.When termite technician Dallas came he had map of our property and knew exactly where termite infested areas are. With rainy forecast for that day he offered to come back and re-inspect all around the house if any problems occur. Sure enough it rained later that day and washed away some of the fresh concrete patches that Dallas installed. I called him back and the next day he came back and re-patched washed off concrete plugs.I was very happy with work performed and definitely will recommend Bills Pets & Termite Company to anyone.Thanks guys

I would highly recommend Bills Pest and Termite Control for extermination and termite needs. We have used the company for both. We have been customers for a couple of years and have been highly satisfied. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. Any issues or concerns that we have are addressed and taken care of promptly. They are always very thorough, and spray inside and outside as well as lay down glue boards where appropriate. If any area needs extra attention, the technician goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. Also, I appreciate that we are given a specific time for our appointments, instead of a window in which they will be there. They are always on time, and if for any reason they are running behind schedule, I always receive a phone call. I also know at the end of each appointment when next months appointment is scheduled for. Their prices are reasonable and I feel we always receive stellar service from them. Highly recommended!

I had a free inspection done by Bill's. The inspector was on time, did a thorough inspection and explained in detail what she found and what was being recommended. I had the work done a few days later and again they were on time, explained what they were going to do and they completed the work on time. I had a very friendly and courteous technician. it was good experience and an overall great job!!

I had remarkable service. Lisa scheduled a time, not a window, which was great. I called one afternoon and she was here the next day. She was very knowledgeable. The service person showed up on time and did an excellent job. He explained the entire procedure and did exactly what was expected. They also cleaned up all areas when they were done. I would highly recommend this company. Also, their rates are much lower than the larger companies I had called.

In 15 years Bill's is most definitely the best service I've ever used in the valley. Bill's is a hands on family business that is thorough and very detailed.To many of the big companies just don't get the job done for numerous reasons including cheap chemicals and underpaid route techs who don't care. I had a VA pest inspection for a refinance done today.Very easy to schedule. I just sent a text, and had an appointment the following morning. The appointment took 20 mins, he explained what he was doing, and was respectful to maintain distance and wear gloves and a mask with the pandemic going on right now. I had all the documents I needed from the inspection within 20 mins after my appointment. Very reasonably priced. Great service

The company had Dallas come out a few months back to conduct an inspection and preventative treatment on our house...and he did an awesome job. He was very informative during his inspection and was patient in his explanations of what he saw. He was also extremely thorough while conducting the treatment. I can honestly say that I have really enjoyed working with this company, and I would recommend them in a heart beat!

The day finally came, our house had fallen victim to termites. We used Yelp to search for a company with good reviews and came across Bill's. I called for an appointment and was able to get it for the day that fit MY schedule (bonus). Gemma came out to do our inspection, on time and she was great. Very knowledgeable and super nice. She did a thorough inspection, explained everything to us about the treatment and gave us a quote. I was pleasantly surprised at the total and scheduled the appointment. Wayne came out to do the treatment and he was on time and ready to go. No joke, this guy is a worker. Two hours later he was done drilling, digging, spraying, cleaning. Could hardly tell he was ever even there. He was professional and courteous and did a great job. Overall we had a great experience with this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Ryan was honest and professional. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He took the time to explain how termite treatment works and that it lasts 5-7 years (we had a treatment 4 years ago and that other company tried to sell us another treatment 1 year later). He also explained that the root eating termites in our yard were not a threat to the house. When/if we DO need another treatment we will 100% be using Bill's Pest and Termites!

