The gentleman that does the home inspection has been to our house many times, and is extremely professional and always on time.I have some difficulty when it comes to calling the office to set appointments. It took two weeks for them to get back with me only for them to tell me I needed to renew my plan and then I would have to have a home inspection before I could get treatment. All is well and good but now the treatment cannot be scheduled till mid December 6 weeks out and it’s basically eight weeks then from the time I called I think that, it’s not really acceptable. She said it’s due to it being a high season time for termites in my answer was wow stores usually hire other people when they need seasonal help I just felt very brushed off because they did not schedule me for two weeks after I had been calling and then I get pushed out for six more weeks for treatment.

I have been using Western Exterminator for well over 6-7 years and find them to be extremely professional, reliable and cost effective. I never have to worry about bugs because they just take care of it for me.James is wonderful and is always willing to work around my schedule. Highly recommend them.

We have used Western Exterminators for several years. They are awesome. Mike is the gentleman that comes to exterminate our house bimonthly. Mike is the best. Mike is thorough and he takes the time to make sure he exterminates all areas. Mike is also professional and he is a good man.

Chuck is a great technician. He always notifies me a day before he comes to spray for bugs and he shows up when he says that he will. He is thorough, and always asks if I have had any issues inside my home with bugs.

The same exterminator came by that I have worked with in the past. He was very nice. He checked an additional area in the house to make sore out wasn't new damage, it wasn't. He was very professional and pleasant.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

Always great service and results. Our serviceman, Greg, is the best! He always ask if we are noticing any problem then if we are he takes care of it.

After the last really heavy rain we noticed Termite tubes going up our bedroom wall and hanging from our ceiling... our friend sent me a photo of a business card for James Kelton at Western Exterminator Company...James Kelton was our first contact at Western Exterminator. He put us in contact with Jorge Arredondo, who did our termite inspection. An estimate was presented right away and we agreed to the Long Term Baiting system rather than spraying because we have pets including young kittens and were concerned about the effect of spraying on them. Treatment was scheduled within a few days, with payment to be tendered, by check, on the day installation was done. Installation was scheduled, between 11am and 1 pm... and at 1:30 the technician was not here, nor had he called. I immediately called Jorge and he had Aston Koller-maki call me back and update me on his estimated arrival time. Ashton called me right away, stated he was stuck in freeway construction traffic, but was on the way. Note: we live west of Buckeye, AZ... way out in Tonopah, AZ. Ashton, arrived, immediately started installing the underground baiting stations on the outside of our house, and then installed the baiting stations inside, even finding one new tube and treating it as well.Jorge told us that he or another Technician would be back out in 6 months to remove the inside baiting stations, and check the outside baiting stations. The outside baits would be checked every 6 months for as long as we extended our Service Contract.All three of the Gentlemen from Western Exterminator were very ProfessionalInformativeEffecientEasy to work withTim and Marty Ayers

We DO NOT like the fact that NO appointment is ever made. The guy shows up and want the payment the day of service. And we do not like the fact that we never receive emails about payment or upcoming service.

Overall good service and product. The BIGGEST issue is you cannot reach anyone on the phone or locally. It's all sourced to their corporate office in CA - and they don't know individual locations and all. So much is lost in translation. WE NEED LOCAL call areas - they know the day to day, schedules of their drivers. I have had some turn over of drivers - but NO ONE tells you - just be prepared to do the follow up on all - they don't call you. I have bi monthly service and yearly termite inspection and service as well. Sometimes they call you or text. Prior the staff at the local office (when you could reach someone) - they were not the most helpful. BUT the field techs and guys are GREAT - and very professional and return calls and texts. The product they use seems to work overall. I would recommend - BUT again - we need better follow up emails, calls and service. WE ARE the customers - you are to follow up with us - not the other way around - HELP with this. Thank you.

