It was wonderful as I called them on Monday and they were able to get me scheduled for the next day!

I had Tyler as my technician and he was friendly, professional, and proficient. He was friendly with my dogs even in their attempt to be scary! He also helped me identify the types of pests that were plaguing my home so I am more prepared to handle them in the future!

Would definitely recommend to others due to this great service!

We recently had solar panels installed and shortly after that we had a large influx of pigeons making their home under our panels. We called Watchdog Pest Control out to see if they could help us out, and they did. I was expecting an eye-sore of nets, wires, etc. and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It looks very clean and nothing close to an eye-sore, best part pigeons have no where to go.

The technician that was sent out was friendly, clean, and through. We plan on having more work done in the future.

Extremely satisfied with this company. They were fast, prompt and most importantly did an amazing job. Kyle was knowledgeable, personable and worked fast to tackle our issue! This company made my family feel at ease and helped us get a hold on a growing issue. One last thing, my dogs dont like people but they liked Kyle so that should tell you a lot! I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them for all our insect and pest needs!

I was able to book my appointment via the online chat and the person on the other end was very helpful. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time. That was great! The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly. He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.

I will definitely be using their services in the future. I called for the pigeon problem that I was having and ended up getting pest control service after he told me what was on my glue trap. Jesus my service technician was very professional and had such a good spirit I felt very comfortable having him around my home.

I’m a lifelong customer! My boyfriend and I realized we had an ant problem that needed to be fixed right away and we called around tons of places that were just way too pricey and wanted to sell us memberships.
We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. We won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly recommend this company!

I hired them to get rid of the pigeons at my residence. Their technician came in and suggested a $780 service. I paid the service, they broke few of my titles on the roof and didn’t solve my problem, the pigeons are still there, putting their eggs and making a big mess.
I got in contact with their customer service that told me that I would have to hire them again for an additional service, that would be trapping the pigeons for extra $500!
Don’t lose your time and money with them.

Absolutely professional, prompt, and effective. Tyler was honest with me about the scope of the problem and what to expect, what measures he was taking and the peace of mind is priceless. I highly recommend this company. Tyler's communication was the best part because I had called other companies that had just brushed me off and clearly didn't want to bother with my problem. I don’t see how you are rated 5 stars unless I’m an exception.. I had an appointment yesterday Wednesday between 1 an 3 pm no one shows up I sent a text asking if someone was coming and no reply so I called the # a girl answered said to hold and then said the technician had to go unload a trap and was tied up ? But a courtesy email or text saying we are running behind would of been nice don’t you think ? Then he shows up said I would have an estimate last night or today it’s almost 7 pm the next day and still nothing ? I don’t think I would do busses with your company just on your lack of follow through because my times as valuable as yours and I’m sure there is a company out there that would love my business.

Look no further! This team of folks will take care of so don't even look any further, honestly. Every time I reach out to them I get an immediate response from them. I have them do pest control and had them do a very impressive bird control job, mainly pigeons destroying property. They did such an amazing job at blending my home's facade and walkway with barricades so that pigeons cannot not land or nest. It's been a lifesaver.

This is a fantastic service. It's hard enough to know you have to call someone because of pests in your home - in my case mice - I was totally creeped out.

When Tyler came he said he would take care of everything and he did. He emptied cabinets, vacuumed, moved and cleaned behind my washer and dryer, and put everything back perfectly. He is one of the nicest and most pleasant persons I have ever met.

The rates are reasonable le and if five is the highest star rating , rating they deserve ten.

Tyler was prompt, professional, and took his time getting the job done right. I called freaking out like anyone would when they find out they might have bed-bugs in their home. I called 4 nights in a row with several questions, most people would have rushed me through but they didn't, everyone I spoke with was so patient and kind, this was a difficult and frustrating process that they made so much easier and explained everything to me step by step, another company had said they'd be at my house for an hour and a half tops if they did the work, but Tyler scheduled out several hours to complete the job, I knew they weren't rushing through jobs but taking their time and getting the job done right the first time...! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. Thank you guys again so much.

This is the most reliable pest control company in phoenix. They are always on time and do a very thorough job. We have not had any issues with bugs since using them.

I live in one of the old estate lots of Arcadia, and we have roof rats! Tyler came out and made some recommendations, set some traps and I have not had a problem since. Great work guys! Highly recommend.

I had to find a place to get rid of rats for an elderly family member out of town. I called Watchdog and talked to someone in the office and they sent someone out to take care of the job within 4 hours. The price seemed pretty decent and they were the first people who were able to come out right away. I will call them in the future!

I’be had them out twice now (they come every two months) my back yard was infested with ants. I couldn’t even keep up the yard without being covered in bites. Now they are gone and no other bugs in sight. Prompt courteous very responsive and great prices. Highly recommend them!!

Used this company to install spikes for birds at my restaurant. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. They did a great job and are reasonably priced.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.

It seems like I've always had a German roach problem at one of my rental units. After dealing with 3 other companies over the years, I decided to give Watchdog a try. They promised that I would have this issue in order within 3 months. Sure enough, the roach problem is gone. I couldn't be more satisfied with a company.