We had termite Inspection completed and received the estimate and report from Paul. He was very complete in his inspection and what would be needed. Price quoted was very fair and the warranty is a plus. Today Michael arrived early and got started on the work as described. He trenched all around the home also went under into the crawl space with the liquid. Drilled and treated and filled the holes. Michael did a Very timely and thorough job today. We discovered what we thought might be termites and called for an inspection from Bill's as we had heard their ad on the radio. They came as scheduled and inspected our property and discovered termites. We agreed on a time and date for treatment but too much rain. We rescheduled and they arrived on time, did the treatment in a very professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with their price, quality of service and professionalism. I spoke with Karen who was very friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and get me scheduled. Summer came out to treat my home. She was very professional, friendly, and seemed to care about helping me. There were no pushy sales, just a lets get this done for you. Whenever I called to ask questions or confirm appointments, I received quick responses and call backs. Costs are very reasonable. After 2 visits, I have seen a 95% reduction in ticks. Jonathan came out and gave us a quote for termite treatments. He was on time and courteous and put me at ease about the situation. Other companies use scare tactics to try to get you to hire them. He actually ended up giving us a cheaper price than what they quoted over the phone. The technicians came out and did a great job and were fast and friendly. We were asked to do a review and once we did they offered an additional length of time for the warranty BUT they did not ask or pressure me into saying positive things or giving a good review. It has been several weeks and no signs of the little buggers. I would highly recommend Bill’s to anyone. They weren’t the cheapest but way lower than Orkin or Terminex. They were honest and professional.

From the estimator to the treatment operators, everyone at Bills Pest and Termite was so respectful and professional! Since termites had taken up residence in my home, the estimator, Jeremy, explained how the termite treatment would work and he was very patient as he showed me what I could do to get my home ready for the treatment. Our appointment was re-treatment was scheduled for a few days after I called concerned about signs of termites in our garage. Anthony, the Bills Pest & Termite tech arrived ahead of schedule. He carefully checked the garage, confirmed the signs of termites, told us about the termites ( we are new to a termite region), and applied the applicable treating chemical. I have nothing but good to say about Bill's. I especially would like to say thank you to Amanda and Lisa in the office. Yes, Jonathan was efficient and professional and the actual technicians Chase and Sean were extremely nice, informative and thorough in doing their jobs, but it is the office girls that kept me together.I originally contacted Amanda to schedule a free examination back in August. I was given an estimate by Jonathan on August. 10th. Unfortunately, I had some other critical construction problems that had to be addressed first and could not access several of the treatment areas until those were taken care of. I laid awake at night imagining termites eating my home beyond repair.On September 6th, I called the office, stressed, exhausted and crying to let them know I was still awaiting a restoration company to complete the other projects and was assured by Lisa that everything would be OK and that as soon as I was ready, the original agreement would still be valid and it would only take a few days to schedule my treatment.Finally, at the end of October, I was ready to schedule and was given a service date of 11/2/2017... just days away. Sean and Chase showed up on time, explained the process to me again and got right to work. They were finished in just a few hours and cleaned up after themselves pretty well.Overall, my experience was a relief. Everyone was kind, respectful and honestly cared about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We bought an older home in January that had been sitting vacant for about 2 years. The place was a mess & yes, there were termites. After a bit of research I called Bill's. Lisa came out to do the inspection. She was very professional & very thorough, she emailed us a detailed report of what they were going to do & how the stuff works and what we should expect. Their quote was actually a bit less than I had anticipated, which was a plus! When the technician came out to apply the products, he also was very pleasant & worked fast. When he was finished he showed me some areas that were not on the report to be treated, but applied product there just wanted to be sure we were covered - just in case. Overall this was an excellent experience. We haven't seen any sign of termites, thank goodness! They have a great warranty and we will continue to use them in the future.

Amazing Professional Service that left me with a Smile. I recently discovered termites in my garage and I called Bills Pest Control to inspect my home for termites. They were able to send Paul out the next day and Paul found termites inside and outside my home. Paul saw the concern on my face and requested a crew to show up the next day. The crew arrive was professional and courteous while digging a trench around my house and drilling inside. No one contacted me regarding the report findings. I was called by someone who didn’t introduce herself just seeking payment. I stated that I didn’t know what the report said and it was difficult to find it via email. The woman then got an attitude. I wouldn’t have chose them personally, but I was referred via third party but now I know.