Their employees are so responsive to special requests that make my life so much easier in that we are able to be stealthy enough to keep 4 dogs from going absolutely bonkers during the service. I have several opinions about the different services I use. The good one first: I have every-other month pest control. My guy Seth is the best. He is conscientious, and is impeccable about getting all the spiderwebs, etc. If I have to recall him in between-times for a problem, he comes within a few days. Now for the bad: I also have a Termite contract with this company. Before the company, AZ Exterminating was bought out by Western, they were great. Now if I have a Termite breakout, I can wait up to 3 weeks for service, which is supposed to be quick during active activity. The annual bill is set up to be taken automatically, but now no courtesy call or email to make an appt for my covered annual inspection and to refill my termite spikes. Without the inspection, the warranty is affected.

The company is good, but their employee who checks the outdoor traps is horrible. He'll call and leave a message when he's going to stop by, waits for no response, then shows up whether or not you are home. Our backyard traps have not been checked for 3 years due to this behavior. That's not customer service.

The all pest and weed service is excellent. I have awesome weed service from Mark and excellent pest service from Greg. The billing department for this company really sucks. They double bill you if you are not paying attention. I pay yearly for weed and pest and they will try to bill me again during the year. The girls that work in the office are rude when I try to straighten out my bill. I have also had my service changed without notifying me. They changed by treating less area for weeds and charging the same amount of money. Just keep your invoices and pay attention to what they are doing. The service techs are great!

Travis has been my exterminator for half a year and does an amazing job! He is so friendly and knowledgeable!

We have been customers of western Ext. Since long before it was named that. Brian has been our service person for way over 20 years. He is thorough and does his job well. All I have is praise and positive comments for him. The only thing I would have a negative comment about is that it’s not easy to make a payment. I don’t get an invoice so when I try to pay by phone it needs account number and invoice. Otherwise your service is great!!

The rep always alerts us by text when they are coming. He is punctual and respectful of our property. Haven’t see a bug since we started using Western’s services.

Very knowledgeable, technician was able to describe in detail the steps he took to prevent all bugs from entering the home and property. He was also friendly and personable, asked about issues with bugs and where we were seeing them to better help prevent them from entering the home.

Brian is terrific! He has been our technician for many years and is always prompt, polite and thorough in his job. He’s a pleasure to work with.

We contracted with them around 10 years ago to have our home treated for termites. We have been paying them annually for inspections. We noted evidence of termites three weeks ago and called to have it addressed. They were able to get an inspector here the next week to confirm the termites, but they were not able to schedule the termite extermination until yesterday, and it took multiple calls from me before it was scheduled. They were supposed to come in the morning. I called at 11:30 to verify they were still coming and was told they would give me a call. They did not call. I called them back again today and was told that I would have to be rescheduled for a week and a half from now. It appears that once you are a customer, you are no longer a priority.

I’ve used Western for a few years for regular insect spray. I’ve added termite prevention and they also added bird excursion for those pesky pigeons. Very happy with customer service, knowledge, professionalism and courtesies. Seth covers my property and is outstanding with communication. Thanks Western.

They did what prior exterminator couldn't do was completely exterminate the termites from my home. I'm extremely happy with the service.

I have used this service for a few years. My current service tech, Michael, is the best. Curtious, professional & good with communication through text. One drawback, corporate doesn't always communicate well with local office. If you give a check to tech you still get billed. I just have learned to ignore it but if you choose to pay online as most people do, might not be an issue.

This company is the absolute easiest to work with. They are competitively priced, but they add the personal touch of calling us when they are on their way so that we can make sure our furry family is indoors. They are always available for questions and are willing to reschedule if we have a conflict. We can't recommend this service enough.

James has always been very good at keeping away all the unwanted bugs. He's got the right methods to control the bugs in Goodyear.

Mark Johnson was a pleasure to work with. We had him over for some weed control. It's too early for us to have seen the results at this time, but he seem pretty confident that we would be happy.

The bi-monthly treatment is done promptly by a nice fellow named Michael.Company has raised prices on this service and termite service without notification which is unacceptable.Not sure it's justified. I would guess that the people they have at the top of the pyramid are doing well. Hopefully they pay a good living wage and provide benefits

Earl is professional when calling to set up visits and very punctual. When he arrives, he does his job with minimal interruption if we are working at our jobs from home. We are especially happy with his expertise in exterminating roof rats. It worked!

