Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. I appreciate MasterTech Pest Solutions for offering a reasonable affordable price for there services. Sometimes you never know weather or not a company is honest or you can trust the quality but I'm so relieved that my house got serviced and you could just tell Master Tech Pest Solutions is a people-person company. I can't wait now to get additional help with additional services from Master Tech Pest Solutions. defiantly worth the price and outstanding service

Consistently positive interactions with the MasterTech team over several summers at my house in Tempe. The one time when I was not happy with the results of a treatment the owner himself, Brent, came to my house and took every action to ensure a result of highly satisfied customer. Called Master Tech Pest Solutions for a cleanup of rat droppings under the built in BBQ area. They came this morning and Josh was the technician. He cleaned up the area, identified three entry points and sealed them up.

What a great job he did. I was expecting the clean up for the price that they told me but did not realize they would identify and seal the entry areas at no extra cost. This was above expectations and I would highly recommend Master Tech to anyone needing their services. This is a wonderful company and Josh was excellent.

Omgosh...we moved here the last day in May and needed pest service. WOW ... can't believe exactly how hard it was to get companies to call back when looking for service!

Finally, after many no call backs, and no shows, a dozen reasons why they couldn't show up....like rain...where we live we saw very little rain. Finally, we signed up with Angie's List. Our lucky day. We received a coupon booklet from their company and immediately found this company. We called them and they scheduled an appointment with us for the next day!!! Zachary, our technician, arrived much earlier than expected, he did have to return, not his fault but ours!

He came back exactly when he said he'd be here. We spent a great deal of time together; him educating us, and answering our bizillion questions. He got his job done and we slept very good that night!!!

This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!

Awesome company!! I had MasterTech treat my home for termites and a year later they called ME to do the yearly warranty termite inspection. Wasn't expecting such great service. Then several month later I stumbled across termite frass (feces) and called them. No questions whether the frass was old or new they promptly came out and re-treated. Great company, worth doing business with them for the peace of mind. Also, Jordan who did the re-treat is a very sweet professional young man.

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. This is a business that you can have full confidence in.

I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

Zack showed up today to do the normal maintenance on my house. He did a great job as usual and as always was professional and on time.
12/27/2014 Jordan showed up to do the monthly spray. He was on time, professional and friendly. These guys are really good at what they do.

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

I has a great experience with this company. My technician Carl had exceptional customer service. He got rid of all my cockroaches. Overall a great experience I will definitely be referring this company thank you.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

MasterTech Pest Solutions quickly, safely and permanently took care of a busy beehive in my cement block wall. Robyn was able to get a technician out within a couple hours to extract the hive and treat the area. Courteous and professional service - highly recommended!

We began using Mastertech services for our pest control last year and have had excellent service during each treatment visit. The representative Zach is extremely professional and knowledgeable re: pest control issues in the Phoenix valley-we know because as transplants to the area we have had to ask lots of questions. Great company and good service. We had a problem with rodents and Josh surveyed the situation and put bait boxes in the appropriate places to correct the problem. We also use Master Tech for monthly spraying and termite control.

So I moved to Phoenix from back east. Move into my new home. I'm outside at night....see something on the ground move and omg its scorpion. I have kids I don't think so. Hubby calls Master Tech the next day and they send someone over. The tech was awesome. Okay I don't do creepy crawlies at all. Carl thank you for totally going pest Rambo on my home. I will recommend and use again.

They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to follow up there is none..... 500.00 down the drain! There is to many pest control companies to have to use someone who can't have the respect of returning your phone call or providing proper service to begin with so we don't have to call for a retreatment. No call back!!!