We contacted Bill's Pest Termite Control to perform an inspection before selling our home. They scheduled an inspector to come out right away. The inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we did need to have a termite treatment performed but they were able to schedule one right away and at an affordable cost and informed us the warranty will transfer to the new owners. Bill's team (from the staff that answers the phones, to the service guys who did the initial inspection and subsequent treatment) was great - always on time (well, actually 5 minutes early both times - a rare quality today) and very knowledgeable. They were very flexible with us when we had to reschedule our treatment at the last minute. I would (and will) recommend Bill's to anyone who needs a termite service. I kind of freaked out when we found termites in our home (I've lived in AZ over 35 years and have never had termites before), but service tech James Long put all my fears to rest - explaining everything about termites and treatment. We recently discovered that our home had termites. After some searching on the internet, we came across Bill's Pest and Termite. We read several glowing reviews so we decided to give them a call. The receptionist was very polite and we were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. During the inspection our termite specialist was very informative and helpful in planning our treatment. He was able to answer all of our questions. Our treatment was scheduled for the next week. Our service tech arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining what the procedure entailed and what we could expect. Overall our experience was very good and we highly recommend their services to others!

I found out I had termites and called Bill's Pet Control they sent out a specialist right away to look at my situation. After a complete walk through and explanation of my issue.I setup to have the work done and when the technicians arrived they where on time and very professional. They explained everything they where going to do and an eta on completion. They made sure i knew what they where doing and what to look for to make sure my issue was resolved. They provided the details of my service and warranty. They also asked me to let them know if i had any questions or issue. I will always call Bill's if i ever need help with pests again as they where very professional and made sure i knew what needed to be down at a level i was able to understand with out making me seem like i didn't know what they where talking about.

Well, where do I begin. First off, the best commercials on the air, it's how I called them to begin with. Then Jeremy shows up, gave us a thorough inspection. Outlined everything in writing that would take place, made the appointment, and we were off to the races.Then comes the treatment, Loretta and Dallas showed up 25 minutes early(who does that anymore), and got to work right away. Trenched all the way around the house, and Dallas was using two drills to drill the holes in the garage and on the back patio, and the front entry and inside the house where we initially found the termites.They were thorough, efficient, and hard working.I could not be more happy with my experience, and more disgusted with my old Termite Company who I gave the boot a couple of years ago.I would reccomend, Bill's Pest Control to anyone that is in need Termite control. Keep up those great commercials as well.And Google Reviews need to add more stars for this business, they are worth it.

I've used Bills Pest Termite Control in the past and was very pleased with the results. So now, years later I called on them again. From the time I spoke with Lisa G.over the phone whom was able to kook up my last service, to when the tech Dallas arrived, they were very professional by answering all my questions and concerns about the treatment. Edited to add: They were fast at responding after my initial review. They came out again, to make it right. I am much better pleased with the results this time, and am happy with how fast they responded. They were not okay with a one star review, and that is good. I still see a few roaches every now and then, but not even every day, so I am pleased. With follow ups as needed, I feel the results will continue to be satisfactory. At this point, I can say I will use them again.I had them out three times to spray for roaches and I still have them. I am an extreme neat/clean freak and there should be no reason at all why I can’t get rid of these roaches! It is very frustrating! I went with them because they were the cheapest company I could find, but obviously, cheaper is not always better! I may have to just pay more for a company who guarantees their work. It is ridiculous to spend this much money and not have the roaches gone!

I just had a termite treatment from Bill's last Saturday and highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Before I made up my mind to go with Bill's, I interviewed 5 other companies. All the companies I selected to interview have good reviews and are reasonably priced. But when I saw how thoroughly Lisa, a termite specialist from Bill's, examined my house and pointed out the spots that other companies missed, I knew which company I wanted to go with. Lisa was also the most knowledgeable person and answered all of my questions confidently. On the treatment day, Donovan and his helper showed up exactly on time and performed a very thorough and clean job. Both Lisa and Donovan were very courteous and accommodating. Although Bill's Pest Termite Control was not the cheapest, I am glad I chose Bill's. They gave me a peace of mind.