We’ve used Arizona (now Western) exterminator for 10 years. We love our bug man” Chuck who has been with us this whole time. Continuity means a lot.Now that we’ve lost Chuck to another route we have Greg - with whom we are WELL PLEASED!!Western is so easy and reasonable. All of the sudden my house went from 2 cockroaches a year to at least 2 a day. I couldn’t take it anymore. A friend recommended western exterminator. They came out right away and on time. With in days the roaches disappeared, I am so grateful! Also, I don’t have to remember to arrange maintenance appointments, they call me, and show up on time. I really recommend using them.

Western Exterminator provided a bug spray technician named Michael Rogers almost a year ago, to prevent any roaches, etc. from being in my home & my guest house rental. Michael is professional and knowledgeable. and he has kept both places pest free. He schedules appoints in dvance with me, & arrives on time. .

Chuck has been our bug exterminator for the past seven years. He comes every other month on a set schedule and he’s very easy to work with. He is efficient and thorough. We trust him and have no issues allowing him access to the inside of the house if we can’t be home during the service. Payment is easy with a credit card on file. A receipt is emailed to me for my records. This is a service that I never have to worry about. Highly recommend both the company and, specifically, Chuck.

20 years in my home and they are the only company I used. They just completed a preventative treatment for the next owner per our sale contact at half the price. You want great service, communication, value, etc. Go with Western.

TRAVIS came by and was extremely professional. He told me what to expect when he would be done and what to look for in case he needed to come back. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Have been using this company and its predecessor for several years. Moved to a new house that has occasional scorpions inside and have been disappointed with the lack of effectiveness of their treatment. Called for extra inside service at each siting and was told that the treatments last for months and none is needed. Treatment doesn't work for scorpions!

This company keeps changing hands. The latest problem is they removed my tech and gave me another because they decided to redo the boundaries. Seems trivial and in the grand scheme of things, it is, but I liked my tech and he has worked here for over 5 years and did a good job.

Routine spraying was performed outside only to prevent insect and rodent infections.We also use this company for termite control. Their termite division is worthless! They bill you $200 for an annual inspection but never come out and physically inspect the stations for termite activity. A call or several calls to request termite service are NEVER returned even when I was told the issue was being turned over to a supervisor! My daughter has the same issue with Western Exterminating! They have HORRIBLE reviews with the BBB of Arizona.If you have a termite issue DON’T use this company. General pest control is not a problem!

We’ve been using Western Exterminators for years now. Living in a rural area, there are a considerable amount of bugs & critters. Because of this service, however, we have had very, very few bugs inside our house. Michael does a great job & is always friendly!

NO SHOW, NO CALL.The tech did not bother to call or show during our scheduled multi-hour time frame. When I called in to inquire, no one seemed to know what happened. Service is scheduled through an out-of-state call center. I did get a call back later from the local person wanting to re-schedule. No apology, no offer to make it right, simply oh yeah, that happens when the call center makes our schedule, I saw we were booked up when I came in this morning.This would have been helpful information before I waited around half the day. And this was after spending quite a bit of time on the phone giving my information and listening to services options.I'm not sure how they got 4.6 stars, this must have been before my time.

I have had our home pest control done by Western for years. I love that my pest control rep always discusses our needs and accommodates our need to keep our pets safe as well. Would recommend to anyone who needs a service provider for their pest control.

The service is great. Hardly ever see a bug around the house or yard. If ants become a problem all I have to do is call them and they are very responsive.
My only complaint is in billing. Several times I have sent a payment and they bill me again. There prices have gone up a lot in the past several years.

They’re RARELY on time. They said they’d be here today (12-13-21) between 11-2pm. Didn’t show up until after 245pm. They also charged me (a few months back) and didn’t complete the service. I’m about to cancel on them and go with someone else. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

After getting treatment from Western Extermination we've had very little problems with termites. We had a bad bee infestation years ago and Western Extermination came promptly and eradicated it in hours. I highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with Western Exterminator since they found and treated both subterranean and dry wood termites in my house 8 years ago. I have always found them to deliver quality service. If I call between times about bugs or ants, they come out and treat without batting an eye. Seth has been my technician for a few years now. I like that stability of that too.

