My family and I have been using Family First Pest Control for a couple years now, Josh is such an exceptional person! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He really shows his care for his clients. He is fast and keeps coming back til the issue is resolved. It’s hard to find someone who puts their clients first, but you will never have to question that with Josh. I highly recommend him and his company to help with any bug issue you may have.. inside or out!

If you are looking for a reliable, clear communicating, and honest pest control company, this is it. I cannot say enough kind things about Josh and the service he provides. This is not your big-brand pest control company that is worried solely about numbers, as Josh takes the time to explain everything he does and why he is doing it. I have never felt pressured into any unnecessary sale or service as Josh is always professional and fully transparent on what is or isn't possible. Before every service interval I receive a text message from Josh letting me know my appointment is a few days out and I also receive a text message the day of! Talk about great communication. He has always been on time and never late for a single appointment.

Having done business with Josh and his company for a little under a year now, I feel safe in saying that I have noticed a great reduction in the bugs that were initially showing up inside my home. Josh even found anthills in my backyard that went totally unnoticed by me previously and essentially eradicated them in short order. I can safely say I look forward to Josh's visits as he seems more like a friend stopping by rather than someone I do business with. We have been SO happy with Josh, and Family First Pest Control! Living against a wash, with a view fence, we sort of just came to “accept” that bugs were part of the deal, until Josh showed up! He is incredibly thorough and professional, and he doesn’t miss anything! We were seeing scorpions (among other things) in our house almost weekly, and have not seen any pests of any kind since Josh’s first visit. We’ve had pest control services in the past, but Josh’s dedication, knowledge, and willingness to educate his customers is far superior, and we highly recommend!

After finding several scorpions in the house and yard the weekend we moved into our new house, we called Family First. Our neighbors swore by them, and they were right! Josh came out and did an excellent job with perimeter treatments that redirected the scorpion trail away from our property. The few times we would see one, he was out within a day or 2 to re-treat (free if within 60 days of last treatment). He also shared his knowledge, patiently explaining how the various critters get around, and how.to deal with them. They only use quality products that are pet and kid safe, which is an important thing for us. Very satisfied!

Family First is a great company. First and foremost, we have not seen any critters since starting service with them over a year ago. Not only are they effective, but they are reasonably priced and very prompt and courteous. Josh even follows up a month after each service to check in and see if we have noticed any problems. So I have never used a pest control service before and never really needed one until I moved to my new house about a month and a half ago... the previous owners said they had never seen a scorpion; we found 6 within the short time of being here. Unfortunately many folks feel that they are dealing with a good company when they aren't because they don't know what a job really takes to get done or what to really look for, too often they comment on their experience -which matters, but they would not know if they were being cheated or short changed. Josh enjoys what he does it shows and he is committed to customer service. You get a good deal on a good product and service with Josh. He cares about you as his customer and strives to do a great job. He doesnt show up just so he can get paid. I highly recommend his services. Josh has been servicing our house for a while now and we've been pleased. Before we started the service we were struggling with a scorpion problem. He checked in after the first few treatments to make sure we weren't seeing as many scorpions as we had. We rarely see them anymore, so it's been a big improvement. We had an issue with ants suddenly popping up in our yard after we laid sod, and he came out right away to treat. He's really responsive, if you send an email or a text you won't be waiting forever for a reply.

We have been using Family First Pest Control for a little over a year now and it's great to finally have pest control that works! Josh took care of our 10yr long scorpion problem! We used to get 1-3 every month, even with cats, and now we've seen ZERO! Josh is very knowledgeable, always on time, and he has competitive pricing. Josh took over my pest control several months ago. He takes a comprehensive approach and the results have been a pest free home. I live right up against an arroyo with view fence in my backyard and side yard. You would expect to see all manner of bugs, insects and certainly scorpions. I am happy to report that I never have to kill those bugs because they are not around.

Joshua is amazing! When I first moved here I tried a few different pest control places and I kept having problems with scorpions. Joshua took care of it all for me, I haven’t seen one since he started treating my house! And this year we had problems with ants, he’s very responsive and professional. We called Josh on Thursday, he was there on Friday! Josh went over everything he does in a visit as well as what to except for the next two months. He then went over our property to see what needed to be treated. After he was done he let my wife know what chemicals were used and where. Very professional and on time. I have been using Family Pest Control for a little over 6 months or so and I couldn’t be more satisfied.The previous pest control I had never answered the phone or once you sign the contract no care.Josh the owner is special, reliable, on time and cares about every single corner of you house and yard.The best thing I love about Josh that he follows up every couple of weeks checking in for anything going wrong or not.My kids play in the yard and don’t see not even a mosquito flying .The best service and company ever .I highly recommend Family pest control.