The technician, Wayne, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He seemed quite knowledgeable about what exactly needed to be done. He got to work immediately and was busy every time I checked to see if he needed anything. When he was done there was no mess for me to deal with. I've had Bill's come out 4 times. Initial inspection after buying the house, termite treatment, then also recently the warranty inspection and re-treatment. They've been great every single time with fantastic customer service and very good pricing. I've had other termite companies in the past and they are not nearly as thorough or cost-effective as Bill's. They only came to re-treat as a just in case and was covered in the warranty so it was nice and easy. I would absolutely recommend them as far as a termite company. I haven't used them for other pests and fortunately haven't needed to but love the peace of mind they give me. They even worked with my paver company when doing the initial treatment as I was getting brick pavers put in on the patio and Bill's needed to drill. They worked flawlessly together when they really didn't need to. They certainly went above and beyond!

First of all we love the service provided by the company, but Wayne is exceptionally good and thorough. We have one area of the house that has been a particular problem and he really attacked it. Very pleasant to converse with and we were very comfortable with him being in our home. Wish there were more like him in the home service industry. We would request him in the future if possible. We wouldn't use any other service.

Had a very positive experience dealing with Bills Pest & Termite Co. Rob Ryan made the inspection the day after I called for service following a neighborhood termite alert. Four days later Chase & Sean were here to perform the treatment. All 3 were professional, personable, polite, and obviously experienced. Chase clearly explained what the treatment entailed and provided excellent information on termite habits, potential extent of colonies, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

I was cleaning out the garage and noticed the dreaded termite tunnels and saw the critters run for cover when I knocked them down so I knew they were active. Sent out a mass email to friends about who to call and Bills Pest & Termite Company came back recommended to me by two friends along with some not so favorable reviews of other companies. Called Bills P&T Company and they had someone out in three days. I even got a call a bit before saying he was on his way. Very reasonable estimate considering what friends were telling me it would cost and considering he was all over the house inspecting. They had Michael out the following Tuesday and he even called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come by earlier. YES! He was finished in no time and he didn't mind my desire to see and talk about the whole procedure. It's been about two weeks and not a single termite tunnel is visible. I called and had an inspection in 30 minutes from Steph who happened to be in the neighborhood. Steph was AMAZING and so friendly and fun to talk to. I lost track of time talking to her! After living in our home for over 20 years we noticed mud tubes on the outside wall of our back patio. The technician, James Long, came out as scheduled and did a through inspection of our entire home. He clearly explained our termite problem and the necessary treatment and cost. We scheduled the Termite treatment and we pleased with the complete treatment of the perimeter of our home. The technician was professional, prompt and cleaned up afterwards. Right before the holidays, I noticed some strange looking 'nail holes' in a bedroom closet and when I tried to pull the 'nail' out it disintegrated in my fingers. Showed them to my husband and we both knew what they were - termites! We immediately called a few companies to inspect our property and provide a quote. We decided on Bill's. The rep that came out to inspect was really friendly, professional, very informative and, while not cheap, very reasonably priced. The job was scheduled and completed in one day - on time and no mess. While finding termites in your home - especially during the holidays is a real bummer - it's always great to find a company that does their job so well! Highly recommend Bill's!

So whoever I spoke to on the phone was great and had great solutions to solving our cricket issue and knew exactly where they could be coming from. Well when the technician arrived, she had no idea we even had a cricket issue. I told her the lady on the phone explained all these things the technician would be doing and everywhere they would be spraying. Well the tech had no clue about any of this. So I called the company hoping to speak to the same lady (who I think may have been one of the owners?) well someone else answered and I told her the tech didn’t seem to know what I was trying to explain and I was wondering if someone could explain to her where to spray. the girl on the phone laughed and told me the tech probably knew what to do and no one needed to call her to explain anything. The tech sprayed the home but I was really dissapointed when all she used to spray was a little can that we could’ve bought on amazon or the pest control store for $40.. and we were already looking to buy the same product but assumed they used something stronger. She only sprayed the window sills?? Even though the crickets were not coming in there. They were only in the bathroom dropping from the exhaust fan. She said the monthly spray was the same as thing and they only spray the window sills? Which I was super confused by. She forgot to have us sign the invoice and when she remembered she came back and we signed it and on the invoice we see “cricket issue, please spray j-trim and fans”........ so clearly she did not read this prior which was upsetting. Well there’s still crickets and this company unfortunately didn’t fix our issue