We live in Prescott Valley out on some average , an area well known for all kinds of unwanted pests. We’ve had no problems with anything since getting the monthly service. Plus, I am sensitive to chemicals, and Western Exterminator has provided outstanding results using ingredients that don’t bother me. Chris, our service guy, is easily reached, prompt, and knows how to keep the insects and critters away!

My father has had a yearly termite inspection policy for years with this company that he continues to pay. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED TO A POINT OF NO RETURN. Staff is friendly but seemingly cannot do anything except apologize that phone calls are not returned--and take YET ANOTHER MESSAGE. (that will never be returned) IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL RESPOND THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

Michael our exterminator was always extremely dependable at my properties, and does wonderful work. I am cancelling my contract because the office cannot solve the web accessibility problem I have, despite numerous calls. What a waste of time.

While the service itself is quite satisfactory, we were VERY disappointed to encounter a rate increase on our service without any forewarning from Western Exterminator. Customers should be told ahead of time, either by the technician or by email, when a rate hike is coming.A second disappointment is their online bill payment system, which *requires* you to save your credit card information on their payment site.There's no opt-out. We went back and deleted our information as soon as the bill payment cleared.It's not a safe or secure practice to store credit card information on a server you aren't familiar with.

Have called this company for the past three days to simply request a termite report for a community. Western has been paid over $30,000 to treat and inspect property. Western for some reason can't send a simple report to state time of service and inspection. To me that seems very very suspicious. I keep getting the same answer every time i call. The report will be sent by the local office and yet again another day has passed and I still do not have the requested documents. WOW

After my 88 year old Mother-In-Law killed 4 wasps in her house in a weeks time, it was time to call for help. Chris was able to search out and knock down 4 active nests as high as 19 feet. This was over 2 weeks ago and the coast is still clear. We were assured we could call for any further sightings. We are pleased with Chris and his knowledge of the job presented. I posted our delima on line and Western Exterminators got back to me very quickly. Thank you!

My main gripe is that the gentleman showed up without a mask. I refused him entry. He was then supplued a mask by my manager and returned. This guy has been taking care of this building for a while now and knows we are either old or ill. He was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude, period.

Your representative, James, got down on his hands and knees to chase down where ants were entering my house and chemically treated the area to get rid of them. He is always friendly and willing to give special attention to any area that might need extra scorpion treatment.

Since using Western, the insect problem at my house has diminished. Greg is always there when promised and does his job in a professional and friendly manner. The price is affordable, too.

I have been with Western Ext. for some years now. They have never let me down by being on time, professional and courteous. They found a termite trail in my house, treated for and have not seen one since. I have no complaints with them at all.

Called them to get help controlling scorpions. They sent a guy out. Im sure their average exterminator is better than the one i received. But i can only rate on my own experience. He didn't treat for scorpions only roaches and other bugs which my home doesnt have. He told us there was no way to be rid of scorpions, and if we saw one to kill and not to bother him. We saw 3 scorpions in a 2 week period after he came. Another guy came the next month. He cane and went without notifying us in the house. I have no way to know he was even there but for the bill i recieved. It said once again he only treated for bugs i dont have problems with. I xalled and complained, they offered 2 free months and to send a different exterminator the next day. That guy never came. So, after another few scorpions We decided to call another company. One who takes scorpions seriously. Their guy treated inside and out with strong chemicals and we haven't seen a scorpion since. Your milage may vary.

I have used Western Exterminating for many, many years. They are the best. They show up on time and call to remind me when they are coming. If I have an issue they will come back quickly to take care of it. They have done regular bug exterminating for me, but also termites and bees.

Since he left however, the experience had not been great, we've been charged for no service, half service....etc. the gentleman that came today was so nice, but, I had to let him know we would not be receiving service as I have stayed to each technician we have to have appointments scheduled otherwise we don't get the full service we are paying for!We miss Chris