This is the second time we've used Bill's Pest & Termite Company. The first time was 5 years ago and they did such a good job that my sister ended up using them also. Her termite problem was pretty severe and they needed to come back out and reapply during the warranty period and they did so with no questions asked.When we noticed the tell-tale signs of termites coming down through our bedroom ceiling, our only call was to Bill's. Our termite inspector was Jonathan Logan and he was very informative about all aspects of our problem. We set up a date for the exterminator to come out and he came on time and did a wonderful job trenching and applying the solution around both of our homes (sadly, both our main house and guest house had the pesky critters).We highly recommend Bill's. They are also affordable.

We just had a termite treatment done and were extremely pleased with the service.The original representative that did the evaluation and the technician that did the treatment were both very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and explained what they were doing, why they were doing it and where they thought the problem originated. The work was done neatly, and the interior area was cleaned very thoroughly before the tech left, in addition to taking care of the exterior of the house and the inside of garage. The initial inspector did a good job of pointing out the various termite paths around my house, some so small and minor, that I never would have seen them. He presented how the whole remediation process would work well.The techs who came out to do the work were very thorough and courteous. They explained what they were going to do, and then set about getting the work done. No dallying, yet thorough. They answered our questions as they went about their business.So far, so good. Now to wait the 2 weeks for the chemical to do its thing to look for any lingering evidence of termites, but I really don’t expect any.

Mike #2862. Mark came over and REALLY did a great job. He found cracks inside my room under my piano. He moved very heavy piano by himself, then he open my carpet then drilled 10 very deep holes. Then he moved to my big window side to open the carpet and drilled 18 deep holes. Then he wants to cleaning the dust, but I told him I can vacuum. Then, he went to laundry room to drilled another 7 holes, then drilled 6 holes outside of my bathroom. He even drilled 5 holes under the bush in the leaves outside. Then he was so patient and very accurate to fill Insecticide to each of holes. After he done all of above, then He even thought of cleaning the white ant marks on the wall and then use the paint to cover the small hole in the wall.What a great guy! He really inspired me that I have to let people know that This is a very good company, they have very good employees like Mike. If every employee is like him, then this company will be great. Please see the attached video. At the same time, I am also very grateful to Amanda for having arranged such a good employee to come to my home.

Jon from Bill’s did a wonderful job pigeon proofing our solar panels, removing established nests and cleaning up after the problem we had had with birds. He took several photos and went over everything with the initial quote, and when we decided to go with this company, they were on time and thorough. Overall Outstanding Company !!! I used Greenleaf before I called Bills and I have to say Bills is a bit higher priced but the customer service made up for it big time. Simply put, this is a good company to do business with. You get what is promised, when it is promised. We saw a mud tube in our house and called Bill's after finding them on Yelp.Note: Check out how several Elite Yelpers give them glowing reviews (always check how many reviews have been written by that user before granting too much credibility to a review).The woman who came out for a termite inspection and estimate actually called me 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know she may be a few minutes late. She arrived as promised and we received a written estimate and explanation of what would be done, what types of treatment would be used and what would be required from us (move some stuff in the garage, etc.). I felt the price was fair (not at all painful as I had feared). The day of the job, the crew arrived on time and worked as unobtrusively as possible. It's been a few weeks and we haven't seen any more evidence of termites but they do warranty their work, so I am not concerned. And speaking of warranties, no worries about them closing up and opening anew under a different name, voiding the warranty. This is a local company that's been here for years under the same name (I verified this on the Secretary of State website). If you want a company that will value your time and does excellent work at a fair price, Bill's is for you. I would recommend Bill's services to anyone.

I'm not from Phoenix and I have absolutely no experience with termites so I was pretty nervous when I saw hundreds of termites in my pool from a swarm. I called Bill's Pest & Termite Company because of their previous high reviews and online reputation. John was my Tech and I couldn't be happier with how professional he was and how he took the time to explain the types of termites and how they can affect your house. He was very thorough in everything he did and didn't use any scare tactics to try and sale me something I didn't need. The quote he gave me was very reasonable and I can't recommend John and his company Bill's Pest & Termite Company any higher. Also, most companies give you times that they will be there from 8-12 or 1-5, I was told 12pm and John showed up at 12 on the dot. Awesome service and so friendly!

We used Bill's Pest & Termite Control at our last house. When we found evidence of termites at our new house, I called them, happy enough with their service to use them again. When I initially researched them for the previous house, they had a good rating with the BBB, an A+ if I'm not mistaken. (Their current rating is an A+.) The price, while not the cheapest in town, was not outrageous.This time Gemma came out and did the initial inspection. She was very friendly and professional. The technician who did the initial treatment was personable and discussed treatment options for a hard to treat area with me.As far as criticisms, they are relatively minor and are based on my entire experience. Here are two. Good cleanup of treatment chemicals when it inadvertently ends up somewhere it shouldn't would be one suggestion. Also, getting a renewal postcard yearly on a consistent basis would be nice, although there is a generous grace period. All in all, I would give them 4 to 4 1/2 stars, and I would recommend them.

The representative for Bill's Pest & Termite was very friendly and explained what they found and what they recommend be done. The Rep. that actually came out to do the work was very friendly and new exactly what he needed to do. He finished the job in a timely manner. It's been a few weeks and I have not seen any termites. After the heavy rains in Phoenix this summer, we discovered a termite tunnel in our garage and immediately sent out requests for service. We had received numerous quotes from different Valley companies and our last visit was by Jonathan Logan of Bill's Pest and Termite. Mr. Logan arrived on time and completed a very thorough inspection. He was, in fact, the only inspector to find a second tunnel in the back yard. He explained the options clearly and gave us the peace of mind that even though there was evidence of termites, that these were considered the less evasive of the types.We scheduled service for October 28th, and Michael showed up on time, was very friendly and completed the service in about an hour. He was also able to find another termite tunnel that was missed during inspection. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and my garage looks cleaner now than when he started. He even left me with a dustpan (by accident). The holes drilled were very small and expertly filled again with concrete.The price was ideal and I can already hear the termites packing their bags and heading for the neighbors. Better call Bill's Pest and Termite.Thank you guys and we will definitely recommend you to our neighbors.

After an initial inspection, Bill recommended that I not treat for subterranean termites at that time due to the boric acid that I had been using would not react well with their treatment. The critters kept coming returning after a few months, so I had them treat my home. So far so good -- no problems with termites any more. This company is an honest business. They spent a lot of time answering my questions and concerns, and they cleaned up after their work too. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind.

I have used Bill's Termite in the past on one of my rental properties and was very satisfied with their service and prices. Unfortunately, I found a small termite trail at my primary residence and did not hesitate to call Bill's Termite and Pest Control right away. They sent an inspector out right away to assess the situation and took the time to explain the recommended treatment options. Once I picked a treatment, they had a technician out to my house the following week. The technician arrived on time, completed the job in a reasonable time, and cleaned up after himself. He had to dig trenches around the house and drill holes and cleaned up the mess so everything looked the way it did before the treatment. Their price was fair and they warranty their work. If you ever notice termites in your house, do not stress, just call Bill's Termite and Pest Control and they will put your worries at ease. It's also great to use a locally owned business who knows their stuff versus the big pest control companies who charge more for their name recognition.

Excellent customer service. They had a quote ready for me in a few minutes and arrived early in the schedules treatment day. So far we have had no issues. Time alone will tell if they took care of the termites but I'm confident they will honor their word and take care of it if the pests return.Now, two weeks after the treatment my wife found a cluster of termites in one of the bedrooms. I'm hoping it was a holdout group that hasn't died yet but I'm sure if the problem continues Bill's will be on hand to help out.

Not having a good experience with Bill's Termite. They've come out and treated the house a few times but we haven't noticed a reduction in termite tunnels. Which is why we've called them out again. We have a service contract but it's usually 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. If someone apologizes about the wait, but blames it on that time of the year, is it an actual apology? Why not just be honest and apologize for lacking sufficient staff to uphold service contracts?During the last visit from Bill's, they said they needed to drill into the foundation at the front of the house but couldn't. I don't know why, but something about this suburban Arizona cookie-cutter house model stumped them that day. He asked me to remove a strip of drywall inside, the length of the front room, so he could return and try drilling from inside. This morning he complained that he still couldn't drill and complained that I didn't clean out all the drywall dust and debris from the gap between tile and sill plate. I offered to clean out the drywall debris so he could come back and apply treatment, and he left, referring me to the office to find out how long before someone can come back.The office was able to schedule us two weeks out. So we'll have this 15-foot by 5 inch hole in the wall for the next couple weeks, and I still don't know if it was for nothing.Customer experience doesn't seem like a priority for either of the people I spoke with today from Bill's. And results don't appear to be a priority, either.

Turned a negative into a positive. When I found termites actively infesting my home they were able to send an Inspector out the day after I called them. I am very pleased. I have a patio home rental that was treated for termites about 4 years ago. The neighbors on both sides just had treatment a few months ago so I called the same company to come out and check. Sure enough the termites were back. Their technician Donovan was at the home exactly at 9 as promised. Extremely helpful and explained the entire procedure in detail before beginning. Throughout the treatment he asked if I had any questions more than once. They were here for approximately two hours and even helped me move some of my garage stuff back which I really didn't expect them to do. In summation, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to deal with termites.

I had multiple quotes ranging from $800 to $1800 depending on how long of a warranty they provided. Also some companies would save me $$ by only treating the soil around the home and not doing any drilling. Not only were the technicians knowledgeable but were very professional and explained everything to me. In the end I went with Bill's and paid just under $700 for a complete treatment. Some companies told me I would have to wait 90 days after treatment to have them come back if I found more tubes but Bills said give it 3 weeks and if I find new tubes they will come back and retreat the area. I would definitely recommend Bills to anyone with a termite problem!

Changed from one star to 5! Bill’s came through for us in the end. They sent a big truck and spent over 4 hours spraying and treating termites in the attic and throughout the home. Initially we were told they don’t go in the attic, but the guy who came out was very thorough and went all up in all the spots of the attic. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with office personnel but the job was done and the technician was extremely kind and professional. Thanks Bill for handling this for my mom!

I was needing a free termite inspection since our old warranty expired and called Bills pest termite control. The lady who came by was very nice! Helpful and very knowledgeable about what to look for in termite activity. Started with a great initial conversation. Inspector came out quickly and gave a free inspection. then got us scheduled quickly but for some reason no one showed on the treatment date. Called in to figure things out and was offered another time that worked well with my schedule. Although the office staff could not figure out what happened they were pleasent all the same. When the treatment team got to my house they were very polite and effecient. Great company, plan on staying with them.I would like to add that even though i was a cranky customer (newborn baby, lack of sleep, cranky misses due to termites) the professionalism and courtesy shown deserves a 5 star. 4 star is only due to the simple schedule mishap.

As a commercial property manager it can be hard to find vendors who provide timely and reliable service. Paul at Bill's Termite came out to the property on time and answered all of my questions. He also provided a very sensible and cost effective solution to the issue we had at the property. His knowledge and expertise has saved me money (cost is about 1/3rd of a competitor) and time as competitors were recommending unnecessary and costly solutions to a simple problem. I will continue to use them for all of my properties.

Bill's has severed us well for years. When we discovered termites they came and did a thorough examination including crawling under the house. They arrived on time and the technician was friendly, pleasant and willing to answer any questions.

We hired Bills Pest Control Based on their positive Reviews. We elected to have a second inspection done by another company because we were not satisfied with the customer service and the progress of the treatment in which we discovered many errors which were done by Bills Pest Control. The chemical they used were sprayed on our couch cushions, couch pillows, ottoman as they were wet after I had come into the home after the allotted time to wait till after things dried, it was recommended to wait 90 minutes, I opted for 2 hours. Discovered from the second inspection this is illegal to spray chemical directly on surfaces where skin will come into contact with surfaces. Customer service kept giving us the run around and finally did not return my last phone call. Beg Bug activity increased. The technician paused very long when I asked if we had gotten the right encasement's for the bed and after a couple minutes said “yup” these will work. During the second inspection from another company we found out they were the wrong type and the technician from Bills Pest should have known this and explained the differences to me and re-scheduled our appointment. The Technician who treated our home said that the bugs should be start dying in 2 to 3 weeks and I was shocked, and he came back and said I didn’t mean to alarm you and they should die off in 2 to 3 days. Activity was increasing so I kept calling customer service back and asking about the treatment and the increased activity of bed bugs, they kept telling us that the eggs need to hatch and walking through the residue in order to get coated with the chemical and yet it takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to die after getting the chemical on them and in the meantime they can bite us and reproduce. Second inspection found eggs not even close to where the technician sprayed; outlets had no evidence of being treated in the master bedroom. Our aftercare treatment program we were not allowed to vacuum, as the technician preferred that we did not vacuum at all, but we had to daily put our sheets and blanket in the dryer for at least 30 minutes, then wash them and dry them again, it was exhausting. We were constantly being awaken at night being bitten and only to be picking bugs out of my hair and bed to clean it out so we can sleep somewhat. My husband eventually had to move to another part of the house as he couldn’t sleep anymore.Our prep work was a joke compared to the other company we hired. I had asked if we need to launder our clothes and bag them up. Bills Pest said we did not need to do that as the bugs are not interested in our clothes and closet and want to be wherever you are. The chemical that Bills Pest use does not kill eggs at all. The other companies products do kill the eggs.My husband canceled our follow-up appoint on the Saturday before our follow-up appointment and left a message for them to call us back as we were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the horrible services we were provided by Bills Pest Control. They did call my husband back, but it was the horrible customer service lady yet again, all she did was repeatedly apologize and wanted to try and make it right by sending someone out for another treatment. For what the same thing we just already endured for 2 miserable weeks with a growing population of bed bugs? They did not even offer a refund or anything else other than a second treatment. They are uninformed, un-educated about bed bugs and you will get bitten by Bills Pest Control. There is only one way for Bills Pest Control to make this right for us.1 Star only for showing up on time for the original treatment date.

On November 29, 2018, Loretta and son of Bill's Pest & Termite Co came to my house at 26th Street to perform a termite control task. Loretta is very knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job. Well done and greatly appreciated.Unfortunately the weather was not cooperating and Phoenix had a heavy rain about 10 hours after the job was completed. I called the office during the morning of November 30 and was assured by the owner that once the chemical was crystallized in about 2 hours, there would be no dilution of the chemical.

I have an extremely difficult home— a basement in the middle of my slab with no access to the exterior below grade walls except where there were unfinished walls inside the basement. It was a real puzzle to determine the exact position of the perimeter basement walls (where we found termites while finishing) with minimal disruption of the ground floor living spaces which had undergone a total remodel less than 3 years earlier! Ryan, Jon and Anthony spent hours planning the mitigation— something I am certain no other pest control company would do. Within a few weeks of the first treatment we found that the little buggers just moved to another area. Bill’s were ready to retreat the same week when I called! Anthony was a great help to my husband moving furniture to access the walls from ground level. I feel very confident that Bill’s will do whatever it takes to honor their warranty. BTW- I am a retired Real Estate Broker — I’ve had tons of experience with shoddy work and so-called experts. Bill’s is my first choice hands down.

Well originally from Buffalo, NY... Bill's was an easy name to get. So we gave them a quick call along with 2 other companies. We had 2 homes to treat for termites. The rental we were moving out of after 6 years and the newer 10 year old home in Gold Canyon we were buying. Both had termites unfortunately... In Arizona its not if, but when will a home get termites We found Bill's service over all... well just smooth and easy to deal with and their pricing was very competitive. Right from the start a very knowledgeable young man (James) showed up to evaluate the termite condition on both homes. We got a quick education on termites and asked several questions we had about product, soil and service. No hard sell, just good answers to our problems. It then got even better when (Dallas) the labor side of the treatment program showed up to do the job... very hard working and conscientious! Both jobs were completed on time and satisfactory.
